[0033] Some example embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below with continued reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0034] Example Interaction

[0035] 2A to 2D illustrate example interfaces 200A to 200D according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. Interfaces 200A to 200D may be provided by, for example, the electronic device 110 shown in FIG1 .

[0036] In some embodiments, electronic device 110 may receive a search request. As shown in FIG2A , electronic device 110 may provide input control 201 in interface 200A and may receive a user's search request via input control 201. As an example, electronic device 110 may receive a user-entered search term via input control 210. Such search terms may include text search terms, voice search terms, image search terms, and the like. Taking FIG2A as an example, the search term may be, for example, the text search term "XXX progress this week."

[0037] In some embodiments, electronic device 110 may also provide an input control for inputting a search term in an interface other than interface 200A. Further, electronic device 110 may present an interface as shown in FIG2A in response to a user triggering the input control, for example, as a result page for the search request.

[0038] As shown in Figure 2A, in the result page of the search request, the electronic device 110 may, for example, provide the recalled search results 215. Additionally, the electronic device 110 may also display the virtual objects 205 that match the search request in the result page.

[0039] In some embodiments, such a virtual object 205 may be created by a publisher based on corresponding configuration information, for example. Such configuration information may indicate the dialogue capability of the corresponding virtual object 205.

[0040] For example, users on the platform can create corresponding virtual objects through the virtual object configuration platform. In some scenarios, such virtual objects can also be called virtual avatars. As an example, users can input character settings, knowledge information, image information, etc. for such virtual objects, so that the virtual objects can interact with other users based on this configuration information.

[0041] In certain embodiments, the user in the platform can for example select to publish the created virtual object in the search scene. In certain embodiments, the virtual object can also be tested for matching with the search scene to determine whether the virtual object is allowed to be published in the search scene.

[0042] As an example, multiple test items corresponding to the search scenario may be constructed, and whether the virtual object passes the test may be determined based on the matching of the output result of the virtual object with the reference result.

[0043] In some embodiments, the server 130 may determine a virtual object that matches the current search request, for example, the virtual object 205 , from a plurality of candidate virtual objects that have passed testing in the platform.

[0044] In some embodiments, the server 130 may, for example, determine the degree of match between the candidate virtual objects and the search request, and recall at least one virtual object from the plurality of candidate objects to be presented in a result page of the search request.

[0045] In some embodiments, the server 130 may determine capability description information of the candidate virtual object, such as indicating the fields and types of requests that the candidate virtual object can process.

[0046] As an example, the server 130 may determine a corresponding skill tag (also referred to as a skill tree) of the candidate virtual object based on its configuration information to indicate that the candidate virtual object is good at or can solve problems in a specific aspect.

[0047] In some embodiments, server 130 may determine the degree of match between the search request and the capability description information of the candidate virtual objects to determine the virtual object to be used to process the search request. For example, if the search request indicates a medical inquiry, server 130 may prioritize recalling virtual objects configured with knowledge of the corresponding medical subject.

[0048] In some embodiments, server 130 may also determine the domain information corresponding to the search request. For example, server 130 may classify the search request into a specific domain to determine the domain to which it corresponds and then retrieve virtual objects that match the domain. For example, server 130 may determine that the domain corresponding to the search request is "legal domain" and may further retrieve virtual objects configured with legal processing capabilities.

[0049] In some embodiments, the server 130 may also determine semantic information corresponding to the search request and recall corresponding virtual objects based on the semantic information. For example, the server 130 may recall virtual objects with a closer semantic match based on the degree of semantic match between the semantic information of the search request and the description information or setting information of the candidate virtual objects.

[0050] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 2A, the electronic device 110 may display a virtual object 205 determined to match the search request in the interface 200A. Specifically, the electronic device 110 may display identification information of the virtual object 205, such as a text identifier (e.g., a name) and / or an image identifier (e.g., an avatar).

[0051] Additionally, the electronic device 110 may also present description information of the virtual object 205, which may be used to indicate the request processing capability of the virtual object 205. For example, the description information may indicate that the virtual object 205 has knowledge of a specific field and is good at processing requests associated with the specific field.

[0052] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2A , the electronic device 110 may also be associated with the virtual object 205 to provide reply content 210 of the virtual object 205 to the search request.

[0053] In some embodiments, the reply content 210 may be generated in real time by the virtual object 205. For example, the electronic device 110 may provide the search term indicated by the search request to the virtual object 205 to obtain the reply content of the virtual object 205 for the search term.

[0054] In some scenarios, in order to improve the real-time nature of content provision, the reply content 210 may also include, for example, pre-generated reply content associated with the virtual object 205 .

[0055] As an example, the server 130 may construct a set of candidate answer contents for the virtual object 205. Specifically, the server 130 may process a set of preset search terms using the virtual object 205 to obtain a set of candidate answer contents and establish an association between the set of candidate answer contents and the set of preset search terms.

[0056] Furthermore, the server 130 may determine semantically related reply content 210 from the set of candidate reply content based on the degree of match between the search request and the set of candidate reply content and / or the preset search terms. For example, the server 130 may determine, based on the semantic similarity between the reply content and / or the preset search terms and the target search term indicated by the search request, reply content 210 having a semantic similarity greater than a threshold, to be presented in the result page.

[0057] In some embodiments, when using preset reply content to improve content response efficiency, the server 130 may also consider the reply contents of multiple candidate virtual objects to determine the virtual object to be recalled.

[0058] For example, the server 130 may also determine the degree of match between the search terms indicated by the search request and the response content of each candidate virtual object and / or the corresponding preset search terms, and may, for example, combine other recall factors discussed above to determine the final recall result.

