The device can be used on both left and right sides of a straight handlebar bicycle or a bent handlebar bicycle. A single operating member is provided to operate the bell or the warning light. In this specification, the commonly used bell, bent handlebar, and straight handlebar are used to describe all embodiments. However, the device can be applied to other types of handlebars. The device is described in three main combinations: (1) a bell + a rearview mirror; (2) a bell + a warning light; and (3) a bell + a rearview mirror + a warning light.
