[0001] The present invention relates to confectionery.

[0002] Conventionally, there have been confectioneries that are playful and can be enjoyed while eating. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a confectionery of this type that has at least one part made of soft candy and at least one part made of at least one of gummy candy and hard candy, and that can be attached and assembled.

[0003] Patent Registration No. 3158533

[0004] Patent Document 1 describes a combination candy that attempts to solve the problem of teething by dispersing gummies in soft candy. However, the candy described in Patent Document 1 requires multiple types of candy. Furthermore, while multiple candies can be assembled, the size of the assembled candies is limited by the size of the candy container (tray). Furthermore, there are issues with the difficulty of creating complex shapes for the combined candies.

[0005] An object of the present invention is to provide a confectionery with improved taste.

[0006] A confectionery of one embodiment of the present invention is a confectionery comprising a frame portion and a part portion held by the frame portion, the frame portion being configured to surround at least a portion of the periphery of the part portion.

[0007] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide confectioneries with improved taste.

[0008] 1. A plan view of a confectionery set according to one embodiment of the present invention. A cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in FIG. 1. A cross-sectional view of a portion taken along line B-B in FIG. 1. An explanatory diagram showing an example of the operation when opening a confectionery container. A perspective view showing an example of removing confectionery from a confectionery container. A perspective view showing the separation of part parts from the frame. A perspective view showing an example of how to assemble the part parts. A perspective view showing the completed assembly of the part parts. A plan view of another example of a confectionery set. A plan view of another example of a confectionery set. A plan view of the part parts shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 when assembled.

[0009] A confectionery product according to one embodiment of the present invention will now be described with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a plan view of a confectionery product 1 according to this embodiment.

[0010] The confectionery 1 is a gummy candy that is stored in a confectionery container 101 and formed into a predetermined shape. For example, as shown in Fig. 1, the confectionery 1 is configured as a confectionery set 100 with the confectionery container 101 that stores the confectionery 1. When sold, the confectionery 1 is not only stored in the confectionery container 101 shown in the figure, but is also stored in a decorative packaging bag that displays the same character as the stored confectionery 1.

[0011] The gummy candy referred to here can be produced by using predetermined amounts of, for example, starch syrup, sugar, gelatin, concentrated fruit juice, edible oils and fats, sorbitol, acidulant, thickener, plant-derived food coloring, and flavoring.

[0012] As shown in FIG. 1 , the confectionery 1 is housed in, for example, a rectangular, relatively flexible confectionery container 101. The confectionery 1 includes, for example, a continuous frame 10 along the four sides of the confectionery container 101, and a part 20 inside the frame 10 that resembles a predetermined character or a part of the character. The frame 10 has a generally rectangular shape (the sum of the lengths of the first side 11 and the third side 13 is greater than the sum of the lengths of the second side 12 and the fourth side 14) and is configured to surround the two part 20. In this embodiment, the first and second directions are perpendicular to each other along the long and short sides of the rectangular confectionery container 101.

[0013] When removing the confectionery 1 from the confectionery container 101, there are two locations where removal begins: a first removal section 10a at one end of the frame 10, and a second removal section 10b at the other end, both located near one corner (bottom left in the figure) in a plan view of the confectionery container 101. In the frame 10, for example, the end where the first side 11 is shorter than the third side 13 by a predetermined length (L11) constitutes the first removal section 10a. Furthermore, the end where the fourth side 14 is shorter than the second side 12 by a predetermined length (L14) constitutes the other second removal section 10b. Regarding the removal direction, the first removal section 10a corresponds to the first direction of the first side 11, and the second removal section 10b corresponds to the second direction of the fourth side 14. In this embodiment, the length (L11) of the short portion of the first side portion 11 is the same as the length (L14) of the short portion of the fourth side portion 14. Therefore, for example, the sum of the lengths of the first side portion 11 and the second side portion 12 is the same as the sum of the lengths of the third side portion 13 and the fourth side portion 14.

[0014] The part parts 20 are modeled, for example, on the head of a character, and in this embodiment, are configured to have exactly the same shape but with their orientations reversed, and are connected to the frame part 10 via the holder 15. The two part parts 20 arranged vertically are provided with a left part part 20L on the upper side that models the left side of the head (the left side of the character's head), and a right part part 20R on the lower side that models the right side of the head, forming a pair of part parts 20 with a symmetrical shape.

