Description

Magnet molding device for rotor core

[0001] The present invention relates to a device for fixing a magnet to a rotor core for a hybrid vehicle. More specifically, the present invention relates to a magnet molding device for a rotor core for a hybrid vehicle, which prevents cracks, distortions, or swelling occurring on the outer periphery of a rotor core due to the pressure of extruded resin when molding a magnet inserted into a rotor core with resin, thereby preventing deterioration of the performance of the rotor core and promoting quality improvement, and which enables rapid molding and thus increases the production efficiency of the rotor core.

[0002] Generally, synchronous motors using magnets (permanent magnets) are divided into SPM (Surface Permanent Magnet) motors, in which the magnets are attached to the surface of the rotor, and IPM (Interior Permanent Magnet) motors, in which the magnets are embedded inside the rotor core. While SPM motors require a complex structure to prevent magnets from scattering during high-speed rotation, IPM motors do not have this problem, and for this reason, IPM motors have become mainstream in recent years. IPM motors are also used as drive motors for hybrid vehicles.

[0003] In the past, in order to fix a magnet to a rotor core for a drive motor, a method was adopted in which an adhesive was applied to a magnet insertion hole, a magnet was inserted into the magnet insertion hole, and then the adhesive was hardened, or a method in which a resin was injected into the magnet insertion hole of the rotor core into which the magnet was inserted and then hardened was mainly used.

[0004] In the method of injecting resin into the above magnet insertion hole and hardening it, the magnet is forcibly inserted into the slot formed in the rotor core and fixed therein. In order to prevent the magnet from coming out, the magnet is also manufactured by molding the area around the magnet with a resin such as epoxy resin.

[0005] Korean Patent Nos. 10-09578800 and 10-1660074 disclose a technique for molding a magnet by injecting molten resin around the magnet to secure the magnet to the rotor core. According to these prior arts, an upper mold for resin injection is installed on the upper side of the rotor core, and the upper mold is designed to inject the resin while pressurizing the upper surface of the rotor core.

[0006] However, according to the resin injection method of the above-mentioned prior art, when the upper mold located above the rotor core presses the rotor core, a gap may occur between the upper surface of the rotor core and the lower surface of the upper mold, and at the same time, a gap may also occur between the lower surface of the rotor core and the upper surface of the lower mold. This is because the rotor core is manufactured by laminating a plurality of steel plates, so neither the upper surface nor the lower surface of the rotor core can have perfect flatness. If the resin is injected into these gaps, the resin may be wasted and the product quality may also deteriorate.

[0007] To solve this problem, according to Japanese Patent Publication No. 2017-55513, 'Resin Injection Method', a magnet molding device for a rotor core is proposed that extrudes tablet-shaped resin, BMC (Bulk Molding Compound) or EMC (Epoxy Mold Compound), from a lower mold toward a rotor core placed in an upper mold, so that the molten resin extruded onto the rotor core can be uniformly extruded without waste.

[0008] And, the shape of the rotor core applied to the drive motor of a hybrid vehicle is presented in Korean Patent No. 10-1439004.

[0009] The rotor core for a hybrid vehicle according to this prior art has a configuration in which two magnets are inserted into each of a plurality of magnet insertion holes formed by drilling a periphery between an inner periphery and an outer periphery, and then a resin is molded between the inner periphery surface of the magnet insertion hole and the outer periphery surface of the magnet, and at the same time, a resin is molded between the lower surface of the magnet lower than the height of the rotor core and the lower periphery of the rotor core to fix the magnet, and a short-circuit prevention groove is provided as a gap to prevent a short circuit of magnetic flux between the magnets at a certain interval on the inner periphery between the magnets.

[0010] In particular, in order to increase the magnetic flux density effect between the electromagnet of the coil wound on the stator core and the magnet of the rotor core, the thickness of the outer circumference of the rotor core is formed to be considerably thinner than the thickness of the inner circumference of the rotor core.

[0011] When a rotor core for a hybrid vehicle is manufactured using the above-mentioned prior art, Japanese Patent Publication No. 2017-55513, the outer circumference of the rotor core for a hybrid vehicle is thin, so cracking, warping, or swelling may occur due to the pressure of the extruded molten resin, and thus the function of the rotor core for a hybrid vehicle cannot be performed.

