[0028] Please refer to FIG. 1, the image set 1000 (FIG. 7) is installed on the mobile phone, and the mobile phone is controlled to shoot. The image set 1000 comprises a camera handle 100 and a shell 200. The camera handle 100 is rotatably installed on the back side of the shell 200, and the camera handle 100 can be rotated at any angle relative to the electronic device, so that the main body 10 can be kept at a predetermined position relative to the electronic device. In this embodiment, the shell 200 is a mobile phone shell matched with the camera handle 100. When in use, the shell 200 is wrapped around the mobile phone, and the mobile phone is connected with the image set 1000. It can be understood that the shell 200 can also be a shell suitable for other camera devices.
[0029] Please refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the camera handle 100 comprises a main body 10 and a connecting piece 15 arranged on the main body 10 close to the shell 200. The side length of the main body 10 can be set to be the same as the short side 210 of the shell 200. The main body 10 is in a stepped shape, comprising an integral forming holding part 11 and platform part 13. The holding part 11 protrudes away from the shell 200 relative to the platform part 13, so that the holding part 11 and the platform part 13 are in a stepped structure, that is, the height of the holding part 11 is higher than the height of the platform part 13. The existing handle is mostly designed in a plane, and the user needs to wrap the whole handle with his hand when holding, so that the fingers are difficult to bend, the holding is not comfortable and is easy to slip. In view of this, the stepped structure of the main body 10 in this embodiment conforms to ergonomics, and the protruding degree and width of the holding part 11 can satisfy that the palm is completely wrapped and the fingers can be bent, so that the user is more comfortable when holding and the hand shaking during shooting can be reduced. The protruding design of the holding part 11 facilitates the force exertion when the camera handle 100 is rotated, and is more convenient to use.
[0030] Please refer to FIG. 3 and FIG. 5, the inside of the holding part 11 is formed with a cavity 117, and electronic elements such as a circuit board (not shown in the figure) and a battery 1171 are accommodated in the cavity 117. The battery 1171 is used to power the circuit board, and at the same time, the battery 1171 can complete reverse power supply to provide power to other electronic elements, that is, the camera handle 100 can control the camera device and also can serve as a charging unit, so that the function is more abundant relative to the traditional handle. The top of the holding part 11 is provided with a control piece 111, which can comprise a shutter key, a power key, an adjusting key and the like, for controlling the operation of the camera handle 100. The type and number of the control piece 111 are not limited. [0031] In the embodiment, the connecting member 15 is two protrusions formed by protruding and extending from the back of the main body 10, and the connecting member 15 is driven to rotate by the main body 10. It can be understood that the connecting member 15 and the main body 10 can be provided as a detachable connection structure or an integral molding structure. It can be understood that the connecting member 15 can be provided as a buckle, a magnetic attraction structure, or the like. In some embodiments, the camera handle 100 can be directly connected with the electronic device through the connecting member 15 cooperating with a specific structure without using the shell 200. In some embodiments, the connecting member 15 is a magnetic attraction structure, and a magnetic attraction ring or a metal shell is directly provided on the electronic device to cooperate with the magnetic attraction structure, and the camera handle 100 is directly adsorbed on the electronic device through the magnetic attraction structure. In some embodiments, the connecting member 15 is recessed inwardly at the back of the main body 10 to form a groove that can be directly connected with the shell 200 or the electronic device.
[0032] Please refer to FIG. 8, the camera handle 100 is also provided with a wireless signal receiving device 17, and the camera handle 100 and the camera device are connected through Bluetooth or other wireless signals. It can be understood that the camera handle 100 can be connected with the camera device through a wire.
[0033] Specifically, the present disclosure connects a Bluetooth module 171 on the circuit board of an existing camera, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, or the like having a photographing function (the embodiment is exemplified by a mobile phone), and the Bluetooth module 171 of the camera handle 100 is connected with the Bluetooth module 171 of the mobile phone through Bluetooth, so as to realize the control of the camera handle 100 on the mobile phone. When the user needs to take a selfie or a group photo, without the help of others or the opening of a time-lapse shooting function, the camera handle 100 can be directly installed on the mobile phone, the user holds the camera handle 100, sends a control signal to the Bluetooth module 171 through the camera handle 100, the Bluetooth module 171 transmits the control signal to a main control circuit, and controls the image capturing unit to take a photo after the processing of the main control circuit. The user can remotely control the mobile phone to take a photo at a close distance, or at a distance of tens of meters or even farther, which is simple and convenient to operate, safe and reliable to control, and strong in practicality. It should be noted that the embodiment of the present disclosure is not limited to this kind of control mode of Bluetooth, and specifically, other wireless connection control modes or other wired connection (for example, a Type-C connection mode to realize control operation) can also be used.
