[0005] State of the Art

[0006] Packaging systems are used in the transport and storage of products in the industrial sector. The products that need to be protected during the transport process depend on the quality of the packaging to reach their place without loss. Increasing sensitive product transport with the development of technology has increased the importance of the packaging sector. Products transported by packaging systems should be protected as economically as possible during storage and transport.

[0007] In the present art, packaging systems are widely used in many areas with wooden panels. In the said wooden package applications, wooden panels are combined with fasteners such as nails and screws. However, it is not possible to fully protect the products during transport with the wooden plates used in packaging and shipment. In transport operations carried out with wooden packaging systems, problems such as tipping, collapse, crushing and scratching are experienced. In addition, since wooden materials have low resistance to external factors such as dampness, mold and similar problems are encountered in warehouse stock and during delivery (especially in long - delivery deliveries abroad). At the same time, due to the shaking during the transport process, fasteners such as nails and screws used in wooden plates are dislodged and deformations such as crushing and disintegration occur in the products in the package. For this reason, it was necessary to eliminate the problems experienced in packaging systems in the known state of the art. An example of the known state of the technique in the research conducted in the literature is the document numbered TR2020 / 01557. The said document relates to a palletizable wooden crate. [0051] Detailed Description of the Invention In this detailed description, the preferred alternatives to the inventive packaging system are described solely for the purpose of a better understanding of the subject matter and without any limiting effect.

[0052] Figure 1 shows a general view of the inventive packaging system. Accordingly, the packaging system is in its most basic form; the lower part (10), which is positioned side by side and on top of each other at a certain distance from each other according to the dimensions of the product to be packaged, the side beam (20), which is positioned on the vertical axis in the side beam slots (1 1 ) located on both sides of the lower part (10) and prevents the products from overflowing by forming a frame on the lower part (10) according to the dimensions of the product to be packaged, the upper part (30), which is placed on the side beams (20) and ensures that the products stacked on top of each other in the packaging system are centered and fixed, the carrying and joining part (40), which is positioned on a horizontal axis between the lower parts (10) and carries the products on it, the center separator (50), which is positioned on a horizontal axis on the side beams (20) and ensures that more than one type of product is kept separate in a bale in the packaging system and at the same time maintains the integrity of the said bales, the cover (60), which is located in the upper slots (14) of the lower part (10) and the cover slots (32) of the upper part (30), comprises a fixing element (70) which is passed over the lower part (10), the upper part (30) and preferably the center separator (50) and fixes the packaging system together with the packaged product.

[0053] The inventive packaging system forms a frame by means of the lower part (10) made of plastic, the side beams (20) made of plastic and the upper part (30) made of plastic, and ensures that the products to be packaged are stacked and transported in a regular and protected manner. Accordingly, the lower parts (10) are positioned side by side and on top of each other at a certain distance from each other according to the dimensions of the product to be packed.

[0054] The lower part (10) shown in Figure 2 has side beam slots (1 1 ) on both side edges, mainly for fixing the side beams (20) on the vertical axis. The side beams (20) are connected to the aforementioned side beam slots (1 1 ) by fitting. In the lower part (10), on the outer edge of the side beam slots (1 1 ) and on the lower surface of the lower part (10), a lower part strip channel (12) is formed through which the fixing element (70) is passed, so that the packaging system is fixed by means of the fixing element (70). The said fixing element (70) is preferably a strip.

[0055] On the lower surface of the lower part (10), there is an angled female insert slot

[0056] (13) which prevents the lower part (10) from sliding during transport by centering the lower part (10) to the upper part (30) when the lower part (10) is placed on the upper part (30) for stacking more than one packaging system on top of each other. Accordingly, the upper part (30) shown in Figure 3 also has an angled male insert slot (33). The said angled male insert slot (33) is inserted into the angled female insert slot (13).

[0057] On the upper surface of the lower part (10), there are upper slots (14), which enable the carrying and joining parts (40) made of plastic to be placed in the packaging system on the horizontal axis. At the same time, these upper slots

[0058] (14) prevent damage to the products by the carrier device carrying the packaging system during loading. In cases where the carrying and joining parts (40) are not used on the lower part (10), a cover (60) made of plastic can be closed on the said upper slots (14).

