Description

Gimbal structure with detachable stop Technical Field

[0001] This invention relates to a gimbal structure for carrying a shooting device and capable of multi-angle rotation and adjustment, and more particularly to a gimbal structure with a detachable stop. Background Technology

[0002] Shooting devices such as mobile phones, SLR cameras, digital cameras, or camcorders are widely used in daily life. In order to avoid affecting the image quality due to hand tremors or shaking during shooting, the shooting device is usually used with a tripod head to ensure that the shooting device can achieve a stable shooting effect.

[0003] In addition, a gimbal structure that can adjust the angle of the shooting device has appeared on the market. It mainly includes a base fixed to the tripod and a rotating frame that can rotate relative to the base. The rotating frame has a rotatable slide rail that can slide and rotate relative to the base and a mounting platform that moves with the rotatable slide rail. The shooting device is locked to the mounting platform, thereby achieving the effect of adjusting the angle of the shooting device by rotating the frame.

[0004] However, the aforementioned rotating frame is only fixed by the mounting platform and the shooting device, and has no other support points, which leads to the following shortcomings that urgently need to be improved: First, the rotating frame and the shooting device have only a single fixed point, which causes the shooting device to be prone to shaking and other stability problems; Second, the shooting device is prone to shaking, which will cause the shooting device to rotate on its own and loosen the lock on the fixed frame, or even cause the shooting device to fall off the rotating frame.

[0005] In view of this, the inventor has devoted himself to researching and applying theoretical principles to address the aforementioned problems in the prior art, which is the goal of the inventor's development.

[0006] Summary of the Invention

[0007] This invention provides a gimbal structure with a detachable stop, which utilizes one end of the detachable stop to connect to the mounting surface and the other end of the detachable stop to block the camera body, so as to achieve the advantages of the gimbal structure in stably positioning the shooting device and preventing the shooting device from shaking, rotating or falling.

[0008] In this embodiment of the invention, the present invention provides a gimbal structure with a detachable stop for supporting a shooting device, the shooting device having a camera body and a lens. The gimbal structure includes: a fixed frame with an arc-shaped rail groove; a rotating base including a mounting platform and an arc-shaped slide rail connected to the mounting platform, the mounting platform for mounting the shooting device, a portion of the arc-shaped slide rail rotatably sliding in the arc-shaped rail groove and driving the mounting platform to rotate accordingly, the arc-shaped slide rail being disposed outside the lens and having a mounting surface opposite to the camera body, the arc-shaped slide rail having two ends and a gap formed between the two ends; and at least one detachable stop, one end of the detachable stop being detachably connected to the mounting surface and the other end of the detachable stop being used to abut the camera body.

[0009] Based on the above, one or more detachable brackets are installed on the arc-shaped slide rail to block the camera body. By increasing the fixing points between the arc-shaped slide rail and the shooting device through the detachable brackets, the problem of the shooting device being easily shaken or rotated is improved by relying solely on the arc-shaped slide rail itself to fix the shooting device in the known technology. This achieves the advantages of the gimbal structure of the present invention, such as stable positioning of the shooting device and prevention of shaking, rotation or falling of the shooting device. Detailed Implementation

[0037] The detailed description and technical content of the present invention will be explained in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. However, the accompanying drawings are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the present invention.

[0038] Please refer to Figures 1 to 10. The present invention provides a gimbal structure with detachable stops for supporting a shooting device A and being fixed on a tripod B. The shooting device A is a camera and includes a camera body A1 and a lens A2. Figures 1 to 10 are the first embodiment of the gimbal structure of the present invention, which mainly includes a fixed frame 10, a rotating base 30 and one or more detachable stops 70.

