[0003] The invention relates to a spray nozzle for spraying a cleansing solution onto earwax inside the ear canal, suitable for connection with a reservoir in which said cleansing solution is contained, comprising at least one delivery body with at least one delivery channel for directing said solution from said reservoir along a delivery axis towards the ear canal.

[0005] Various solutions are used to clean the ear wax inside the ear. These solutions are preferred in the form of droppers or sprays in applications. Dropper applications come into contact with ear wax by dripping directly into the ear canal and helping to soften the wax. On the other hand, in applications in the form of sprays, the solution is applied by spraying into the canal from the entrance of the ear canal.

[0006] The limitation of applications in the form of drops and sprays arises in cleaning the wax around the ear canal. Although both methods are effective when applied to the inside of the ear canal, they are insufficient to remove wax from the peripheral surfaces of the canal.

[0007] As a result, all the above-mentioned problems have made it imperative to make an innovation in the relevant technical field.

[0008] SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0009] The present invention relates to a spray nozzle for eliminating the above-mentioned disadvantages and bringing new advantages to the relevant technical field.

[0010] An object of the invention is to introduce a spray nozzle with improved ability to deliver solution into the ear canal. In order to achieve all the objects mentioned above and that will emerge from the following detailed description, the present invention is a spray nozzle for spraying a cleansing solution onto earwax inside the ear canal, suitable for connection with a reservoir in which said cleansing solution is contained, comprising at least one delivery body with at least one delivery channel for directing said solution from said reservoir along a delivery axis towards the ear canal. Accordingly, its novelty is that it comprises at least one flexible end connected with said delivery channel to transfer the solution directly into the ear canal by at least partially entering into the ear canal; it comprises a plurality of openings on said flexible end through which the solution passes from the delivery channel into the ear canal, at least two of the said openings are positioned so as to provide fluid outflow in different directions around the delivery axis it comprises at least one stopper with a wider cross-section than the flexible end, positioned on the side of the flexible end facing the delivery body to prevent the flexible end from advancing more than a predetermined distance within the ear canal. Thus, a spray nozzle that reaches into the ear canal and capable of spraying the solution directly on the side surfaces of the ear canal is introduced.

[0020] In this detailed description, the subject of the invention is explained by way of example only for a better understanding of the subject, which shall not create any limiting effect.

[0021] Fig. 1 shows a representative isometric view of the inventive spray nozzle (10) in connection with a reservoir (50). Fig. 2 shows a representative side section view of said spray nozzle (10). The spray nozzle (10) is configured to spray solution into the ear canal (100). In particular, said solution is a liquid configured to remove wax from the ear canal (100). The solution is stored in at least one reservoir (50). Said reservoir (50) can be a bottle.

[0022] The spray nozzle (10) has at least one delivery body (20) for directing the solution from the reservoir (50) towards the ear canal (100). Said delivery body (20) comprises at least one delivery channel (21), one end of which leads into the reservoir (50) and the other end leads towards the ear canal (100). Said delivery channel (21 ) extends on a delivery axis (I). Said delivery axis (I) extends towards the ear canal (100).

Accordingly, the flexible end (30) also extends on the delivery axis (I) and allows the solution to move in the direction of the delivery axis (I). The flexible end (30) can flex such that the delivery axis (I) deviates from its correct form. For this, the flexible end (30) is manufactured from a material with flexible properties. Thus, when the flexible end (30) enters into the ear canal (100), it can adapt to the folds of the ear canal (100). In the preferred embodiment, the flexible end (30) is manufactured from thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) material.

[0024] A plurality of openings (311) is provided on the flexible end (30) to allow the solution from the delivery channel (21 ) to be transferred towards the ear canal (100). Said openings (311 ) are essentially hole forms through which the fluid flows out the body of the flexible end (30). At least one of the openings (311 ) is positioned on the delivery axis (I) to provide the solution outflow from the flexible end (30) on the delivery axis (I). At least two openings (311) are positioned around the delivery axis (I) to provide solution outflow in different directions outward from the delivery axis (I). Thus, the opening (311 ) located on the delivery axis (I) ensures that the solution is transferred deep into the ear canal (100), while the openings around the delivery axis (I) (311) provide solution outflow towards the periphery of the ear canal (100).

[0025] In the preferred embodiment, a plurality of openings (311) is provided on the flexible end (30) corresponding to different alignments of the delivery axis (I) in order to achieve solution spraying at different locations in the ear canal (100). Thus, the solution can be delivered to the entire ear canal (100) with a single spraying.

Accordingly, the openings (311) around the delivery axis (I) are located in at least one cavity (31 ) each on the flexible end (30) in a preferred embodiment. Said cavities (31) are essentially curved forms provided on the flexible end (30) to form a cavity (31) inwardly from the flexible end (30). The cavity (31 ) forms make it easy for the flexible end (30) to flex to fit the ear canal (100). Also, thanks to the stopper (40), deep cleaning is provided and damage to the eardrum is prevented.

CLAIMS1 . A spray nozzle (10) for spraying a cleansing solution onto earwax inside the ear canal (100), suitable for connection with a reservoir (50) in which said cleansing solution is contained, comprising at least one delivery body (20) with at least one delivery channel (21) for directing said solution from said reservoir (50) along a delivery axis (I) towards the ear canal (100), characterized in that it comprises at least one flexible end (30) connected with said delivery channel (21 ) to transfer the solution directly into the ear canal (100) by at least partially entering into the ear canal (100); it comprises a plurality of openings (311) on said flexible end (30) through which the solution passes from the delivery channel (21 ) into the ear canal (100), at least two of the said openings (311) are positioned so as to provide fluid outflow in different directions around the delivery axis (I) it comprises at least one stopper (40) with a wider cross-section than the flexible end (30), positioned on the side of the flexible end (30) facing the delivery body (20) to prevent the flexible end (30) from advancing more than a predetermined distance within the ear canal (100).

2. A spray nozzle (10) according to claim 1 , characterized in that the flexible end (30) comprises at least one opening (311), which is positioned to provide solution outflow in the direction of the delivery axis (I).

3. A spray nozzle (10) according to claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises at least two openings (311) on the flexible end (30), positioned to correspond to different alignments on the delivery axis (I).

A spray nozzle (10) according to claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises at least two cavities (31) on the flexible end (30), provided inwardly from the body of the flexible end (30), and the openings (311) for transferring the solution outwardly along the delivery axis (I) are located within said cavities (31).

5. A spray nozzle (10) according to claim 1 , characterized in that the stopper (40) has a curved form (41) that gradually widens towards a delivery body (20).