[0012] Therefore, for hybrid vehicle rotor cores that are applied to hybrid vehicles that selectively utilize internal combustion engines and electric motors, there is no example of a magnet molding device for a rotor core that can withstand the pressure of extruded resin that has been proposed to date due to the above-mentioned problems.

[0013] Accordingly, the inventor of the present invention proposes a new type of magnet molding device for a rotor core suitable for a rotor core molding device for a hybrid vehicle.

[0014] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a magnet molding device for a rotor core that reduces the defect rate of the rotor core and prevents performance degradation by maintaining the outer periphery of the rotor core in a solid state in response to the pressure of the molding molten resin extruded into the molding filling space between the magnet insertion hole and the magnet.

[0015] Another object of the present invention is to provide a magnet molding device for a rotor core that increases productivity by increasing the extrusion force of molten resin to quickly fill the molten resin into the molding filling space between the magnet insertion hole and the magnet.

[0016] Another object of the present invention is to provide a magnet molding device for a rotor core that can improve the quality of a rotor core product for a hybrid vehicle and increase production efficiency.

[0017] The above-mentioned object and other inherent objects of the present invention can all be easily achieved by the description of the present invention described below.

[0018] The magnet molding device of the rotor core according to the present invention comprises an upper mold (10), and a lower mold (20) installed on a fixed frame (11) so as to move up and down from the lower portion of the upper mold (10).

[0019] The upper mold (10) includes an upper moving plate (12) that moves upwards by coming into contact with the lower mold (20) when the lower mold (20) rises.

[0020] A fixed jig (120) for supporting the inner circumference of the rotor core (100) is installed in an upright position on the upper center of the upper moving plate (12), and the inner circumference of the rotor core (100) is contacted.

[0021] A movable pressure member (130) for supporting the outer circumference of the rotor core (100) is installed at a certain interval on the outer circumference of the above-mentioned fixed jig (120),

[0022] Including a locking part (110) installed downwardly in the center of the fixed frame (11) of the upper mold (10),

[0023] The inner circumferential surface (100A) of the rotor core (100) is brought into contact with the outer circumferential surface of the fixed jig (120) for the inner circumferential support of the core, and the locking block (111) of the locking part (110) of the outer circumferential surface (100B) of the rotor core (100) is brought into contact with the slide (131) of the movable pressurizing part (130) for the outer circumferential support, and the inner surface of the slide (131) is pressed, and when filling the resin molding (M1) (M2) into the first and second molding filling spaces (S1) (S2) formed on the side and the lower side between the magnet insertion hole (101) and the magnet (102A) (102B) of the rotor core (100), the outer circumferential surface (100B) of the rotor core (100) is characterized in that the outer circumferential surface (100B) of the rotor core (100) is not damaged by the pressure of the molten resin being extruded.

[0024] In the present invention, it is preferable that the rotor core (100) is a rotor core for a hybrid vehicle.

[0025] In the present invention, the locking part (110) is fixed by fixing a plurality of locking blocks (111) to the bottom surface of the fixing frame (11) in a radial circular shape at a certain interval using fixing bolts, and the inner surface of each of the locking blocks (111) may have an inclined surface (111A).

[0026] In the present invention, the movable pressure part (130) for the outer circumference support may include a plurality of fixed stoppers (132) arranged radially in a circular shape and fixed with a fixed bolt at a certain interval on the upper surface of the upper moving plate (12) of the outer circumference of the fixed jig (120); and a plurality of guide members (133) fixed with a fixed bolt between the fixed stoppers (132) and the fixed stoppers (132), and a plurality of slides (131) arranged between the guide members (133) and the guide members (133).

[0027] In the present invention, it is preferable that a guide projection (131A) be formed protrudingly on the inside of the slide (131) to fit in correspondence with the short-circuit prevention groove (103) of the rotor core (100), and guide pieces (131B) protruding on both sides at the lower ends are fitted into guide grooves (133A) formed on the inner lower ends of both sides of the guide member (133) so as to be able to move in the forward and backward directions.

