[0034] The invention relates to an air vent apparatus (20) for steam ovens (1). The air vent apparatus (20) comprises an air vent hose (22) configured on the water transfer hose (21) to vent air (21.2) that may form in the water transfer hose (21) in steam ovens (1), where water (21.1) is delivered to the water tank (30) from a water reservoir (10) via the water transfer hose (21), and which restricts the flow of the water (21.1) when formed. The air vent hose (22) is attached to the water transfer hose (21) at a point close to the water reservoir (10), rises relative to the oven (1) plane, and comprises an air outlet (22.1) positioned higher than the water reservoir (10).

For example, as seen here, the air vent hose (22) must be positioned higher than the water reservoir (10) with respect to the oven’s vertical axis. Thus, air taken from the region where the air vent hose (22) is attached to the water transfer hose (21) can be vented outside through the air outlet (22.1) at the end of the air vent hose (22). Otherwise, air may remain in circulation inside both hoses, and its venting may not be guaranteed. The details of the region where the air vent apparatus is positioned inside the oven (1) from another angle are shown in Figures 3a and 3b.

In both figures, the importance of the two parameters mentioned above can be understood more closely. In these figures, the oven (1) axes are shown as the oven horizontal axis (X) and the oven vertical axis (Y). Similarly, two important parameters evaluated with reference to these axes are the height (H), i.e. , the height of the air vent hose (22) above the water reservoir (10) with respect to the oven vertical axis (Y), and the distance (M), i.e., the distance of the air transfer connection (21.5) to the water reservoir (10), which are depicted in Figures 4 and 5. The position of the air vent hose (22), i.e., the air transfer connection (21.5) where it is attached to the water transfer hose (21), should neither be too close nor too far from the water reservoir (10); optimally, it should be positioned in a region between the reservoir (10) and the midpoint of the water transfer hose (21). For example, if the air vent hose (22) is too close to the water reservoir (10), air formation may occur again in the continuing part of the water transfer hose (21), and positioning the air outlet (22.1) of the air vent hose (22) inside the oven (1) may also become difficult. On the other hand, if the distance is too far from the water reservoir (10), i.e., if the air vent hose (22) is positioned closer to the water tank (30), partial water flow into the air vent hose (22) and venting of air may not be possible due to the air formed in the region close to the reservoir (10). Moreover, since the air outlet (22.1) must be positioned higher than the reservoir (10), the length of the air vent hose (22) would increase excessively, leading to issues of both cost and unnecessary occupation of physical space inside the oven. As a result, the optimization of the point where the air vent hose (22) is attached to the water transfer hose (21), i.e., the distance (M), is one of the important parameters of the air vent apparatus of the invention.

Claims

CLAIMS1. An air vent apparatus (20) for steam ovens (1) comprising at least one water tank (30) in which water is stored for steam generation, at least one water reservoir (10) allowing the user to fill water into the tank (30), and at least one water transfer hose (21) providing transfer of water (21.1) between the reservoir (10) and the tank (30), characterized in that it comprises: at least one air vent hose (22) for venting air (21.2) restricting or blocking the flow of water (21.1) in the transfer hose (21), the air vent hose (22) being connected via an air transfer connection (21 .5) to a point on the water transfer hose (21) at a distance (M) close to the reservoir (10), and configured such that its air outlet (22.1) is positioned higher than the reservoir (10) with respect to the oven’s vertical axis (Y).

2. The air vent apparatus (20) for steam ovens (1) according to Claim 1 , characterized in that the air vent hose (22) comprises at least one retaining ring (22.2) at its air outlet (22.1) portion for securing to the oven (1).

3. The air vent apparatus (20) for steam ovens (1) according to Claim 2, characterized in that the retaining ring (22.2) comprises at least one locking holder mounted on the oven (1).
