lubrication system, which can effectively prevent lubricating oil from flowing out from a
discharge port for discharging gas even under the condition that the oil surface is greatly inclined, thereby realizing
miniaturization. The
oil tank (4) stores lubricating oil extracted from an oil pan, sends the lubricating oil (3) to a predetermined part needing
lubrication, and discharges a gas component separated from the lubricating oil (3). The oil tank (4) is provided with a plurality of
discharge ports (10a, 10b) which are arranged on an upper plate part (9) closing the upper end part and
discharge the gas component; a valve mechanism (11) for opening and closing the discharge port; and a valve
control unit (15) that actuates the valve mechanism on the basis of the acceleration, the valve
control unit being configured so as to actuate the valve mechanism (11) in a state in which, among the plurality of discharge ports (10a, 10b), the discharge ports (10a, 10b) located on the side on which the oil surface (3a) of the lubricating oil rises due to the acceleration are closed, and the discharge ports located on the side on which the oil surface (3a) falls are opened.
