[0013] 1. Overview An information processing system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.

[0014] Fig. 1 is a diagram schematically illustrating an information processing system 1 according to this embodiment. The information processing system 1 is an electronic stamp system that uses NFTs, which are non-fungible tokens issued on a blockchain, as stamps. Fig. 1 shows a schematic block diagram of the processing executed in the information processing system 1.

[0015] As shown in Figure 1, the information processing system 1 includes a first user 11, a second user 12, a blockchain 20, an electronic stamp system 21, a DID (Decentralized Identity) system 22, an electronic stamp issuance system 31, and a communication system 32. Note that each system in Figure 1 conceptually represents a function in the information processing system 1 and may take various forms depending on the embodiment. For example, a system may be one or two or more terminal devices, or may be a program running on a terminal device.

[0016] The first user 11 and the second user 12 are users of services and applications provided in connection with the sending and receiving of fan letters (also simply referred to as letters) using postage stamps (NFT postage stamps). The sending and receiving of fan letters using postage stamps is an example of communication. In this embodiment, the sending of letters (an example of content) using postage stamps (NFT postage stamps) is given as an example of a communication environment provided by the communication system 32.

[0017] The first user 11 is a user who purchases stamps using the information processing system 1, and the second user 12 is a user who receives fan mail sent by the first user 11 using the stamps. Furthermore, the second user 12 is a talent such as a virtual character, idol, or broadcaster, and the first user 11 is a fan of the second user 12. In this embodiment, a fan mail will be described as an example of content sent from the first user 11 to the second user 12.

[0018] The blockchain 20 is a distributed ledger system in which data is shared by multiple participants (nodes) connected to a network. In the example of FIG. 1, the blockchain 20 is a private blockchain managed by an administrator of the information processing system 1. Note that various known technologies may be used for issuing various tokens including NFTs (executing transactions), consensus building processes for token approval, and the structure of the blockchain 20.

[0019] The electronic stamp system 21 manages information related to NFTs on the blockchain 20. NFTs are issued and managed by programs (called smart contracts) that run on the blockchain 20.

[0020] The DID system 22 manages user information for a predetermined service on the blockchain 20. For example, the DID system 22 manages personal identification information of users who use services related to stamps issued by the electronic stamp system 21 using a distributed ID (DID) system. Note that the DID system 22 may be built on a blockchain different from the blockchain 20.

[0021] When the electronic stamp issuance system 31 receives a request to issue a stamp, it controls the issuance of an NFT on the blockchain 20.

[0022] The communication system 32 is a system that enables communication between celebrities and fans. An example of a celebrity is the second user 12, but the number of people to whom a fan letter can be sent within the communication system 32 is not limited to one.

[0023] The communication system 32 adds a fan letter (content) sending function to stamps (NFTs) issued in the information processing system 1 and provides a service for sending fan letters using the stamps. This sending function corresponds to a utility added to the NFT. In other words, the stamps according to this embodiment (also referred to as electronic stamps or NFT stamps) can be considered utility NFTs. The first user 11 may collect stamps issued in the information processing system 1 or use them to send fan letters to the second user 12 in the communication system 32.

[0024] The above describes the components of the information processing system 1. Next, the processing of the information processing system 1, which is a stamp system using NFT, will be described using Figure 1. Note that the processing (step S1, etc.) shown in Figure 1 does not necessarily have to be performed in the order of the symbols.

[0025] 1 , the information processing system 1 issues stamps, which are items used to send letters to celebrities such as virtual characters and idols, in the communication system 32. Each celebrity has members (fans) in their fan clubs or related game apps, and information about these members is managed by the DID system 22.

[0026] For example, suppose that the administrator of the information processing system 1 desires to issue postage stamps for use in the communication system 32. In this case, the electronic postage stamp issuing system 31 accepts a postage stamp issuing request from the administrator.

[0027] When the electronic stamp issuing system 31 receives a request to issue a stamp, it sets regulations in accordance with the administrator's wishes and then causes the electronic stamp issuing system 21 to issue an NFT (step S1). Note that the administrator of the information processing system 1 may be an operator who manages the talent, such as the talent's agency.

[0028] A stamp image is associated with the issued NFT. More specifically, the NFT includes information indicating where the stamp image is stored. The stamp image may be prepared and managed in advance by the communication system 32. The stamp image may be a general image or an image of a celebrity. The stamp image may also include the stamp price.

