Description

Steel normalizing equipment and steel normalizing method

[0001] This application claims priority to the Chinese patent application filed with the China Patent Office on September 21, 2023, with application number 202311221808.8, the entire contents of which are incorporated by reference into this application. Technical Field

[0002] The present application relates to the technical field of steel heat treatment, for example, to a steel normalizing device and a steel normalizing method. Background Art

[0003] Normalizing carbon steel involves heating the steel to 30-50°C above the AC3 or Acm temperature line, holding the temperature for a specified period, and then air-cooling. Due to the slightly faster cooling rate, the structure contains a relatively high amount of pearlite and the lamellar layers are finer, resulting in improved performance. For low-carbon steel, increasing hardness after normalizing improves machinability and reduces surface roughness. For high-carbon steel, normalizing eliminates network cementite, preparing it for spheroidizing annealing and quenching. Therefore, steel normalizing equipment is typically used for this process.

[0004] The steel normalizing equipment in the related technology mainly includes five parts: loading section, heating section, rapid cooling section, slow cooling section, and discharging section. The steel is loaded in the loading section, then enters the heating section and is heated to the temperature required for normalizing, and then transported to the rapid cooling section for rapid cooling. Finally, it is cooled to the discharging temperature in the slow cooling section and discharged from the discharging section.

[0005] Related art steel normalizing equipment uses cooling water as the cooling medium in the rapid cooling stage. When the cooling water encounters the hot steel, it produces a large amount of water vapor. This water vapor is highly oxidizing, causing decarburization of the steel. High-temperature normalizing also forms a black oxide layer on the steel surface. To achieve a bright surface finish, pickling is required after the steel is released from the furnace. This pickling process results in wastewater discharge issues and high costs.

[0006] The related technology introduces a bright atmosphere into the furnace of the steel normalizing equipment to isolate external oxygen, and uses nitrogen air cooling in the rapid cooling section to reduce oxidation on the steel surface. However, most steel normalizing equipment is open-type equipment with continuous feeding, and a large amount of bright atmosphere overflows, which is very wasteful. The nitrogen in the rapid cooling section crosstalks with the heating section, causing large temperature fluctuations in the heating section, and oxygen still inevitably enters the furnace. The H2 or CO in the bright atmosphere reduces the oxide layer on the surface of the steel and consumes the oxygen in the furnace to achieve the effect of brightening the steel surface. The reaction generates highly oxidizing H2O and CO2, but adds a decarburized layer to the surface of the steel; to remove the decarburized layer, grinding or cutting is usually required. At present, there is no normalizing equipment and process with a stable normalizing temperature, which can achieve a bright surface without decarburization after normalizing.

In addition, the terms "including" and "having" and any variations thereof are intended to cover non-exclusive inclusions, for example, a process, method, system, product or device comprising a series of steps or units is not necessarily limited to those steps or units listed, but may include other steps or units that are not listed or inherent to these processes, methods, products or devices.

[0040] Example 1

[0041] The first embodiment of the present application provides a steel normalizing device. This embodiment is applicable to the normalizing and annealing of steel, including ordinary normalizing, isothermal normalizing, ordinary annealing, softening annealing, and diffusion annealing. The steel may be, for example, a steel pipe. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the steel normalizing device includes a conveying device 1, a control module 7, and a device body 10. The device body 10 includes a heating section 300, an insulating section 400, a rapid cooling section 500, and a slow cooling section 600, which are sequentially arranged and connected along the running direction of the steel. The device body 10 is the main part of the steel normalizing device. The heating section 300 refers to the part of the device body 10 used to heat the steel. The insulating section 400 is located between the heating section 300 and the rapid cooling section 500. The insulating section 400 is used to form a temperature difference isolation between the heating section 300 and the rapid cooling section 500, thereby reducing the temperature influence of the gas inside the rapid cooling section 500 on the heating section 300. The rapid cooling section 500 refers to a portion of the equipment body 10 for rapidly cooling the steel, and the slow cooling section 600 refers to a portion of the equipment body 10 for cooling the steel to a discharge temperature.

[0042] The conveyor device 1 is configured to transport steel. The conveyor device 1 extends through the heating section 300, the insulating section 400, the rapid cooling section 500, and the slow cooling section 600. Therefore, the steel transported by the conveyor device 1 can move to different locations, such as the heating section 300, the insulating section 400, the rapid cooling section 500, and the slow cooling section 600. The control module 7 is a module capable of being programmed to execute instructions for operations such as logical operations, sequential control, timing, counting, and arithmetic operations. The control module 7 can control the start and stop of the conveyor device 1 and the operating speed of the conveyor device 1. Because the heating section 300, the insulating section 400, the rapid cooling section 500, and the slow cooling section 600 are arranged sequentially in the direction of the steel's movement, during the steel normalizing process, the control module 7 can control the conveyor device 1 to move the steel to the heating section 300, the insulating section 400, the rapid cooling section 500, and the slow cooling section 600 in sequence for normalizing.

[0043] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG3 and FIG4 , the steel normalizing equipment, i.e., the heat treatment furnace, further includes a loading section 100 and a discharging section 700. The loading section 100 is disposed at one end of the heating section 300 away from the insulation section 400, and the discharging section 700 is disposed at one end of the slow cooling section 600 away from the rapid cooling section 500. During the steel normalizing process, as shown in FIG2 and FIG3 , the control module 7 controls the conveying device 1 to drive the steel to be first loaded from the loading section 100 to the heating section 300 for heating and normalizing, as shown in FIG1 , and then the conveying device 1 drives the steel to move through the insulation section 400 to the rapid cooling section 500 for rapid cooling, and then the conveying device 1 drives the steel to move from the rapid cooling section 500 to the slow cooling section 600, as shown in FIG1 and FIG4 , and the steel is cooled to the discharging temperature in the slow cooling section 600 and is discharged through the discharging section 700.

[0044] As shown in FIG1 , for example, the rapid cooling section 500 includes a rapid cooling chamber 501, which is provided with an air cooling device 2. The air cooling device 2 is configured to blow a generating atmosphere to cool the steel within the rapid cooling chamber 501. The air cooling device 2 is a device that cools the steel by blowing a low-temperature generating atmosphere toward the steel. By providing the air cooling device 2 within the rapid cooling chamber 501, the steel on the conveyor device 1 within the rapid cooling chamber 501 can be cooled. There can be one or more rapid cooling chambers 501. In this embodiment, for example, there are multiple rapid cooling chambers 501. While the generating atmosphere cools the steel, it prevents oxidation and decarburization on the steel surface, resulting in a bright surface with no new decarburization layer.

[0045] The equipment body 10 is provided with an atmosphere generating inlet, as shown in FIG1 and FIG5 , and the atmosphere generating inlet includes a first atmosphere generating inlet 54 provided in the insulation section 400, and the atmosphere generating enters the insulation section 400 from the first atmosphere generating inlet 54. The atmosphere generating refers to an atmosphere that can avoid oxidation, decarburization and blackening of the steel and make it bright when the steel is heat-treated inside the equipment body 10. The atmosphere generating includes reducing gas and nitrogen, and the reducing gas can be one or more of carbon monoxide, hydrocarbon gas and hydrogen. Exemplarily, carbon monoxide and hydrogen can be obtained by endothermic catalytic cracking of hydrocarbon gas under low oxygen conditions, and then mixed with unreacted hydrocarbon gas to obtain a combined reducing gas. The hydrocarbon gas includes one or more of alkanes, alkenes and alkynes. The first generating atmosphere inlet 54 refers to the opening for the generating atmosphere to enter the insulating section 400. Since the heating section 300, the insulating section 400, the fast cooling section 500 and the slow cooling section 600 are all connected, the generating atmosphere introduced from the insulating section 400 will not only be located in the insulating section 400, but will also flow upstream to the heating section 300 and the loading section 100 in sequence, and will flow downstream through the fast cooling section 500, the slow cooling section 600 and the discharging section 700 in sequence, filling the entire steel normalizing equipment, thereby achieving the effect of anti-oxidation protection for the steel in the furnace throughout the entire process.

[0046] In the above scheme, the generating atmosphere is introduced into the insulating section 400 adjacent to the heating section 300 and the rapid cooling section 500, which is equivalent to forming an air curtain on the one hand, blocking the high-flow rate generating atmosphere of the rapid cooling section 500 outside the heating section 300, reducing the temperature impact of the low-temperature generating atmosphere of the rapid cooling section 500 on the heating section 300; on the other hand, the generating atmosphere overflows from the insulating section 400 to the tail of the heating section 300, and utilizes the characteristic that low-temperature gas tends to flow to high temperature to force the generating atmosphere of the heating section 300 to move toward the inlet position of the heating section 300, which is opposite to the movement direction of the steel. The micro-positive pressure formed can drive out the oxygen entering the heating section 300 from the furnace mouth 61 along with the steel, so that the steel can avoid oxidation, decarburization and blackening during heat treatment, thereby improving the quality of the steel. In addition, compared to the related art that uses nitrogen to cool the steel in the fast cooling section 500, and then cools the heated nitrogen through a heat exchanger for recycling, in this embodiment, under the action of the air curtain, most of the generated atmosphere flows to the slow cooling section 600, and does not need to be cooled and recycled, thus saving the energy consumption of the heat exchanger. The related art directly adds CO, H2 or inert gas as a protective gas in the heating section to prevent the surface of the steel from oxidizing and blackening, but the temperature of the directly added protective gas is low, which is not conducive to the temperature stability of the heating section, and consumes a lot of heat energy to maintain temperature stability. In this embodiment, a small amount of the generated atmosphere that has been heated after heat exchange with the steel is allowed to overflow into the heating section 300. The generated atmosphere can maintain the reducing environment in the furnace, and the generated atmosphere after a small amount of heating has little effect on the temperature stability of the heating section 300, making the temperature stability in the furnace stronger and more energy-efficient.

[0047] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 1 and 5, the insulation section 400 is provided with an insulation device 5, which includes an insulation upper curtain 51 and an insulation lower pier 52. At least one of the insulation upper curtain 51 and the insulation lower pier 52 is vertically adjustable. An insulation opening 53 is formed between the bottom of the insulation upper curtain 51 and the top of the insulation lower pier 52. Steel material input from the heating section 300 passes through the insulation opening 53 and enters the rapid cooling section 500. A first generating atmosphere inlet 54 is connected to the insulation opening 53. Generating atmosphere enters the insulation opening 53 through the first generating atmosphere inlet 54. This portion of the generating atmosphere forms an air curtain, which blocks the rapidly flowing generating atmosphere within the rapid cooling chamber 501 from the heating section 300 and directs more of it toward the slow cooling section 600. The air curtain also forces the generating atmosphere downstream of the heating section 300 to move upstream of the heating section 300, causing the generating atmosphere within the heating section 300 to flow in the opposite direction of the material flow, thereby achieving a flow field function. In this embodiment, the heat preservation device 5 can be used to isolate the temperature difference between the heating section 300 and the rapid cooling section 500, thereby reducing the influence of the gas inside the rapid cooling section 500 on the temperature stability of the heating section 300.

[0048] In some embodiments, the insulation upper curtain 51 includes an insulation mounting member and a high-temperature resistant air-blocking curtain. The high-temperature resistant air-blocking curtain is installed on the insulation mounting member, and the high-temperature resistant air-blocking curtain can follow the insulation mounting member to approach or move away from the insulation lower pier 52.

[0049] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 6 and 7, the air cooling device 2 includes an air supply pipe 22 and a fan 21; the first end of the air supply pipe 22 is connected to the gas output port of the fan 21, and the second end of the air supply pipe 22 extends to one side of the conveying device 1 in the quick cooling chamber 501.