[0034] Please refer to Fig. 4, in the embodiment, the shell 200 is used to be sleeved on the mobile phone, so the outer contour of the shell 200 should be adapted to the mobile phone model, and the long side 210 and the short side 220 are formed in accordance with the mobile phone. The fixed part 30, the rotating buckle 201, the support 203, the support groove 204, the clamping groove 205 and the lens connecting part 207 are arranged on the side of the shell 200 close to the camera handle 100. The fixed part 30, the rotating buckle 201, the support 203 and the clamping groove 205 are arranged close to one short side 220, and the lens connecting part 207 is arranged close to the other short side 220. Specifically, the support groove 204 surrounds the plane 202 and is concave to the side away from the camera handle 100 relative to the outer surface of the shell 200. The rotating buckle 201 is located at the middle position of the plane 202, and the clamping groove 205 is uniformly arranged inside the edge of the plane 202. The end of the support 203 close to the short side 220 is rotatably connected to the support groove 204, so that the support 203 can rotate relative to the support groove 204. When the support 203 is accommodated in the support groove 204, the outer surface of the support 203 is flush with the outer surface of the shell 200. The support 203 is used to stand the shell 200. The lens connecting part 207 is used to connect the extended lens, so that the photographing is clearer. It can be understood that the position and shape of the lens connecting part 207 should be adapted to the mobile phone model.
[0035] The clamping groove 205 is uniformly arranged on the inner edge of the support groove 204. In the embodiment, four clamping grooves 205 are arranged, corresponding to the positions of the four buckles 331 respectively. When the fixed part 30 is connected to the shell 200, the buckle 331 is inserted into the corresponding clamping groove 205, so that the engaging part 33 is fixedly connected to the back of the shell 200.
[0036] Please refer to Fig. 2 and Fig. 4, the fixed part 30 is located between the main body 10 and the shell 200, and completely covers the plane 202. The fixed part 30 includes the rotating part 31 and the engaging part 33 which are independent of each other. The engaging part 33 can be fixedly installed on the shell 10, and the rotating part 31 is rotatably installed on the engaging part 33 and is clamped and connected with the main body 10, so that the main body 10 drives the rotating part 31 to rotate relative to the engaging part 33.
[0037] The rotating part 31 is in a hollow disc structure, and the middle part is formed with a hollow. The rotating part 31 includes the body 315 and the positioning part 317 protruding and extending from one side of the body 315. The body 315 and the positioning part 317 are in a stepped structure.
[0038] The positioning portion 317 comprises a rotating groove 311 and two connecting grooves 313. The rotating groove 311 penetrates the positioning portion 317 and the body 315, and the connecting grooves 313 are formed through the opposite inner side walls of the rotating groove 311 and the body 315. The two connecting grooves 313 are located on the two sides of the rotating groove 311 and communicate with the rotating groove 311. Specifically, in the inner side walls of the hollow structure of the rotating member 31, opposite two protrusions are provided, and arc-shaped grooves are formed at the end portions of the two protrusions. The arc-shaped grooves of the two protrusions form the rotating groove 311, and one connecting groove 313 is formed between the adjacent two side walls of the two protrusions, and another connecting groove 313 is formed between the adjacent other two side walls of the two protrusions. In the present embodiment, the rotating groove 311 is a circular groove, and the circular design is more conducive to rotation. In the present embodiment, the connecting groove 313 is an arc-shaped groove, and the widest side of the connecting groove 313 should be greater than the diameter of the limiting surface 2013 of the shell 200.
[0039] The engaging member 33 is in a hollow circular structure, movably sleeved on the positioning portion 317 of the fixing member 30 and detachably connected with the shell 200. The engaging member 33 comprises a clamping portion 332 and four buckles 331 protruding and extending from one side of the clamping portion 332. The clamping portion 332 is a hollow circular ring structure, sleeved on the positioning portion 317 of the fixing member 30 and clamped and connected with the positioning portion 317, so that the engaging member 33 is positioned on the fixing member 30.
