Description

Anchor bolt assembly

[0001] The present invention relates to an anchor bolt assembly for fixing a fixed object by inserting it into a hole drilled in a concrete floor or wall, and more specifically, to an anchor bolt assembly that uses a plurality of fixing clips and sleeve nuts to firmly fix the object without it coming out of the hole.

[0002] An anchor bolt is a fixing means used to secure facilities or objects to concrete floors or walls. It is widely used to secure fixed objects in places that do not have supporting power on their own, such as rigid concrete.

[0003] To secure the above-mentioned fixture, first drill a hole in the concrete floor or wall to insert an anchor bolt, and then insert the bolt and sleeve to secure it.

[0004] A conventional anchor bolt comprises a fixing bolt, a sleeve fitted into the fixing bolt, and a washer and nut inserted into the fixing bolt exposed outside the hole.

[0005] As a prior art related to anchor bolts, the removable set anchor bolt of Korean Patent No. 10-1544516 is one in which an elastic member is first inserted into a hole before installing the anchor bolt, and the elastic member is used when removing the anchor bolt.

[0006] The above sleeve has a cylindrical shape and a number of cut grooves formed in the upper and lower directions at the lower end. When the fixing bolt and sleeve are inserted into the hole together, and only the sleeve is struck downward with an anchor punch or the like, the cut groove portion of the sleeve is spread apart by the tapered portion of the fixing bolt, and is fixed in close contact with the inner surface of the hole.

[0007] However, the concrete structures in which anchor bolts are installed are not as strong as metal structures, and thus can break. For example, if an anchor bolt fixed in a hole is subjected to continuous external force, the hole can widen. Furthermore, if the object being fixed is subjected to external force, the external force or the resulting vibration can be directly transmitted to the anchor bolt. Consequently, over time, the anchor bolt can scratch the inner surface of the concrete hole, significantly reducing its seal with the hole, ultimately leading to its detachment.

[0008] The present invention has been devised to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide an anchor bolt assembly in which a fixing bolt is firmly attached to the inner surface of a hole at multiple points so as to firmly maintain a fastened state even when an external force is applied, and in which the external force transmitted to the fixing bolt is effectively distributed so as to prevent damage to a part due to an external force.

[0009] The anchor bolt assembly (1) of the present invention for implementing the above-described purpose is an anchor bolt assembly (1) that is inserted and fixed into a hole (30) of a floor or wall to fix a fixed object (40), and includes a fixed bolt (100) including a tapered portion (110) whose diameter gradually increases from the top to the bottom, a cylindrical shaft portion (120) extending vertically from the top of the tapered portion (110), a screw thread (130) formed on the outer circumferential surface of the shaft portion (120), and a head portion (140) formed on the upper end of the shaft portion (120) and which is a portion that is struck with a striking tool when the anchor bolt assembly (1) is inserted into the hole (30); An upper sleeve (210) having a cylindrical shape and having a plurality of protrusions (211) formed on the outer surface thereof spaced apart in the circumferential direction and in close contact with the inner surface of the hole (30), a lower sleeve (230) having a cylindrical shape having a diameter larger than the diameter of the upper sleeve (210) and including a plurality of wing portions (232) formed by a plurality of cut portions (231) formed at positions spaced apart in the circumferential direction, and a tapered middle portion (220) connecting the upper sleeve (210) and the lower sleeve (230) and having a diameter that gradually increases toward the lower sleeve (230), and a plurality of fixing clips (200) fitted in multiple stages to the fixing bolt (100); A plurality of sleeve nuts (300) having a diameter of the upper part formed smaller than the diameter of the lower sleeve (230) and having a tapered shape in which the diameter of the outer surface gradually increases from the upper part to the lower part, and positioned between the plurality of fixing clips (200) and fitted in multiple stages to the fixing bolt (100), and having a cylindrical inner surface having a screw tab (320) formed thereon to be screwed into the screw thread (130) of the fixing bolt (100); and a nut (600) having a screw tab (610) formed thereon to be screwed into the screw thread (130) formed on the upper part of the fixing bolt (100) protruding upward through the fixed object (40),When the fixing bolt (100) is inserted into the hole (30) by striking the plurality of fixing clips (200) and the plurality of sleeve nuts (300) alternately fitted into the fixing bolt (100), the protruding surface (211a) of the protrusion (211) formed on the upper sleeve (210) of the fixing clip (200) is pressed into the inner surface of the hole (30) so that the fixing clip (200) is prevented from rotating and fixed, and when the fixing bolt (100) is inserted into the hole (30) so that the rotation of the fixing clip (200) is prevented while the plurality of fixing clips (200) and the plurality of sleeve nuts (300) are alternately fitted into the fixing bolt (100), the nut (600) is screwed into the screw thread (130) formed on the upper portion of the fixing bolt (100) and rotated, As the fixed bolt (100) moves upward, the sleeve nut (300) moves upward, and the wing part (232) of the fixed clip (200) is spread outward by the sleeve nut (300), and the lower end of the wing part (232) is fixed in close contact with the inner surface of the hole (30), and as the fixed bolt (100) moves upward, the wing part (232) of the fixed clip (200-1) located at the lowest side among the plurality of fixed clips (200) inserted in multiple stages is spread outward by the tapered part (100) of the fixed bolt (100), and the lower end of the wing part (232) is fixed in close contact with the inner surface of the hole (30), and the upper side of the fixed clip (200-3) located at the highest side among the plurality of fixed clips (200) inserted in multiple stages is screwed into the screw thread (130) of the fixed bolt (100). A washer nut (400) having a screw tap (410) formed on the inner surface is provided, and a plurality of fixing clips (200) and a plurality of sleeve nuts (300) inserted in multiple stages are sequentially installed in the vertical direction by the screw connection of the washer nut (400).It is characterized in that the position where the fixing clip (200-3) located at the uppermost side moves upward is limited when striking for inserting the above fixing bolt (100).