[0029] In this specification, the general design is assumed to be a design other than a design of a celebrity. For example, a general design may be the mark of the operating company that provides the communication system 32. A plurality of general designs may be prepared, and different designs may be used depending on the sales price of the stamp.

[0030] The talent image may be an official image created by the talent's management, such as character art, or a derivative image (also called fan art) created by fans. The talent image may also be a commemorative image commemorating the talent's third anniversary, etc. Stamps with the talent's image may also have value as collectibles.

[0031] The stamp image (design) of the NFT to be issued may be specified by the administrator or operator who made the stamp issuance request. For example, the operator may request the electronic stamp issuance system 31 to sell stamps using special designs, such as commemorative stamps featuring a celebrity, for a limited time and in limited quantities.

[0032] The electronic stamp system 21 writes a smart contract for issuing NFTs in accordance with the regulations set by the electronic stamp issuing system 31. For example, the electronic stamp system 21 sets the price of the stamp, the amount of remuneration (e.g., a predetermined percentage of the stamp price) to be given to the talent to whom the fan letter is sent when the stamp is used to send the fan letter (i.e., when the stamp is used), the commission to be paid to the operator (e.g., a predetermined percentage of the stamp price), and the amount of remuneration (e.g., a predetermined percentage of the stamp price) to be returned to the creator of the stamp image when the stamp is sold. As a result, for example, if the stamp image is a derivative work (fan art) created by a fan, a portion of the sales amount can be returned to the fan (creator, copyright holder).

[0033] When selling stamps, the electronic stamp system 21 presents information to be presented to the purchaser, such as the sales price, on a user interface (step S2). The user interface is, for example, the display unit of a user terminal used by the user. The electronic stamp system 21 may also present information such as the start date of sales, the end date of sales if the stamp is for a limited time, the fact that it is a commemorative stamp, and how many stamps with the same design are on sale.

[0034] The first user 11 is a member of the communication system 32 in which the second user 12 (talent) participates. Stamp sales information is presented and stamp purchase applications are accepted, for example, via a smartphone application (hereinafter also referred to as an app) provided by the communication system 32. Information regarding the first user 11 and the second user 12 is managed by the DID system 22. For example, the DID system 22 issues personal identification information (user ID) to users who use the service. The DID system 22 can uniquely identify users by associating addresses on the blockchain 20 with user IDs. It is assumed that user IDs are issued in advance on the blockchain 20.

[0035] A first user 11 who wishes to purchase a stamp requests the purchase of the stamp via a user interface (step S3). If the purchase of the stamp is authorized, the electronic stamp system 21 grants the NFT of the stamp to the first user 11. Specifically, the electronic stamp system 21 transfers owner information of the NFT of the stamp to a wallet on the blockchain 20 owned by the first user 11.

[0036] The request to purchase stamps by the first user 11 is linked to the user information managed in the DID system 22. For example, when the user logs in to the application of the communication system 32 and requests to purchase stamps, the DID system 22 transmits the information to the electronic stamp system 21 (step S4).

[0037] When a stamp is purchased, i.e., when the owner information of the NFT is transferred, the electronic stamp system 21 transmits the information to the DID system 22 (step S5). The DID system 22 stores the user ID and the owner information of the NFT in association with each other.

[0038] In this way, the first user 11 can acquire the stamp (NFT). Payment for the stamp purchase may be made, for example, with crypto assets (virtual currency) of the blockchain 20 recorded in the wallet of the first user 11, or with a predetermined legal tender.

[0039] 2 is a diagram schematically illustrating the flow of purchasing stamps according to this embodiment. As shown in FIG. 2, a user U can make a purchase request for stamps 400 and add the stamps 400 to his or her own collection 500 by acquiring the stamps 400. The user U can use the stamps 400 in the collection 500 to send fan mail. The collection 500 can be viewed on the application of the communication system 32.

[0040] Note that the NFT of a stamp may also specify rules regarding the purchaser's sale of the stamp to another person (secondary distribution). Specifically, when the electronic stamp system 21 writes a smart contract for issuing the NFT in accordance with the rules set by the electronic stamp issuance system 31, it sets whether the purchaser is permitted to sell the stamp to another person, the deadline for secondary distribution, the scope of recipients of secondary distribution (e.g., limited to members of the communication system 32), and the like. The electronic stamp system 21 may also set a fee to be returned to the administrator, operator, creator of the stamp image, etc. when the stamp is placed in secondary distribution. The electronic stamp system 21 may also specify conditions regarding the upper and lower limits of the sales price for the secondary distribution of the stamp.