[0040] The four buckles 331 are arranged at intervals, i.e., uniformly arranged at the edges of the engaging member 33. The four buckles 331 are arranged away from the positioning portion 317 of the fixing member 30. The positions of the four buckles 331 are preferably at four equidistant and opposite positions of the engaging member 33, so that the fixing member 30 is firmly and evenly connected when connected to the shell 200. The four buckles 331 can be clamped into the clamping grooves 205, so that the engaging member 33 is fixedly connected with the shell 200.
[0041] The rotating member 31 and the engaging member 33 are in contact with each other but independent of each other, i.e., when the engaging member 33 is connected to the shell 200 by the buckles 331, the position of the engaging member 33 is relatively fixed and cannot rotate again, and the rotating member 31 is not affected by the engaging member 33 and can rotate relative to the engaging member 33. A damping member (not shown) is arranged between the rotating member 31 and the engaging member 33, which is used to increase the friction between the rotating member 31 and the engaging member 33, so that the camera handle 100 can be rotated to any angle relative to the shell 200.
[0042] The rotating buckle 201 comprises a post 2011 directly connected with the shell 200 and a limiting surface 2013 located at the top of the post 2011. The limiting surface 2013 is circumferentially protruded from the post 2011, so that the limiting surface 2013 is spaced from the outer surface of the shell 200. During installation, the rotating buckle 331 can be engaged into the rotating groove 331 of the rotating piece 31. During the engagement, the diameter of the rotating groove 331 is smaller than the diameter of the limiting surface 2013, so that the limiting surface 2013 cannot directly pass through the rotating groove 331. Since the widest side of the connecting groove 313 is larger than the diameter of the limiting surface 2013 of the shell 200, the rotating buckle 201 can be first obliquely inserted into the connecting groove 313, so that the limiting surface 2013 passes through the hollowed part, and then the post 2011 is engaged into the rotating groove 311. At this time, since the diameter of the limiting surface 2013 is larger than the diameter of the rotating groove 311, the rotating piece 31 limits the rotating buckle 201, so that the rotating buckle 201 cannot move away from the main body 10.
[0043] In the embodiment, the shell 200 is provided with the fixing piece 30, and the photography handle 100 can be rotationally connected at any angle through the cooperation of the connecting piece 15 and the fixing piece 30. In an embodiment, the electronic device can be externally provided with the rotating buckle 201, the clamping groove 205 or the magnetic attraction structure, and then cooperated with the fixing piece 30, so that the photography handle 100 can be directly connected to the electronic device. That is, the image set 1000 can only have the photography handle 100 and the fixing piece 30, and the specific structure of the fixing piece 30 is not limited.
[0044] The back structure of the shell 200 comprises, from inside to outside, the rotating buckle 201 arranged on the plane 202, the rotating groove 311 clamped on the post 2011 of the rotating buckle 201, the connecting groove 313 communicated with the rotating groove 311, the main body 315 formed with the rotating groove 311 and the connecting groove 313, the engaging piece 33 clamped on the plane 202 through the buckle 331 and the clamping groove 205, and the bracket groove 204 and the bracket 205 surrounding the fixing piece 30.
[0045] In the embodiment, the position corresponding to the connecting groove 313 of the back of the main body 10 is protruded and extended to form two connecting pieces 15, which can be clamped into the connecting groove 313. The connecting piece 15 at least plays the following two roles in the embodiment: on the one hand, when the user applies force to the holding part 11 to rotate the photography handle 100, the connecting piece 15 applies force to the rotating piece 31 in the same direction, so as to drive the rotating piece 31 to rotate. On the other hand, the connecting piece 15 completely blocks the connecting groove 313, and during rotation, the connecting piece 15 limits the two sides of the post 2011, so that the post 2011 does not displace during rotation. It can be understood that the connecting piece 15 also has the functions of connecting the fixing piece 30 and the like, and the functions are not limited to the above-mentioned aspects. It can be understood that the shape of the connecting piece 15 and the shape of the connecting groove 313 are not limited.