[0039] As shown in Figures 1 to 10, the fixing frame 10 is provided with an arc-shaped rail groove 13. The fixing frame 10 includes a first clamping plate 11, a transition plate 12, and a second clamping plate 20 corresponding to the first clamping plate 11, which are vertically connected. Specifically, in this embodiment, the transition plate 12 is horizontally arranged, and the first clamping plate 11 is vertically arranged on one side of the transition plate 12, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The transition plate 12 is used to be mounted on the tripod B to fix the gimbal structure of the present invention. In this embodiment, the transition plate 12 is rectangular, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the shape of the transition plate 12 can be adjusted accordingly according to the mounting interface of different tripods B. The first clamping plate 11 has a first arc-shaped clamping groove 111. Specifically, the first arc-shaped clamping groove 111 is arc-shaped and is located at the top edge of the front side of the first clamping plate 11.

[0040] In addition, in this embodiment, the first clamping plate 11 and the second clamping plate 20 are joined by studs (not shown in the figure) and nuts (not shown in the figure) to prevent the second clamping plate 20 from detaching from the first clamping plate 11, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The second clamping plate 20 has a second arc-shaped clamping groove 22, which is also arc-shaped corresponding to the first arc-shaped clamping groove 111, and is disposed at the top edge of the rear side of the second clamping plate 20. The first arc-shaped clamping groove 111 and the second arc-shaped clamping groove 22 are symmetrically arranged relative to each other to form the arc-shaped rail groove 13.

[0041] As shown in Figures 1 to 10, the rotating base 30 includes a mounting platform 31 and an arc-shaped slide rail 32 connected to the mounting platform 31. The mounting platform 31 is used to mount the camera body A1 of the shooting device A. The mounting platform 31 has a vertical through-hole 311 for a bolt 60A to pass through and lock with the shooting device A, thereby fixing the shooting device A on the mounting platform 31.

[0042] Furthermore, the curved slide rail 32 is vertically connected to the front end of the mounting platform 31, meaning that the plane formed by the sliding trajectory of the curved slide rail 32 is perpendicular to the mounting platform 31, thereby fixing the lens A2 of the imaging device A via the curved slide rail 32. Referring to Figures 9 and 10, in this embodiment, several bolts 60B are inserted through the mounting portion 324 of the curved slide rail 32 and locked to the front side of the mounting platform 31, thereby fixing the curved slide rail 32 to the mounting platform 31.

[0043] A portion of the arc-shaped slide rail 32 is rotatably slidable in the arc-shaped rail groove 13 and drives the mounting platform 31 to rotate accordingly, so that the rotating seat 30 is arranged on the fixed frame 10. The arc-shaped slide rail 32 is located outside the lens A2 and has a mounting surface 325 arranged opposite to the camera body A1. The arc-shaped slide rail 32 has two ends 326 formed at both ends and a gap S formed between the two ends 326.

[0044] In this embodiment, the arc-shaped slide rail 32 is a C-shaped ring with a distance S between its two ends. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the arc-shaped slide rail 32 can also be a semi-circular arc with a distance S between its two ends. Therefore, as long as the arc-shaped slide rail 32 is an arc with a distance S between its two ends, it should fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

[0045] Further explanation, referring again to Figures 2 to 7, shows that the arc-shaped slide rail 32 includes a body portion 321, a connecting portion 322, a limiting portion 323, and a mounting portion 324. The connecting portion 322 extends vertically from a portion of the outer edge of the body portion 321 and connects to the limiting portion 323. The cross-sectional width of the connecting portion 322 is smaller than the cross-sectional width of the body portion 321. The limiting portion 323 gradually expands outward from the end of the connecting portion 322, that is, in Figures 5 and 7, the cross-section of the limiting portion 323 is generally trapezoidal. The shapes of the first arc-shaped clamping groove 111 and the second arc-shaped clamping groove 22 correspond to the outer shapes of the connecting portion 322 and the limiting portion 323, so that the first arc-shaped clamping groove 111 and the second arc-shaped clamping groove 22 can jointly clamp the arc-shaped slide rail 32. The mounting portion 324 extends from the rear side of the body portion 321 and is generally inverted L-shaped, for mounting and fixing the front end of the mounting platform 31.

[0046] As shown in Figures 2 to 4 and Figure 6, the number of detachable baffles 70 in this embodiment is several, but this is not a limitation. The number of detachable baffles 70 can also be one. One end of each detachable baffle 70 can be assembled to the mounting surface 325, or it can be detached from the mounting surface 325 and the other end is used to abut against and stop the camera body A1.

