Abstract
Description
[0001] FAN PROPELLER MOUNTING SYSTEM
[0002] Technical Field of the Invention:
[0003] The invention relates to a fan propeller mounting system designed to connect the propeller to the motor without using intermediate connection parts (such as screws, nuts, etc.), thereby preventing quality issues caused by the operator and these intermediate parts, while also reducing the assembly time in the production line.
[0004] State of the Art:
[0005] Fan propeller mounting systems ensure that the propeller is securely and firmly mounted onto the motor shaft. Motor fan propellers are typically mounted using different systems, including clamping rings, screws, nuts, and locking collars.
[0006] The fan propeller mounting system for an oven motor is of great importance for the proper operation and optimal performance of the oven. These systems ensure that the fan propeller is securely and firmly mounted onto the motor shaft, thereby contributing to the proper airflow inside the oven. Oven fan propeller mounting systems are generally implemented using screws and nuts.
[0007] Screws and nuts are commonly used to secure the propeller directly onto the shaft. The screws are placed into the holes on the shaft and tightened with nuts. This system ensures that the propeller remains securely in place and allows for easy removal and reinstallation when necessary. However, its reliability depends on the operator's technical skills and the quality of the materials used.
[0008] Although various proposals and applications have been developed for fan propeller mounting systems in the known state of the art, these improvements remain insufficient. Some patent applications related to inventions developed for this purpose are presented below. In the known state of the art, the invention disclosed in patent application CN213953985U describes a propeller fan assembly consisting of a hub mount, a support plate, lower and upper clamp rings, a shaft sleeve, and U-shaped bolts. The support plate is mounted to the outer edge of the shaft sleeve using first bolts, and locking gaskets are attached to the upper ends of these bolts. The lower clamp rings are fixed to the edge of the support plate with positioning pins, with an upper ring located next to each one. The U-shaped bolts are placed on the outer side of the upper rings. Balance blocks are fixed to the side surfaces of the lower rings using second bolts. This structure is stated to facilitate easy adjustment of blade angles, ensure the stability of bolt connections, and maintain the overall stability of the hub during rotation.
[0009] In the known state of the art, the invention disclosed in patent application CN214729580U relates to a removable corrosion-resistant propeller, which consists of a mounting sleeve and a connection assembly. It is described that the mounting sleeve has a polygonal hole and a compression groove, while the external surface of the propeller assembly includes a curved base plate, fan blades, and a sleeve block. It is stated that by oscillating the L-shaped frame in a fan-like motion, the compression blocks can be inserted into socket holes, thereby limiting the sleeve blocks and allowing for easy installation of the propeller.
[0010] In the known state of the art, various fan propeller mounting systems exist. However, the presence of a thread on the motor shaft and the use of a nut result in additional costs. Additionally, vibrations from the motor can cause loosening and detachment of nuts and screws. Quality issues may arise due to thread stripping when the operator tightens the nut, or the operator may fail to tighten the nut properly, leading to propeller movement and noise. Furthermore, the time required for the operator to tighten the nut can disrupt mass production.
[0011] As a result, due to the aforementioned drawbacks and the inadequacy of existing solutions in addressing the issue, an improvement in the relevant technical field has become necessary. Objective of the Invention:
[0012] The primary objective of the invention is to connect the propeller to the motor without using intermediate connection parts (such as screws, nuts, etc.). This provides ease of assembly while addressing issues related to the quality and cost of intermediate connection parts.
[0013] Another objective of the invention is to eliminate the need for the operator's technical skills when connecting the motor and the fan propeller mounting system.
[0014] Another objective of the invention is to prevent loosening and detachment of the propeller due to vibrations from the motor.
[0015] Another objective of the invention is to ensure uninterrupted mass production.

[0030] Description of the Invention:
[0031] The invention relates to a fan propeller mounting system designed to connect the propeller (2) to the motor (3) without using intermediate connection parts (such as screws, nuts, etc.), thereby preventing quality issues caused by the operator and these intermediate parts while also reducing the assembly time in the production line.
[0032] The invention is a fan propeller mounting system designed for ovens, consisting of a bracket (1 ) with interference fit (4) and gripping claws (5), a propeller (2) with a bracket slot (6), a motor (3), and a shaft (7).
[0033] The invention includes a motor (3), which is a device that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy and can be controlled for rotation and direction using an AC or DC power source. It also comprises a propeller (2) that, through its rotational movement, creates an airflow by generating a pressure difference between the front and rear due to its blades. Additionally, the invention features a bracket (1 ) that mechanically connects the fan motor (3) and the propeller (2), with its material varying depending on the application.
[0034] With the invention, there is no need for a connection part that could cause various quality and cost issues. Instead, the propeller (2) is directly mounted onto the shaft (7) using a specially shaped connection piece that is press-fitted onto the shaft (7). This eliminates quality issues related to the operator’s technical skills or the nut itself and reduces assembly time in the production line.
[0035] In the invention, the bracket (1 ), which is mounted onto the motor (3) shaft (7), includes at least two opposing gripping claws (5). The bracket (1) corresponds to the bracket slot (6) on the propeller (2) and, due to the material’s flexibility, expands slightly during installation, allowing the propeller (2) to be attached by applying force in the direction of the shaft (7). Once the assembly is complete, the gripping claws (5) prevent the propeller (2) from moving forward or backward along the shaft (7) axis. The gripping claws (5) on the bracket (1), which align with the bracket slot
[0036] (6) on the propeller (2), also prevent the propeller (2) from rotating independently of the shaft (7).
[0037] With the invention, the propeller (2), which generates air circulation, is connected to a motor (3) that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy with the help of a specially designed bracket (1 ). The bracket (1 ) is specially designed as it features an interference fit (4) connection form, allowing it to securely fit onto the shaft (7) of the motor (3), and includes gripping claws (5) that engage with the bracket slot (6) on the propeller (2).
[0038] Through this interference fit (4) and gripping claws (5), the mechanical connection between the propeller (2) and the motor (3) is completed. The rotational movement of the motor (3) is transmitted to the propeller (2) via the bracket (1 ).
[0039] In the invention, the gripping claws (5) of the bracket (1 ) enable the propeller (2) to be easily and quickly connected by simply being pushed along the axis of the shaft
[0040] (7), without requiring any additional connection elements. By securing the propeller (2) to the bracket slot (6) with the gripping claws (5), loosening and detachment of the propeller (2) due to vibrations from the motor (3) are prevented.
[0041] Since the invention does not require intermediate connection parts such as screws or nuts during assembly, its production is more cost-effective compared to its counterparts.
