Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of servers, and in particular to a server cabinet. The server cabinet comprises: a supporting mechanism which is provided with a mounting slot; a chassis which is arranged in the mounting slot and in which a component to be cooled is arranged; a heat conduction mechanism arranged on an inner side wall of the chassis and in close contact with the component to be cooled; and a liquid cooling mechanism arranged in the mounting slot, wherein a heat dissipation surface of the liquid cooling mechanism is in close contact with an outer side wall of the chassis, and the liquid cooling mechanism is arranged corresponding to the heat conduction mechanism. During actual operation, the heat conduction mechanism can effectively transfer heat generated by the component to be cooled to the chassis, enabling the chassis to dissipate the heat naturally via the external environment. The heat dissipation surface of the liquid cooling mechanism is in close contact with the outer side wall of the chassis, allowing heat exchange between the liquid cooling mechanism and the chassis. This solution allows the controlling and lowering of the internal temperature of the chassis, thereby improving the heat dissipation efficiency of the chassis.