[0028] In the present invention, the upper portion of the slide (131) may be provided with an inclined surface (131-1) so that the inclined surface (111A) of the locking block (111) is brought into contact with the inclined surface (131-1) of the slide (131), so that the inclined surface (111A) of the locking block (111) pushes the inclined surface (131-1) of the slide (131) to move the slide (131) toward the outer peripheral surface (100B) of the rotor core (100), so that the guide protrusion (131A) of the slide (131) is fitted into the short-circuit prevention groove (103) of the rotor core (100), and at the same time, the inner surface of the slide (131) is brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface (100B) of the rotor core (100), so that the rotor core (100) is stably fixed and maintained without shaking.

[0029] In the present invention, the lower mold (20) may include a lifting plate (220) that is lifted by a lifting means (210); and a runner plate (240) that is positioned at the upper center of a fixed base plate (230) that is fixedly installed at the upper center of the lifting plate (220).

[0030] In the present invention, the runner plate (240) may include a discharge port (241) in the form of a hole in the center into which a tablet (300) is inserted and through which a plurality of molten resins are extruded; a plurality of molten resin supply guide plates (242) which are runners having a radial height and arranged at a predetermined interval on the upper surface of the runner plate (240) around the outer circumference of the discharge port (241); and a molten resin supply path (243) between the molten resin supply guide plates (242) and the molten resin supply guide plates (242).

[0031] In the present invention, the molten resin supply channel (243) may be formed with a narrow channel (243A) on the inside and a wide diffusion channel (243B) on the outside, so that when a tablet (300) inserted into the discharge port (241) is melted by a heating means (H) inserted into the discharge port (241) and extruded by the action of a plunger (250A), the runner (L), which is the molten resin, is extruded with strong pressure along the narrow channel (243A) and rapidly spreads through the diffusion channel (243B), so that the first and second resin moldings (M1) (M2) are filled in the first and second molding filling spaces (S1) (S2) of the rotor core (100).

[0032] The present invention provides a magnet molding device for a rotor core for a hybrid vehicle, which prevents cracks, distortions, or swelling that occur on the outer periphery of a rotor core when extruding molten resin while the rotor core is firmly supported between an inner jig and an outer slider in response to the pressure of molten resin for molding extruded into a molding filling space between a magnet insertion hole and a magnet, thereby preventing deterioration of the performance of the rotor core and improving quality, and which increases the extrusion force of molten resin extruded through a radial molten resin supply channel arranged on a runner plate to enable rapid molding, thereby improving the production efficiency of the rotor core.

[0046] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 5, a magnet molding device (1) for a rotor core according to the present invention can be presented as a configuration including an upper mold (10), and a lower mold (20) installed on a fixed frame (11) so as to move up and down from the lower portion of the upper mold (10).

[0047] The upper mold (10) includes an upper moving plate (12) that moves upwards by coming into contact with the lower mold (20) when the lower mold (20) rises, and a fixed jig (120) for supporting the inner circumference of the rotor core (100) that is contacted with the inner circumference of the rotor core is protruded upwards on the upper center of the upper moving plate (12) and fixedly placed in an upright state.

[0048] When the lower mold (20) is raised, the upper mold (10) can be raised using a press mechanism not shown, and the molding process can be performed through the magnet molding device (1) of the rotor core.

[0049] A movable pressure member (130) for supporting the outer circumference of the rotor core (100) is installed at a certain interval on the outer circumference of the fixed jig (120), and a locking member (110) installed downwardly in the center of the fixed frame (11) of the upper mold (10) may be included.

[0050] The lower mold (20) may be configured to include an elevating plate (220) that is elevated by an elevating means (210); and a runner plate (240) that is positioned at the upper center of a fixed base plate (230) that is fixedly installed at the upper center of the elevating plate (220).

[0051] The runner plate (240) may be configured to include a plurality of discharge ports (241) in the form of holes into which EMC or BMC-shaped tablets (300) are inserted and through which a plurality of molten resins are extruded, formed by drilling downwards in the center; a plurality of molten resin supply guide plates (242) which are runners having a radial height and arranged at a predetermined interval on the upper surface of the runner plate (240) around the outer circumference of the discharge ports (241); and a molten resin supply path (243) between the molten resin supply guide plates (242) and the molten resin supply guide plates (242).