[0010] The distance (L1) at which the protruding surface (211a) of the protrusion (211) is spaced radially outward from the central axis (C) of the fixing bolt (100) may be formed to be greater than the distance (L2) at which the outer surface of the lower sleeve (230) of the fixing clip (200) is spaced radially outward from the central axis (C) of the fixing bolt (100).

[0011] The protrusion (211) formed on the upper sleeve (210) of the fixed clip (200) may have inclined surfaces (211b, 211c) formed on the upper and lower portions of the protrusion surface (211a) to contact the inner surface of the hole (30), respectively.

[0012] A rubber member (450) may be provided on the upper circumference of the fixing bolt (100) between the washer nut (400) and the fixed object (40).

[0013] According to the anchor bolt assembly according to the present invention, by using a plurality of fixing clips and sleeve nuts, the fixing bolt is firmly attached at a plurality of points on the inner surface of the hole, and does not rotate even when an external force is applied, but maintains the fastened state, and at the same time, the external force transmitted to the fixing bolt is effectively distributed, so that damage to the parts of the anchor bolt assembly and the inner surface of the hole due to the external force can be prevented, thereby improving the durability of the anchor bolt assembly.

[0014] In particular, since the protrusion formed on the upper sleeve is in close contact with the inner surface of the hole while the fixing clip is inserted into the hole, even if an external force is applied to the fixing clip, the fixing clip can be effectively prevented from rotating and moving out of the fixed position, thereby firmly fixing the object to be fixed by the anchor bolt assembly.

[0015] In addition, a rubber member is provided on the upper circumference of the fixed bolt between the washer nut and the fixed object, and as the washer nut located below it moves upward in conjunction with the rotation of the fixed bolt, the rubber member contracts due to an upward force applied thereto, thereby increasing the frictional area and closely contacting the inner surface of the hole formed in the fixed object to block rainwater or contaminants.

[0043] The configuration and operation of a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.

[0044] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 7, an anchor bolt assembly (1) according to a first embodiment of the present invention is a device for fixing a fixed object (40) to a support (10) by being inserted into and fixed in a hole (30) of a support (10) such as a concrete (20) floor or wall.

[0045] The above anchor bolt assembly (1) includes a fixing bolt (100) inserted into the hole (30), a plurality of fixing clips (200; 200-1, 200-2, 200-3) fitted in multiple stages to the fixing bolt (100), a plurality of sleeve nuts (300; 300-1, 300-2) fitted in multiple stages to the fixing bolt (100) so as to be positioned between the plurality of fixing clips (200; 200-1, 200-2, 200-3), and a nut (600) screw-connected to the upper portion of the fixing bolt (100) to fix the fixed object (40) to the support (10).

[0046] In addition, the anchor bolt assembly (1) includes a washer nut (400) that limits the upward movement of the fixing clip (200-3) located at the uppermost position among the plurality of fixing clips (200; 200-1, 200-2, 200-3), and a washer (500) that is provided between the nut (600) and the fixed object (40) to prevent deformation of the fixed object (40) by lowering the surface pressure applied to the fixed object (40) when the nut (600) rotates.

