[0006] As is well known, in kitchens there are a multitude of saucepans, casseroles, and frying pans of different sizes and with different diameters and heights, so that they are available for any type of preparation and any amount of food, but all this variety leads to considerable space being taken up. Saucepans, casseroles, and frying pans are equipped with handles for the gripping, lifting, and handling thereof. At present, there are diverse types of pot and pan handles on the market, and the choice often depends on the pot or pan material and personal preferences. The most common types of handles are fixed handles, which are firmly attached to the pot or pan and cannot be removed, or removable handles, which are designed to be removed from the pot or pan. These handles save space during storage and facilitate pot or pan cleaning. Furthermore, the handles can be made of plastic, Bakelite, or wood, which are thermal insulators and remain cool to the touch even during cooking. However, these handles are not particularly resistant, unlike those made of other materials such as metal (which, however, heats up during cooking) but they are sturdier.

[0044] The attaching device 1 for handles for saucepans, casseroles, and frying pans in question is envisaged to engage with any kind of saucepan, casserole, or frying pan. In the present embodiment, the attaching device 1 for handles for saucepans or casseroles comprises a shaped plate 2 which is envisaged to engage to a saucepan or casserole 3, as shown in Figure 5, and the plate 2 has two wings 20a and 20b at the ends thereof, each one envisaged to house a fastening element 200 to engage with a saucepan or casserole, and a central portion 21, which is protruding with respect to the plane of the wings.

In greater detail, the plate 2 has a rectangular shape with bevelled edges 25 (so as to adhere to the external wall of the saucepan or casserole or frying pan 3 without sharp edges) and comprises a groove 26 with a base 26a and a configuration that narrows toward the top and centre, like an arch, as shown in Figure 16. A pair of holes 27 are featured at the sides of the groove 26, each of the said holes being designed to house a fastening element 200 for fastening to the saucepan or casserole or frying pan, but the plate can also be welded or glued to the recipient.

Furthermore, the smaller base of the second sector has the same dimensions as the larger base of the third sector 47, which is also trapezoidal in shape and is bent orthogonally on the side opposite the first sector. On the smaller base of the third sector lies the fourth sector 48, which has a pre-shaped conformation envisaged to fit into the groove 26 in the plate 2. As mentioned earlier, the fourth sector 48 of the engagement element 4 is designed to fit into the groove 26 so that the external wall of the plate 2 comes into contact with the magnetic element 6 of the second sector 46, thereby securing the handle to the saucepan or casserole / frying pan in a strong, stable manner.

