Abstract
Description
Blood purifier holder
[0001] The present invention relates to a blood purifier holder that holds a blood purifier used in blood purification treatment.
[0002] In blood purification devices, blood purification treatment is performed using a blood purifier such as a dialyzer, a blood adsorption device, or a plasma filter. Blood purifiers are disposable components that are replaced after each blood purification treatment, and are generally attached to a blood purifier holder attached to the blood purification device or a pole or the like located in its vicinity. The blood purifier holder has a gripping portion for holding the blood purifier. To improve operability, blood purifier holders that allow the blood purifier to be attached and detached with one hand are also known.
[0003] Prior art literature related to the invention of this application includes Patent Document 1.
[0004] Patent No. 5305153
[0005] When removing a blood purifier from a blood purifier holder, the gripping parts may collide strongly, generating a loud impact noise. The blood purifier holder is often placed near a patient receiving blood purification treatment, and the generation of a loud impact noise is undesirable for the treatment environment.
[0006] Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a holder for a blood purifier that can suppress the generation of impact noise when the blood purifier is removed.
[0007] A blood purifier holder according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a gripping portion for gripping a blood purifier, the gripping portion having a pair of gripping pieces arranged to sandwich the blood purifier, a biasing member for biasing at least one of the gripping pieces in the closing direction in which the blood purifier is sandwiched, and a buffering mechanism for buffering collisions between the pair of gripping pieces caused by the biasing member and suppressing collision noise when the holder is in an open state in which the blood purifier is not being gripped.
[0008] According to the present invention, it is possible to suppress the generation of impact noise when removing a blood purifier.
[0009] Fig. 1 is a diagram showing a blood purification device equipped with a blood purifier holder according to one embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a plan view showing a blood purifier holder in a gripped state holding a blood purifier. Fig. 3 is a plan view showing a blood purifier holder in an open state not holding a blood purifier. Fig. 4 is a diagram showing a modified cushioning mechanism. Fig. 5 is a diagram showing a modified cushioning mechanism.
[0010] [Embodiments] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0011] FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a blood purification device 10 equipped with a blood purifier holder 1 according to this embodiment. As shown in FIG. 1, the blood purification device 10 is equipped with a pole 12, to which a blood purifier 11 is attached via the blood purifier holder 1. The blood purifier 11 is, for example, a dialyzer, a blood adsorption device, a plasma filter, or the like. A hook 12a is provided at the top of the pole 12 for hanging a bag containing dialysate, or the like. Note that the pole 12 does not have to be integral with the blood purification device 10, and may be provided separately from the blood purification device 10. Furthermore, the blood purifier holder 1 may be provided on a peripheral member other than the pole 12.
[0012] 2A and 2B are diagrams showing the blood purifier holder 1. Fig. 2A is a plan view showing the holder in a gripped state holding the blood purifier 11, and Fig. 2B is a plan view showing the holder in an open state not holding the blood purifier 11. As shown in Figs. 2A and 2B, the blood purifier holder 1 comprises a gripping portion 2 for gripping the blood purifier 11 and a pole fixing portion 3 fixed to a pole 12.
[0013] The pole fixing part 3 has a concave pole housing part 31 that houses the pole 12, and a fixing bolt 32 that is provided so as to be able to move forward and backward relative to the pole 12 housed in the pole housing part 31. By advancing the fixing bolt 32 while the pole 12 is housed in the pole housing part 31, the pole 12 is sandwiched between the tip of the fixing bolt 32 and the inner wall of the pole housing part 31, thereby fixing the blood purifier holder 1 to the pole 12. Note that the specific structure of the pole fixing part 3 is not limited to this and can be modified as appropriate. Also, while the case where the blood purifier holder 1 is fixed to the pole 12 is shown here, the object to which the blood purifier holder 1 is fixed does not have to be the pole 12; for example, the blood purifier holder 1 may be structured to be directly fixed to the blood purification device 10.
[0014] The gripping portion 2 has a pair of gripping pieces 21 arranged to sandwich the blood purifier 11, a biasing member 22, and a buffer mechanism 23. The pair of gripping pieces 21 consists of a fixed-side gripping piece 211 fixed to the pole fixing portion 3 and a rotating-side gripping piece 212 rotatably attached to the fixed-side gripping piece 211. The gripping portion 2 can be closed and opened by rotating the rotating-side gripping piece 212 around a rotation axis 24. Hereinafter, of the rotation directions of the rotating-side gripping piece 212, the direction in which the gripping portion 2 is closed (the direction in which the blood purifier 11 is sandwiched) is referred to as the closing direction, and the opposite rotation direction is referred to as the opening direction. Furthermore, the state in which the blood purifier 11 is sandwiched between the gripping portions 2 (the state in FIG. 2A ) is referred to as the gripped state, and the state in which the blood purifier 11 is not sandwiched between the gripping portions 2 (the state in FIG. 2B ) is referred to as the open state.
[0015] The biasing member 22 biases at least one of the gripping pieces 21 in the closing direction to maintain the gripped state. In this embodiment, a torsion spring 221 that biases the rotating gripping piece 212 in the closing direction is used as the biasing member 22. However, the biasing member 22 is not limited to the torsion spring 221 and can be changed as appropriate.
