Bathing device

[0001] The present invention relates to the field of bathing and more particularly relates to a bathing device which comprises a basin to allow users to relax. The bath can in particular be used with water which can reach a temperature of 35°C.

[0002] In the prior art, a bathing device is already known from patent application US2019 / 0257103A1. Such a bathing device comprises an external enclosure, for example round in shape, in which is mounted a basin configured to receive water. The bathing device further comprises a treatment system, such as a pump or a filter, for treating the water in the basin. In a known manner, the treatment system generates noise pollution and extends externally to the external enclosure, which affects the overall aesthetic appearance and induces significant noise pollution that disturbs the rest of users.

[0003] The invention thus aims to eliminate at least some of these drawbacks by proposing a new type of bathing device. PRESENTATION OF THE INVENTION

[0004] The invention relates to a bathing device comprising a frame defining a pool configured to receive a volume of water less than 2m3 and a technical housing in which a treatment system configured to treat the water in the pool is mounted, the bathing device comprising an outer belt surrounding the frame, the outer belt being spaced from the frame so as to delimit at least one functional space, the functional space being closed by a coping connecting the frame to the outer belt.

[0005] Thanks to the invention, the treatment system is integrated into the swimming device, which reduces its size and aesthetic appearance. In addition, the formation of an outer belt with a functional space makes it easier to install and replace the outer belt. Furthermore, such a functional space allows the installation of ancillary equipment such as lighting. Finally, the functional space advantageously allows the formation of a thermal insulation volume to limit heat loss from the pool. In addition, the functional space allows the formation of a ventilation space in which the thermal heat from the treatment system is used for thermal insulation purposes.

[0006] In one aspect, the frame includes a plurality of support members attached to the upper end of the frame, the coping being attached to the support members. The support members perform an interface function by allowing mechanical forces to be taken up while ensuring precise positioning of the coping.

[0007] According to one aspect, the frame comprising a dividing wall between the pool and the technical housing, at least one support member is fixed to the upper end of the dividing wall. This makes it possible to fix the liner in the pool in an optimal manner.

[0008] According to one aspect, each support member comprises an upper relief configured to cooperate with a lower relief of the coping stone. The positioning of the coping stone is thus stable and precise.

[0009] According to one aspect, each support member includes an interior groove configured to receive a liner.