[0041] The following describes a case where a first user 11 who purchased stamps later wishes to sell the stamps they own. For example, the first user 11 can sell the stamps they purchased by listing them on a platform that allows the sale of NFTs. For example, the first user 11 can sell the stamps to a third user (not shown), who can then acquire the stamps. Specifically, the electronic stamp system 21 transfers the owner information of the NFTs owned by the first user 11 to the third user's wallet in a transaction on the blockchain 20. The third user may collect the acquired stamps or use them in the communication system 32, for example, to send fan mail to the second user 12.

[0042] If the NFT specifies fees, etc. related to secondary distribution, the first user 11 or the third user pays the fees, etc. Such payment may be made, for example, in crypto assets (virtual currency) of the blockchain 20 recorded in the wallet of the first user 11 or the third user, or in a predetermined legal currency, in accordance with the description of the smart contract.

[0043] Next, a process for actually using stamps to send fan mail will be described.

[0044] The first user 11 logs in to the communication system 32 app, selects the stamps he or she wants to use from the list of stamps he or she owns, enters text, etc., and sends a fan letter to the second user 12 (talent) (step S6).

[0045] The communication system 32 manages information related to stamps owned by the first user 11. Specifically, the communication system 32 cooperates with the DID system 22 to obtain information on stamp (NFT) purchases by the first user 11 from the DID system 22, and can appropriately update the user information and stamp information in the database of the communication system 32 (steps S7 and S8).

[0046] The stamp information managed by the communication system 32 may include information about the transmission function assigned to the NFT. In response to an operation on the terminal by the first user 11, the communication system 32 executes transmission of the fan letter to the second user 12 based on information about the transmission function assigned to the NFT of the stamp selected by the first user 11.

[0047] FIG. 3 is a diagram schematically illustrating the process of using stamps according to this embodiment. As shown in the upper part of FIG. 3, a user U selects a stamp 400 to use from his or her collection 500 and then sends a message (fan letter L) to a virtual character V. There are no particular limitations on the design of stamps that can be used, and the stamps may be stamps with a general design, a design of the virtual character V, or a design of another character. The stamp selection operation, message input, and message sending operation can be performed on a user interface provided by an app of the communication system 32. The user U can perform the operations on a user terminal such as a smartphone.

[0048] The fan letter L can be sent within the communication system 32. The virtual character V can check the fan letter L on a user interface provided by an application of the communication system 32. The virtual character V (performer, etc.) can be operated on a user terminal such as a smartphone.

[0049] If the NFT of a used stamp specifies the amount of reward to be paid to the talent who received the fan letter sent using the stamp, the communication system 32 provides the specified amount as reward R to the virtual character V, as shown in the lower part of Figure 3. Alternatively, the communication system 32 may provide reward R to the virtual character V according to certain rules, such as a predetermined percentage of the price of the used stamp. Information about the stamp price is included in information related to the stamp's sending function. The stamp image indicates the stamp price (in the example shown in Figure 3, the number "500" shown on the stamp 400 indicates the stamp price). The reward may be provided to the virtual character V's wallet in the form of cryptocurrency (virtual currency) on the blockchain 20 or a specified legal tender currency, for example, according to the smart contract description. In addition to sending fan letters, user U can also give money to the virtual character V as a token of support. In this way, the stamps according to this embodiment have value as collectibles and a fan letter sending function, as well as a tipping function.

[0050] Furthermore, when a stamp is used, the communication system 32 performs a process to invalidate the transmission function assigned to the NFT of that stamp. Specifically, the communication system 32 writes a message to the effect that the transmission function has been invalidated to the information on the transmission function assigned to the NFT. Alternatively, the communication system 32 deletes the NFT of the used stamp, has the electronic stamp system 21 issue a new NFT with user U as the owner, and includes information on the transmission function indicating that the transmission function has been invalidated, and performs a process to associate the new NFT with the original stamp image again.

[0051] Furthermore, the communication system 32 processes the stamp image so that it is visually clear that the sending function has been revoked. Specifically, the stamp image may be processed into an image with a postmark mark superimposed on it, as in the stamp 403 shown in the lower part of Figure 3.

[0052] The outline of the processing of the information processing system 1 according to this embodiment has been explained above using FIGS.

[0053] <2. Configuration> <<2-1. Configuration of Information Processing System 1>> Next, the configuration of the information processing system 1 that executes information processing according to this embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 4. Fig. 4 is a diagram showing an example of the configuration of the information processing system 1 according to this embodiment. Fig. 4 shows an example of a device configuration for realizing the processing concept of the information processing system 1 shown in Fig. 1.

