[0003] The present invention relates to a loading bracket developed to be used as a support for train loading consoles in train loading operations of chassis used in the trailer industry.

[0005] A trailer is a vehicle used to carry loads, usually attached to the back of a truck. Trailers, which are generally preferred for carrying large and heavy loads, can be produced in different types and sizes. Trailers, which vary according to their carrying capacities, are generally used in longdistance journeys and logistics operations. Providing great convenience to companies and the transportation sector, trailers enable safe and fast cargo transportation.

[0006] Trailer train loading operation is an efficient method used to move large amounts of material from one place to another. This operation involves coupling a trailer train to a freight train and transferring the material through the trailers. Trailer train loading operations are usually carried out by large logistics companies or transportation companies. First, a suitable unloading area is selected for loading the material into the freight train. Then, the trailers are transported to this area and connected to the freight train. The trailers connected to the freight train are made ready for loading the material. Using forklifts or other equipment, the material is loaded onto trailers and fixed. When the material loading process is completed, the trailer train moves and the material is transported to the destination point. Thanks to this operation, logistics processes become more efficient and costs are reduced. In this method of transportation, loads are usually placed in train wagons and transported via trains to be sent from one particular point to another. Trailers are special equipment that allows the loads to be loaded onto train wagons. This method is generally preferred for transporting large and heavy loads and is more economical and environmentally friendly than road transport. Transport with train-loading trailers is generally preferred by logistics companies, transportation companies and industrial facilities. In the current train loading design, the crossbars and crossbar reinforcements located between the runners as support for the train loading consoles are in a structure that can be removed by destruction. The present invention is a rear platform consisting of the I-Beam, which is the longeron on which the chassis is installed and located along the chassis, the horizontal trailer profile surrounding the chassis and the crossbars used in the junction of the horizontal trailer profile and the longeron for the standardization of the chassis option in trailer vehicles, characterized by comprising; train loading area connected to the lower part of the horizontal trailer profile for trailer train loading; tail lift connection area positioned at the rear, under the horizontal trailer profile, for the use of an intermediate loading lift; hood positioned on the floor part of the rear platform to prevent the chassis from coming into contact with the upper wheel area; strut bollard area positioned on the horizontal trailer profile for stacking loads inside the trailer; load attachment ring positioned on the side of the strut bollard area for the placement of equipment positioned in the base area for securing loads inside the trailer.

[0009] As a result, the requirement for a train loading connection bracket which eliminates the abovementioned problems and the insufficiency of the current solutions makes it necessary to make a development in the relevant technical field.

[0010] Brief Description of the Invention

[0011] The present invention relates to a loading bracket developed to be used as a support for train loading consoles in train loading operations of chassis used in the trailer sector, which meets the above-mentioned requirements, eliminates all disadvantages and brings some additional advantages.

[0012] Based on the state of the art, the object of the present invention is to eliminate the rear platform assembly type by assembling the developed loading bracket with a non-destructive disassembly method (bolts, rivets and similar connections). The object of the present invention is to lighten the construction supporting the train loading consoles and reduce labor time by means of the loading bracket.

[0013] Another object of the present invention is to ensure that the loading bracket can be removed and installed later without causing damage, thanks to its detachability.

[0030] In this detailed description, the loading bracket (10) developed to be used as a support for the train loading consoles (23) in the train loading operations of the chassis (20) used in the trailer sector of the present invention is described only as an example for a better understanding of the subject matter and without any limiting effect. The feature of the loading bracket (10) shown in Figure-1 is that it eliminates the need for a rear platform assembly by assembling it with a non-destructive disassembly method (bolts, rivets and similar connections). The loading bracket (10) can be removed and reattached to the chassis (20) without causing any damage. Said loading bracket (10) is positioned between two opposing longerons (21) to support the train loading consoles (23) used at the junction of the longeron (21 ), which is the l-section carrier structure along the chassis (20) and on which the chassis (20) is installed, and the horizontal trailer profile (22) surrounding the chassis (20), and on which the chassis (20) is installed. The loading bracket (10) shown in Figure 2 increases the strength of the train loading consoles (23) by connecting two longerons (21 ) to each other. The connection bracket (10) shown in Figure 3 comprises a body (11) that extends between two longerons (21) and connects them to each other. There is a connection surface (12) at both ends of the said body (11) that contacts the longeron (21 ). On the mentioned connection surfaces (12), connection slots (13) are positioned to which the connection elements are connected in order to establish a detachable connection with the longeron (21 ).