[0059] Based on this approach, the embodiments of the present disclosure can recall a virtual object that matches the current search request from a plurality of candidate virtual objects with different processing capabilities, thereby helping users improve the efficiency of content search.

[0060] Further, continuing to refer to FIG. 2A , the electronic device 110 may also receive a preset operation (eg, a selection operation) from the user regarding the virtual object 205 , and may further present an interface 200B as shown in FIG. 2B .

[0061] 2B , the electronic device 110 may provide a conversation window with the virtual object 205. In some embodiments, the conversation window may provide the virtual object 205 with reply content regarding the search request.

[0062] In some embodiments, to ensure consistency in content acquisition, if reply content 210 is provided in the result page, the electronic device 110 may continue to provide the reply content 210 in the conversation window, regardless of whether the reply content 210 is generated instantly.

[0063] In some embodiments, if only the virtual object 205 is provided in the result page and no corresponding reply content is provided, the electronic device 110 can present the reply content generated in real time by the virtual object 205 based on the search request in the conversation window.

[0064] 2B , the electronic device 110 may also provide an input control 220 in the conversation window to support further user interaction with the virtual object 205. For example, the electronic device 110 may obtain text input, semantic input, image input, video input, etc. via the input control 220 and provide a reply message from the virtual object 205 in the conversation window.

[0065] Additionally, the electronic device 110 may also provide one or more suggestion items 225 in the conversation window, for example. The suggestion item 225 may be generated based on the search request or reply content 210 to provide the user with suggestions for further interaction with the virtual object 205 .

[0066] In some embodiments, the electronic device 110 may also present information about the publisher of the virtual object, such as a text identifier or image identifier of the publisher, in the conversation window or results page. In some embodiments, the electronic device 110 may also present a personal page of the publisher based on a selection of the publisher's information.

[0067] Based on the process described above, the embodiments of the present disclosure can support users to further interact with matching virtual objects to further obtain relevant information, thereby improving the efficiency of information acquisition.

[0068] In some embodiments, the electronic device 110 may also provide multiple virtual objects that match the search request in the results page. As an example, as shown in FIG2C , in response to the received search request, the electronic device 110 may display multiple virtual objects in the results page 200C, such as virtual object 230-1, virtual object 230-2, and virtual object 230-3 (individually or collectively referred to as virtual objects 230). Similarly, the electronic device 110 may display identification information, description information, and / or publisher information of the multiple virtual objects 230 in the results page 200C.

[0069] It should be understood that the server 130 may determine multiple virtual objects that match the search request based on the recall logic discussed above, which will not be further elaborated in this disclosure.

[0070] In some embodiments, the display order of the multiple virtual objects 230 in the result page 200C may be determined based on the degree of matching between the multiple virtual objects 230 and the search request. Taking FIG2C as an example, the virtual object 230-1 may be determined to have the highest degree of matching.

[0071] In some embodiments, the electronic device 110 may present corresponding reply content in association with one or more virtual objects in the plurality of virtual objects 230. Taking FIG2C as an example, the electronic device 110 may present reply content 235 from the virtual object 230-1.

[0072] In some embodiments, the electronic device 110 may also present the reply contents of all the multiple virtual objects 230 in the result page, for example, to facilitate the user to obtain the desired information more quickly.

[0073] In some embodiments, the electronic device 110 may also be associated with multiple virtual objects 230 to provide corresponding access portals, for example, an access portal 240 , an access portal 245 , and an access portal 250 .

[0074] As an example, the electronic device 110 may present a conversation window with a corresponding virtual object based on the user's selection of any access portal 240 to the access portal 250 .

[0075] Based on this approach, the embodiments of the present disclosure can further provide users with multiple virtual objects as candidates for interaction, thereby improving the flexibility of users in obtaining information.

[0076] In some embodiments, the electronic device 110 may further display other virtual objects to the user in the conversation window. FIG2D shows a conversation window 200D between the user and a virtual object 260 .

[0077] It should be understood that the conversation window 200D may be triggered based on the selection of a corresponding access entry in the result page. Such a result page may only display the access entry of the virtual object 260 and / or may display the access entry of multiple virtual objects.

[0078] 2D , the conversation window 200D may include a first display area 255 to display the reply content 265 of the virtual object 260 regarding the search request. Additionally, the conversation window 200D may also include a second display area 270 that may provide one or more other virtual objects that match the search request, such as virtual object 275 and virtual object 285.

[0079] In some embodiments, the electronic device 110 may, for example, present identification information, description information, and / or publisher information of the virtual object 275 or the virtual object 285 in the conversation window 200D.

[0080] Additionally, the electronic device 110 may also present the reply content of the virtual object 275 and / or the virtual object 285 regarding the search request in the conversation window 200D, for example, so that the user can select a virtual object that better meets the needs.

[0081] In some embodiments, the electronic device 110 may also provide a switching entry 280 and a switching entry 290 corresponding to the virtual object 275 and the virtual object 285 in the conversation window 200D. Furthermore, the electronic device 110 may switch to the conversation window corresponding to the virtual object 275 or the virtual object 285 based on the user's selection of the switching entry 280 or the switching entry 290 to support the user in further conversational interaction with the selected virtual object.

[0082] Based on the interaction process described above, embodiments of the present disclosure can provide users with virtual objects that match their search requests. Such virtual objects can then provide users with responses corresponding to their search requests. Thus, users can instantly obtain responses to their search requests, thereby improving information acquisition efficiency.