[0050] The generating atmosphere inlet also includes a second generating atmosphere inlet 55 arranged on the side wall of the air duct 22; the generating atmosphere enters the interior of the air duct 22 from the second generating atmosphere inlet 55, and the air duct 22 is configured to guide the generating atmosphere to blow toward the steel on the conveying device 1, thereby cooling the steel in the quick cooling chamber 501.

[0051] In some embodiments, the conveying device 1 includes a plurality of conveying rollers 11 and a power element. The plurality of conveying rollers 11 are spaced apart, and the power element is configured to drive the plurality of conveying rollers 11 to rotate to convey the steel. The plurality of conveying rollers 11 are spaced apart, and the power element is a device capable of driving the conveying rollers 11 to rotate. In one embodiment, the power element can be a motor. During steel conveying, the steel can be positioned above the conveying rollers 11, so that the rotation of the conveying rollers 11 drives the steel.

[0052] An air duct 22 extends to one end of the conveyor device 1 and is provided with at least one cooling air knife 23. The air duct 22 is connected to the cooling air knife 23. The length of the cooling air knife 23 is parallel to the axis of the conveyor roller 11. The cooling air knife 23 has at least one exhaust port along its length, which faces the conveyor roller 11 of the conveyor device 1. Multiple cooling air knives 23 arranged in parallel spray the generated atmosphere at high speed onto the surface of the steel material, completing heat exchange with the steel. When the steel material is conveyed on the conveyor roller 11 of the conveyor device 1, the length of the steel material is perpendicular to the axis of the conveyor roller 11 or at an angle to the axis of the conveyor roller 11. To ensure that every part of the steel material is directly exposed to the cooling air knife 23, in this embodiment, the cooling air knife 23 is arranged parallel to the conveyor roller 11 of the conveyor device 1. As the steel material slides over the conveyor roller 11, it is also exposed to the cooling air knife 23. In this embodiment, the number of cooling air knives 23 can be set according to actual needs.

[0053] In some embodiments, the air duct 22 extends to one end of the conveyor device 1 and includes an upper exhaust duct 221 and a lower exhaust duct 222. The upper exhaust duct 221 extends to the upper side of the conveyor device 1, and the lower exhaust duct 222 extends to the lower side of the conveyor device 1. The upper exhaust duct 221 and the lower exhaust duct 222 are respectively connected to the cooling air knife 23. Multiple cooling air knives 23 arranged in parallel are provided on the upper and lower sides of the conveyor device 1 to improve the cooling effect on the steel.

[0054] The generating atmosphere enters the interior of the air duct 22 from the second generating atmosphere inlet 55, and can be fully stirred by the drive of the fan 21 to avoid obvious stratification of the components of the generating atmosphere, such as avoiding stratification of hydrogen with lighter molecular weight and nitrogen with heavier molecular weight. The generating atmosphere is blown toward the steel from the exhaust port of the cooling air knife 23, and the temperature of the generating atmosphere rises. Then the generating atmosphere follows the steel to the slow cooling section 600. This part of the generating atmosphere creates a protective atmosphere for the steel in the slow cooling section 600 to ensure that the steel is not oxidized in the slow cooling section 600 in the low temperature area.

[0055] In some embodiments, the fan 21 has an impeller air intake 211, which faces the conveying device 1. The fan 21 is configured to inhale the generated atmosphere after the steel is cooled through the impeller air intake 211, so as to form an airflow, so that the colder generated atmosphere entering from the second generated atmosphere inlet 55 can have sufficient pressure to be blown out from the cooling air knife 23.

[0056] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 3 and 8, the equipment body 10 further includes a ventilation section 200, which is disposed at the end of the heating section 300 away from the insulation section 400, that is, the ventilation section 200 is located between the loading section 100 and the heating section 300; a sealing curtain group 9 is provided in the ventilation section 200, and the sealing curtain group 9 includes a plurality of sealing curtains 91, which are arranged at intervals along the direction of steel running. The presence of the sealing curtains 91 blocks most of the air that enters the interior of the equipment body 10 along with the steel from entering the equipment body 10. Even if some air enters, it only enters the ventilation section 200. Due to the existence of the slight positive pressure in the heating section 300, the air in the ventilation section 200 is blocked outside the heating section 300, preventing surface oxidation and decarburization caused by the air.

[0057] Based on the above embodiment, as shown in Figure 8 , an exhaust port 201 is provided at the upper end of the ventilation section 200. Due to the pre-heat treatment cleaning process, residual moisture may remain on the steel surface. Within the ventilation section 200, this moisture is flushed by the atmosphere escaping from the heating section 300 and by the heat dissipated from the heating section 300, evaporating from liquid water into a gaseous state. This water is then discharged from the furnace through the exhaust port 201 of the ventilation section 200, thereby eliminating the problem of oxidative decarburization caused by the gaseous water.

[0058] In the relevant technologies in the field of metal heat treatment, as shown in Figures 1 and 8, nitrogen or hydrogen is usually used as the cooling gas for air cooling in the rapid cooling section 500. Since the rapid cooling section 500 is connected to the heating section 300 and the slow cooling section 600, the heating section 300 has a higher temperature and a larger furnace cavity cross-sectional area than the rapid cooling section 500, and the slow cooling section 600 has a lower temperature and a smaller furnace cavity cross-sectional area than the rapid cooling section 500. The temperature difference and air pressure difference cause most of the cooling gas in the rapid cooling section 500 to overflow into the heating section 300, and very little gas flows into the slow cooling section 600, resulting in large cooling gas consumption and poor temperature stability of the heating section 300. At the same time, if hydrogen is used as the cooling gas, very high requirements are placed on safety performance and equipment air tightness, but steel normalizing equipment used for heat treatment of raw materials does not have such conditions.

[0059] To solve the above problems, in one embodiment of the present application, as shown in Figures 1 and 6, the quick cooling chamber 501 is further provided with an isolation device 3, the isolation device 3 includes a front-end air-blocking component 31 located upstream of the air-cooling device 2 and a rear-end air-blocking component 32 located downstream of the air-cooling device 2, the front-end air-blocking component 31 is provided with a front-end opening 311, and the rear-end air-blocking component 32 is provided with a rear-end opening 321, the conveying device 1 passes through the front-end opening 311 and the rear-end opening 321 in sequence along the running direction of the steel, and the opening size of the front-end opening 311 is smaller than the opening size of the rear-end opening 321.

[0060] In this embodiment, the isolation device 3 is provided with a front opening 311 and a rear opening 321 which are set to avoid the conveying device 1. Therefore, a part of the generated atmosphere flows from the front opening 311 to the heating section 300 of the steel normalizing equipment, and a part of the generated atmosphere flows from the rear opening 321 to the slow cooling section 600 of the steel normalizing equipment to balance the air pressure at both ends of the fast cooling section 500; the generated atmosphere cools the workpiece while preheating itself, and after the heated generated atmosphere enters the heating section 300, it can avoid excessive temperature fluctuations in the heating section 300, and fully utilize the heat, which is consistent with the relevant technology. Compared with using a special cooling gas, the energy consumption of cooling the heated cooling gas is saved; the quick cooling chamber 501 of this embodiment makes the opening size of the front opening 311 smaller than the opening size of the rear opening 321, which increases the difficulty of the generating atmosphere flowing to the heating section 300, forcing the generating atmosphere of the quick cooling chamber 501 to flow more to the slow cooling section 600, so that the workpiece in the slow cooling section 600 is also under the anti-oxidation protection of the generating atmosphere, thereby improving the production quality of the product and reducing the temperature influence of the low-temperature generating atmosphere on the heating section 300, so that the temperature of the heating section 300 is more stable.

[0061] In some embodiments, at least one of the front opening 311 and the rear opening 321 is adjustable in size.

[0062] In this embodiment, the opening sizes of both the front opening 311 and the rear opening 321 are adjustable, thereby controlling the flow direction and overflow of the generated atmosphere and adapting to workpieces of different sizes. In other embodiments, the opening size of either the front opening 311 or the rear opening 321 is adjustable.

[0063] In some embodiments, the front air blocking assembly 31 includes a front upper curtain 312 and a front lower pier 313, at least one of the front upper curtain 312 and the front lower pier 313 can be adjusted in the vertical direction, and the bottom of the front upper curtain 312 and the top of the front lower pier 313 are spaced apart to form a front opening 311.

[0064] In some embodiments, the front upper curtain 312 includes a front mounting member and a high-temperature air-blocking curtain. The high-temperature air-blocking curtain is mounted on the front mounting member and can follow the front mounting member toward or away from the front lower pier 313. The high-temperature air-blocking curtain can refer to related technical products and is used to slow the flow of the generated atmosphere and reduce the escape of the generated atmosphere.

[0065] In this embodiment, the front upper curtain 312 is adjustable in the vertical direction, and the front lower pier 313 is fixed. When the size of the front opening 311 needs to be adjusted, the front upper curtain 312 is raised or lowered to adjust the size of the front opening 311. In other embodiments, both the front upper curtain 312 and the front lower pier 313 are adjustable in the vertical direction, or the front upper curtain 312 is fixed and the front lower pier 313 is adjustable in the vertical direction.

[0066] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 1 and 6, the rear end air blocking assembly 32 includes a rear end upper curtain 322 and a rear end lower pier 323, at least one of the rear end upper curtain 322 and the rear end lower pier 323 can be adjusted in the vertical direction, and the bottom of the rear end upper curtain 322 and the top of the rear end lower pier 323 are spaced apart to form a rear end opening 321.

[0067] In some embodiments, the rear end upper curtain 322 includes a rear end mounting piece and a high temperature resistant air-blocking curtain. The high temperature resistant air-blocking curtain is installed on the rear end mounting piece. The high temperature resistant air-blocking curtain can follow the rear end mounting piece to approach or move away from the rear end lower pier 323, and is used to slow down the flow of the generated atmosphere and reduce the escape of the generated atmosphere.

[0068] In this embodiment, the rear upper curtain 322 is adjustable in the vertical direction, and the rear lower pier 323 is fixed. When the size of the rear opening 321 needs to be adjusted, the rear upper curtain 322 is raised or lowered to adjust the size of the rear opening 321. In other embodiments, both the rear upper curtain 322 and the rear lower pier 323 are adjustable in the vertical direction, or the rear upper curtain 322 is fixed and the rear lower pier 323 is adjustable in the vertical direction.

[0069] In some embodiments, observation windows are respectively provided on one side of the front air blocking component 31 and one side of the rear air blocking component 32 , through which the front opening 311 and the rear opening 321 can be observed respectively.

[0070] In some embodiments, a photoelectric detection device is provided on one side of the front air blocking component 31 and one side of the rear air blocking component 32 , respectively, and the photoelectric detection device is configured to detect the size of the front opening 311 and the size of the rear opening 321 .

[0071] The structures of the observation window and the photoelectric detection device can refer to related technical products.

[0072] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG1 and FIG6 , there are multiple quick cooling chambers 501 , and the opening size of the rear end opening 321 of the quick cooling chamber 501 located upstream is smaller than or equal to the opening size of the front end opening 311 of the quick cooling chamber 501 located downstream.

[0073] All the front openings 311 and rear openings 321 of the quick cooling section 500 gradually increase in size along the logistics direction, and utilize the temperature difference and pressure difference to guide the generating atmosphere of the quick cooling chamber 501 to flow more toward the slow cooling section 600, so that the temperature fluctuation of the heating section 300 is smaller, and the workpieces in the slow cooling section 600 are in the protective atmosphere of the generating atmosphere, which can improve the production quality of the product.

[0074] In this embodiment, the rear end lower pier 323 of the quick cooling chamber 501 located at the upstream position and the front end lower pier 313 of the quick cooling chamber 501 located at the downstream position are integrally provided.

[0075] In this embodiment, the rear upper curtain 322 of the quick cooling chamber 501 located at the upstream position and the front upper curtain 312 of the quick cooling chamber 501 located at the downstream position are raised and lowered synchronously.