CLAIMS1 ) An attaching device for handles for saucepans and flying pans envisaged to engage with any kind of saucepan, pot, or frying pan characterised by the fact that the said device features: a shaped plate (2) which comprises, at the ends thereof, two wings (20a) and (20b) each one envisaged to accommodate a fastening element (200) to engage with a saucepan / frying pan (3) and a central portion (21) which is protruding with respect to the plane of the wings, an L-shaped engagement element (4), wherein a first arm (40) of the “L” is configured so as to be secured to a handle / handgrip (5) of any shape and material provided that the said handle is equipped with a guide / housing for insertion of the first arm (40), and a second arm (41), positioned orthogonally with respect to the first arm (40), is configured so as to be housed in the space of the central portion (21) of the plate (2),- a magnetic element (6) positioned and fastened on the handgrip (5) at the second arm (41) of the L-shaped engagement element (4), wherein the magnetic element is constituted of a magnet, preferably made of neodymium, of any configuration and arranged to create a secure coupling for the handgrip to the saucepan,- the central portion (21 ) of the plate (2) designed to be inserted between the second arm (41) of the engagement element (4) and the magnetic element (6) so as to secure the handgrip (5) to the saucepan / frying pan (3) in a strong, stable manner,- first fastening means for engaging the magnetic element (6) with the handgrip (5) and second fastening means for engaging the engagement element (4) with the handgrip (5),the said attaching device being removable from the saucepan by removing the second arm of the L-shaped engagement element (4) from the seat present between the central portion (21) and the external wall of the saucepan / frying pan (3) by applying light pressure to the handgrip (5) to counteract the holding force applied by the magnetic element (6), then lowering the handgrip and the second arm (41) of the engagement element (4) and removing the second arm from the seat between the central portion (21) and the saucepan / frying pan (3).2) An attaching device for handles for saucepans / frying pans according to Claim 1 characterised by the fact that the magnetic element (6) is secured to the handgrip (5) of the handle by means of at least one screw (60) designed to fit through the said magnetic element via a specific hole (600) or by gluing.3) An attaching device for handles for saucepans / frying pans according to Claim 1 characterised by the fact that the engagement element (4) is secured to the handgrip (5) by means of at least one screw (400) that fits through a specific hole (400a) or by gluing.4) An attaching device for handles for saucepans / frying pans according to Claim 1 characterised by the fact that two diametrically opposed attaching devices are envisaged for a saucepan and only one attaching device is envisaged for a frying pan.5) An attaching device for handles for saucepans / frying pans according to Claim 1 characterised by the fact that the assembly of the attaching device with the handgrip (5) is earned out according to the following sequence:- the magnetic element (6) is fixed to the handle (5) by means of fastening means such as screws, or by welding or gluing,- the first arm (40) of the L-shaped engagement element (4) is inserted into the guide / housing envisaged in the handgrip and fastened by means of screws or by gluing.the second arm (41) is inserted into the space between the external wall of the saucepan / frying pan (3) and the central portion (21) of the plate (2), and the handgrip for the saucepan / frying pan can be used.6) An attaching device for handles for saucepans / frying pans designed to engage with any kind of saucepan, pot, or frying pan characterised by the fact that the said device features: a shaped plate (2) envisaged to engage with a saucepan or frying pan (3) wherein the plate has a shape with rounded perimeter edges (25) so as to adhere to the external wall of the saucepan or frying pan (3) and not have sharp edges and comprises a groove (26) with a base (26a) and a configuration that becomes narrower towards the top and the centre and, laterally to the groove (26), a pair of holes (27) are envisaged, each one designed to house a fastening element (200) for fastening to the saucepan / frying pan, but the plate can also be welded or glued to the container, the said plate (2) having any configuration - be it quadrangular, rectangular, circular etc. - in order to suit the style of the saucepan / frying pan, an engagement element (4) composed of at least four sectors wherein a first sector(45) is configured so as to be secured to a handle / handgrip (5) of any conformation and material, provided that the said element is equipped with a guide / housing for insertion of the first sector (45) and so as to be fastened thereto by means of fastening means such as screws or other equivalent means or by gluing, wherein a second sector(46) with a trapezoidal shape with the larger base joined to the first sector, is positioned orthogonally to the first sector and is designed to house a magnetic element (6) fastened thereinside, wherein a third sector (47) also has a trapezoidal shape whose larger base is the same size as the smaller base of the second sector, the said third sector being bent orthogonally on the opposite side to the first sector, and wherein, at the smaller base of the third sector, there is a fourth sector (48) having a shapedconformation envisaged to enter the groove (26) in the plate (2) so that the external wall of the plate (2) comes into contact with the magnetic element (6) in the second sector (46) so as to secure the handgrip to the saucepan / flying pan in a strong and stable manner.7) An attaching device for handles for saucepans / frying pans according to Claim 6 characterised by the fact that the magnetic element (6) is made up of a magnet, preferably made of neodymium, of any configuration and is arranged to create a secure coupling for the handgrip (5) to the saucepan / frying pan, wherein the magnet is calibrated to resist and operate in all temperatures, including high temperatures.8) An attaching device for handles for saucepans / frying pans according to Claim 6 characterised by the fact that the engagement element (4) is very simple and quick to produce as it originates from the punching of a single piece which is bent in such a way as to obtain the four sectors to which the magnetic element (6) is applied.9) An attaching device for handles for saucepans / frying pans according to Claim 6 characterised by the fact that the assembly of the attaching device with the handgrip (5) is carried out according to the following sequence:- the first sector (45) of the engagement element (4) is inserted into the guide / housing (50) of the handle / handgrip (5) and secured by fastening means such as screws or glued, the magnetic element (6) is engaged with the second sector (46) of the engagement element (4) so that the attaching device is ready for use by inserting the fourth sector (48) into the groove in the plate (2) which is secured to the external wall of a saucepan or frying pan.10) An attaching device for handles for saucepans / frying pans according to Claims 1 and 6 characterised by the fact that the handgrip (5) is made of wood or metal or Bakelite or anyother material that can allow the recipient to be picked up, whether it is a frying pan or pot or a saucepan and has any kind of conformation, whether spherical, parallelepiped with rounded edges, or any other conformation that is easy to grip and is aesthetically pleasing.11) An attaching device for handles for saucepans / frying pans according to Claims 1 and 6 characterised by the fact that a pair of attaching devices is sufficient for an entire set of saucepans and a single device is sufficient for a set of frying pans.