[0059] The side beams (20), which are positioned on the vertical axis in the side beam slots (1 1 ) of the lower part (10), form a frame between the lower part (10) and the upper part (30) according to the dimensions of the products to be packed on the lower part (10) and prevent the products to be packed from overflowing. On the side beam (20) shown in Figure 4, there are measure ribs (21 ). The measure ribs (21 ) enable the length of the side beam (20) to be adjusted by cutting according to the desired size.

[0060] Side channels (31 ) are arranged on both side edges of the upper part (30) for inserting the upper part (30) onto the side beams (20). The upper part (30) is inserted into the side beams (20) by means of the said side channels (31 ). On the outer edge of the side channels (31 ) and on the angled male insert slot (33), a upper part strip channel (34) is formed in the upper part (30) through which the fixing element (70) is threaded to enable the packaging system to be fixed by means of the fixing element (70).

[0061] The upper part (30) is provided with cover slots (32). The said cover slots (32) are slots to which a cover (60) is attached in order to prevent crushing of the packaged thin products.

[0062] On the upper part (30) there is a logo area (35) with the logo and name of the company using the packaging system.

[0063] In the inventive packaging system, the carrying and joining parts (40) shown in figure 5 can be positioned on the lower parts (10) on the horizontal axis. Said carrying and joining parts (40) fit into the upper slots (14) on the lower parts (10). The carrying and joining parts (40) are positioned on the horizontal axis between the lower parts (10), connecting the lower parts (10) to each other and carrying the products on them. At the same time, by means of the carrying and joining parts (40), damages such as crushing and scratching are prevented due to the contact of the nails of the forklift used as a carrier device during transport with the packaged products.

[0064] In the inventive packaging system, a center separator (50) made of plastic, as shown in Figure 6, may be provided on the horizontal axis on the side beams (20). Accordingly, on both side edges of the center separator (50), side beam passage slots (51 ) are formed which engage the side beams (20). The said center separator (50) ensures that more than one type of product is kept separate in a bale in the packaging system and at the same time maintains the integrity of said bales. At the same time, on the outer edge of the side beam passage slots (51 ), a channel (52) is formed through which the said straps are passed, in order to enable the packaging system to be fixed by means of the straps.

[0065] The cover (60) shown in Figure 7 is closed by fitting into the upper slots (14) of the lower part (10) and the cover slots (32) of the upper part (30).

[0066] The installation of the inventive packaging system is as follows; The lower part (10) is placed next to the products to be packaged at the specified centered dimensions. The carrying and joining parts (40) are connected by inserting into the upper slots (14) on the lower part (10). During the transport of the products by means of the carrying and joining parts (40), the contact of the carrier device with the packaged product is interrupted and the products are prevented from being deformed.

[0067] Side beams (20) are inserted into the side beam slots (1 1 ) on the lower parts (10), and the products placed in the packaging system are packaged without overflowing and dispersing to the left and right by means of the side beams (20).

[0068] If more than one type of product is to be packed with the packaging system, center separators (50), as shown in figure 8, are mounted on the side beams (20) by means of side beam passage slots (51 ). Depending on the type of product being packed, the number of center separators (50) can be increased or decreased.

[0069] After the packaging process is completed, the upper part (30) is passed onto the side beams (20) by means of the side channels (31 ) and the products are kept stationary. If the side beams (20) are longer than the packaging size, the side beams (20) coming up from the upper part (30) can be shortened by cutting them by means of the measure ribs (21 ).

[0070] If the carrying and joining part (40) is not used in the packaging system, a cover (60) can be inserted into the upper slots (14) of the lower part (10) and the cover slots (32) of the upper part (30). In this way, the products are prevented from being crushed due to the gap formed by the upper slots (14) and the cover slots (32) during the pressing process to fix the packaging system and the products to be packaged together after the packaging process.

[0071] In the last stage of the packaging process in which fixing is performed, the packaging system is pressed and made ready for transport by means of a fixing element (70), preferably a strip, which is passed through the lower part strip channel (12) of the lower part (10), the upper part strip channel (34) of the upper part (30) and preferably the channels (52) of the center separator (50). The number of parts used in the packaging system subject to the invention varies according to the package size.