[0076] In some embodiments, the fast cooling section 500 further includes a box body 4 , inside which a plurality of fast cooling chambers 501 connected side by side are arranged. As shown in FIG5 and FIG6 , one or more of the top wall, side wall and bottom wall of the box body 4 is provided with a water cooling interlayer 41 .

[0077] In this embodiment, the top wall, side wall and bottom wall of the box body 4 are all provided with a water-cooling interlayer 41, and the external water-cooling circulation equipment injects cold water into the water-cooling interlayer 41. The cold water absorbs the heat of the quick cooling chamber 501 through the inner wall of the box body 4 and then flows back to the water-cooling circulation equipment. In the quick cooling chamber 501, the temperature of the generated atmosphere increases after cooling the workpiece, and this part of the generated atmosphere is cooled by contacting with the inner wall of the box body 4 and exchanging heat with the cold water in the water-cooling interlayer 41.

[0078] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 9 and 10, the steel normalizing equipment further includes a first heating device 305, a second heating device 306, a first temperature monitoring component 85 and a second temperature monitoring component 86, and the heating section 300 includes a first heating zone 301 and a second heating zone 302 that are connected.

[0079] The first temperature monitoring component 85 is configured to monitor the temperature of the first heating zone 301 to obtain first temperature information, the first heating device 305 is configured to heat the first heating zone 301, and the control module 7 is configured to obtain the first temperature information in real time, and control the working state of the first heating device 305 based on the first temperature information so that the first temperature information is the normalizing temperature.

[0080] The first temperature monitoring component 85 is a component capable of monitoring temperature. For example, the first temperature monitoring component 85 is at least one of a temperature sensor and a thermocouple. The first temperature information is information reflecting the temperature value of the first heating zone 301 monitored by the first temperature monitoring component 85. The normalizing temperature is greater than or equal to 800 degrees Celsius and less than or equal to 950 degrees Celsius. In one embodiment, the normalizing temperature is greater than or equal to 850 degrees Celsius and less than or equal to 900 degrees Celsius. When the steel material is steel, setting the normalizing temperature to 850 degrees Celsius can improve the performance of the normalized steel.

[0081] The first heating device 305 is a device capable of heating the first heating zone 301. The operating state of the first heating device 305 refers to the state when the first heating device 305 is performing its specified function. For example, the operating state includes when the first heating device 305 is starting heating and when it is stopped. In one embodiment, the first heating device 305 includes a burner 308. The operating state includes when the burner 308 is ignited and when the burner 308 is not ignited. When the first heating device 305 is started, the temperature in the first heating zone 301 increases or remains constant. When the first heating device 305 is stopped, the temperature in the first heating zone 301 decreases.

[0082] The control module 7 obtains the first temperature information and controls the working state of the first heating device 305 based on the first temperature information. It can adjust the working state of the first heating device 305 in real time according to the current temperature value of the first heating zone 301 so that the first temperature information is the normalizing temperature and is maintained within a certain fluctuation range.

[0083] The second temperature monitoring component 86 is configured to monitor the temperature of the second heating zone 302 to obtain second temperature information, the second heating device 306 is configured to heat the second heating zone 302, and the control module 7 is configured to obtain the second temperature information in real time, and control the working state of the second heating device 306 based on the second temperature information so that the second temperature information is the normalizing isothermal temperature.

[0084] The second temperature monitoring component 86 is a component capable of monitoring temperature. For example, the second temperature monitoring component 86 is at least one of a temperature sensor and a thermocouple. The second temperature information is information reflecting the temperature value of the second heating zone 302 monitored by the second temperature monitoring component 86. The normalizing isothermal temperature is greater than or equal to 550 degrees Celsius and less than or equal to 650 degrees Celsius. In one embodiment, the normalizing isothermal temperature is 600 degrees Celsius. When the steel material is steel, setting the normalizing isothermal temperature to 600 degrees Celsius can improve the performance of the normalized steel.

[0085] The second heating device 306 is a device capable of heating the second heating zone 302. The operating state of the second heating device 306 refers to the state when the second heating device 306 is performing its specified function. For example, the operating state includes the second heating device 306 starting heating and stopping heating. In one embodiment, the second heating device 306 includes a burner 308, and the operating state includes the burner 308 being ignited and the burner 308 being unignited. When the second heating device 306 is started, the temperature in the second heating zone 302 increases. When the second heating device 306 is stopped, the temperature in the second heating zone 302 decreases.

[0086] The control module 7 obtains the second temperature information and controls the working state of the second heating device 306 based on the second temperature information. It can adjust the working state of the second heating device 306 in real time according to the current temperature value of the second heating zone 302 so that the second temperature information is the normalizing isothermal temperature and is maintained within a certain fluctuation range.

[0087] The control module 7 is configured to control the conveying device 1 to drive the steel to move to the first heating zone 301 and the second heating zone 302 in sequence, and stay in the first heating zone 301 for a first preset time and / or stay in the second heating zone 302 for a second preset time.

[0088] The first preset duration refers to the time the steel remains in the first heating zone 301 and is no less than the time required to heat the steel from its initial temperature to the normalizing temperature. The second preset duration refers to the time the steel remains in the second heating zone 302 and is the time the steel remains at the normalizing isothermal temperature, determined by the normalizing process being implemented.

[0089] Because some of the conveying rollers 11 of the conveying device 1 are located within the heating section 300, and the first heating zone 301 and the second heating zone 302 are also located within the heating section 300, the conveying device 1 can drive the steel to first move to the first heating zone 301, where it stays for a first preset time period to be heated to the normalizing temperature, and then move to the second heating zone 302 and stay in the second heating zone 302 for a second preset time period. Because the temperature of the second heating zone 302 is maintained at the normalizing isothermal temperature, when the steel moves from the first heating zone 301 to the second heating zone 302, it is cooled from the normalizing temperature to the normalizing isothermal temperature in the second heating zone 302. The time the steel stays in the second heating zone 302 is the time the steel is kept at the normalizing isothermal temperature. In this embodiment, the second preset time period is greater than the holding time of a conventional normalizing process, but less than the holding time of a conventional isothermal normalizing process, resulting in quasi-isothermal normalizing.

[0090] In the above scheme, by providing a first heating zone 301 and a second heating zone 302 that are interconnected within the heating section 300, the control module 7 can obtain first temperature information in real time and control the operating state of the first heating device 305 based on the first temperature information to set the first temperature information to the normalizing temperature. The control module 7 can also obtain second temperature information in real time and control the operating state of the second heating device 306 based on the second temperature information to set the second temperature information to the normalizing isothermal temperature. During normalizing, the conveyor device 1 can drive the steel material to move sequentially to the first heating zone 301 and the second heating zone 302, where the steel material remains in the first heating zone 301 for a first preset time and / or in the second heating zone 302 for a second preset time. Therefore, the steel material can be heated to the normalizing temperature in the first heating zone 301 for the first preset time, then cooled to the normalizing isothermal temperature in the second heating zone 302 in a short period of time, and then maintained at the normalizing isothermal temperature for the second preset time.

[0091] In the related art, the holding time of isothermal normalizing varies from 2 to 7 hours depending on the type of steel. In the continuous feeding mode, the steel moves at a uniform speed inside the equipment body 10. If the motor speed of the conveying device 1 is too low, it will cause the steel to crawl on the conveying roller 11, affecting the accurate control of the furnace-out time. Therefore, the motor usually maintains a low speed to avoid crawling. In order to keep the steel warm inside the equipment body 10 for a predetermined time, there must be a furnace chamber that is long enough. Therefore, the furnace body of the normalizing equipment in the related art is very long. And too long of isothermal time will cause the carbon in the steel to escape, resulting in surface decarburization.

[0092] In this embodiment, in order to avoid decarburization on the surface of the steel, the preset holding time is shorter than the isothermal normalizing time in the related art, which is about 20-60 minutes, forming an effect similar to isothermal normalizing: first, for steel with carbon on the surface, shortening the isothermal holding time can prevent decarburization on the steel surface. For steel with zero carbon on the surface, the carburizing reaction during the isothermal process can cause the carbon inside the steel to diffuse to the surface of the steel, but it will not decarburize, thereby achieving better carburizing and anti-decarburization effects; second, the motor of the conveying device 1 must maintain a certain speed, and shortening the isothermal holding time can also shorten the length of the furnace body. The length of the steel normalizing equipment in this embodiment is between the length of the equipment for isothermal normalizing and ordinary normalizing, which can reduce the equipment footprint and save factory costs; third, shortening the isothermal holding time can make the output higher than isothermal normalizing and the cost lower. Even if the normalizing equipment in the related art is used, steel with better performance can be processed with higher output and lower cost.

[0093] In some embodiments, the control module 7 is configured to adjust the duty cycle of the first heating device 305 based on the first temperature information so that the first temperature information is the normalizing temperature.

[0094] Among them, the duty cycle refers to the proportion of the power-on time relative to the total time within a pulse cycle. By adjusting the duty cycle of the first heating device 305, the ratio of the power-on time and the power-off time of the first heating device 305 will change. When the duty cycle increases, the temperature in the first heating zone 301 will rise due to the increase in the power-on time. When the duty cycle decreases, the temperature in the first heating zone 301 will decrease due to the decrease in the power-on time. By adjusting the duty cycle of the first heating device 305 based on the first temperature information, the temperature of the first heating zone 301 can be adjusted until the first temperature information is the normalizing temperature and maintained within a certain fluctuation range (the usual accuracy requirement is to fluctuate within ±5 degrees Celsius). For example, when the first temperature information is lower than the normalizing temperature, the duty cycle can be increased, and when the first temperature information is higher than the normalizing temperature, the duty cycle can be reduced, so that the first temperature information can be made to be the normalizing temperature.

[0095] In some embodiments, the control module 7 is configured to adjust the duty cycle of the second heating device 306 based on the second temperature information so that the second temperature information is the normalizing isothermal temperature.

[0096] The duty cycle refers to the proportion of the power-on time relative to the total time within a pulse cycle. By adjusting the duty cycle of the second heating device 306, the ratio of the power-on time to the power-off time of the second heating device 306 will change. When the duty cycle increases, the temperature in the first heating zone 301 will rise due to the increase in power-on time. When the duty cycle decreases, the temperature in the first heating zone 301 will decrease due to the decrease in power-on time. By adjusting the duty cycle of the second heating device 306 based on the second temperature information, the temperature of the second heating zone 302 can be adjusted until the second temperature information is the normalizing isothermal temperature and maintained within a certain fluctuation range (the usual accuracy requirement is fluctuation within ±5 degrees Celsius). For example, when the second temperature information is lower than the normalizing isothermal temperature, the duty cycle can be increased, and when the second temperature information is higher than the normalizing isothermal temperature, the duty cycle can be reduced, so that the second temperature information can be adjusted to the normalizing isothermal temperature.

[0097] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 9 and 11, the control module 7 includes a temperature controller 71 and a main controller 72. The first heating zone 301 and the second heating zone 302 each include multiple temperature control partitions. Each temperature control partition is provided with at least one temperature controller 71 and at least one first temperature monitoring component 85. The main controller 72 is electrically connected to the temperature controller 71.

[0098] The temperature controller 71 of the first heating zone 301 is configured to obtain in real time the first temperature information monitored by the first temperature monitoring component 85 of the temperature control zone in which it is located and output it to the main controller 72. The main controller 72 is configured to control the duty cycle of the first heating device 305 of the corresponding temperature control zone based on the first temperature information so that the first temperature information of the corresponding temperature control zone is the normalizing temperature.

[0099] The temperature controller 71 of the second heating zone 302 is configured to obtain in real time the second temperature information monitored by the second temperature monitoring component 86 of the temperature control zone in which it is located and output it to the main controller 72. The main controller 72 is configured to control the duty cycle of the second heating device 306 of the corresponding temperature control zone based on the second temperature information so that the second temperature information of the corresponding temperature control zone is the normalizing isothermal temperature.