[0016] The buffer mechanism 23 is a mechanism for buffering collisions between the pair of gripping pieces 21 caused by the biasing force of the biasing member 22 and suppressing collision noise when the gripping portion 2 is changed from the gripping state to the open state (i.e., when the blood purifier 11 is removed). In this embodiment, the buffer mechanism 23 is provided on the fixed gripping piece 211 and includes an elastic stopper 231 that interferes with the rotating gripping piece 212 to stop the rotation of the rotating gripping piece 212. The stopper 231 is preferably made of an elastic (cushioning) material such as rubber, and is preferably configured as a material that does not generate collision noise when the stopper 231 and the rotating gripping piece 212 collide. The stopper 231 is provided to buffer the rotating gripping piece 212 and stop the rotation of the rotating gripping piece 212 before the rotating gripping piece 212 collides with the fixed gripping piece 211 when the rotating gripping piece 212 is rotated in the closing direction.
[0017] In this embodiment, the rotating-side gripping piece 212 is composed of a main body portion 212b that contacts the blood purifier 11, a bearing portion 212c that is attached to the rotating shaft 24, and an extension portion 212d that extends from the bearing portion 212c in the opposite direction to the main body portion 212b, and a stopper 231 is provided to interfere with the extension portion 212d and stop the rotation of the rotating-side gripping piece 212. The generation of impact noise may be further suppressed by providing a buffer layer made of rubber or the like on the surface of the extension portion 212d of the rotating-side gripping piece 212 (the surface of the portion that contacts the stopper 231).
[0018] Here, the impact force when an object of mass m collides with a velocity v is m × v / s 2When the velocity v is rewritten using the angular velocity ω, it can be expressed as m × Rω / s. Here, when applying this to the impact force when the rotating gripping pieces 212 of the blood purifier holder 1 are closed, R corresponds to the radius of the rotating gripping pieces 212 centered on the rotation axis 24. In other words, the farther a collision occurs from the rotation axis 24, the greater the impact force and the louder the collision noise. Therefore, it is desirable to position the stopper 231 as close to the rotation axis 24 as possible. More specifically, the distance d from the rotation axis 24 to the stopper 231 should be at least smaller than the distance D from the position where the blood purifier holder 11 and the gripping pieces 21 come into contact with each other when the blood purifier holder 11 is gripped to the rotation axis 24. This allows for better suppression of the collision noise.
[0019] It is possible to provide a cushioning material such as rubber at the collision position of the gripping pieces 21 to cushion the impact, but because the collision position of the gripping pieces 21 is relatively far from the pivot shaft 24, providing a cushioning material at this collision position may result in too great an impact at the time of collision and may not be able to sufficiently suppress the collision noise. By configuring the cushioning mechanism 23 with the stopper 231 as in this embodiment, it is possible to provide the stopper 231 relatively close to the pivot shaft 24. As a result, the impact force at the time of collision with the stopper 231 can be reduced, and the collision noise can be further suppressed.
[0020] In addition, in this embodiment, the extension 212d and stopper 231 of the rotating-side gripping piece 212 are provided inside the fixed-side gripping piece 211. This prevents a hand or other object from getting caught. Furthermore, providing the extension 212d and stopper 231 in the internal space of the fixed-side gripping piece 211 can further reduce the sound of impact. Furthermore, providing the buffer mechanism 23 in a portion not exposed on the surface improves the wiping ability of the blood purifier holder 1. While the blood purifier 11 is disposable, the blood purifier holder 1 is generally reused. Therefore, the blood purifier holder 1 is wiped clean with a disinfectant or the like after each blood purification treatment.
[0021] Although not shown, the buffer mechanism 23 may further include a damper that damps the movement of the pair of gripping pieces 21 in the closing direction. For example, a rotary damper that damps the rotation of the rotating gripping piece 212 in the closing direction can be used as the damper. This makes it possible to further suppress the impact on the stopper 231 and to further suppress the collision noise.
[0022] 3A , a stopper 231 made of rubber or the like may be provided with an impact energy absorbing portion 232 that cushions the impact by colliding with the gripping pieces 21. In the example of FIG. 3A , the stopper 231 is provided with a rib 232a extending toward the collision side of the extension 212d, thereby constituting the impact energy absorbing portion 232. In this case, the impact energy is absorbed by the rib being crushed by the collision of the extension 212d. Furthermore, in the example of FIG. 3A , a gap (space) 232b is provided on the back surface of a non-slip portion 211a made of rubber or the like that is provided at the contact position between the gripping pieces 212. The impact energy absorbing portion 232 is configured such that when the gripping pieces 212 collide, the non-slip portion 211a is crushed toward the gap 232b and deforms to absorb the impact energy.
[0023] 3B , a second stopper 233 made of rubber or the like that stops the rotation of the rotating-side gripping piece 212 relative to the fixed-side gripping piece 211 may be further provided at the portion where both gripping pieces 21 face each other across the space that houses the blood purifier 11, closer to the rotating shaft 24 than the position where the blood purifier 11 is gripped. In this way, the buffer mechanism 23 may have multiple stoppers 231, 233.
[0024] (Functions and Effects of the Embodiment) As explained above, the blood purifier holder 1 according to this embodiment has the buffering mechanism 23 that buffers the collision of the pair of gripping pieces 21 caused by the biasing of the biasing member 22 and suppresses the collision noise. This makes it possible to suppress the impact noise when removing the blood purifier 11, and is expected to improve the treatment environment during blood purification treatment.
[0025] Furthermore, by configuring the buffer mechanism 23 with an elastic stopper 231 that interferes with the rotating side gripping piece 212 (more specifically, the extension portion 212d) and stops the rotation of the rotating side gripping piece 212, it becomes possible to provide the stopper 231 relatively close to the rotating shaft 24, thereby making it possible to further suppress the collision noise.