[0052] The molten resin supply path (243) forms a narrow path (243A) on the inside and a wide diffusion path (243B) on the outside, so that when a tablet (300) inserted into the discharge port (241) is melted by a heating means (H) inserted inside the discharge port (241) and extruded by the action of the plunger (250A), the runner (L), which is the molten resin, is extruded with strong pressure along the narrow path (243A) and quickly spreads through the diffusion path (243B), so that the first and second resin moldings (M1) (M2) are filled in the first and second molding filling spaces (S1) (S2) of the rotor core (100), thereby performing a rapid molding operation process and improving productivity.

[0053] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 7, a hybrid vehicle rotor core (100) is formed by inserting two magnets (102A) (102B) into each of a plurality of magnet insertion holes (101) formed by drilling a periphery between an inner circumferential surface (100A) and an outer circumferential surface (100B), and then filling a first resin molding (M1) into a first molding filling space (S1) between the inner circumferential surface of the magnet insertion hole (101) and the outer circumferential surface of the magnet (102A) (102B), and at the same time filling a second resin molding (M2) into a second molding filling space (S2) between the lower surface of the magnet (102A) (102B) lower than the height of the rotor core (100) and the lower inner circumferential surface of the magnet insertion hole (101), thereby inserting the magnet (102A) (102B) into the magnet. It has a configuration that is fixed inside the hole (101).

[0054] In addition, a short-circuit prevention groove (103) is provided as a gap to prevent short-circuiting of magnetic flux between magnets on the outer peripheral surface (100B) of the rotor core (100) between the magnet insertion holes (101).

[0055] In particular, in order to increase the magnetic flux density effect between the electromagnet of the coil (not shown) wound on the stator core and the magnet (102A) (102B) of the rotor core (100), the thickness of the outer circumferential surface (100B) of the rotor core (100) is formed to be considerably thinner than the thickness of the inner circumferential surface (100A) of the rotor core (100).

[0056] In this way, the rotor core (100) in which the magnets (102A) (102B) are inserted into the magnet insertion holes (101) is installed by inserting the rotor core (100) in a state where the first and second resin moldings (M1) (M2) are not filled into the first and second molding filling spaces (S1) (S2) between the outer circumference of the fixed jig (120) and the inner circumference of the movable pressure member (130) for the outer circumference support.

[0057] By raising the lifting plate (220) through the lifting means (210) of the lower mold (20), the locking blocks (111) of each of the locking portions (110) push each slide (131) constituting the movable pressing portion (130) for supporting the outer circumference of the rotor core (100) in the inner circumferential direction to pressurize and support the outer circumferential surface of the rotor core (100), and at the same time, the inner circumferential surface of the rotor core (100) is supported on the outer circumferential surface of the fixed jig (120), so that the rotor core (100) is maintained in a fixed state between the outer circumference of the fixed jig (120) and the slide (131) of the movable pressing portion (130) for supporting the outer circumference, thereby performing the molding process.

[0058] In this way, the inner and outer circumferential surfaces of the rotor core (100) are maintained in a firmly fixed state by the outer circumferential surface of the fixed jig (120) and the movable pressure member (130) for the outer circumferential support, so that the molten resin does not leak and is accurately extruded into the first and second molding filling spaces (S1) (S2), and at the same time, the first and second resin moldings (M1) (M2) are filled, and the pressure due to the molten resin extrusion applied to the outer circumferential surface (100B) of the rotor core (100) which is formed relatively thinner than the thickness of the inner circumferential surface (100A) of the rotor core (100) is withstood, thereby preventing cracking, warping, or swelling that may occur in the outer circumferential surface (100B) of the rotor core (100) and the short-circuit prevention groove (103), thereby preventing degradation of the performance of the rotor core (100), thereby providing a rotor for hybrid vehicles. The quality of the core (100) can be further improved. This will be described in more detail below.