[0100] The temperature controller 71 is a controller configured to control temperature. For example, the temperature controller 71 can be a microprocessor. The main controller 72 is the component primarily responsible for logic control of the steel normalizing equipment. For example, the main controller 72 can be a programmable logic controller (PLC). The temperature controller 71 can communicate with the main controller 72 via the Modbus communication protocol. The temperature controller 71 of each temperature-controlled zone in the first heating zone 301 is connected to a corresponding first temperature monitoring element 85, and the temperature controller 71 of each temperature-controlled zone in the second heating zone 302 is connected to a corresponding second temperature monitoring element 86, thereby enabling independent temperature control for each temperature-controlled zone. When the duty cycles of the first heating device 305 and the second heating device 306 are different, the frequency and duration of ignition of the first heating device 305 and the second heating device 306 are also different, thereby achieving temperature control. By providing multiple temperature-controlled zones, when the temperature settings of two adjacent temperature-controlled zones are different, relatively independent temperature control can be achieved, reducing the mutual influence of the temperatures of the two temperature-controlled zones and better meeting the process requirements of heat treatment at different temperatures.

[0101] In one embodiment, the first heating zone 301 and the second heating zone 302 each have three temperature-controlled zones. In some embodiments, a separator 307 is provided between two adjacent temperature-controlled zones in the first heating zone 301. The separator 307 can be made of a heat-insulating material. A separator 307 is also provided between two adjacent temperature-controlled zones in the second heating zone 302. In this manner, the separator 307 can reduce the mutual influence of the temperatures of the two adjacent temperature-controlled zones, thereby better achieving independent temperature control of each temperature-controlled zone.

[0102] In some embodiments, the control module 7 further includes an over-temperature controller 73, which is electrically connected to the main controller 72. The over-temperature controller 73 is configured to determine whether the first temperature information exceeds a first preset temperature and whether the second temperature information exceeds a second preset temperature. If the first temperature information exceeds the first preset temperature or the second temperature information exceeds the second preset temperature, an alarm message is sent to the main controller 72. The over-temperature controller 73 refers to a controller capable of performing logical operations. For example, the over-temperature controller 73 may be a microprocessor. The alarm message refers to information indicating that an over-temperature condition exists at this time. When the first temperature information exceeds the first preset temperature or the second temperature information exceeds the second preset temperature, it indicates that at least one of the first heating zone 301 and the second heating zone 302 is over-temperature. Therefore, an alarm message is sent to the main controller 72 at this time so that the main controller 72 is aware of the situation in a timely manner for safe production. For example, the over-temperature controller 73 communicates with the main controller 72 via the modbus communication protocol. In addition, after receiving the alarm information, the main controller 72 can control at least one of the first heating device 305 and the second heating device 306 to stop heating, thereby preventing the first heating area 301 and the second heating area 302 from being overheated.

[0103] In some embodiments, the over-temperature controller 73 is further configured to determine whether the difference between the first temperature information and the normalizing temperature exceeds a first preset difference and whether the difference between the second temperature information and the normalizing isothermal temperature exceeds a second preset difference. If the difference between the first temperature information and the normalizing temperature exceeds the first preset difference or the difference between the second temperature information and the normalizing isothermal temperature exceeds the second preset difference, an alarm message is sent to the main controller 72. If the difference between the first temperature information and the normalizing temperature exceeds the first preset difference or the difference between the second temperature information and the normalizing isothermal temperature exceeds the second preset difference, it indicates that at least one of the temperature differences between the first heating zone 301 and the second heating zone 302 is too high. Therefore, an alarm message is sent to the main controller 72 at this time so that the main controller 72 is aware of the situation in a timely manner for safe production.

[0104] In some embodiments, the first heating device 305 and the second heating device 306 each include a plurality of burners 308. The burner 308 is a general term for a device that sprays fuel and air in a certain manner for mixed combustion. Industrial burners come in many types and specifications, including fuel oil, gas (coal gas), and coal (coal powder / water slurry). They have a wide range of applications, and burners 308 are required in industrial situations where fuel needs to be burned to heat materials or react. By making the first heating device 305 and the second heating device 306 both include a plurality of burners 308, the burner 308 located in the first heating zone 301 can conveniently heat the first heating zone 301, and the burner 308 located in the second heating zone 302 can conveniently heat the second heating zone 302.

[0105] In some embodiments, when both the first heating device 305 and the second heating device 306 include multiple burners 308, the control module 7 is configured to adjust the duty cycle of the burners 308 in the first heating zone 301 based on the first temperature information so that the first temperature information is the normalizing temperature. The control module 7 is further configured to adjust the duty cycle of the burners 308 in the second heating zone 302 based on the second temperature information so that the second temperature information is the normalizing isothermal temperature. In some embodiments, the multiple burners 308 are ignited at different frequencies and durations to achieve temperature control.

[0106] In some embodiments, the steel normalizing equipment further comprises a radiation tube, and the burner 308 is disposed in the radiation tube to heat the steel by radiation without an open flame.

[0107] In some embodiments, the control module 7 is configured to control the plurality of burners 308 located in the first heating zone 301 to be ignited sequentially based on a first preset timing. The first preset timing refers to the timing according to which the plurality of burners 308 in the first heating zone 301 are ignited. If the plurality of burners 308 in the first heating zone 301 are ignited or extinguished simultaneously when adjusting the temperature, it may result in unstable temperature with large fluctuations. If only some of the burners 308 are continuously turned on while some are continuously turned off when adjusting the temperature, it may result in large temperature differences between different areas. By controlling the plurality of burners 308 located in the first heating zone 301 to be ignited sequentially based on the first preset timing, it is possible to ensure temperature uniformity, achieve temperature stability, minimize temperature fluctuations, and minimize temperature differences between different locations in the same area.

[0108] In one embodiment, the multiple burners 308 in the first heating zone 301 are arranged in a certain order, for example, they are arranged in sequence according to the logistics direction. The first preset timing is that each burner 308 controls the next burner 308 to ignite after the ignition time reaches the preset time, and the next burner 308 controls the next burner 308 to ignite after the ignition time reaches the preset time, and so on, until all burners 308 are ignited in sequence, and this cycle is repeated. At the same time, the burner 308 is extinguished after the ignition time reaches the conduction time. The conduction time is the power-on time of the burner 308 in the set duty cycle of the burner 308, that is, each burner 308 will ignite for the power-on time within a pulse cycle and be extinguished for the rest of the time. The preset time is proportional to the conduction time. For example, the preset time in Figure 12 can be 1 / 2 of the conduction time. Depending on the needs, the preset time can also be 1 / 4 of the conduction time. As shown in Figure 12, the horizontal axis represents time, and the vertical axis represents the first preset timing for igniting multiple burners 308. It can be seen that within a pulse cycle, a burner 308 will ignite for six time units. After each burner 308 has ignited for three time units, the next burner 308 will begin igniting, and so on, until all burners 308 have been ignited in sequence, and then the first burner 308 will be reignited. In this way, because different burners 308 are located in different positions, temperature uniformity can be ensured, achieving temperature stability, minimal temperature fluctuations, and smaller temperature differences between different positions in the same area.

[0109] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. 11 , the control module 7 is configured to control the plurality of burners 308 located in the second heating zone 302 to ignite in sequence based on a second preset timing.

[0110] Among them, the second preset timing refers to the timing based on which the multiple burners 308 in the second heating zone 302 are ignited. If the multiple burners 308 in the second heating zone 302 are ignited or extinguished at the same time when adjusting the temperature, it may cause unstable temperature and large fluctuations. If only some burners 308 are continuously turned on and some burners 308 are continuously closed when adjusting the temperature, it will cause large temperature differences in different areas. By controlling the multiple burners 308 in the second heating zone 302 to be ignited in sequence based on the second preset timing, temperature uniformity can be guaranteed, temperature stability can be achieved, temperature fluctuations are small, and the temperature difference between different positions in the same area is also small.

[0111] In some embodiments, the second preset timing may be the same as the first preset timing.

[0112] In some embodiments, the burners 308 included in the first heating device 305 and the second heating device 306 are divided into two groups, one group of burners 308 being located above the conveyor device 1, and the other group of burners 308 being located below the conveyor device 1. The two groups of burners 308 are staggered. That is, the two groups of burners 308 in the first heating zone 301 are located above and below the conveyor device 1, respectively, and the two groups of burners 308 in the second heating zone 302 are also located above and below the conveyor device 1, respectively. This allows for better heating of the steel on the conveyor device 1. The number of burners 308 in each group in the first heating zone 301 and the second heating zone 302 can be the same or different.

[0113] An insulating area 304 is provided between the first heating area 301 and the second heating area 302. The insulating area 304 is provided with a heat insulating member 303. The interior of the heating section 300 is a connected space. The insulating area 304 refers to the area within the heating section 300 located between the first heating area 301 and the second heating area 302. The heat insulating member 303 is a component capable of blocking heat.

[0114] Illustratively, a thermal insulation member 303 is disposed between the burner 308 located above the conveying device 1 in the first heating zone 301 and the burner 308 located above the conveying device 1 in the second heating zone 302; thereby, the thermal insulation member 303 can better block the heat source located above the conveying device 1 in the first heating zone 301 and the second heating zone 302, thereby forming a temperature difference between the first heating zone 301 and the second heating zone 302.

[0115] For example, another heat insulating member 303 is provided between the burner 308 located below the conveying device 1 in the first heating zone 301 and the burner 308 located below the conveying device 1 in the second heating zone 302. Thus, the heat insulating member 303 can better block the heat source located below the conveying device 1 in the first heating zone 301 and the second heating zone 302, thereby forming a temperature difference between the first heating zone 301 and the second heating zone 302.

[0116] In some embodiments, the thermal insulation member 303 is made of a thermal insulation material; thermal insulation material (thermal insulation material) is a material that can block the transfer of heat flow, also known as thermal insulation material. Traditional thermal insulation materials include glass fiber, asbestos, rock wool, silicate, alumina fiber, refractory bricks, etc., and new thermal insulation materials include aerogel felt, vacuum panels, etc. Because the steel needs to move from the first heating zone 301 to the second heating zone 302, the first heating zone 301 and the second heating zone 302 need to be connected. However, the temperatures of the first heating zone 301 and the second heating zone 302 are different. By providing the thermal insulation member 303 with a thermal insulation material, the mutual influence of the temperatures of the first heating zone 301 and the second heating zone 302 can be reduced, and the independent temperature control of the first heating zone 301 and the second heating zone 302 can be better achieved. The length and height of the thermal insulation member 303 should be sufficient to form a temperature difference between the first heating zone 301 and the second heating zone 302, but should not be too large so that the temperature in the area where the thermal insulation member 303 is located is too low. Therefore, the length and height of the thermal insulation member 303 can be selected according to the temperature of the first hot zone and the second heating zone 302 and the material of the thermal insulation member 303.

[0117] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 8 and 13, the steel normalizing equipment further includes an oxygen content monitoring component 81, an atmosphere module 82, and a nitrogen module 83. The oxygen content monitoring component 81 is configured to monitor the oxygen content within the equipment body 10. One or more oxygen content monitoring components 81 are disposed within the equipment body 10, with key monitoring locations being within the equipment body 10 near the feed and discharge positions. In one embodiment, at least one oxygen content monitoring component 81 is disposed within the ventilation section 200 and is configured to detect the oxygen content within the equipment body 10 near the feed position. The oxygen content refers to the proportion of oxygen in the gas within the equipment body 10, and the oxygen content monitoring component 81 refers to a component capable of monitoring the oxygen content. The oxygen content monitoring component 81 can be disposed within the equipment body 10 to monitor the oxygen content within the equipment body 10. For example, the oxygen content monitoring component 81 includes a Lambda probe detector. The Lambda probe detector is an oxygen probe capable of measuring the proportion of oxygen components in a mixed gas, thereby accurately monitoring the oxygen content within the equipment body 10. In addition, the oxygen content monitoring component 81 may also include an oxygen sensor or an oxygen content detector.