[0015] As shown in FIG. 1 , the part 20 has a first portion 21 with an angular shape on the outer periphery of the part in a plan view and a second portion 22 with a rounded shape. For example, the part 20 is configured to have a rounded outline, even though it would normally have an angular shape, such as the chin or the back of the neck. That is, when viewed as a whole, the second portion 22 is configured to be larger than the first portion 21, resulting in a rounded shape compared to the original shape of the character. This is because the confectionery 1 is manufactured, for example, by pouring flowable gummy ingredients into a depression formed in the confectionery container 101. Therefore, considering the fluidity and moldability of the material when molding the gummy ingredients, it is preferable to have a larger number of second portions 22.

[0016] To form a predetermined character shape, the frame is formed to the character's shape in a planar view as shown in the figure, and the three-dimensional shape of the character can be formed by using the uneven shape of the depressions (see FIG. 2). In this embodiment, the frame 10 is modeled after, for example, a plastic model runner, and various parts of the character correspond to the part portions 20. The holding portion 15 extends toward the inside of the frame 10 in a direction parallel or perpendicular to each side (first side 11, second side 12, third side 13, fourth side 14). The two part portions 20 shown in FIG. 1 are each continuously held to the frame 10 by two connecting portions: the first-direction holding portion 15 and the second-direction holding portion 15.

[0017] Figure 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in Figure 1. As shown in Figure 2, the confectionery container 101 has a groove structure that allows the gummy candy ingredients to be poured into an outer periphery 102 and a container bottom 103 that has a predetermined step relative to the outer periphery 102, and is configured to seal the container by attaching a film lid 110 to the outer periphery 102. More specifically, the confectionery container 101 has a frame groove 10g, part groove 20g, and holding groove 15g that are formed so that they are continuous, and the gummy candy ingredients supplied from predetermined locations flow into these grooves and are stored therein.

[0018] 2, the frame 10 has a cross section in which the upper surface 10u on one side (the upper side in the figure) is flat, and the lower surface 10d on the other side is rounded. That is, the lower surface 10d has a curved shape at the bottom of the frame groove 10g of the frame 10, while the upper surface 10u has a flat shape when the fluidized gummy material solidifies.

[0019] In the part unit 20, the part unit one surface 20u on the upper side in the figure of the part unit 20 is configured as a flat surface similar to the frame unit 10. On the other hand, the part unit other surface 20d on the lower side in the figure is formed into a complex shape with projections and depressions that imitates the shape unique to the character.

[0020] 2, the holding portion 15 has a recessed structure with the same depth as the frame portion 10, and includes a portion with a rounded bottom surface like the frame portion 10, and a narrowed portion 15a with a smaller cross-sectional area than the other portions. This narrowed portion 15a is configured so that its width narrows as well as its depth.

[0021] FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line B-B in FIG. 1. With the confectionery 1 contained in the confectionery container 101, the film lid 110, which is welded to the entire outer periphery 102 of the confectionery container 101, is peeled off. When peeling off the film lid 110, peeling begins from the film peeling portion 108 facing the first and second removal portions 10a and 10b. The film peeling portion 108 has a pair of notches 108b (see FIG. 1) formed on its base end, which are configured to indicate the peeling portion of the film lid 110. Furthermore, the film lid 110 is welded only to the outer periphery 102 on the base end side, with the remaining portions unwelded, and has a facing portion 110a facing the film peeling portion 108. The cutouts 108b in the film peeling portion 108 make it easier for the film peeling portion 108 to deform. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 3, the film peeling portion 108 is provided at an inclination (inclination angle θ) in a direction away from the film lid 110 (downward in the drawing).

[0022] FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of the operation for opening the confectionery container 101. Because the film peeling portion 108 is configured as described above, when opening the confectionery container 101, for example, one finger 50 is used to pinch the facing portion 110a, which is the end of the film, and the other finger 51 is used to pinch the film peeling portion 108. The film lid 110 can then be peeled off by pulling the fingers (50, 51) in opposite directions. During this peeling operation, the remaining fingertip of the other finger 51 on the container side can be placed against the underside 10d of the bottom side of the first removal portion 10a (or second removal portion 10b) of the frame 10, as shown in FIG.