[0047] The details are as follows: the mounting surface 325 of the arc-shaped slide rail 32 is provided with several positioning recesses 3251. The detachable bracket 70 includes a main body block 71 that is detachably connected to the mounting surface 325. The main body block 71 can be selectively embedded in one of the several positioning recesses 3251, that is, the main body block 71 can be arbitrarily embedded in one of the positioning recesses 3251.

[0048] Therefore, one or more detachable brackets 70 are installed on the arc-shaped slide rail 32 to block the camera body A1. By increasing the fixing points between the arc-shaped slide rail 32 and the shooting device A through the detachable brackets 70, the problem of the shooting device being easily shaken or rotated is improved by relying solely on the arc-shaped slide rail itself to fix the shooting device in the known technology. This achieves the advantages of the gimbal structure of the present invention, such as stable positioning of the shooting device A and prevention of shaking, rotation or falling of the shooting device A.

[0049] In addition, there is a gap S between the two ends 326 of the arc-shaped slide rail 32. Users can adjust the gap S to correspond to the shortcut keys on the camera body A1 or lens A2, so that the arc-shaped slide rail 32 avoids blocking the shortcut keys on the camera body A1 or lens A2 through the gap S, thereby improving the ease of use of the gimbal structure of the present invention.

[0050] As shown in Figures 2 to 4, the gimbal structure of the present invention further includes one or more screws 80. In this embodiment, the number of screws 80 is several, but this is not a limitation. The number of screws 80 can also be one. The arc-shaped slide rail 32 has several countersunk holes 327 and several first locking holes 328 that are interconnected from the bottom wall of each positioning recess 3251. Each main body block 71 has a second locking hole 711. Each screw 80 has a head 81 and a rod 82. The head 81 is embedded in one of the countersunk holes 327 to avoid the head 81 protruding from the arc-shaped slide rail 32 and scratching the shooting device A. The rod 82 passes through and is fixed in one of the first locking holes 328 and the second locking hole 711 so that the main body block 71 can be assembled or disassembled in the positioning recess 3251.

[0051] The screws 80 and several positioning recesses 3251 allow users to assemble and disassemble the detachable guard 70 and set the number and position of the detachable guard 70, making the detachable guard 70 more widely compatible with various shooting devices A on the market, thereby enhancing the ease of use of the gimbal structure of this invention.

[0052] As shown in Figures 4 to 7, the gimbal structure of the present invention further includes a clamping member 40 and an adjusting component 50. The clamping member 40 passes through the first clamping plate 11 and the second clamping plate 20 of the fixing frame 10. The adjusting component 50 is disposed on the second clamping plate 20 and connected to the clamping member 40. The adjusting component 50 can switch between an unlocked position and a locked position, thereby allowing the clamping member 40 to loosen or tighten the first clamping plate 11 and the second clamping plate 20 of the fixing frame 10, thereby allowing the arc-shaped slide rail 32 to slide between the first arc-shaped clamping groove 111 and the second arc-shaped clamping groove 22 or to be clamped and fixed between the first arc-shaped clamping groove 111 and the second arc-shaped clamping groove 22, thereby achieving the effect of simple and quick multi-angle rotation adjustment of the rotating seat 30.

[0053] Referring again to Figures 4 to 7, the adjustment component 50 in this embodiment includes a knob 51, a sleeve 52, and a positioning pin 53. The knob 51 is fixedly connected to one end of the sleeve 52. The sleeve 52 has a notch 521 and a blind hole 522 that communicate with each other. Specifically, the blind hole 522 extends inward from the end face of the other end of the sleeve 52 and is eccentrically configured with respect to the sleeve 52, that is, the center of the blind hole 522 and the center of the sleeve 52 are located at different positions. The notch 521 extends inward from the side edge of the sleeve 52 and communicates with the blind hole 522. The positioning pin 53 is engaged in the blind hole 522, and the side edge of the positioning pin 53 has a screw hole 531 corresponding to the position of the notch 521. Accordingly, rotating the knob 51 can drive the sleeve 52 to rotate, thereby driving the positioning pin 53 inside the sleeve 52 to rotate as well.