[0046] The existing handle is directly installed on the photographic equipment, and the direction of the photographic handle 100 is relatively fixed after installation and cannot be adjusted. In many use scenarios, the user needs to rotate the photographic equipment to shoot different angles, but the photographic handle 100 cannot follow the rotation, resulting in very inconvenient use. However, the photographic handle 100 involved in the present disclosure is connected to the shell 200, and the shell 200 is sleeved on the photographic equipment. The photographic handle 100 can be rotated to any angle such as 45°, 90°, 180°, and the like, supporting holding at different angles. In addition, the fixing member 30 is connected to the shell 200 through the cooperation of the buckles 331 and the clamping grooves 205, which ensures that the photographic handle 100 will not be separated from the shell 200 during rotation.
[0047] Please refer to FIG. 1, which shows a commonly used angle of the photographic handle 100, that is, the control member 111 of the photographic handle 100 is turned to one side of the long side 210. At this time, the palm of the user covers the holding part 11 from one side of the short side 220, and can leave a finger to rest on the control member 111 for control. For customers who need to shoot horizontally or shoot long shots, this holding posture is more comfortable.
[0048] Please refer to FIG. 6, which shows the state of the photographic handle 100 shown in FIG. 1 after being rotated by 90°, that is, the control member 111 of the photographic handle 100 is perpendicular to one side of the long side 210. At this time, the palm of the user covers the holding part 11 from one side of the long side 210 close to the holding part 11, and can leave a finger to rest on the control member 111 for control. For customers who need to shoot vertically or shoot half-body, this holding posture is more comfortable, especially when shooting vertically, the imaging effect is better than directly holding vertically.
[0049] The above shows two commonly used use scenarios of the photographic handle 100 of the present embodiment. The adjustment of different angles makes the photographic handle 100 applicable to different shooting needs, and is more practical than the traditional non-rotatable handle.
[0050] In the present embodiment, the fixing member 30 and the shell 200 have at least the following two connection modes: first, the fixing member 30 and the shell 200 are fixedly connected through the cooperation of multiple buckles 331 and clamping grooves 205. Second, the rotating buckle 201 and the rotating member 31 are cooperated to realize the rotating connection between the connecting member 15 and the shell 200. The function of the fixing member 30 is to stabilize the connection between the photographic handle 100 and the shell 200 and to ensure that the photographic handle 100 can rotate smoothly relative to the shell 200. It can be understood that the fixing member 30 can be combined with multiple connection modes, and the multiple connection modes can be magnetic attraction or other mechanical structures, etc.
[0051] Please refer to FIG. 7, the image set 1000 containing the camera handle 100, the image set 1000 containing the camera handle 100, the shell 200 and the fill light 300. Specifically, the camera handle 100 is rotatably connected to the back of the shell 200, and the fill light 300 is magnetically adsorbed outside the long side 210 of the shell 200. The shell 200 is used to sleeve on the camera equipment such as mobile phone, the lens connecting part 207 is used to connect the lens, the camera handle 100 is used to control the shooting and facilitate the user to hold, and the fill light 100 is used to fill the light. Each component of the image set 1000 can provide convenience and help for photography and videography. It can be understood that the image set 1000 is not limited to the above three components, and can be combined according to the needs.
[0052] The shell 200 further comprises a magnetic member 206 (FIG. 5) arranged inside the long side 210 of the shell 200, and the magnetic member 206 is a detachable member. The bottom surface of the fill light 300 is made of metal or is provided with a magnetizable member (not shown in the figure), so that the fill light 300 can be detachably adsorbed on the shell 200.
[0053] The camera handle 100 of the present disclosure is connected and force is applied by the connecting member 15 and the fixing member 30. The fixing member 30 is fixedly connected by the buckle 331 and the clamping groove 205, and is rotatably connected by the rotating member 31 and the rotating buckle 201, so that the camera handle 100 can rotate relative to the shell 200. The user can adjust the camera handle 100 to any angle according to his own needs, which is more practical and convenient. The main body 10 of the camera handle 100 is in a stepped shape, which is convenient for the user to hold, more comfortable to hold, and better user experience. The battery 1171 in the holding part 11 can realize reverse discharge, achieving the function of power supply of the charging unit, and the function is more abundant.
[0054] So far, the technical scheme of the present disclosure has been described in combination with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but those skilled in the art can easily understand that the protection scope of the present disclosure is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Those skilled in the art can make equivalent changes or replacements to the related technical features without departing from the principles of the present disclosure, and the technical schemes after the changes or replacements will fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