[0023] Here, the confectionery container 101 is made of a flexible material, so that, for example, as shown in Figure 4, in the peeling operation, the first removal part 10a (second removal part 10b) can be lifted from the confectionery container 101 by pressing the bottom side of the confectionery container 101 with the other finger 51.

[0024] The operation of removing the confectionery 1 will be described below. Figure 5 is a perspective view showing an example of removing the confectionery 1 from the confectionery container 101. After removing the film lid 110, removal of the confectionery 1 begins, for example, from the first removal section 10a. At this time, the back side of the confectionery container 101 is pressed or bent with the fingers. This causes the first removal section 10a and the second removal section 10b to float out of the frame groove 10g, allowing them to be picked up as shown in Figure 5.

[0025] When the film lid 110 is peeled off, as described above, the film peeling portion 108 is subjected to a force that causes the confectionery container 101 to bend backward. As a result, the first and second removal portions 10a and 10b are peeled off from the frame grooves 10g and are already peeled off from the confectionery container 101. Therefore, when the first and second removal portions 10a and 10b are to be picked up, the operation can be easily performed.

[0026] Furthermore, when peeling the part 20 from the confectionery container 101 while gripping the frame 10, the part 20 has an uneven shape, which means that the contact area with the part groove 20g is large, and a large force is required. However, by providing multiple holding parts 15 in different directions relative to the part 20, a large peeling force can be applied when pulling up the frame 10.

[0027] Figure 6 is a perspective view of the part 20 separated from the frame 10. When the confectionery 1 is removed from the confectionery container 101, the frame 10 and the part 20 are connected. Before eating the confectionery 1, the part 20 is separated from the frame 10. At this time, the two part 20 are separated by tearing each of the narrowed portions 15a of the holding portion 15 in two places. Note that the narrowed portions 15a have a smaller cross-sectional area, so they can be cut with less force than the other portions. For example, as shown in Figure 6, the three-dimensional part 20 can be removed with only a cut mark 15b remaining.

[0028] Figure 7 is a perspective view showing an example of how to assemble the parts 20. The right part 20R and the left part 20L, which have been separated from the frame 10, are brought into contact with each other so that their flat first surfaces 20u face each other, as shown in Figure 7. By bringing the first surfaces 20u into contact in this manner, the left and right part 20 can be easily attached to each other simply by bringing their flat surfaces into contact, due to their inherent adhesiveness, without the need for any special adhesive means.

[0029] Figure 8 is a perspective view showing the completed assembly of the parts 20. The two left and right parts 20R, 20L have symmetrical shapes, each half of a character's head, and can form a three-dimensional character head as shown in Figure 8. After combining them to form the character's head, they can be eaten separately or in the assembled state.

[0030] Fig. 9 is a plan view of another example of the candy set 100. In the candy set 100 shown in Fig. 9, the part 25 is shaped to resemble the entire body of a character, including a head 25a, a torso 25b, legs 25c, and arms 25d, and is configured as a single part 25 inside the frame 10. In this embodiment, the holder 15 has a narrowed portion 15a, and three holders 15 are provided to connect to the head 25a and both legs 25c. Note that, since the shape of the part 25 is relatively complex, a holder 15 connected to the arms 25d may also be provided.

[0031] The part 25 is held such that the tip 25f of the right foot straddles the gap between the first and second removal portions 10a, 10b. That is, the tip 25f of the right foot is positioned outside the imaginary line IL connecting the first and second removal portions 10a, 10b.

[0032] Figure 10 is a plan view of another example of a confectionery set 100. In the confectionery set 100 shown in Figure 10, two different shapes, a shield-shaped part 26 and a weapon-shaped part 27, are provided inside the frame 10. The holding portion 15 in this embodiment has narrowed portions 15a, and two are provided for each of the shield-shaped part 26 and the weapon-shaped part 27. Furthermore, the weapon-shaped part 27 is configured so that its tip 27f is located outside the imaginary line IL connecting the first removal portion 10a and the second removal portion 10b.