[0118] As shown in Figures 1, 5 and 13, the atmosphere module 82 is configured to output or cut off the output of reducing gas to the atmosphere generation inlet; when the reducing gas is output to the atmosphere generation inlet, the reducing gas will first enter the insulation section 400 of the equipment body 10, and then fill various areas inside the equipment body 10.

[0119] In some embodiments, the atmosphere module 82 includes a first gas storage assembly, a first delivery pipeline, and a first control valve. The first gas storage assembly is configured to store reducing gas. The first delivery pipeline connects the first gas storage assembly and the device body 10. The first control valve is configured to control the conduction and closing of the first delivery pipeline. When the first control valve is opened to conduct the first delivery pipeline, the reducing gas can be output to the interior of the device body 10. When the first control valve is closed to close the first delivery pipeline, the output of the reducing gas to the interior of the device body 10 is cut off. Therefore, the output of the reducing gas to the interior of the device body 10 can be controlled or cut off by simply controlling the state of the first control valve. Exemplarily, the first control valve is a solenoid valve.

[0120] The nitrogen module 83 is configured to output or cut off the output of nitrogen to the equipment body 10; the reducing gas and nitrogen form a generating atmosphere. When the steel is heat-treated inside the equipment body 10, the generating atmosphere can prevent the steel from oxidizing, decarburizing, and blackening, making it bright. Among them, the nitrogen module 83 refers to a module that stores nitrogen and can output or cut off the output of nitrogen. When nitrogen is output to the inside of the generating equipment body 10, the oxygen inside the equipment body 10 will be discharged to the outside of the equipment body 10 under the drive of nitrogen, reducing the oxygen content inside the equipment body 10. When the furnace is shut down or in danger, the flammable reducing gas can also be discharged to the outside of the equipment body 10, eliminating safety hazards.

[0121] The input end of the control module 7 is electrically connected to the oxygen content monitoring component 81, and the output end of the control module 7 is electrically connected to the atmosphere module 82 and the nitrogen module 83 respectively. The control module 7 is configured to obtain the oxygen content in real time and the working status of the equipment body 10 in real time, and control the atmosphere module 82 and the nitrogen module 83 based on the oxygen content and the working status to output or cut off the output of the reducing gas to the atmosphere inlet, and output or cut off the output of the nitrogen to the inside of the equipment body 10.

[0122] Among them, the working status of the equipment main body 10 includes furnace opening, production, furnace shutdown, etc. When heat treating steel, it is usually necessary to heat the steel, so during the production process, the temperature inside the equipment main body 10 needs to reach a specified temperature. Furnace opening refers to the process of raising the temperature inside the equipment main body 10 to a specified temperature; production refers to the process in which the steel to be heat treated enters the equipment main body 10 for heat treatment, and furnace shutdown refers to the process in which the production is completed and the temperature inside the equipment main body 10 needs to be cooled to room temperature. In this embodiment, heat treatment refers to normalizing or annealing. Since the control module 7 can control the atmosphere module 82 and the nitrogen module 83 according to the oxygen content and the working status, it can effectively control the atmosphere and oxygen content inside the equipment main body 10, avoid decarburization caused by oxygen, and prevent the furnace from exploding due to excessive oxygen, so as to achieve safe production.

[0123] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 5, 8, and 14, the nitrogen module 83 includes a process nitrogen sub-module 831, which is configured to output or cut off the output of process nitrogen to the interior of the equipment body 10. The control module 7 is configured to: when the equipment body 10 is in the furnace-on state, determine whether the oxygen content is above a preset oxygen threshold. If the oxygen content is above the preset oxygen threshold, control the process nitrogen sub-module 831 to output process nitrogen to the interior of the equipment body 10. When the oxygen content is less than or equal to the preset oxygen threshold, control the atmosphere module 82 to output reducing gas to the generating atmosphere inlet. At this time, the flow rate of the process nitrogen can be adjusted based on the ratio of the various components of the generating atmosphere.

[0124] Among them, the process nitrogen submodule 831 refers to a module that stores process nitrogen and is capable of outputting or cutting off the output of process nitrogen. The main component of the process nitrogen is nitrogen, which is set to maintain the inert atmosphere inside the equipment body 10 required for the production process. The process nitrogen can enter the interior of the equipment body 10 through the atmosphere generation inlet, or a process nitrogen inlet can be set on the equipment body 10 so that the process nitrogen enters the interior of the equipment body 10 through the process nitrogen inlet. The position where the process nitrogen enters the interior of the equipment body 10 can be set according to actual conditions. As a possible implementation method, there are one or more process nitrogen inlets, which can be set in at least one of the heating section 300 and the insulation section 400.

[0125] In one embodiment, the process nitrogen submodule 831 includes a second gas storage assembly, a second delivery pipeline, and a second control valve. The second gas storage assembly is configured to store process nitrogen. The second delivery pipeline connects the second gas storage assembly and the device body 10. The second control valve is configured to control the conduction and closing of the second delivery pipeline. When the second control valve is opened to conduct the second delivery pipeline, the process nitrogen can be output to the interior of the device body 10. When the second control valve is closed to close the second delivery pipeline, the output of process nitrogen to the interior of the device body 10 is cut off. Therefore, the output or cut-off of process nitrogen to the interior of the device body 10 can be controlled by simply controlling the state of the second control valve. Exemplarily, the second control valve is a solenoid valve.

[0126] The preset oxygen threshold refers to the upper limit of the oxygen content within the equipment body 10 that meets safety standards. When the equipment body 10 is in the furnace-on state, if the oxygen content exceeds the preset oxygen threshold, it indicates that the oxygen content is too high. If reducing gas is introduced at this time, there is a safety hazard of furnace explosion. In this case, the process nitrogen submodule 831 is controlled to output process nitrogen into the equipment body 10. The input of process nitrogen can reduce the oxygen content within the equipment body 10 and create an inert atmosphere. In addition, by only allowing the atmosphere module 82 to output reducing gas into the equipment body 10 when the oxygen content is less than or equal to the preset oxygen threshold, the reducing gas can be prevented from causing explosions when the oxygen content is too high.

[0127] The preset oxygen threshold is determined based on the composition and proportion of the reducing gas and must comply with safety standards. In some embodiments, the preset oxygen threshold is any value between 0.5% and 1.5%. In one embodiment, the preset oxygen threshold is any value between 0.8% and 1.2%. For example, the preset oxygen threshold is any value between 0.9%, 0.95%, 1%, and 1.05%.

[0128] In some embodiments, the equipment body 10 is provided with a safety nitrogen inlet. The nitrogen module 83 includes a safety nitrogen submodule 832, which is configured to output or cut off the output of safety nitrogen to the safety nitrogen inlet. As a possible implementation, there are one or more safety nitrogen inlets, which can be provided in at least one of the heating section 300 and the insulation section 400. The control module 7 is configured to: when the equipment body 10 is in the production state, determine whether the oxygen content is higher than a preset oxygen threshold. If the oxygen content is higher than the preset oxygen threshold, suspend feeding, control the atmosphere module 82 to cut off the output of reducing gas to the generating atmosphere inlet, and control the safety nitrogen submodule 832 to output safety nitrogen to the safety nitrogen inlet until the oxygen content is less than or equal to the preset oxygen threshold. If the oxygen content is less than or equal to the preset oxygen threshold, the control atmosphere module 82 will output reducing gas to the generating atmosphere inlet, allowing the equipment body 10 to continue production.

[0129] Among them, the safety nitrogen submodule 832 refers to a module that stores safety nitrogen and can output or cut off the output of safety nitrogen. Safety nitrogen and process nitrogen are both nitrogen, but have different uses. Safety nitrogen is used to provide a large amount of nitrogen in an emergency to maintain the inert atmosphere of the equipment body 10 and ensure the safe operation of the equipment body 10. The safety nitrogen inlet and the atmosphere inlet are different openings to prevent the residual reducing gas in the pipeline from being blown into the interior of the equipment body 10 when the safety nitrogen is introduced, effectively ensuring safe production.

[0130] In some embodiments, the safety nitrogen submodule 832 includes a third gas storage assembly, a third delivery pipeline and a third control valve. The third gas storage assembly is configured to store safety nitrogen. The third delivery pipeline connects the third gas storage assembly and the equipment body 10. The third control valve is configured to control the conduction and closing of the third delivery pipeline, so that when the third control valve is opened to conduct the third delivery pipeline, the safety nitrogen can be output to the inside of the equipment body 10. When the third control valve is closed to close the third delivery pipeline, the output of safety nitrogen to the inside of the equipment body 10 will be cut off. Therefore, it is only necessary to control the state of the third control valve to control or cut off the output of safety nitrogen to the inside of the equipment body 10. In this embodiment, the third control valve includes three types: a normally open solenoid valve, a normally closed solenoid valve, and a manual valve; when an equipment abnormality triggers the safety interlock control, safety nitrogen is introduced through the normally closed solenoid valve; in the event of a power outage, safety nitrogen is introduced through the normally open solenoid valve; in special circumstances, safety nitrogen is manually introduced through the manual valve; the flammable reducing gas inside the equipment body 10 is discharged from the smoke exhaust port 662 to avoid the interior of the equipment body 10 being filled with flammable gas after a sudden shutdown, which poses a risk of furnace explosion.

[0131] When the main body 10 is in production mode, if the oxygen content exceeds a preset oxygen threshold, indicating that the oxygen content is too high and there is a safety hazard of furnace explosion, the atmosphere control module 82 cuts off the output of reducing gas to the interior of the main body 10, thereby preventing the main body 10 from operating under safety risks. By controlling the safety nitrogen submodule 832 to output safety nitrogen to the interior of the main body 10, the input of safety nitrogen can reduce the oxygen content, thereby preventing furnace explosion caused by excessive oxygen content. Since the output of reducing gas is cut off when the safety nitrogen is input, the oxygen content can be quickly reduced to less than or equal to the preset oxygen threshold, thus quickly resolving the safety hazard in production. By only allowing the atmosphere module 82 to output reducing gas to the interior of the main body 10 when the oxygen content is less than or equal to the preset oxygen threshold, allowing the main body 10 to continue production, the main body 10 can be prevented from operating under safety risks and the occurrence of poor surface quality of the produced steel due to excessive oxygen content.

[0132] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 8 and 14, the safety control system of the steel normalizing equipment also includes a combustible gas monitoring component 84, which is configured to monitor the combustible gas content inside the equipment body 10, and the nitrogen module 83 includes a safety nitrogen sub-module 832, which is configured to output or cut off the output of safety nitrogen to the inside of the equipment body 10; the control module 7 is configured to: when the working state of the equipment body 10 is shutdown, the first heating device 305 and the second heating device 306 are turned off, the atmosphere module 82 is controlled to cut off the output of reducing gas to the inside of the equipment body 10, the safety nitrogen sub-module 832 is controlled to output safety nitrogen to the inside of the equipment body 10, and the combustible gas content is obtained, and it is determined whether the oxygen content is higher than the preset oxygen content threshold and whether the combustible gas content is less than the preset combustible gas content threshold. When the oxygen content is less than or equal to the preset oxygen content threshold and the combustible gas content is less than or equal to the preset combustible gas content threshold, the equipment body 10 is controlled to start cooling. Among them, when the furnace is shut down, the combustible gas content is usually obtained by obtaining the combustible gas content of the slow cooling section 600, especially the combustible gas content at the position closest to the discharge port of the slow cooling section 600. The furnace body of the slow cooling section 600 is relatively long. When the combustible gas content at the discharge port is reduced to below the preset combustible gas content threshold, it can basically ensure that the combustible gas content at other positions inside the equipment body 10 also meets the requirements.

[0133] Furthermore, furnace shutdowns include normal and emergency shutdowns. During a normal shutdown, the feeding of new batches of steel is stopped, and furnace door 62 is closed after the current batch of steel has completed heat treatment and exited the furnace. During an emergency shutdown, a sensor located at furnace door 62 confirms that there is no steel occupying the furnace door 62, and then closes the door 62. Closing furnace door 62 reduces oxygen ingress into the interior of the equipment body 10, preventing safety accidents.

[0134] The combustible gas content refers to the percentage of combustible gas within the device body 10. The combustible gas monitoring component 84 refers to a component capable of monitoring the combustible gas content. For example, the combustible gas monitoring component 84 may be a gas analyzer. The preset combustible gas content threshold value refers to the upper limit of the combustible gas content that can avoid safety risks. In addition, the reducing gas in the generating atmosphere usually includes combustible gas. When the working state of the equipment main body 10 is shutdown, the equipment main body 10 needs to be cooled to room temperature. The atmosphere module 82 is first controlled to cut off the output of the reducing gas to the inside of the equipment main body 10, cutting off the source of the combustible gas. At this time, the process nitrogen sub-module 831 needs to be controlled to continuously output process nitrogen; then the safety nitrogen sub-module 832 is controlled to output safety nitrogen to the inside of the equipment main body 10, which can reduce the oxygen content and combustible gas content inside the equipment main body 10. When the oxygen content is less than or equal to the preset oxygen threshold and the combustible gas content is less than or equal to the preset combustible gas content threshold, the equipment main body 10 can be controlled to start cooling and cut off the output of safety nitrogen, which can prevent the temperature change from causing the explosion conditions to change and cause the furnace to explode, thereby improving the safety of production; the output of process nitrogen can be cut off only after the equipment main body 10 reaches room temperature.

[0135] In some embodiments, the reducing gas includes at least a hydrocarbon combustible gas and may also include carbon monoxide and hydrogen. The reducing gas can reduce the oxide layer on the steel surface, preventing the steel from oxidizing and blackening. Hydrocarbon combustible gases such as alkanes, alkenes, and alkynes can react with the minimal amount of oxygen within the apparatus body 10 at high temperatures to produce an incomplete reaction, consuming oxygen and producing carbon monoxide and hydrogen without producing water or carbon dioxide. This helps control oxidation factors, prevents additional decarburization on the steel surface, and prevents furnace explosion.

[0136] Reducing gas is suitable for continuous normalizing and annealing heat treatment production of various low carbon steel, medium carbon steel, low alloy carbon steel and medium carbon alloy steel products. As a protective atmosphere, the treated steel is bright and uniform in color without any new decarburization layer.

[0137] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 6 and 13, the control module 7 is also configured to control the fan 21 to operate at a first speed when the working state of the equipment main body 10 is to start the furnace or stop the furnace, and to control the fan 21 to operate at a second speed when the working state of the equipment main body 10 is production, wherein the first speed is lower than the second speed.

[0138] Since there may be some right-angled airflow dead corners in the fast cooling section 500 causing poor convection, and the generating atmosphere may include gases of different molecular weights, the fan 21 can stir the gas inside the equipment main body 10 when it is started, and run at a low speed in a non-production state. When the furnace is opened, the oxygen inside the equipment main body 10 can be discharged as quickly as possible. After the generating atmosphere is introduced, the generating atmosphere can be more fully distributed inside the equipment main body 10 to prevent atmosphere stratification. When the furnace is stopped, the gas inside the equipment main body 10 is stirred by the fan 21, which can allow nitrogen to more fully drive out the combustible gas inside the equipment main body 10, effectively preventing the combustible gas from causing furnace explosion, thereby improving production safety.

[0139] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 3 and 8, the equipment main body 10 includes a furnace mouth 61 and a furnace door 62 configured to open and close the furnace mouth 61, and the furnace door 62 includes a front furnace door and a rear furnace door. The front furnace door is arranged on the furnace mouth 61 of the ventilation section 200, and is located between the loading section 100 and the ventilation section 200. As shown in Figures 4 and 8, the rear furnace door is arranged on the furnace mouth 61 of the slow cooling section 600, and is located between the slow cooling section 600 and the discharging section 700. The steel normalizing equipment also includes a furnace door height adjustment device 63, and the furnace door height adjustment device 63 is configured to adjust the opening height of the furnace door 62; the control module 7 is electrically connected to the furnace door height adjustment device 63, and the control module 7 is also configured to control the furnace door height adjustment device 63 to close the furnace door 62 when the working state of the equipment main body 10 is to open the furnace or stop the furnace.

[0140] The furnace door height adjustment device 63 is a device that enables the furnace door 62 to move to adjust the opening height of the furnace door 62. Different opening heights of the furnace door 62 result in different sizes of the exposed furnace opening 61. Since heat-treated steel needs to enter the interior of the equipment body 10 through the furnace opening 61, different steel sizes require different sizes of the furnace opening 61. Therefore, the opening height of the furnace door 62 can be adjusted according to the size of the steel to achieve different sizes of the furnace opening 61. In some embodiments, the furnace door height adjustment device 63 includes a motor and a transmission mechanism. When the motor rotates, the transmission mechanism drives the furnace door 62 up and down to adjust the opening height of the furnace door 62. For example, the transmission mechanism may include a gear and a rack, a screw and a nut, or a belt, as long as it can convert the rotational torque output by the motor into a linear thrust. In other embodiments, the furnace door height adjustment device 63 may also include a power component such as an electric push rod, a pneumatic cylinder, or an oil cylinder, as long as it can drive the furnace door 62 to move to adjust the opening height of the furnace door 62.

[0141] As shown in Figures 8 and 14, the control module 7 can effectively increase the replacement speed and establishment speed of the generating atmosphere inside the equipment main body 10 by controlling the furnace door height adjustment device 63 to close the furnace door 62 or reduce the opening of the furnace door 62 when the working state of the equipment main body 10 is to open the furnace or stop the furnace, reduce the amount of gas used when purging nitrogen and establishing the generating atmosphere, and save the time of opening and stopping the furnace.

[0142] In some embodiments, the control module 7 is further configured to control the height adjustment device to close the furnace door 62 or reduce the opening of the furnace door 62 when the operating state of the equipment body 10 is production and the oxygen content is higher than a preset oxygen threshold. Since the control module 7 controls the safety nitrogen submodule 832 to activate nitrogen purge when the operating state of the equipment body 10 is production and the oxygen content is higher than the preset oxygen threshold, closing the furnace door 62 or reducing the opening of the furnace door 62 at this time helps the safety nitrogen to quickly reduce the oxygen content.

[0143] Furthermore, when the main body 10 is in production mode, if the oxygen content exceeds the standard, the control module 7 controls the safety nitrogen submodule 832 to initiate nitrogen purge. The control module 7 is also configured to monitor the feeding status of the ventilation section 200 and the discharging status of the slow cooling section 600. When the feeding of the ventilation section 200 is completed, the feeding is stopped and the front furnace door is closed. When the discharging of the slow cooling section 600 is completed, the discharging is stopped and the rear furnace door is closed. Feeding and discharging are resumed until the oxygen content falls below a preset oxygen threshold.

[0144] In some embodiments, the safety control system of the steel normalizing equipment also includes an opening scale, which is set to indicate the opening height of the furnace door 62; the control module 7 is also set to: obtain the material size, and control the furnace door height adjustment device 63 to adjust the opening height of the furnace door 62 based on the material size.

[0145] The opening scale is a scale indicating the opening height of the furnace door 62. The opening height of the furnace door 62 reflects the size of the exposed furnace opening 61. The material size refers to the size of the material to be heat treated. In this embodiment, the material is steel, for example, and the material size is the diameter of the steel.

[0146] By controlling the furnace door height adjustment device 63 to adjust the opening height of the furnace door 62 based on the material size, the opening height of the furnace door 62 can be more closely matched with the material size, preventing the opening height of the furnace door 62 from being too large, saving the gas consumption of the reducing gas and adjusting the pressure balance.

[0147] In one embodiment, the material size includes the steel diameter, and the control module 7 is configured to control the furnace door height adjustment device 63 to adjust the opening height of the furnace door 62 until the difference between the opening height of the furnace door 62 and the steel diameter is less than a preset difference.

[0148] In some embodiments, the material has different feeding modes. The feeding mode refers to the mode in which the material that needs to be heat treated enters the interior of the equipment body 10. Exemplarily, the feeding mode includes continuous feeding and step feeding. During continuous feeding, the furnace door 62 is always open at a certain opening height according to the size of the material, and the material enters the interior of the equipment body 10 for heat treatment at a preset process speed. During step feeding, when the interior of the equipment body 10 meets the feeding conditions, the furnace door 62 opens. After the material enters the interior of the equipment body 10 and reaches the specified position, the furnace door 62 is closed or the opening of the furnace door 62 is reduced to heat treat the material. In this embodiment, the material is steel pipe steel. Reducing the opening of the furnace door 62 or closing the furnace door 62 can reduce the entry of external oxygen into the furnace, reduce the oxidation effect of oxygen on steel, avoid the penetration of oxygen into the furnace and cause safety problems, and reduce the amount of atmospheric gas used.

[0149] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 15 and 16, the steel normalizing equipment also includes a fire curtain device 64 and an automatic ignition burner device 65. The automatic ignition burner device 65 is configured to ignite the fire curtain device 64 so that the fire curtain device 64 forms a flame isolation zone at the furnace mouth 61.

[0150] The automatic ignition burner device 65 is a device capable of generating sparks and igniting combustible gas. In one embodiment, the automatic ignition burner device 65 includes an igniter. An igniter is a device that can instantly provide sufficient energy to ignite pulverized coal, oil, or gas fuel and stabilize the flame. The automatic ignition burner device 65 may also be other devices capable of igniting combustible gas.

[0151] The flame curtain device 64 is a device that can be ignited to create a flame isolation zone. For example, the flame curtain device 64 can be positioned below the furnace opening 61 of the equipment body 10, so that the flame isolation zone formed by the flame curtain device 64 can be located at the furnace opening 61. In one embodiment, the flame curtain device 64 includes a hollow device body having an air inlet and an air outlet. The air outlets are multiple. Combustible gas enters the device body through the air inlet and is then discharged through the air outlets. The automatic ignition burner device 65 ignites the combustible gas discharged from the air outlets, thereby forming the flame isolation zone. In one embodiment, the combustible gas can be natural gas.

[0152] Since the automatic ignition burner device 65 can ignite the fire curtain device 64 so that the fire curtain device 64 forms a flame at the furnace mouth 61, the combustible gas inside the equipment main body 10 will be burned when it reaches the furnace mouth 61. At the same time, the oxygen outside the furnace will not enter the interior of the equipment main body 10 from the furnace mouth 61 due to the isolation effect of the flame isolation zone, which can play the role of isolating the gas inside and outside the equipment main body 10.

[0153] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 15, the steel normalizing equipment also includes a smoke exhaust hood 66 and a smoke exhaust fan. The smoke exhaust hood 66 is arranged above the furnace mouth 61, and the smoke exhaust fan is configured to generate negative pressure in the smoke exhaust hood 66; the smoke exhaust hood 66 has an air inlet 661 and a smoke exhaust port 662, the air inlet 661 faces the furnace mouth 61, and the smoke exhaust port 662 is connected to the exhaust manifold.

[0154] The exhaust fan is a machine that rapidly removes gases, characterized by excellent high-temperature resistance and high efficiency. The exhaust fan creates a negative pressure in the exhaust hood 66, allowing the atmosphere escaping from the furnace opening 61 to enter the exhaust hood 66 through the air inlet 661. The atmosphere is collected within the hood and then exhausted through the exhaust manifold, while also discharging water vapor and other gases.