[0054] The first clamping plate 11 has a first through groove 113, and the second clamping plate 20 has a receiving groove 23 and a second through groove 24 that communicate with each other. Specifically, the first through groove 113 is a strip-shaped groove that runs longitudinally through the first clamping plate 11 and extends vertically. The receiving groove 23 extends inward from the side wall of the second clamping plate 20, and the second through groove 24 extends inward from the rear side of the second clamping plate 20, communicating with the receiving groove 23 and corresponding to the first through groove 113, and is also a strip-shaped groove. The sleeve 52 is rotatably inserted into the receiving groove 23, thereby exposing the knob 51 to the outside of the second clamping plate 20. In this embodiment, the clamping member 40 is a shoulder bolt. The clamping member 40 is sequentially inserted through the first through groove 113, the second through groove 24, and the notch 521 from the rear side of the first clamping plate 11, and is screwed and fixed to the screw hole 531 of the positioning pin 53.

[0055] Specifically, referring to Figures 4 and 5, when the adjusting component 50 is in the locked position, the positioning pin 53, the first through groove 113, and the second through groove 24 are all located on the same horizontal line. Therefore, the clamping member 40 is in a horizontal state and presses the second clamping plate 20 toward the first clamping plate 11, thereby clamping and fixing the arc-shaped slide rail 32 in the arc-shaped rail groove 13 and fixing the rotating seat 30. Referring again to Figures 6 and 7, when the knob 51 is rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise to place the adjusting component 50 in the unlocked position, since the positioning pin 53 and the sleeve 52 are eccentrically configured, the positioning pin 53 changes to be lower than the first through groove 113 and the second through groove 24. This causes the clamping member 40 to also rotate counterclockwise and tilt upwards along the strip groove of the first through groove 113 and the strip groove of the second through groove 24, thereby relaxing the clamping on the second clamping plate 20 and the first clamping plate 11. This allows the arc-shaped slide rail 32 to slide in the gap between the first arc-shaped clamping groove 111 and the second arc-shaped clamping groove 22 to adjust the angle of the rotating seat 30.

[0056] Accordingly, the gimbal structure of the present invention can quickly adjust the fixed angle of the rotating base 30 by means of the cooperation between the adjusting component 50 and the clamping member 40, so that the rotating base 30 can rotate and be fixed at the required angle according to different needs so that the user can take pictures. Please refer to Figures 8 and 9, which are schematic diagrams of the rotating base 30 before and after rotating 90 degrees, but the rotation angle of the gimbal structure of the present invention is not limited to the figures shown.

[0057] As shown in Figures 11 and 12, this is the second embodiment of the gimbal structure of the present invention. The embodiments of Figures 11 and 12 are largely the same as the embodiments of Figures 1 to 10. The difference between the embodiments of Figures 11 and 12 and the embodiments of Figures 1 to 10 is that the detachable bracket 70 further includes an extension block 72 sleeved on the main body block 71.

[0058] Further explanation is as follows: the number of detachable retainers 70 in this embodiment is several, but this is not a limitation. The number of detachable retainers 70 can also be one. Each extension block 72 has an inlay notch 721 at one end and the other end is used to abut against and stop the camera body A1. Each main block 71 is tightly embedded in each inlay notch 721 so that each extension block 72 can be fitted on the outside of each main block 71 to extend the overall length of the detachable retainer 70.

[0059] Therefore, since some models of lens A2 have shortcut keys, if the overall length of the detachable stop 70 is too short, the curved slide rail 32 may be too close to the camera body A1 and block the shortcut keys on the lens A2. Therefore, in this embodiment, the detachable stop 70 is extended by attaching an extension block 72 to the main body block 71 to increase the overall length, so as to avoid blocking the shortcut keys on the lens A2 and to ensure smooth operation of the lens functions.

