Description

[0001] REAR CANTILEVER WITH ADAPTER

[0002] Field of the Invention

[0003] The invention relates to a rear cantilever for combining the rear panel and sliding roof mechanisms in the trailer superstructure used in trailer vehicles without roof lift.

[0004] In particular, the invention relates to a rear cantilever with an adapter, which enables the variability of the rear panel parts in vehicles with a roof lift and vehicles without root lift, which have the same loading area height, to be eliminated.

[0005] State of the Art

[0006] Root lift trailer (trailer with littable roof) vehicles allow the roof assembly to move at heights of +50mm, +100mm, +150mm or +200mm while driving. The height of the roof rail on vehicles without a roof lift is different from the height of the roof rail used on vehicles with a roof lift. For this reason, the rear cantilevers to which the roof rail is fixed are of variable height. However, the rear panel parts of the vehicles with and without roof lifts, which have the same loading area height (internal net height), vary.

[0007] In the state of the art, the design of the rear cantilever in trailer vehicles changes according to different roof rail lengths and options, and accordingly, the lengths and different cutting axes of the rear bollard pillars on the televising sheet, which forms the side structure of the vehicle, increase the product diversity. Said rear bollard pillars are structures that prevent the load from spilling out of the trailer vehicle and ensure that the load is securely fixed onto the vehicle. In current applications, due to the variability in the rear panel parts in vehicles with and without a roof lift, the lengths and different cutting axes of the rear bollards differ and common parts cannot be used in production. This situation increases labor and inventory costs in production. For this reason, there was a need for a structure that ensures that the cantilever heights with and without roof lifts are the same in the known state of the art and that the rear bollard pillars used to connect the rear panel and sliding roof mechanisms in the superstructures of trailer vehicles are standardized. Figure 1 shows the rear cantilever structure without roof lift (M2) in the state of the art. Figure 1 a shows the difference in the rear bollard cutting axes (BKE) and rear bollard cutting lengths (BKB) in the installation of the rear bollard pole (B) with the rear cantilever with roof lift (M1) in the state of the art and the rear cantilever without roof lift (M2) in the state of the art.

[0008] As a result of the aforementioned issues and the limited supply of available solutions, it became necessary to carry out an improvement in the relevant technical field.

[0009] Purpose of the Invention

[0010] The present invention relates to a rear cantilever with an adapter which eliminates the abovementioned disadvantages and brings new advantages to the relevant technical field.

[0011] The main purpose of the invention is to provide a rear cantilever with an adapter, which enables the variability of the rear panel parts in vehicles with a roof lift and vehicles without a roof lift, which have the same loading area height, to be eliminated.

[0012] The purpose of the invention is to provide a rear cantilever with an adapter which, thanks to the body form used in vehicles without a roof lift, enables the height of the rear bollard pillar to be the same in vehicles with and without a roof lift, and thus the rear bollard cutting length and rear bollard cutting axes to be common.

[0013] Another purpose of the invention is to provide a rear cantilever with an adapter, which enables the reduction of product variety and the reduction of labor and inventory costs in production by using common parts in the production of rear bollards for vehicles with and without roof lifts, thanks to the commonization of the rear bollard cutting length and rear bollard cutting axes.

[0014] In order to fulfil all the aforementioned purposes and any other objectives that may arise from the detailed description, the invention is a rear cantilever with adapter for use on trailer vehicles without a roof lift, which enables the height of the rear bollard pillar to be the same for trailer vehicles with and without a roof lift, so that the rear bollard cut length and the rear bollard cut axes are common, characterized by comprising; a body having a gradually rising structure in accordance with the form of the roof rail and into which the roof rail is connected.

[0015] The structural and characteristic features of the present invention will be understood clearly by the following figures and the detailed description made with reference to these figures. Therefore the evaluation shall be made by taking these figures and the detailed description into consideration.

[0032] In this detailed description, the preferred alternatives of the inventive rear cantilever with adapter (10) are described only for clarifying the subject matter such that no limiting effect is created.

[0033] In Figure 2, the general view of the rear cantilever with adapter (10) which is the subject of the invention is given. Accordingly, the rear cantilever with adapter (10) in its most basic form comprises a body (11 ) with a gradually rising structure in accordance with the roof rail (R) form.

[0034] The body (10), which forms the main structure of the rear cantilever with adapter (10) which is the subject of the invention, has a structure that rises gradually in accordance with the roof rail (R) form.

[0035] The rear cantilever with adapter (10), which is the subject of the invention, is used in a trailer vehicle without roof lift, as seen in Figure 3. As seen in Figure 3a, the roof rail (R) is connected to the inside of the body (1 1 ).

[0036] The rear cantilever with adapter (10), which is the subject of the invention, enables the variability in the rear bollard (B) structure to be overcome in vehicles with and without roof lifts, which have the same loading area height, thanks to the body (11 ) form. Thus, as seen in Figure 4, the rear bollard cutting axis (BKE) of the rear cantilever with adapter (10) in the vehicle without roof lift and the rear bollard cutting axis (BKE) and rear bollard cutting length (BKB) of the rear cantilever with roof lift (M1 ) in the prior art are ensured to be the same.