[0054] As shown in Fig. 4, the information processing system 1 includes a user terminal 10, a blockchain 20, and an information processing device 30. These devices are connected to each other via a network N (e.g., the Internet) so that they can communicate with each other via a wired or wireless connection. The number of devices included in the information processing system 1 shown in Fig. 4 is not limited to those shown. For example, the information processing system 1 may include multiple user terminals 10. Furthermore, since the devices shown in Fig. 4 are conceptual, for example, the information processing device 30 may be configured by linking multiple devices together.

[0055] The user terminal 10 is an information processing device such as a smartphone, a desktop personal computer (PC), a notebook PC, a tablet terminal, a wearable device, etc. In the processing of the information processing system 1, the user terminal 10 corresponds to the first user 11 and the second user 12 shown in FIG.

[0056] The blockchain 20 is a distributed ledger system in which data is shared by multiple nodes. The blockchain 20 stores, for example, information about NFTs issued in response to a request from the information processing device 30, transaction results for each token, and the like. The blockchain 20 may also store user IDs for services, etc.

[0057] The information processing device 30 is a terminal device or server used by an administrator (e.g., an administrator of the stamp system according to the present disclosure) or operator (e.g., an operator of the communication system 32) of the information processing system 1. With regard to the processing of the information processing system 1, the information processing device 30 corresponds to the electronic stamp issuance system 31, the electronic stamp system 21, the DID system 22, and the communication system 32 shown in Fig. 1. In other words, the information processing device 30 functions as a server that manages stamp information, and may also function as a node that shares information on the blockchain 20.

[0058] <<2-2. Configuration of Information Processing Device 30>> Next, a description will be given of the configuration of the information processing device 30 that executes information processing according to this embodiment. Fig. 5 is a block diagram showing an example of the configuration of the information processing device 30 according to this embodiment.

[0059] 5, the information processing device 30 includes a communication unit 310, a control unit 320, and a storage unit 330. The information processing device 30 may also include an input unit (e.g., a keyboard, a mouse, etc.) that accepts various operations from an administrator who manages the information processing device 30, and a display unit (e.g., a liquid crystal display, etc.) that displays various information.

[0060] (Communication Unit 310) The communication unit 310 has a transmission unit that transmits data to an external device and a reception unit that receives data from an external device. The communication unit 310 according to this embodiment may be communicatively connected to an external device or the Internet using, for example, a wired or wireless LAN (Local Area Network), Wi-Fi (registered trademark), Bluetooth (registered trademark), a mobile communication network (LTE (Long Term Evolution), 4G (fourth generation mobile communication system), 5G (fifth generation mobile communication system)), or the like.

[0061] The communication unit 310 is connected to a network N (such as the Internet) via a wired or wireless connection, and transmits and receives information to and from external devices, the blockchain 20, etc. via the network N.

[0062] (Control Unit 320) The control unit 320 functions as an arithmetic processing unit and a control device, and controls the overall operation of the information processing device 30 in accordance with various programs. The control unit 320 is realized by an electronic circuit such as a CPU (Central Processing Unit), a GPU (Graphics Processing Unit), or a microprocessor. The control unit 220 may also include a ROM (Read Only Memory) that stores programs to be used, arithmetic parameters, etc., and a RAM (Random Access Memory) that temporarily stores parameters that change as appropriate.

[0063] The control unit 320 according to this embodiment can also function as an issuing unit 321 , an acquiring unit 322 , a stamp management unit 323 , and a communication management unit 324 .

[0064] The issuing unit 321 controls the issuing of various types of information. The issuing unit 321 corresponds to the electronic stamp issuing system 31, the electronic stamp system 21, the DID system 22, or the communication system 32 shown in FIG.

[0065] (Issuing Unit 321) The issuing unit 321 issues NFTs, which are non-fungible tokens in the blockchain 20. For example, the issuing unit 321 issues NFTs in a private blockchain in which only nodes authorized by an administrator can participate.

[0066] The issuing unit 321 may also issue an NFT after specifying, in a smart contract on the blockchain 20, the transfer method for the stamp associated with the NFT. For example, the issuing unit 321 may issue an NFT after specifying, as the transfer method, the price at which the stamp will be circulated or the price to be returned to the relevant parties when the stamp is circulated. Specifically, the issuing unit 321 may specify the selling price of the stamp, the upper or lower limit of the price at which the stamp will be circulated, and the percentage of the price to be returned to the relevant parties when the stamp is bought or sold. In the smart contract, the issuing unit 321 may set, as the relevant parties of the stamp, targets to which profits will be returned, such as the stamp issuer (administrator, operator), the talent (e.g., idol, virtual character performer, etc.) who is the model for the image of the stamp, or the creator (copyright holder) of the stamp image. For example, the issuing unit 321 can automatically return profits at the time of buying or selling by setting, in the smart contract, the address of the blockchain 20 to which profits will be returned.

[0067] Furthermore, the issuing unit 321 may issue an NFT after specifying information about a postage stamp image associated with the NFT in a smart contract of the blockchain 20. The issuing unit 321 may also issue a postage stamp ID corresponding to the NFT. Specifically, the issuing unit 321 may include information indicating the NFT associated with the target postage stamp image in the postage stamp ID.

[0068] (Acquisition Unit 322) The acquisition unit 322 acquires various types of information. The acquisition unit 322 corresponds to the electronic stamp issuing system 31, the electronic stamp system 21, the DID system 22, or the communication system 32 shown in FIG.

[0069] The acquisition unit 322 acquires information about the user who owns the NFT issued by the issuing unit 321. For example, the acquisition unit 322 acquires information that identifies the user who owns the NFT (such as the user's address), and stores the information in the stamp information storage unit 331 in association with the stamp ID as owner information.

[0070] The acquisition unit 322 also acquires a user ID managed by the blockchain 20 as user information. This user ID is, for example, a decentralized ID called a DID, and can be linked to personal identification information from various external services and predetermined certification authorities. The acquisition unit 322 then associates the information of the user who owns the NFT with the user ID, which is identification information for the user who uses the service, and stores the associated information in the user information storage unit 332.

[0071] The acquisition unit 322 also acquires user identification information that is registered in association with the user ID. For example, when the acquisition unit 322 receives a request to purchase stamps from the user, the acquisition unit 322 acquires the user identification information via a user interface. Note that the acquisition unit 322 may acquire the user identification information in advance when issuing a user ID or when accepting use of a service (for example, when registering as a member to use the communication system 32).

[0072] The acquisition unit 322 also acquires information about the letter sending function handled by the communication system 32 from an administrator of the communication system 32 or the like, and stores the information in the stamp information storage unit 331 in association with the stamp ID. The information about the sending function includes information indicating whether the sending function is enabled or disabled. The information about the sending function also includes information about the monetary value (hereinafter also referred to as price) certified by the stamp. The currency unit of the price may be a national unit such as yen or dollars, or may be a fictitious unit charged in a game, app, or the like. In this embodiment, for example, if the fictitious currency "coins" that can be charged within an app of the communication system 32 is used as the currency unit, the information about the sending function includes, for example, information indicating that it is a 500-coin stamp (specifically, that the stamp is a stamp that certifies that 500 coins have been paid within the app of the communication system 32). The price of the stamp may also be written on the stamp image.

[0073] (Stamp Management Unit 323) The stamp management unit 323 manages stamps. The stamp management unit 323 corresponds to the electronic stamp system 21, the DID system 22, or the communication system 32 shown in FIG.

[0074] The postage stamp management unit 323 appropriately adds, updates, deletes, etc., information about postage stamps stored in the postage stamp information storage unit 331 .

[0075] The postage stamp management unit 323 also manages information about postage stamps owned by the user, and presents a list of postage stamps owned by the user on a user interface in response to user operations.

[0076] Furthermore, when a user uses a stamp to send a fan letter, the stamp management unit 323 performs a process to invalidate the sending function of the stamp. Specifically, the stamp management unit 323 writes a message indicating that the sending function has been invalidated into the sending function information attached to the NFT of the used stamp. Alternatively, the stamp management unit 323 deletes the NFT of the used stamp, has the issuing unit 321 issue a new NFT with the user as the owner and containing information indicating that the sending function has been invalidated, and then associates the new NFT with the original stamp image. The stamp management unit 323 then processes the stamp image so that it is visually clear that the sending function has been invalidated. For example, the stamp management unit 323 processes the stamp image into an image with a postmark mark superimposed on it.

[0077] (Communication Management Unit 324) The communication management unit 324 manages letters. The communication management unit 324 corresponds to the communication system 32 shown in FIG.