[0047] Referring to FIG. 1, the fixed bolt (100) includes a tapered portion (110), a shaft portion (120), a screw thread (130), and a head portion (140).

[0048] The above tapered portion (110) is formed at the lower portion of the fixed bolt (100), and is formed in a shape in which the diameter gradually increases from the top to the bottom, so that the fixed clip (200-1), which is located at the lowest side among the plurality of fixed clips (200; 200-1, 200-2, 200-3), does not move downward as described below, and also has the function of causing the wing portion (232) formed on the fixed clip (200-1) to spread outward in the radial direction so that the inner surface of the hole (30) is in close contact with it.

[0049] The above-mentioned shaft portion (120) is formed in a cylindrical shape extending vertically from the upper end of the above-mentioned tapered portion (110). The screw thread (130) is formed on the outer surface of the shaft portion (120) and is screw-connected with the screw taps (320, 410, 610) formed on the inner surface of the sleeve nut (300; 300-1, 300-2) and the washer nut (400) and the nut (600), respectively. The above-mentioned head portion (140) is a portion corresponding to the upper end of the shaft portion (120) and is a portion that is struck with a striking tool such as an anchor punch when inserting the fixing bolt (100) into the inside of the hole (30).

[0050] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 5, the fixing clip (200; 200-1, 200-2, 200-3) has a through hole (200a) formed inside a cylindrical shape, and includes an upper sleeve (210), a middle portion (220), and a lower sleeve (230).

[0051] The upper sleeve (210) is formed in a cylindrical shape, and on the outer surface, a plurality of protrusions (211) are formed spaced apart in the circumferential direction so as to be in close contact with the inner surface of the hole (30). In this embodiment, the plurality of protrusions (211) are formed in four positions spaced apart in the circumferential direction on the outer surface of the upper sleeve (210), but the number may be modified to a different number.

[0052] In one embodiment, the protrusion (211) can be processed by applying pressure from the inner side to the outer side of the upper sleeve (210) through press processing.

[0053] The above protrusion (211) is composed of a protrusion surface (211a) that protrudes radially outward, an upper inclined surface (211b) formed on the upper side of the protrusion surface (211a), and a lower inclined surface (211c) formed on the lower side of the protrusion surface (211a).

[0054] When the fixing bolt (100) is inserted into the inside of the hole (30) with a plurality of fixing clips (200) and a plurality of sleeve nuts (300) alternately fitted into the fixing bolt (100), the protruding surface (211a) of the protrusion (211) formed on the upper sleeve (210) of the fixing clip (200) is pressed into the inner surface of the hole (30), so that the fixing clip (200) can be fixed while preventing rotation.

[0055] Referring to FIGS. 3 to 5, the distance (L1) at which the protruding surface (211a) of the protrusion (211) is spaced radially outward from the central axis (C) of the fixing bolt (100) is formed to be larger by a predetermined clearance (G) than the distance (L2) at which the outer surface of the lower sleeve (230) of the fixing clip (200) is spaced radially outward from the central axis (C) of the fixing bolt (100), and the inner diameter of the hole (30) is formed to be larger than the outer diameter of the lower sleeve (230). In addition, the distance (L1) at which the protruding surface (211a) of the protrusion (211) is spaced radially outward from the central axis (C) of the fixing bolt (100) may be formed to be slightly larger than the radius of the hole (30). Therefore, when the fixed clip (200) is inserted into the inside of the hole (30), the outer surface of the lower sleeve (230) does not come into contact with the inner surface of the hole (30), but the protrusion (211) formed on the upper sleeve (210) comes into contact with it.

[0056] In one embodiment, the inner diameter of the hole (30) may be formed to be 11 mm, the diameter of the lower sleeve (230) to be 10 mm, and the diameter of the upper sleeve (210) including the protrusion (211) to be 11.5 mm.

[0057] Meanwhile, by forming inclined surfaces (211b, 211c) on the upper and lower portions of the protrusion (211), respectively, the fixing clip (200; 200-1, 200-2, 200-3) can be smoothly inserted along the inner surface of the hole (30), and during the insertion process, the protrusion (211) can be compressed and deformed radially inwardly so as to be firmly fixed to the inner surface of the hole (30), and thus, even if an external force is applied after the fixing clip (200; 200-1, 200-2, 200-3) is fixed, it can be maintained in a fixed state without being rotated arbitrarily.

[0058] The above middle part (220) connects the upper sleeve (210) and the lower sleeve (230) and is formed in a tapered shape with the diameter gradually increasing toward the lower sleeve (230).