[0033] Figure 11 is a plan view of the assembled state of the parts shown in Figures 9 and 10. The candy 1 shown in Figure 11 shows the assembled state of the parts 25, 26, and 27 of the different candy sets 100 shown in Figures 9 and 10. That is, the shield part 26 is attached to the left hand of the part 25 of the character's main body, and the weapon part 27 is attached to the right hand. The character assembled in this way is in an assembled state that indicates its combat state. In this way, a predetermined assembled form can be created using the parts 25, 26, and 27 provided on multiple different candy sets 100.

[0034] 11, the part 25 can be different in color from the other part parts 26 and 27. The part 25 can also be different in flavor from the other part parts 26 and 27.

[0035] As described above, the confectionery 1 of this embodiment has part parts (20, 25, 26, 27) arranged so that they are connected to the frame part 10 via the holding part 15 and surrounded by the frame part 10. Therefore, when manufacturing the confectionery 1 by utilizing the fluidity of pouring the part parts into the groove part of the confectionery container 101 during production, the arrangement and number of holding parts 15 can be determined taking into account the shape of the part parts to achieve a configuration that is easy to mold.

[0036] In the confectionery 1 of this embodiment, the first removal section 10a and the second removal section 10b provided on the frame section 10 are at the ends of the frame section 10, making it easy to remove the confectionery 1 from the confectionery container 101. Furthermore, because the first removal section 10a and the second removal section 10b are positioned close to the film peeling section 108, the operation of peeling off the film lid 110 and the operation of removing the confectionery 1 can be linked as interlocking operations, improving the ease of removal.

[0037] In the confectionery 1 of this embodiment, the part portion is configured to extend beyond the frame portion 10 so as to straddle the gap between the first removal portion 10a and the second removal portion 10b, thereby allowing the part portion to be configured large.

[0038] In the confectionery 1 of this embodiment, the first take-out section 10a and the second take-out section 10b are configured so that the take-out directions are different, so that the confectionery 1 can be easily taken out.

[0039] In this embodiment of the confectionery 1, multiple holding portions 15 extend from the frame portion 10 in different directions relative to the part portions, so that the pulling direction when removing the part portions (20, 25, 26, 27) by the frame portion 10 can be multiple and large, allowing the part portions to be easily peeled off from the confectionery container 101.

[0040] In the confectionery 1 of this embodiment, the frame portion 10 is configured to be larger than the cross-sectional area of the holding portion 15, so that when removing the parts, they can be easily grasped and pulled up reliably without breaking.

[0041] In the confectionery set 100 of this embodiment, a narrowed portion 15a is formed between the holding portion 15 and the part portions (20, 25, 26, 27), making it possible to easily separate the part portions (20, 25, 26, 27) from the frame portion 10.

[0042] In the confectionery set 100 of this embodiment, the frame portion 10 is arranged along each side of the outer edge of the confectionery container 101, so that the volume of the confectionery 1 can be increased.

[0043] In the confectionery set 100 of this embodiment, the frame groove 10g has a rounded shape in the cross section of the frame 10, which improves the fluidity of the confectionery 1.

[0044] In the confectionery 1 of this embodiment, the part parts (20, 25, 26, 27) have unevenness in the part part groove 20g, which allows them to imitate the shape of the character. On the other hand, the part part one surface 20u is configured as a flat surface without unevenness, which provides a preferable shape for the area where the part parts are attached to each other.

[0045] In the confectionery 1 of this embodiment, the parts (20, 25, 26, 27) are configured so that there are more rounded second parts 22 than angular first parts 21 on their outer peripheries, thereby improving the fluidity of the confectionery 1 during production.

[0046] In the present embodiment of the confectionery 1, when two parts (20R, 20L) are held, one part and the other part are configured to have a symmetrical shape, so that when the parts (20R, 20L) are removed from the frame 10 and combined, a more three-dimensional object can be expressed.

[0047] While one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention can be modified as appropriate within the scope of its technical concept. For example, in the above embodiment, the holding portion 15 is configured to have a portion that has approximately the same width as the frame portion 10 in a plan view, but this is not limited to this, and the entire holding portion 15 may be configured to have a narrow width.

[0048] In the above embodiment, the narrowed portion 15a of the holding portion 15 is configured to have a shallower depth, but this is not limited to such a configuration, and the depth may remain the same and only the width may be narrower.

[0049] As described above, the present specification describes the following:
