Description

Multi-record hologram stickers for preventing illegal reproduction of works of art and their manufacturing method

[0001] The present invention relates to a hologram sticker, and more particularly, to a hologram sticker used to prevent illegal copying of a work of art and a method for producing the same.

[0002] As illustrated in Figure 1, hologram stickers are used to authenticate works of art. However, the patterns within these stickers are consistent and simple. Consequently, anyone can easily copy them illegally using a scanner or camera, as illustrated in Figure 2. This leaves them vulnerable to being misused to falsely authenticate illegal copies of artwork.

[0003] In addition, existing hologram stickers have the problem of creating mirror-like afterimages, making it impossible to create sophisticated, three-dimensional holograms.

[0004] The present invention has been devised to solve the above problems, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide a hologram sticker in which a hologram pattern representing art work information is printed in multiple layers and a method for manufacturing the same, as a means to make illegal copying or counterfeiting difficult and to improve the sophistication and three-dimensionality of a hologram pattern.

[0005] According to one embodiment of the present invention for achieving the above purpose, a hologram sticker comprises: a substrate layer; a hologram layer positioned below the substrate layer, in which a hologram pattern showing information about the work is printed in multiple layers; and an adhesive layer positioned below the hologram layer and attached to the work.

[0006] A holographic pattern may include holographic patterns printed with multiple pieces of work information of different categories.

[0007] The hologram patterns for each piece of work information can be separated into multiple sections.

[0008] Holographic patterns for artwork information may be printed in multiple layers.

[0009] The work information may include at least one of the work's shape information, detail information, signature information, color information, and texture information.

[0010] In a multi-layer holographic pattern, a holographic pattern printed in a specific layer may not be observed at a specific angle.

[0011] Patterns of holographic patterns on different layers may be spaced apart by a certain distance.

[0012] Multilayer holographic patterns may not be able to replicate the pattern by flat scanning and photography.

[0013] The hologram layer may include a hologram printing layer in which a hologram pattern is printed in multiple layers; a thin film layer positioned on top of the printing layer; and a coloring layer positioned on top of the thin film layer.

[0014] According to another aspect of the present invention, a method for manufacturing a hologram sticker is provided, characterized by including the steps of: printing a hologram pattern showing work information in multiple layers on a hologram layer; positioning the hologram layer under a substrate layer; and attaching an adhesive layer that is attached to an object under the hologram layer.

[0015] According to another aspect of the present invention, a hologram sticker is provided, characterized by including: a substrate layer; a hologram layer positioned below the substrate layer and having a hologram pattern showing work information printed in multiple layers; a release layer positioned between the substrate layer and the hologram layer and more strongly adhered to the substrate layer than the hologram layer; and an adhesive layer positioned below the hologram layer and adhered to an object.

[0016] According to another aspect of the present invention, a method for manufacturing a hologram sticker is provided, characterized by including the steps of: printing a hologram pattern showing work information in multiple layers on a hologram layer; attaching a release layer to the lower part of a substrate layer; attaching a hologram layer to the lower part of the release layer; and attaching an adhesive layer to the lower part of the hologram layer.

[0017] As described above, according to embodiments of the present invention, by printing holographic patterns representing artwork information on a hologram sticker in multiple, multi-layers, it is possible to make not only illegal reproduction of the hologram sticker through simple scanning or photography impossible, but also to produce counterfeit products impossible, and to reduce the mirror reflection generated from the hologram pattern, thereby improving the sophistication and three-dimensionality of the hologram pattern.

[0026] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.

[0027] In an embodiment of the present invention, a multi-layer hologram sticker for authenticating the authenticity of a work of art and a method for producing the same are presented.

[0028] This is a technology that prints information about the artwork on a holographic pattern in multiple layers on a holographic sticker used for the purpose of authenticating the authenticity of a work of art, making it difficult to produce counterfeit holographic stickers as well as illegally copy the holographic sticker through simple scanning or photography, and reduces the mirror reflection that occurs in the holographic pattern, thereby enhancing the sophistication and three-dimensionality of the holographic pattern.

[0029] FIG. 3 is a drawing illustrating the structure of a multi-layer hologram sticker according to an embodiment of the present invention. As illustrated, the multi-layer hologram sticker according to an embodiment of the present invention is configured to include a substrate layer (110), a release layer (120), a hologram layer (130), and an adhesive layer (140).

[0030] The substrate layer (110) serves as a support for other components (120, 130, 140) of the hologram sticker, while protecting other components (120, 130, 140) of the hologram sticker from external pressure or friction.

[0031] The heteromorphic layer (120) is located between the substrate layer (110) and the hologram layer (130), and is strongly adhered to the upper substrate layer (110) while weakly adhered to the lower hologram layer (130).

[0032] Accordingly, when the substrate layer (110) is removed, the release layer (120) is easily separated from the hologram layer (130), and the substrate layer (110) and the hologram layer (130) are separated by the release layer (120), making it impossible to reuse the hologram sticker.

[0033] The hologram layer (130) is located below the heteromorphic layer (120) and is a layer on which a hologram pattern is printed. The detailed structure of the hologram layer (130) will be described in detail later with reference to FIG. 4.

[0034] The adhesive layer (140) is a layer attached to the work of art located below the hologram layer (130), and has an adhesive material applied thereto.

[0035] Hereinafter, the detailed structure of the hologram layer (130) will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 4. As illustrated in FIG. 4, the hologram layer (130) is configured to include a coloring layer (131), a thin film layer (132), and a hologram printing layer (133).

[0036] The hologram printing layer (133) is a layer on which a hologram pattern is printed. The detailed structure of the hologram printing layer (133) will be described in detail later with reference to FIG. 5. The thin film layer (132) forms the surface of the hologram printing layer (133), and the coloring layer (131) provides a color effect.

[0037] Hereinafter, the hologram printing layer (133) will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 5. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the hologram printing layer (133). As illustrated in FIG. 5, the hologram pattern in the hologram printing layer (133) is composed of hologram patterns (133-1 to 133-4) in which various pieces of art work information (work information-A to D) are printed in multiple sections.

[0038] Artwork information (Artwork Information-A~D) is information of different categories. As illustrated in Figure 6, art work information may include 1) information on the shape of the art work, 2) information on the details of the art work, 3) information on the signature of the art work, 4) information on the color / texture of the art work, etc. Of course, art work information can be replaced or added to with information of other categories.

[0039] Meanwhile, when the artwork information (Artwork Information-A~D) is printed as hologram patterns (133-1 ~ 133-4), it is possible to implement a method in which the artwork information (Artwork Information-A~D) is coded and the corresponding code is printed on the hologram patterns (133-1 ~ 133-4). This makes it impossible for a person who does not know the artwork information (Artwork Information-A~D) to produce a counterfeit hologram pattern (133-1 ~ 133-4).

[0040] In addition, all hologram patterns (133-1 to 133-4) that display artwork information (Artwork Information-A to D) are printed in multiple layers with multiple steps. Due to printing in multiple layers, hologram pattern patterns printed in specific layers depending on the angle are not observed. That is, hologram pattern patterns of steps that are not observed on the right and hologram pattern patterns of steps that are not observed on the left are included. For example, the hologram pattern formed on the left side of hologram pattern-1 (133-1) is not observed on the right side, and the hologram pattern formed on the right side is not observed on the left side.

[0041] Meanwhile, as shown in Fig. 6, the pattern of a holographic pattern printed in multiple layers cannot be replicated by simple methods such as simple flat scanning or camera photography.

[0042] In addition, multi-layer printed holographic patterns have less mirror reflection than single-layer printed holographic patterns, which can improve the sophistication and three-dimensionality of the hologram.

[0043] Additionally, as illustrated in Figure 6, hologram patterns on different layers are spaced apart by a certain distance. In other words, hologram patterns on different layers are configured so that they do not stick together. This is to prevent patterns on higher layers from collapsing when printing patterns on lower layers during the hologram pattern printing process.

[0044] Fig. 7 is a drawing showing the structure of a printing device for printing a hologram pattern on a hologram printing layer (133). As shown, the printing roller (200) is divided into a plurality of circumference sections (210, 220, 230, 240).

[0045] Each of the section steps (210, 220, 230, 240) is a punching means in which patterns of hologram patterns (133-1 to 133-4) showing artwork information (artwork information-A to D) are formed in relief. Specifically, section step-1 (210) is a punching means for printing the pattern of the hologram pattern (133-1) of artwork information-A, section step-2 (220) is a punching means for printing the pattern of the hologram pattern (133-2) of artwork information-B, section step-3 (230) is a punching means for printing the pattern of the hologram pattern (133-3) of artwork information-C, and section step-4 (240) is a punching means for printing the pattern of the hologram pattern (133-4) of artwork information-D.

[0046] The hologram printing layer (133) is sequentially printed with hologram patterns (133-1 to 133-4) by a printing roller (200) consisting of a plurality of section steps (210, 220, 230, 240).

[0047] The hologram printing layer (133) rolled into a circle on the rotating roller (250) is sequentially rotated while being interlocked with the section steps (210, 220, 230, 240) formed on the printing roller (200) one by one, and hologram patterns (133-1 to 133-4) are printed. The total arc length of each section step (210, 220, 230, 240) matches the total length of the hologram printing layer (133) rolled on the rotating roller (250).

[0048] FIG. 8 is a flowchart provided to explain a method for manufacturing a multi- / multi-layer hologram sticker according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0049] As shown, after printing a hologram pattern on a hologram printing layer (133) (S310), a thin film layer (132) is laminated on top (S320), and a coloring layer (131) is laminated on top of the thin film layer (132) (S330), thereby completing the hologram layer (130).

[0050] A release layer (120) is attached to the lower part of the substrate layer (110) (S340), a hologram layer (130) is attached to the lower part of the release layer (120) (S350), and then an adhesive layer (140) is attached to the lower part of the hologram layer (130) (S360).

[0051] So far, a preferred embodiment of a multi-layer hologram sticker for authenticating an artwork and a method for producing the same have been described in detail.

[0052] In the above embodiment, to prevent the sticker-type authenticity authentication hologram from being easily copied, information about the work of art is structured in multiple, multi-layers, making it impossible to copy simple patterns like existing hologram stickers, and even making it impossible to produce counterfeit hologram stickers.

[0053] In particular, in the case of edition works among works of art, counterfeiting can be managed more effectively by attaching a hologram sticker according to an embodiment of the present invention to the genuine edition.

[0054] In addition, although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been illustrated and described above, the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments described above, and various modifications can be made by a person having ordinary skill in the art to which the present invention pertains without departing from the gist of the present invention as claimed in the claims, and such modifications should not be understood individually from the technical idea or prospect of the present invention.
