The invention relates to the technical field of
polymer composite materials, in particular to a high-leveling-property rapid self-repairing
coating which comprises a component A and a component B according to the
mass ratio of (4-5): 1. The component A is prepared from the following components in parts by
mass: 50 to 70 parts of hydroxyl-containing
acrylic resin, 10 to 30 parts of hydroxyl-terminated
polyurethane prepolymer with dynamic disulfide bonds, 0.1 to 1.0 part of flatting agent and 15 to 25 parts of
solvent; the component B is an aliphatic polyisocyanate curing agent; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the hydroxyl-containing
acrylic resin, the hydroxyl-terminated
polyurethane prepolymer with the dynamic disulfide bonds, the flatting agent and the
solvent at
room temperature under the protection of a dark
inert gas, and stirring until the mixture is uniform and transparent; mixing the component A and the component B in proportion, and curing for 10-20 minutes. The dynamic disulfide bonds can generate reversible
bond breaking and recombination under
thermal stimulation, and when the paint film generates scratches, the disulfide bonds at the scratches are rearranged and connected through medium-temperature heating, so that the macroscopic scratches are driven to be closed, and self-repairing is realized.
