The peripheral edge of the peripheral wall extends outwardly to form a first connecting plate. The peripheral edge of the lampshade is bent inwardly to form a fourth connecting plate. The first connecting plate is clamped in a receiving area between the fourth connecting plate and the upper surface of the lampshade.

A panel light comprising a lamp housing (1), a light emitting assembly (2) disposed within the lamp housing (1) and a lamp cover (3) disposed below the lamp housing (1), the lamp housing (1) comprising a housing top (11) and a peripheral wall (12) extending downwardly from a peripheral edge of the housing top, characterised in that: The periphery of the peripheral wall (12) extends outwardly with a first connecting plate (121), the periphery of the lampshade (3) is inwardly bent to form a fourth connecting plate (32), the first connecting plate (121) is clamped in the containing area (S) between the fourth connecting plate (32) and the upper surface (3a) of the lampshade (3).
2. The panel light of claim 1, wherein: The lamp shell (1) is a metal shell, the lampshade (3) is a plastic plate, and the fourth connecting plate (32) is formed by hot deformation processing from the lampshade (3).