[0059] The lower sleeve (230) is formed in a cylindrical shape with a diameter larger than that of the upper sleeve (210), and includes a plurality of wing portions (232) formed by a plurality of cut portions (231) formed at positions spaced apart in the circumferential direction.

[0060] The above cut portion (231) is formed to have a predetermined width in the vertical direction from the lower end of the middle portion (220) to the lower end of the lower sleeve (230).

[0061] By forming a plurality of cutouts (231) in the lower sleeve (230), the wing portion (232) is provided with an upper end fixed to the lower end of the middle portion (220) and a lower end of the wing portion (232) that is not fixed, so that when the tapered portion (110) of the fixing bolt (100) and the sleeve nut (300; 300-1, 300-2) come into contact with the inner surface of the wing portion (232) and move upward, the wing portion (232) can be fixed by being pressed against the inner surface of the hole (30) while being spread outward in the radial direction by the action of an outward pushing force of the tapered portion (110) and the sleeve nut (300; 300-1, 300-2).

[0062] In this embodiment, the plurality of cut portions (231) and wing portions (232) are each formed in four pieces, but the number may be modified to a different number.

[0063] Referring to FIG. 1, the sleeve nut (300; 300-1, 300-2) is positioned between a plurality of fixing clips (200) and is fitted in multiple stages to the fixing bolt (100). The upper diameter is formed to be smaller than the diameter of the lower sleeve (230), and has a tapered shape in which the diameter of the outer surface gradually increases from the upper side to the lower side.

[0064] A cylindrical through hole (310a) having the same inner diameter is formed on the inner side of the body (210) of the sleeve nut (300; 300-1, 300-2), and a screw tap (320) that is screw-connected to the screw thread (130) of the fixing bolt (100) is formed on the inner surface of the body (210) of the sleeve nut (300; 300-1, 300-2).

[0065] The above sleeve nut (300; 300-1, 300-2) has a body part (310) whose outer surface is formed as an inclined surface, so that the wing part (232) formed on the remaining fixing clips (200-2, 200-3) except for the fixing clip (200-1) located at the lowest side among the plurality of fixing clips (200; 200-1, 200-2, 200-3) is spread outward in the radial direction to ensure that the inner surface of the hole (30) is in close contact.

[0066] A screw tap (410) that is screw-connected to the screw thread (130) of the fixing bolt (100) is formed on the inner surface of the washer nut (400), and when the head (140) of the fixing bolt (100) is struck with an anchor punch to insert the fixing bolt (100), the position where the fixing clip (200-3) located at the uppermost side among the plurality of fixing clips (200; 200-1, 200-2, 200-3) moves upward is restricted, thereby allowing the fixing clip (200; 200-1, 200-2, 200-3) to be stably inserted into the inside of the hole (30) without being dislodged upward.

[0067] On the inner surface of the above nut (600), a screw tap (610) is formed that is screw-connected to a screw thread (130) formed on the upper portion of a fixing bolt (100) that protrudes upward through the above fixed object (40).

[0068] Hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7, the operation of fixing a fixed object (40) to a support (10) using the anchor bolt assembly (1) of the present invention will be described.

[0069] First, as shown in Fig. 6, a hole (30) is drilled into a concrete (20) floor or wall using a tool such as a drill, and then a plurality of fixing clips (200; 200-1, 200-2, 200-3) and a plurality of sleeve nuts (300; 300-1; 300-2) are alternately fitted onto a fixing bolt (100). That is, the lowermost fixing clip (200-1) is inserted into the fixing bolt (100) so that it is seated on the tapered portion (110) of the fixing bolt (100), the sleeve nut (300-1) located on the lower side is screwed into the fixing bolt (100) so that it is seated on the upper side of the fixing clip (200-1), the fixing clip (200-2) located in the middle is inserted into the fixing bolt (100) so that it is seated on the upper side of the fixing clip (200-2), the sleeve nut (300-2) located on the upper side is screwed into the fixing bolt (100) so that it is seated on the upper side of the fixing clip (200-2), and the fixing clip (200-3) located on the upper side is inserted into the fixing bolt (100) so that it is seated on the upper side of the fixing clip (200-3).

[0070] Next, the washer nut (400) is screwed onto the fixing bolt (100) so that it is seated on the top of the fixing clip (200-3) located at the top.

