Dual thermometer system

The invention provides a dual thermometer system for the measurement and display of temperature data taken at two separate locations within an oven. In one aspect, the invention provides an elongated probe connected with a flexible electronic cable. The probe houses two temperature sensors—one for sensing internal food temperature, one for sensing inside oven air temperature. The sensors are space apart within the probe such that the one sensor can be positioned substantially within a food item and the other sensor can positioned substantially outside of the food item and within the oven. Signals from the sensors are relayed from the probe and through the cable; external electronics may attach to the cable to acquire the signals and display associated temperatures. In another aspect, signals from temperature sensors are relayed from the probe and through the cable to a first wireless termination. The first wireless termination wirelessly relays signals from the probe to a second wireless termination coupled to module electronics, to acquire the wireless signals and to display associated temperatures. In operation, the probe is inserted into food within an operating oven, such that one of the sensors senses food temperature and such that the other of the sensors senses oven air temperature; the cable extends from the probe and through the door of the oven; the module electronics may be attached to a convenient location in the kitchen, usually near to the oven, to display temperatures from the probe.

The device comprises a case, a semiconductor refrigeration chipset (7), a cold end radiator (14), a cold end condensation fan (5), a hot end and cold end heat insulation device (9), and a hot end cooling device. The semiconductor refrigeration chipset (7) is arranged in the case, and electrode plates at the two ends of the semiconductor refrigeration chipset produce a temperature difference to form a cold end and a hot end when the semiconductor refrigeration chipset is powered on; the cold end of the semiconductor refrigeration chipset is provided with the cold end radiator, the cold end condensation fan installed in the case rotates and produces negative air pressure to suck air and then blow the air to the cold end radiator; the hot end of the condensation semiconductor refrigeration chipset is provided with the hot end cooling device which discharges heat produced at the hot end of the semiconductor refrigeration chipset; the hot end and cold end heat insulation device separates the hot end and the cold end of the semiconductor refrigeration chipset in the case so as to facilitate dehumidification. Further, the invention further provides an intelligent condensation-preventing environment regulating and controlling system, air inside the controlled environment cannot meet the condition for producing condensation, and therefore the condensation is well prevented from being produced.

Flexible and mobile high transition rate of temperature test devices

A high thermal change rate of test apparatus aims to realize test equipment requirement of highly accelerated life test(HALT) and highly accelerated stress screening(HASS). Structurally, the apparatus is provided with a cabinet body with an interior for placing test specimen. The cabinet body is provided with elements of fans, electric heating tubes and liquid nitrogen nozzles therein. The positions of the cabinet body and the control system are separate. Several groups (normally 2 or 3 groups, depends on the size of cabinet) of liquid nitrogen pipes connecting the cabinet body are flexible stainless steel pipes for enclosing and insulating sleeve tubes. During full-speed temperature cooling, all groups of the pipes simultaneously eject liquid nitrogen. When temperature is constant, only one group of liquid nitrogen pipe with cryogenic valve and nozzles is used and micro-adjusted to achieve good temperature stability. The cabinet body can match different types of shaker combinations to perform temperature/vibration test with high transition rate of temperature, and be used as a single high thermal change rate of temperature cabinet, can have relatively great assembly flexibility in response to test requirement. The entire apparatus has higher mobility and flexibility than conventional temperature/vibration cabinets.