[0059] The locking part (110) installed downwardly in the center of the fixed frame (11) of the upper mold (10) is fixed with a plurality of locking blocks (111) in a radial circular shape at regular intervals on the lower surface of the fixed frame (11) using fixing bolts, and the inner surface of each of the locking blocks (111) has an inclined surface (111A).

[0060] The lower sides of the fixed frame (11) on both sides are configured to include an upper guide (112) elastically supported by a spring, and a support bar (113) having a stopper function at each of the four corners.

[0061] And, the upper guide (112) can be guided by compressing a spring through a guide hole formed by drilling in the upper moving plate (12) and guided to a guide hole (220A) formed by drilling in the lifting plate (220) of the lower mold (20).

[0062] In addition, the guide post (220B) of the lifting plate (220) described later can be guided through the guide holes (12A) formed by drilling at the four corners of the upper moving plate (12).

[0063] Figure 8 is a perspective view of a main part of a magnet molding device (1) of a rotor core according to the present invention.

[0064] A fixed jig (120) for supporting the inner circumference of the rotor core fixedly installed at the upper center of the upper moving plate (12) may be provided in a form having a hollow portion in the center and forming vertical reinforcing protrusions at regular intervals on the inner circumference.

[0065] And, the movable pressure part (130) for supporting the outer circumference of the rotor core (100) installed at a certain interval on the outer circumference of the fixed jig (120) may be configured to include a plurality of fixed stoppers (132) arranged radially in a circular shape and fixed at a certain interval on the upper surface of the upper moving plate (12) of the outer circumference of the fixed jig (120) with fixed bolts; and a plurality of guide members (133) fixed between the fixed stoppers (132) and the fixed stoppers (132) with fixed bolts, and a plurality of slides (131) arranged between the guide members (133) and the guide members (133).

[0066] On the inside of the above slide (131), a guide projection (131A) that fits in correspondence with the short-circuit prevention groove (103) of the rotor core (100) is formed protrudingly, and guide pieces (131B) that protrude on both sides at the lower end can be provided designed to be able to move forward and backward by fitting into guide grooves (133A) formed on the inner lower end of both sides of the guide member (133).

[0067] The upper portion of the slide (131) is provided with an inclined surface (131-1) and a flat portion (131-2) so that the inclined surface (131-1) of the slide (131) is brought into contact with the inclined surface (111A) of the locking block (111), and as the inclined surface (111A) of the locking block (111) pushes the inclined surface (131-1) of the slide (131) to move the slide (131) toward the outer peripheral surface (100B) of the rotor core (100), the guide projection (131A) of the slide (131) is fitted into the short-circuit prevention groove (103) of the rotor core (100), and at the same time, the inner surface of the slide (131) is brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface (100B) of the rotor core (100), so that the rotor core (100) is stably fixed without shaking.

[0068] Meanwhile, a magnet (132A) is embedded in the inner side of the fixed stopper (132), and a corresponding magnet (131') is embedded in the inner side of the outer end surface of the slide (131), so that when the inclined surface (131-1) of the slide (131) is not in contact with the inclined surface (111A) of the locking block (111), the magnet (132A) and the magnet (131') are attached by the mutual attractive force between them, so that the outer end surface of the slide (131) can be maintained in a state in which the inner side surface of the fixed stopper (132) is in contact with the inner side surface of the fixed stopper (132). At this time, the outer end surface of the slide (131) can be restricted from moving in the outward direction by being blocked by the fixed stopper (132).

[0069] When the inclined surface (131-1) of the slide (131) is contacted with the inclined surface (111A) of the locking block (111) and the slide (131) moves, the magnet (132A) and the magnet (131') are separated so that the slide (131) can move freely. In addition, the magnet (132A) and the magnet (131') can be designed to be replaced by using a spring. In the case of using a spring, the spring is installed between the inside of the fixed stopper (132) and the inside of the outer end surface of the slide (131). One end of the spring is fixed to the inner groove of the fixed stopper (132), and the other end of the spring is fixed to the inner groove of the outer end surface of the slide (131). When the slide (131) is pressed inward by the locking block (111), the spring is elasticated, and when the pressing force of the locking block (111) is released, the spring is elasticated. The slide (131) can be returned to its original position.