[0060] Figure 13 shows the third embodiment of the gimbal structure of the present invention. The embodiment in Figure 13 is roughly the same as the embodiments in Figures 1 to 10. The difference between the embodiment in Figure 13 and the embodiments in Figures 1 to 10 is that the arc-shaped slide rail 32 is a semi-circular arc with a distance S at both ends.

[0061] The details are as follows: When the spacing S of the arc-shaped slide rail 32 is less than the diameter of the lens A2, the user must first remove the camera body A1 from the mounting platform 31, and the lens A2 must be removed from the arc-shaped slide rail 32 along its axial direction before the lens A2 can be replaced. Conversely, in this embodiment, the arc-shaped slide rail 32 is semi-circular, so the spacing S of the arc-shaped slide rail 32 is greater than the diameter of the lens A2. The lens A2 can be directly removed from the arc-shaped slide rail 32 through the space of the spacing S to replace the lens A2, thereby achieving the feature that the gimbal structure of the present invention facilitates the replacement of the lens A2.

[0062] As shown in Figures 14 to 18, this is the fourth embodiment of the gimbal structure of the present invention. The embodiments of Figures 14 to 18 are generally the same as the embodiments of Figures 1 to 10. The difference between the embodiments of Figures 14 to 18 and the embodiments of Figures 1 to 10 is that the structure of the adjustment component 50 is different.

[0063] Specifically, the adjustment assembly 50 in this embodiment includes a lever 54 and a positioning pin 53. The lever 54 has a cylindrical rotating part 541. The rotating part 541 has a notch 541A and a through hole 541B that communicate with each other. Specifically, the through hole 541B passes through both ends of the rotating part 541 and is eccentrically configured with respect to the rotating part 541, that is, the center of the through hole 541B and the center of the rotating part 541 are located at different positions. The notch 541A extends inward from the side edge of the rotating part 541 and communicates with the through hole 541B. The positioning pin 53 is engaged in the through hole 541B, and the side edge of the positioning pin 53 has a screw hole 531 corresponding to the position of the notch 541A. Accordingly, when the lever 54 is turned, the rotating part 541 can be rotated, thereby causing the positioning pin 53 inside the rotating part 541 to rotate as well.

[0064] In this embodiment, the first clamping plate 11 has a first through groove 113, and the second clamping plate 20 has a receiving groove 23 and a second through groove 24 that communicate with each other. Specifically, in this embodiment, the first through groove 113 is a strip-shaped groove that runs longitudinally through the first clamping plate 11 and extends laterally. The receiving groove 23 extends inward from the front side of the second clamping plate 20, and the second through groove 24 extends inward from the rear side of the second clamping plate 20, communicating with the receiving groove 23 and corresponding to the first through groove 113, and is also a strip-shaped groove. The rotating part 541 is rotatably accommodated in the receiving groove 23, thereby exposing the handle 54 to the outside of the second clamping plate 20. In this embodiment, the clamping member 40 is a shoulder bolt. The clamping member 40 is sequentially provided with the first through groove 113, the second through groove 24, and the notch 541A from the rear side of the first clamping plate 11, and is screwed and fixed to the screw hole 531 of the positioning pin 53.

[0065] Referring again to Figures 14 to 16, when the adjusting component 50 is in the locked position, the lever 54 is flat against the front side of the first clamping plate 11, and the positioning pin 53, the first through groove 113, and the second through groove 24 are all located on the same horizontal line. Therefore, the clamping member 40 is in a horizontal state and presses the second clamping plate 20 toward the first clamping plate 11, thereby clamping and fixing the arc-shaped slide rail 32 between the first arc-shaped clamping groove 111 and the second arc-shaped clamping groove 22. Referring again to Figures 17 and 18, when the lever 54 is moved forward 90 degrees to the unlocked position, since the positioning pin 53 and the rotating part 541 are eccentrically configured, the positioning pin 53 is driven by the rotating part 541 to laterally deflect towards the first through groove 113 and the second through groove 24. This causes the clamping member 40 to also rotate along the strip groove of the first through groove 113 and the strip groove of the second through groove 24, thereby relaxing the clamping on the second clamping plate 20 and the first clamping plate 11. This allows the arc-shaped slide rail 32 to slide in the gap between the first arc-shaped clamping groove 111 and the second arc-shaped clamping groove 22 to adjust the angle of the rotating seat 30.