[0071] In this way, while a plurality of fixing clips (200; 200-1, 200-2, 200-3), a plurality of sleeve nuts (300; 300-1, 300-2) and a washer nut (400) are combined with the fixing bolt (100), the head (140) of the fixing bolt (100) is struck downward using a striking tool such as an anchor punch to insert the fixing bolt (100) into the hole (30). The anchor punch is struck until the height of the washer nut (400) is positioned at a predetermined depth with respect to the support (10), so that the fixing bolt (100) is inserted into the hole (30). At this time, when the head (140) of the fixed bolt (100) is struck by the anchor punch, the washer nut (400) blocks the fixed clip (200-3) located at the top from rising upward.

[0072] After inserting the above fixed bolt (100) to a predetermined depth, the upper part of the fixed bolt (100) is passed through the fixed object (40), a washer (500) is fitted to the upper part of the fixed bolt (100) protruding from the upper side of the fixed object (40), and a nut (600) is screwed on.

[0073] When the above nut (600) is rotated in place using a tool such as a spanner, the fixed bolt (100) screwed into the nut (600) moves upward while moving relative to the nut (600), and at the same time, the plurality of sleeve nuts (300; 300-1, 300-2) and washer nuts (400) screwed into the fixed bolt (100) also move upward together.

[0074] In this way, as the fixed bolt (100) moves upward, the wing part (232) of the fixed clip (200-1) located at the lowest side among the plurality of fixed clips (200) inserted in the multi-stage is subjected to an upward outward force by the tapered part (110) of the fixed bolt (100), and thus spreads outward in the radial direction, so that the lower end of the wing part (232) of the fixed clip (200-1) can be fixed in close contact with the inner surface of the hole (30). At the same time, the wing part (232) of the fixed clip (200-2, 200-3) located in the middle and uppermost side is subjected to an upward outward force by the sleeve nut (300; 300-1, 300-2), and thus spreads outward in the radial direction, so that the lower end of the wing part (232) of the fixed clip (200-2, 200-3) can be fixed in close contact with the inner surface of the hole (30).

[0075] In addition, the washer nut (400) screwed onto the fixing bolt (100) also moves upward together with the fixing bolt (100), and the upper part of the fixing clip (200-3) located at the top can be fixed without moving beyond a position where it contacts the lower surface of the washer nut (400). At this time, the upper inclined surface (211b) formed on the protrusion (211) of the fixing clip (200-3) can move along the inner surface of the hole (30) to a predetermined height and then be firmly fixed by coming into close contact with the inner surface of the hole (30).

[0076] As described above, according to the anchor bolt assembly (1) of the present invention, by using a plurality of fixing clips (200; 200-1, 200-2, 200-3) and sleeve nuts (300; 300-1, 300-2), the fixing bolt (100) is firmly attached at a plurality of points on the inside of the hole (30) so that it does not rotate even when an external force is applied and maintains the fastened state, and at the same time, the external force transmitted to the fixing bolt (100) is effectively distributed so that damage to the components of the anchor bolt assembly (10) and the inside of the hole (30) due to the external force can be prevented, thereby improving the durability of the anchor bolt assembly (1).

[0077] In particular, when the fixing clip (200; 200-1, 200-2, 200-3) is inserted into the hole (30), the protrusion (211) formed on the upper sleeve (210) is in close contact with the inner surface of the hole (30), so that even if an external force is applied to the fixing clip (200; 200-1, 200-2, 200-3), the fixing clip (200; 200-1, 200-2, 200-3) can be effectively prevented from rotating and moving away from the fixed position, thereby firmly fixing the fixed object (40) by the anchor bolt assembly (1).

[0078] In addition, the number of fixing clips (200) and sleeve nuts (300) can be adjusted according to the field conditions depending on the length of the fixing bolt (100), so that the tensile strength can be maintained appropriately and the influence of vibration can be minimized.

[0079] Referring to FIGS. 8 to 10, an anchor bolt assembly (1-1) according to a second embodiment of the present invention includes all of the configurations of the first embodiment described above, and additionally includes a rubber member (450) between a washer nut (400) and a washer (500). The fixing member (450) is provided on the upper circumference of the fixing bolt (100) between the washer nut (400) and the fixed object (40).

[0080] The above rubber member (450) has an advantage in that it can block rainwater or contaminants by contracting and increasing the frictional area due to the upward force applied as the washer nut (400) located on the lower side thereof moves upward in conjunction with the rotation of the fixed bolt (100) and is in close contact with the inner surface of the hole formed in the fixed object (40).

[0081] As described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and obvious modifications can be made by a person having ordinary skill in the art to which the invention pertains without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention as claimed in the claims, and such modifications fall within the scope of the present invention.