[0155] In some embodiments, there are multiple smoke exhaust ports 662, and the steel normalizing equipment further includes an exhaust main duct. The smoke exhaust ports 662 are connected to the exhaust main duct via an exhaust manifold. A smoke exhaust fan can be provided in the exhaust main duct. Thus, the generated atmosphere inside the equipment body 10 that overflows from the furnace port 61, after being burned at the furnace port 61, and the generated atmosphere that overflows from the steel that enters the equipment body 10, due to its own density being lighter than air and having a temperature significantly higher than room temperature, tends to diffuse upward. With the help of the negative pressure generated by the smoke exhaust fan, the generated atmosphere is collected in the smoke hood 66, collected into the exhaust main duct through the exhaust manifold, and then discharged outdoors. In one embodiment, a continuous flame is provided in the exhaust manifold to combust and discharge the incompletely burned generated atmosphere, thereby preventing the generated atmosphere from escaping. In one embodiment, a butterfly valve is provided on the exhaust manifold, and the butterfly valve is configured to control the conduction and disconnection of the exhaust manifold. Therefore, the butterfly valve can be opened as needed to discharge the generated atmosphere.

[0157] FIG17 is a flow chart of a steel normalizing method provided in Example 2 of the present application. The steel normalizing method is used in the steel normalizing equipment described in any embodiment of the present application. As shown in FIG17 , the steel normalizing method includes:

[0158] S110. Control the generation atmosphere to continuously enter from the generation atmosphere inlet so that the generation atmosphere fills the heating section, the insulation section, the fast cooling section and the slow cooling section, wherein the generation atmosphere includes reducing gas and nitrogen; the reducing gas includes hydrocarbon gas.

[0159] Among them, since the insulation section is provided with an atmosphere generating inlet, and the heating section, insulation section, quick cooling section and slow cooling section are all connected, the atmosphere generating inlet can fill the heating section, insulation section, quick cooling section and slow cooling section of the equipment body.

[0160] S120, controlling the conveying device to drive the steel to move to the heating section, and having the steel stay in the heating section for a preset time, so that the steel is heated to a preset temperature under the generating atmosphere and kept at the preset temperature for a preset time.

[0161] Among them, the preset temperature refers to the temperature that the steel needs to reach when undergoing normalizing heat treatment. Since the steel will stay in the heating section for a preset time, it can be kept warm after reaching the preset temperature. The preset insulation time and preset temperature can be set according to the actual normalizing requirements. Since the generating atmosphere is filled with the heating section, the insulation section, the fast cooling section and the slow cooling section, the steel will be heated in the heating section filled with the generating atmosphere.

[0162] S130, controlling the conveying device to drive the steel to move from the heating section through the insulation section to the rapid cooling chamber of the rapid cooling section, and controlling the air cooling device to blow out the generated atmosphere to cool the steel in the rapid cooling chamber to a specified temperature.

[0163] Among them, since the temperature of the generating atmosphere is relatively low, the air cooling device blows out the generating atmosphere to quickly cool the steel in the rapid cooling chamber to a specified temperature.

[0164] S140, controlling the conveying device to drive the steel to move from the rapid cooling section to the slow cooling section, and cooling the steel to the discharge temperature in the slow cooling section.

[0165] Among them, after the steel enters the slow cooling section from the rapid cooling section, the temperature can be gradually reduced to the discharge temperature in the slow cooling section, so that the steel can be discharged.

[0166] The above scheme, through the generating atmosphere from the generating atmosphere inlet of the insulation section adjacent to the heating section and the rapid cooling section, is equivalent to forming an air curtain on the one hand, blocking most of the high-flow generating atmosphere of the rapid cooling section outside the heating section, reducing the impact of the low-temperature generating atmosphere of the rapid cooling section on the temperature of the heating section; on the other hand, the generating atmosphere overflowing from the insulation section overflows to the tail of the heating section, and takes advantage of the characteristic that low-temperature gas tends to flow to high-temperature areas, forcing the generating atmosphere of the heating section to move toward the inlet position of the heating section, which is opposite to the movement direction of the steel. The micro-positive pressure formed can drive out the oxygen that enters the heating section from the furnace mouth with the steel, so that the steel avoids oxidation, decarburization and blackening during heat treatment, thereby improving the quality of the steel. In addition, compared with the related art of using nitrogen to cool the steel in the rapid cooling section and then cooling the heated nitrogen through a heat exchanger for recycling, in this embodiment, under the action of the air curtain, most of the generating atmosphere flows to the slow cooling section, and does not need to be cooled and recycled, saving the energy consumption of the heat exchanger. The related technology directly adds CO, H2 or inert gas as a protective gas in the heating section to prevent the steel surface from oxidizing and blackening, but the temperature of the directly added protective gas is low, which is not conducive to the temperature stability of the heating section, and will consume a lot of heat energy to maintain temperature stability. This embodiment allows a small amount of the heated generating atmosphere after heat exchange with the steel to overflow into the heating section 300. The generating atmosphere can maintain the reducing environment in the furnace, and the slightly heated generating atmosphere has little effect on the temperature stability of the heating section 300, so that the temperature stability in the furnace is stronger and more energy-efficient.

[0167] Example 3

[0168] FIG18 is a flow chart of a steel normalizing method provided in Example 3 of the present application. The steel normalizing method provided in Example 3 of the present application is adjusted based on Example 2. As shown in FIG18 , the steel normalizing method includes:

[0170] S220. In the step-by-step feeding mode, the conveying device is controlled to drive the steel to move to the first heating zone, and the steel stays in the first heating zone for a first preset time to heat the steel to the normalizing temperature in the first heating zone under the generating atmosphere, and the normalizing temperature is greater than or equal to 800 degrees Celsius and less than or equal to 950 degrees Celsius.

[0171] Since the temperature of the first heating zone is the normalizing temperature, when the steel enters the first heating zone, it can be heated to the normalizing temperature in the first heating zone.

[0172] S230, controlling the conveying device to drive the steel to move from the first heating zone to the second heating zone and stay in the second heating zone for a second preset time, so as to cool the steel to a normalizing isothermal temperature in the second heating zone under the generating atmosphere and keep the steel at the normalizing isothermal temperature for the second preset time, wherein the normalizing isothermal temperature is greater than or equal to 550 degrees Celsius and less than or equal to 650 degrees Celsius, and the second preset time is greater than or equal to 20 minutes and less than or equal to 60 minutes.

[0173] In one embodiment, the first preset time refers to the time the steel is in the first heating zone, and this time is no less than the time required to heat the steel from the initial temperature to the normalizing temperature. Since the temperature of the second heating zone is maintained at the normalizing isothermal temperature, when the steel moves from the first heating zone to the second heating zone, it is cooled from the normalizing temperature to the normalizing isothermal temperature in the second heating zone. The time the steel remains in the second heating zone is the time the steel is held at the normalizing isothermal temperature. The longer the holding time, the closer the normalizing effect of the steel is to isothermal normalizing. The second preset time is the preset holding time at the normalizing isothermal temperature, so the longer the second preset time, the closer the normalizing effect of the steel is to isothermal normalizing.

[0174] S240, controlling the conveying device to drive the steel to move from the heating section through the insulation section to the rapid cooling chamber of the rapid cooling section, and controlling the air cooling device to blow out the generated atmosphere to cool the steel in the rapid cooling chamber to a specified temperature.

[0175] S250, controlling the conveying device to drive the steel to move from the rapid cooling section to the slow cooling section, and cooling the steel to a discharge temperature in the slow cooling section for discharge.

[0176] In the related art, the holding time of isothermal normalizing varies from 2 to 7 hours depending on the type of steel. The steel moves at a uniform speed inside the main body of the equipment. If the motor speed of the conveying device is too low, it will cause the steel to crawl on the conveying roller, affecting the accurate control of the time of discharge from the furnace. Therefore, the motor usually maintains a low speed to avoid crawling. In order to keep the steel warm inside the main body of the equipment for a predetermined time, there must be a furnace chamber that is long enough. Therefore, the furnace body of the normalizing equipment in the related art is very long. And too long of isothermal holding time will cause the carbon in the steel to escape, resulting in surface decarburization.

[0177] The above scheme heats the steel to the normalizing temperature first, then cools the steel to the normalizing isothermal temperature in a short time, and keeps the steel at the normalizing isothermal temperature for a second preset time. In order to avoid decarburization on the surface of the steel, the second preset time of heat preservation in this scheme is shorter than the isothermal normalizing time in the related art. The second preset time is greater than or equal to 20 minutes and less than or equal to 60 minutes, so it can form a similar isothermal normalizing effect: First, for steel with carbon on the surface, shortening the time of heat preservation at the normalizing isothermal temperature can prevent decarburization on the surface of the steel. For steel with zero carbon on the surface, shortening the time of heat preservation at the normalizing isothermal temperature can prevent decarburization on the surface of the steel. The carburizing reaction during the temperature insulation process can make the carbon inside the steel diffuse to the surface of the steel, but it will not cause decarburization, which can achieve better carburizing effect and anti-decarburization effect; secondly, the motor of the conveying device must maintain a certain speed. Shortening the second preset time of insulation at the normalizing isothermal temperature can also shorten the length of the furnace body. The length of the steel normalizing equipment in this embodiment is between the equipment lengths of isothermal normalizing and ordinary normalizing methods, which can reduce the equipment footprint and save factory costs; thirdly, shortening the second preset time of insulation at the normalizing isothermal temperature can make the output higher than isothermal normalizing and the cost lower.

[0178] In some embodiments, the normalizing temperature is greater than or equal to 850 degrees Celsius and less than or equal to 900 degrees Celsius. When the steel material is steel, the normalizing temperature is equal to 850 degrees Celsius and the normalizing isothermal temperature is 600 degrees Celsius, so that the performance of the normalized steel material can be improved.

[0179] In some embodiments, the second preset time is 30 minutes. The second preset time is the preset holding time at the normalizing isothermal temperature. By setting the second preset time to 30 minutes, quasi-isothermal normalizing can be achieved, with a shorter holding time than isothermal normalizing, lowering unit energy consumption. The length of the steel normalizing equipment is between that of isothermal normalizing and conventional normalizing equipment, reducing floor space, and achieving higher output than isothermal normalizing at lower costs. This solves the problem of enabling normalizing equipment in related art to produce steel with superior performance.

[0180] In some embodiments, the steel normalizing method further comprises:

[0181] A feeding mode is obtained, wherein the feeding mode includes a step-by-step mode and a continuous mode.

[0182] Among them, the feeding mode refers to the mode in which the steel that needs to be normalized enters the heating section. The steel normalizing equipment includes a loading section, a ventilation section, a heating section, a rapid cooling section, a slow cooling section, and a unloading section in the direction of the steel's operation. In the continuous feeding mode, according to the time the steel needs to be heated and kept warm inside the main body of the equipment, the conveying rollers of each section maintain a consistent running speed. The steel runs at a uniform speed on the roller conveyor. It will first be loaded by the loading section, then move through the ventilation section into the first heating zone inside the heating section, then move to the second heating zone, then leave the heating section to reach the rapid cooling section, and finally pass through the slow cooling section and be unloaded from the unloading section. In the step-by-step feeding mode, after the steel is loaded, it is quickly transported by the conveying device to the designated position of the first heating zone and stays there. After reaching the preset heating time or temperature, that is, after the steel is heated to the normalizing temperature, the steel is quickly transported by the conveying device to the designated position of the second heating zone, stays there for the second preset time, and is quickly transported out of the furnace after the isothermal insulation is completed. That is, in the step-by-step feeding mode, the steel will move at a set rhythm rather than at a constant speed throughout the entire process.