[0066] As shown in Figures 19 to 22, this is the fifth embodiment of the gimbal structure of the present invention. The embodiments of Figures 19 to 22 are largely the same as the embodiments of Figures 1 to 10. The difference between the embodiments of Figures 19 to 22 and the embodiments of Figures 1 to 10 is that the structure of the adjustment component 50 is different.

[0067] Specifically, the adjustment assembly 50 in this embodiment includes a handle 55, a fixing member 56, a baffle 57, and a compression spring 58. The handle 55 has a handle 551 and a cylindrical rotating part 552. The two end faces of the rotating part 552 have a blind hole 552A and a groove 552B that are opposite to and communicate with each other. Specifically, the blind hole 552A extends inward from the rear end face of the rotating part 552, and the groove 552B extends inward from the front end face of the rotating part 552. The blind hole 552A and the groove 552B are connected by a through hole 552C between them. The handle 551 is provided on the front end face of the rotating part 552, thereby covering the groove 552B.

[0068] In this embodiment, the first clamping plate 11 has a locking hole 114, and the second clamping plate 20 has a receiving groove 23 and a second through groove 24 that communicate with each other. Specifically, in this embodiment, the locking hole 114 is a threaded hole that extends longitudinally through the first clamping plate 11, the receiving groove 23 extends inward from the front side of the second clamping plate 20, and the second through groove 24 extends inward from the rear side of the second clamping plate 20 and communicates with the receiving groove 23. The position and size of the second through groove 24 correspond to the position and size of the locking hole 114 and are circular holes, and the diameter of the second through groove 24 is smaller than the diameter of the receiving groove 23, as shown in Figures 19 and 21. The rotating part 552 is rotatably disposed in the receiving groove 23, thereby exposing the rotating handle 55 to the outside of the second clamping plate 20.

[0069] In this embodiment, the clamping member 40 is generally rod-shaped and includes a sleeve section 41, an abutment section 42, and a threaded section 43 connected in sequence, wherein the diameter of the abutment section 42 is larger than that of the sleeve section 41 or the threaded section 43. The two end faces of the abutment section 42 abut against the bottom of the blind hole 552A and the bottom of the receiving groove 23, respectively, so that the sleeve section 41 passes through the locking through hole 552C and is received in the groove 552B. Accordingly, when the handle 55 is rotated, the handle 551 can drive the rotating part 552 to rotate, thereby causing the clamping member 40, which is locked in the rotating part 552, to rotate as well. The fixing member 56 is used to fix the baffle 57 to the sleeve section 41. The compression spring 58 is sleeved on the outer edge of the sleeve section 41 and elastically abuts against the bottom of the groove 552B and the baffle 57 under pre-compression.

[0070] In this embodiment, the fixing member 56 is a screw, the baffle 57 is a washer, and the sleeve section 41 is a stud, so that the screw is locked in the stud after passing through the washer. However, the present invention is not limited to this; for example, the fixing member 56 can also be a rivet, and the sleeve section 41 can be a hollow cylinder. Therefore, the sleeve section 41, the fixing member 56, the baffle 57, and the compression spring 58 are all housed in the groove 552B of the rotating part 552. The threaded section 43 passes through the second through groove 24 and is screwed into the lock hole 114. It should be noted that the threaded section 43 only has external threads in the part screwed into the lock hole 114, while the part passing through the second through groove 24 does not have external threads.