[0078] The communication management unit 324 appropriately performs functions such as letter creation support, letter sending, letter storage, and management of various information related to letters. For example, the communication management unit 324 generates a message creation screen in accordance with information regarding the sending function of a stamp selected by the user as the stamp to be used to send the letter, and presents the screen on the user interface. Specifically, in accordance with price information (of the stamp) included in the information regarding the sending function of the stamp selected by the user, the communication management unit 324 generates a message creation screen that indicates at least one of the type of message (text, photo, video, audio, etc.), number of characters, or amount of data (data size) that can be sent with the stamp. The type of message, number of characters, and amount of data that can be sent according to the price can be specified in advance by an administrator of the communication system 32, etc.

[0079] In this embodiment, the amount required varies depending on the amount of content to be sent. For example, sending text up to 30 characters requires a 50-coin stamp, sending text up to 140 characters requires a 200-coin stamp, sending one photo image requires a 500-coin stamp, and sending a video of up to n minutes requires a 1000-coin stamp. Even if a higher-cost stamp is used, no refund or change will be given.

[0080] The talent to whom the letter is sent will receive a reward according to the value of the stamp. Therefore, users can consider using the stamps as a tipping method without any text.

[0081] The communication management unit 324 also performs processing to send messages created by users to recipients (celebrities). Specifically, the communication management unit 324 notifies the recipient, or celebrity, that a letter has been sent on the user interface, and makes the letter available for viewing. The communication management unit 324 may also notify the recipient, or celebrity, on the user interface of the postage and price used to send the letter.

[0082] When sending a message, the communication management unit 324 may determine whether the message can be sent based on the price of the stamp selected as the stamp to be used, and send the message if it can be sent.

[0083] In addition, the communication management unit 324 stores the letter ID, the sender user ID, the recipient (destination) user ID, the date and time the letter was sent, the contents of the letter, and the stamp ID of the stamp used, etc., as information about the letter in the communication information storage unit 333.

[0084] (Storage Unit 330) The storage unit 330 is realized by a ROM that stores programs and calculation parameters used in the processing of the control unit 320, and a RAM that temporarily stores parameters that change as needed.

[0085] The storage unit 330 stores a postage stamp information storage unit 331 , a user information storage unit 332 , and a communication information storage unit 333 .

[0086] The stamp information storage unit 331 stores information about stamps. For example, the stamp information storage unit 331 stores a stamp ID, owner information, a stamp image, and information about the sending function in association with each other. The stamp ID is identification information for identifying a stamp. The stamp ID may include information indicating the NFT associated with the stamp. The owner information is information about the user who owns the NFT. In the blockchain 20, the owner information may be interpreted as the wallet address of the user who owns the NFT. The owner information may include a history indicating that the NFT has been transferred. The stamp image is image data. The information about the sending function is information about whether fan mail can be sent in the communication system 32. The information about the sending function includes information about the monetary value (price) evidenced by the stamp. In this embodiment, the type of message that can be sent, the number of characters, or the amount of data may be determined depending on the price of the stamp. Furthermore, for used stamps, the information about the sending function indicates that the sending function has expired.

[0087] The user information storage unit 332 stores information about users who use the service. The services are assumed to be the electronic stamp system 21, the DID system 22, and the communication system 32. The user information storage unit 332 stores user IDs and personal identification information, etc., in association with each other. The user ID is identification information for identifying a user who uses the service. The user ID is issued in response to a request from the user, for example, when the user uses the service for the first time. Specifically, the first time the service is used is assumed to be when the user registers as a member of the communication system 32. The user ID may include information that identifies the user on the blockchain 20 (for example, a wallet address on the blockchain 20, etc.). The personal identification information is, for example, the user's name, address, telephone number, PIN, etc.

[0088] The communication information storage unit 333 stores information about communication exchanged in the communication system 32. In this embodiment, an example of communication is the transmission of content called a letter (fan letter). A letter is a message that includes at least one of text, an image (still image or video), and audio data.

[0089] The communication information storage unit 333 stores information about letters, such as a letter ID, a sender user ID, a recipient (destination) user ID, the date and time the letter was sent, the letter's contents, and a stamp ID, in association with each other. The letter ID is identification information for identifying the letter. The sender user ID is the user ID of the user who sent the letter. The recipient (destination) user ID is the user ID of the user to whom the letter was sent (entered as the destination when the letter was created). The letter sending date and time is information about the date and time the letter was sent. The letter's contents are the content data (text, image, or audio data) entered as the letter. The stamp ID is the stamp ID of the stamp used to send the letter.