[0183] When the feeding mode is step-by-step and the steel remains in the first heating zone for a first preset time or in the second heating zone for a second preset time, the power member is controlled to drive the conveyor rollers in the retention zone to rotate a preset number of times in a preset pattern, wherein the preset number of turns is greater than or equal to 1 / 2 turn and less than or equal to 1 turn. The preset pattern can be a low-speed reciprocating motion.

[0184] The preset pattern refers to a preset pattern of rotation of the conveyor rollers. For example, the preset pattern may be that the conveyor rollers first rotate clockwise a preset number of times, then rotate counterclockwise a preset number of times. Alternatively, the preset pattern may be that the conveyor rollers first rotate counterclockwise a preset number of times, then rotate clockwise a preset number of times. The retention area is the area where the steel stays.

[0185] When the feeding mode is set to step-by-step, if the conveyor rollers included in the conveyor device are not rotated to allow the steel to remain in the second heating zone, the conveyor rollers will deform due to the heavy pressure of the steel at high temperatures. By controlling the power element to drive the conveyor rollers to rotate a preset number of times in a preset pattern, the conveyor rollers can be prevented from being compressed and deformed in the high temperature environment where the steel is kept warm.

[0186] In some embodiments, the preset number of turns is greater than or equal to 5 / 8 turns and less than or equal to 7 / 8 turns. Exemplarily, the preset number of turns is 3 / 4 turns.

[0187] In some embodiments, after obtaining the feeding mode, the steel normalizing method further includes:

[0188] Obtain a feeding mode switching instruction. The feeding mode switching instruction is an instruction for instructing the feeding mode to switch. Since there are two feeding modes, step-by-step and continuous, the feeding mode switching instruction will cause the feeding mode to switch between step-by-step and continuous.

[0189] When the feeding mode is a step-by-step mode, the feeding mode is switched to a continuous mode based on the feeding mode switching instruction.

[0190] When the feeding mode is continuous, the feeding mode is switched to step-by-step based on the feeding mode switching instruction.

[0191] Through the above method, the feeding mode of the steel normalizing equipment can be switched between step-by-step and continuous according to production needs.

[0192] The continuous feeding mode can meet the production needs of ordinary steel, such as implementing existing, conventional normalizing processes and producing steel with low performance requirements, and can also implement the steel normalizing method of the above embodiment. The step-by-step feeding mode can also implement the steel normalizing method of the above embodiment, providing more precise control of the normalizing process and achieving higher product quality. This embodiment provides switchable step-by-step and continuous feeding modes, allowing a single device to produce products of various specifications and qualities, adapting to different production needs and achieving full and effective utilization of the equipment.

[0193] In some embodiments, controlling the air cooling device to blow out the generated atmosphere to cool the steel in the rapid cooling chamber to a specified temperature includes:

[0194] The fan within the rapid cooling chamber is controlled to operate at a second speed so that the air duct guides the generated atmosphere toward the steel on the conveying device within the rapid cooling chamber, thereby cooling the steel to a specified temperature under the action of the generated atmosphere. When the fan is operating, the low-temperature generated atmosphere is blown toward the steel on the conveying device within the rapid cooling chamber through the air duct, thereby rapidly cooling the steel to the specified temperature.

[0195] In some embodiments, the controlling of the generated atmosphere to continuously enter from the generated atmosphere inlet so that the generated atmosphere fills the heating section, the insulation section, the fast cooling section, and the slow cooling section, comprises:

[0196] Obtain the oxygen content inside the device body in real time.

[0197] The working status of the device body is obtained in real time.

[0198] The atmosphere module and the nitrogen module are controlled based on the oxygen content and the working state to output or cut off the reducing gas to the generating atmosphere inlet, and to output or cut off the nitrogen to the inside of the equipment body.

[0199] Because the control module can control the atmosphere module and nitrogen module based on oxygen content and operating conditions, it can effectively control the atmosphere and oxygen content within the equipment, reducing decarburization caused by oxygen and preventing furnace explosions caused by excessive oxygen. This solves the problem of how to effectively control the oxygen content within the equipment during heat treatment of steel normalizing equipment to ensure safe production.

[0200] In some embodiments, the atmosphere module and the nitrogen module are controlled based on the oxygen content and the working state to output or cut off the reducing gas to the generating atmosphere inlet, and to output or cut off the nitrogen to the inside of the equipment body, including: when the working state of the equipment body is to open the furnace, determining whether the oxygen content is higher than the preset oxygen content threshold; if the oxygen content is higher than the preset oxygen content threshold, controlling the process nitrogen sub-module to output process nitrogen to the inside of the equipment body; and when the oxygen content is less than or equal to the preset oxygen content threshold, controlling the atmosphere module to output the reducing gas to the generating atmosphere inlet.

[0201] Among them, the process nitrogen submodule refers to a module that stores process nitrogen and can output or cut off the output of process nitrogen. The main component of process nitrogen is nitrogen, which is used to maintain the inert atmosphere inside the equipment body required for the production process. The preset oxygen content threshold refers to the upper limit of the oxygen content in the equipment body that meets safety standards. When the working state of the equipment body is to open the furnace, if the oxygen content is higher than the preset oxygen content threshold, it means that the oxygen content is too high at this time. If reducing gas is introduced at this time, there is a safety hazard of furnace explosion. At this time, the process nitrogen submodule is controlled to output process nitrogen to the inside of the equipment body. The input of process nitrogen can reduce the oxygen content in the equipment body and create an inert atmosphere. In addition, by allowing the atmosphere module to output reducing gas to the inside of the equipment body only when the oxygen content is less than or equal to the preset oxygen content threshold, it can prevent the reducing gas from causing an explosion when the oxygen content is too high.

[0202] In some embodiments, when the working state of the equipment main body is production, it is determined whether the oxygen content is higher than a preset oxygen content threshold value. If the oxygen content is higher than the preset oxygen content threshold value, the atmosphere module is controlled to cut off the output of the reducing gas to the generating atmosphere inlet, and the safety nitrogen sub-module is controlled to output safety nitrogen to the safety atmosphere inlet until the oxygen content is less than or equal to the preset oxygen content threshold value. When the oxygen content is less than or equal to the preset oxygen content threshold value, the atmosphere module is controlled to output the reducing gas to the generating atmosphere inlet so that the equipment main body continues production.

[0203] When the equipment body is in production mode, if the oxygen content exceeds a preset oxygen threshold, indicating that the oxygen content is too high and there is a safety hazard of furnace explosion, the atmosphere control module cuts off the output of reducing gas to the interior of the equipment body, thereby preventing the equipment body from operating under safety risks. By controlling the safety nitrogen submodule to output safety nitrogen to the interior of the equipment body, the input of safety nitrogen can reduce the oxygen content, thereby preventing furnace explosion caused by excessive oxygen content. Since the output of reducing gas is cut off when safety nitrogen is input, the oxygen content can be quickly reduced to less than or equal to the preset oxygen threshold, thus quickly resolving safety hazards in production. By only allowing the atmosphere module to output reducing gas to the interior of the equipment body when the oxygen content is less than or equal to the preset oxygen threshold, allowing the equipment body to continue production, it is possible to prevent the equipment body from operating under safety risks and to prevent the occurrence of poor surface quality of the produced steel due to excessive oxygen content.

[0204] In some embodiments, before the generated atmosphere is controlled to continuously enter from the generated atmosphere inlet, the steel normalizing method also includes, when the working state of the equipment main body is to open the furnace, controlling the fan inside the rapid cooling chamber to operate at a first speed, which can quickly discharge the oxygen in the atmosphere dead corner of the rapid cooling chamber out of the furnace, which is conducive to quickly establishing the generated atmosphere environment.

[0205] The various forms of the processes shown above can be used to reorder, add, or delete steps. For example, the multiple steps described in this application can be performed in parallel, sequentially, or in a different order, as long as the desired results of this application can be achieved.

[0206] The working process of the steel normalizing equipment of this embodiment is as follows: when the steel normalizing equipment is powered on and the furnace is turned on, the furnace door height adjustment device 63 closes the furnace door 62, controls the fan 21 of the rapid cooling section 500 to run at a first speed, and the process nitrogen submodule 831 controls the process nitrogen to pass into the interior of the equipment body 10. When the oxygen content monitoring component 81 detects that the oxygen content is lower than the preset oxygen content threshold, the atmosphere module 82 is controlled to pass reducing gas into the interior of the equipment body 10 to establish a generating atmosphere; when it is detected that the proportions of the various components of the generating atmosphere meet the requirements, the first heating device 305 and the second heating device 306 are turned on to make the first heating zone 301 rise to the normalizing temperature and the second heating zone 302 rise to the normalizing isothermal temperature, and then the furnace door height adjustment device 63 is controlled to open the furnace door 62 to the preset height. , control the conveying device 1 to drive the steel to start feeding and control the fan 21 to run at the second speed, so that the steel stays in the first heating zone 301 for a first preset time to be heated to the normalizing temperature, and then stays in the second heating zone 302 for a second preset time to keep the steel warm at the normalizing isothermal temperature; during operation, if the oxygen content is higher than the preset content threshold, control the height adjustment device to close the furnace door 62 or reduce the opening of the furnace door 62, control the atmosphere module 82 to cut off the output of the reducing gas to the generating atmosphere inlet, and control the safety nitrogen sub-module 832 to output safety nitrogen to the safety nitrogen inlet, and when the oxygen content is less than or equal to the preset oxygen content threshold, control the atmosphere module 82 to output the reducing gas to the generating atmosphere inlet so that the equipment body 10 can continue production. After the heat treatment is completed, the conveying device 1 drives the steel out of the furnace, the furnace door height adjustment device 63 closes the furnace door 62, the first heating device 305 and the second heating device 306 are closed, the atmosphere control module 82 cuts off the output of the reducing gas to the generating atmosphere inlet, and controls the safety nitrogen sub-module 832 to output safety nitrogen to the safety nitrogen inlet, and the safety nitrogen is purged until the combustible gas content is lower than the preset combustible gas content threshold. When the combustible gas content is lower than the preset combustible gas content threshold, the safety nitrogen sub-module 832 is controlled to turn off the safety nitrogen, and the fan 21 is controlled to run at the first speed. After the furnace temperature of the equipment main body 10 drops to room temperature, the process nitrogen sub-module 831 is controlled to cut off the process nitrogen from entering the interior of the equipment main body 10 and control the fan 21 to turn off.

[0207] In some embodiments, the present application uses a generating atmosphere with reducing gas and nitrogen as the main components. The reducing gas includes hydrocarbon gas. The hydrocarbon gas consumes oxygen and reduces the oxide layer on the surface of the steel in the high temperature and low oxygen environment in the furnace, and an "incomplete oxidation reaction" occurs to produce reducing carbon monoxide and hydrogen, but does not produce strongly oxidizing carbon dioxide and water, which can avoid surface decarburization of the steel; by introducing the generating atmosphere from the insulating section 400 adjacent to the heating section 300 and the rapid cooling section 500, the generating atmosphere is injected from the tail of the heating section 300, forcing the generating atmosphere of the heating section 300 to move toward the inlet position of the heating section 300, opposite to the movement direction of the steel, and can drive the oxygen entering from the furnace mouth 61 with the steel out of the furnace. At the same time, the rapid cooling section 500 also uses the generating atmosphere to cool the steel, and flows to the slow cooling section 600 with the steel, so that the steel can better avoid oxidation decarburization and blackening under the protection of the generating atmosphere, thereby improving the quality of the steel. In addition, the generating atmosphere injected into the insulation section 400 can be used to form an air curtain, blocking most of the high-flow rate generating atmosphere in the rapid cooling section 500 outside the heating section 300. Even if a small amount of the generating atmosphere that has heated up after cooling the steel overflows into the heating section 300, the impact on the temperature of the heating section 300 is very small, which is beneficial to the temperature stability of the heating section 300, and there is no need to cool down and recycle the generating atmosphere in the rapid cooling section 500, which is more energy-efficient.