[0070] Accordingly, when the locking block (111) presses the slide (131) and the locking block (111) is released from the slide (131), the magnet (131') of the slide (131) is pulled by the magnetic force of the magnet (132A) of the fixed stopper (132), so that each slide (131) returns to its original position and its movement is restricted by the fixed stopper (132). The forward and backward movement of the slide (131) can also be performed by an operating member such as a spring other than the magnet.

[0071] The operating state of such a slide (131) can be confirmed in the operating state drawing of the movable pressurizing part (130) for the outer circumference support of the rotor core (100) shown in Fig. 8.

[0072] FIG. 9 is a drawing showing the operating state of a movable pressurizing part (130) for supporting the outer circumference of a rotor core (100), wherein (a) is a plan view in which the locking block (111) is not contacted with the inclined surface (131-1) of the slide (131), (b) is a drawing in which the locking block (111) is contacted with the inclined surface (131-1) of the slide (131), (c) is a cross-sectional view of a main part in which the locking block (111) is not contacted with the inclined surface (131-1) of the slide (131), and (d) is a cross-sectional view of a main part in which the locking block (111) is contacted with the inclined surface (131-1) of the slide (131).

[0073] Meanwhile, the lifting means (210) of the lower mold (20) is a means for lifting the lifting plate (220), and includes a lifting cylinder (221) arranged at the center of both sides of the lower fixed plate (21); It comprises a gear unit (222) formed by a combination of a rack gear and a pinion gear arranged at both ends of the above-described lifting cylinder (221); and the upper surfaces of front and rear support plates (223) fitted on the shafts of pinion gears meshed with the rack gears at both ends of a fixed block (21A) fixed to the upper surface of the lower fixed plate (21) of the gear unit (222) can be fixed to the lower surface of the lifting plate (220), and the piston that rises and falls according to the operation of the lifting cylinder (221) raises and lowers the lifting plate (220) and raises and lowers the support plate (223) according to the operation of the gear unit (222), thereby stably performing the lifting operation of the lifting plate (220).

[0074] The four corners of the lifting plate (220) may be configured to have guide posts (220B) protruding to guide the guide holes (12A) of the upper moving plate (12) when the lifting plate (220) is raised.

[0075] The upper surface of the plunger (250A) that is raised and lowered by the plunger driving means (250) is contacted at the lower part of the tablet (300) inserted into the discharge port (241) of the runner plate (240), and an ejector pin (260) is installed on the bottom surface of the molten resin supply path (243), so that after the first and second resin moldings (M1) (M2) are filled in the first and second molding filling spaces (S1) (S2) of the rotor core (100), the ejector pin (260) is raised by an elevating means not shown so as to detach the hardened runner (L), and a magnet push pin (270) protruding from the outer periphery of the runner plate (240) is fitted into a molten resin discharge hole (12-1') formed in the concave portion (12-1) of the upper moving plate (12), thereby inserting the magnet of the rotor core (100). A process can be performed in which the first and second resin moldings (M1) (M2) are filled into the first and second molding filling spaces (S1) (S2) through the molten resin discharge holes (12-1') while supporting the lower surface of the magnet (102A) (102B) inserted into the hole (101).

[0076] The lower surface of the inlet portion (12-1) of the upper moving plate (12) is in close contact with the upper surface of each of the upper portions of the molten resin supply guide plates (242) of the runner plate (240), thereby preventing the molten resin from leaking to the outside.

[0078] The method of mutually interviewing and separating the upper mold (10) and the lower mold (20) can be driven by either a general press processing method in which the upper mold (10) is lowered to interview the lower mold (20) or a method in which the lower mold (20) is raised to interview the upper mold (10), but in the present invention, an embodiment in which the first and second resin moldings (M1) (M2) are filled in the first and second molding filling spaces (S1) (S2) of the rotor core (100) by elevating the elevating plate (220) of the lower mold (20) by an elevating means (210) is adopted and described.

[0079] It should be understood that the description of the invention described above is merely intended as an example to facilitate understanding of the invention and is not intended to define the scope of the invention. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims, and all simple modifications or variations of the invention within this scope should be construed as falling within the scope of protection of the invention.