[0071] Referring again to Figures 19 and 20, when the adjusting component 50 is in the locked position, the abutting section 42 abuts against the bottom of the receiving groove 23, causing the threaded section 43 of the clamping member 40 to press the second clamping plate 20 toward the first clamping plate 11 through the locking hole 114, thereby clamping and fixing the arc-shaped slide rail 32 between the first arc-shaped clamping groove 111 and the second arc-shaped clamping groove 22. Referring again to Figures 21 and 22, when the handle 55 is rotated counterclockwise by about 45 degrees to put the adjusting component 50 in the unlocked position, the clamping member 40 is driven by the rotating part 552 to rotate forward, causing a part of the threaded section 43 to disengage from the locking hole 114, thereby relaxing the clamping of the second clamping plate 20 and the first clamping plate 11, and allowing the arc-shaped slide rail 32 to slide in the gap between the first arc-shaped clamping groove 111 and the second arc-shaped clamping groove 22 to adjust the angle of the rotating seat 30.

[0072] It should be noted that by the compression spring 58 pre-pressing and elastically pushing against the baffle 57, the clamping member 40 will be subjected to a forward pulling force regardless of whether the adjusting component 50 is in the unlocked or locked position, so as not to loosen the external thread of the screw section 43 from the locking hole 114. Therefore, the stability and reliability of the clamping member 40 are effectively ensured, thereby preventing the rotating seat 30 from sliding due to the influence of gravity.

[0073] As shown in Figures 23 to 26, this is the sixth embodiment of the gimbal structure of the present invention. The embodiments in Figures 19 to 22 are largely the same as those in Figures 1 to 10. The difference between the embodiments in Figures 19 to 22 and those in Figures 1 to 10 is that the structure of the adjustment component 50 is different.

[0074] Further explanation is as follows: the fixing frame 10 of this embodiment includes a first clamping plate 11, a second clamping plate 20, and an arc-shaped track member 14 clamped between the first clamping plate 11 and the second clamping plate 20. An arc-shaped track groove 13 is formed on the inner side of the arc-shaped track member 14. In this embodiment, the arc-shaped track member 14 is composed of two L-shaped tracks arranged opposite to each other and having an L-shaped cross-section, but this is not a limitation; the arc-shaped track member 14 may also be composed of a U-shaped track with a U-shaped cross-section.

[0075] In addition, at least one of the first clamping plate 11 and the second clamping plate 20 is provided with a recessed groove 15 corresponding to the arc-shaped track member 14. That is, the recessed groove 15 can be opened from the first clamping plate 11 or the second clamping plate 20, or the recessed groove 15 can be partially opened from the first clamping plate 11 and partially opened from the second clamping plate 20.

[0076] The adjustment component 50 of this embodiment includes a knob 51', a hollow stud 9, and a push block 59. The hollow stud 9 is fixed at the end of the recessed groove 15, and the push block 59 is accommodated in the recessed groove 15. The push block 59 is provided with a through hole 591 and a pushing ramp 592 that extends from the pushing arc-shaped track 14 to abut against the arc-shaped slide rail 32 and gradually increases in thickness in the direction away from the hollow stud 9. One end of the knob 51' passes through the through hole 591 and is screwed to the hollow stud 9, and the other end is exposed outside the first clamping plate 11.

[0077] Therefore, as shown in Figures 23 and 24, when the knob 51' is tightened with the hollow stud 9, the knob 51' will push the push block 59 towards the hollow stud 9, causing the push ramp 592 to press firmly against the arc-shaped track component 14, thereby causing the arc-shaped track component 14 to press firmly against and position the arc-shaped slide rail 32, thus fixing the position and angle of the rotating seat 30. Conversely, as shown in Figures 25 and 26, when the knob 51' is loosened from the hollow stud 9, the knob 51' will move away from the hollow stud 9 and loosen the push block 59, causing the push ramp 592 to also loosen the arc-shaped track component 14, thus creating a gap between the arc-shaped slide rail 32 and the arc-shaped track component 14 for sliding, allowing the arc-shaped slide rail 32 to slide relative to the gap of the arc-shaped track component 14 to adjust the angle of the rotating seat 30.

[0078] In summary, the gimbal structure with a detachable stop frame of the present invention has never been seen in similar products or publicly used, and has industrial applicability, novelty and progress, fully meeting the requirements for patent application. Therefore, this application is filed in accordance with the Patent Law to protect the inventor's rights.
