Abstract
Description
Method for producing somatide-based physiologically active water and physiologically active water produced thereby
[0001] The present invention relates to a method for producing physiologically active functional water, and more particularly, to a method for producing physiologically active functional water using Kelby bioceramics that produces interfacial EZ water.
[0002] Somatides, understood as intermediate entities between matter and life, have been continuously studied for 150 years by Bechamp, Endlein, Reich, Rife, and Neissan. Most of these studies have been limited to living somatides and have focused on elucidating their biological characteristics. However, Bechamp reported that microzima, small microorganisms existing in human blood, are the third element of blood and lie in the intermediate region between matter and life, and are the cause of fermentation, and are observed not only in living things but also in the surrounding environment, including soil.
[0003] In the 1940s, Kim Bong-han of the Keijo Imperial University School of Medicine, who defected to North Korea, conducted in-depth research on bio-somatides using meridians and sanal. Professor So Gwang-seop of the Department of Physics at Seoul National University renamed meridians as primo channels and conducted long-term research with sanal. Currently, Professor Kim Seong-cheol of Wonkwang University College of Oriental Medicine is focusing on researching Alzheimer's treatment techniques using primo channels.
[0004] Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2006-166738 (June 29, 2006) was published as a method for obtaining somatide, which provides beneficial functions to the human body. This prior patent discloses a method for collecting ancient somatide, characterized by the steps of: converting shell fossils into fine particles with a particle size of 0.1 to 5 micrometers; mixing the fine particles with water at a ratio of at least 5 cc per 1 g of shell fossils; retaining the mixture of the fine particles and water for at least 4 hours; and separating a precipitate mainly composed of calcium carbonate and a supernatant from the mixture after 4 hours, and further converting the supernatant into water containing ancient somatide. However, in the case of this patented technology, the material for obtaining somatide is limited to ancient shell fossils, and the amount obtained is also very small. Therefore, while it may be usable for simple research purposes, it is difficult to utilize it as a material necessary for real-life use.
[0005] The relationship between Bonghan-gwan and Sanal cell proliferation, which was recently studied and published in numerous papers by Professor So Gwang-seop's team at Seoul National University, is similar to the biological somatides present in the blood and sap of humans, animals, and plants.
[0006] In this way, the development of EZ water based on somatide is being studied from various angles, but methodological research is needed to develop more effective EZ water.
[0007] The present invention is an invention that was sought in recognition of the aforementioned need, and aims to provide a method for producing somatide-based physiologically active water by more effectively obtaining somatide Calvi powder.
[0008] In addition, the present invention aims to provide a somatide-based physiologically active water having the efficacy of inhibiting breast cancer cell proliferation, activating NK cell proliferation, and preventing DNA damage caused by exposure to active oxygen (H2O2), which is manufactured by the method described above and is known to be effective.
[0009] Meanwhile, the present invention aims to provide a bioceramic produced in the process of manufacturing the above-mentioned physiologically active water.
[0010] A method for producing physiologically active water according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a raw material preparation step of crushing a mineral and separating and extracting somatide mineral therefrom; a step of milling the somatide mineral to prepare somatide kelvi powder; a step of forming the somatide kelvi powder into a circular, square, hexagonal, triangular or pyramidal shape and then firing it at a temperature of 1100°C to 1200°C to produce a bioceramic; and a purification step of putting the bioceramic into water and leaving it.

[0012] The above mineral comprises at least one mineral selected from the group consisting of quartzite, illite, quartz, feldspar, zeolite, germanium, tourmaline, bentonite, pozzolan, jade, coal, lignite, graphite, graphene, rare earth metals, manganese, lithium and carbonaceous minerals.
[0013] The preparation step of the above-mentioned Calvi powder may include a step of introducing the crushed raw material into a centrifuge equipped with a separation pipe together with water, stirring and sedimenting the raw material; a step of removing heavy metals and impurities in the lower layer and floating matter on the surface; a step of discharging the mixed liquid in the upper layer and the middle layer through a separation pipe; and a step of heating the discharged mixed liquid to 100°C to 300°C to remove moisture and milling in a wet or dry manner to prepare a powder of 0.1 to 5 μm.
[0014] The above firing can be carried out in a tunnel kiln using electric or gas heating.
[0015] The above bioceramic can be filled into at least one purification cartridge and introduced into water.
[0016] The above leaving step can be performed under irradiation of at least one light source selected from the group consisting of a UV light source, an LED light source and an IR light source.
[0017] The zeta potential of the above somatide Calvi powder is -38 mV to -50 mV.
[0018] The physiologically active water according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises purified water purified by a calcined body of somatide minerals containing oxides composed of SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3, CaO, MgO, Na2O and K2O, by being manufactured by the above-described method.
[0019] A method for manufacturing a bioceramic according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a raw material preparation step of crushing a mineral and separating and extracting somatide mineral therefrom; a step of milling the somatide mineral to prepare somatide kelvi powder; and a step of forming the somatide kelvi powder into a circular, square, hexagonal, triangular, or pyramidal shape and then firing it at a temperature of 1100°C to 1200°C.

[0032] Hereinafter, with reference to the attached drawings, a method for producing physiologically active water according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described, along with the characteristics of the produced physiologically active water. However, the following descriptions are exemplary descriptions intended to illustrate specific aspects of the technical concept of the present invention, and the technical concept of the present invention is not limited by the following descriptions. The technical concept of the present invention can only be interpreted and limited by the claims set forth below.
[0033] Meanwhile, we aim to promote a thorough understanding of the invention by excluding common terms (table of contents) such as 'examples' and including appropriate content corresponding to the examples or various experimental contents in the detailed description of the invention without any special format.
[0034] Figure 1 is a flowchart conceptually explaining a method for producing physiologically active water according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0035] Referring to FIG. 1, the method for manufacturing physiologically active water (S100) includes a raw material preparation step (S110), a Calvi powder preparation step (S120), a bioceramic production step (S130), a purification step (S140), and a container packaging step (S150).
[0036] In the above raw material preparation step (S110), it is a step of separating and extracting somatide mineral from the mineral and crushing it.
[0037] In this embodiment, the somatide mineral is extracted from readily available minerals. Minerals for extracting the somatide mineral include quartz, illite, quartz, sericite, tourmaline, zeolite, germanium, tourmaline, bentonite, pozzolan, jade, coal, lignite, graphite, graphene, rare earth metals, manganese, lithium, carbon minerals, etc., and the somatide mineral can be extracted from a combination of multiple minerals. Meanwhile, in the mineral quarrying process, it is preferable to quarry a part with excellent electrical properties.
[0038] The obtained mineral is first crushed to a 300-350 mesh size. From this crushed mineral, pure somatide mineral, free of harmful substances and impurities, is separated and extracted. The extracted somatide mineral contains mineral oxides composed of SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3, CaO, MgO, Na2O, and K2O.
[0039] When the raw material preparation step (S110) is completed, the Calvi powder preparation step (S120) is performed. The Calvi powder preparation step (120) is a step of preparing a powder having a particle size of 0.1 to 5 μm through a milling process using a jet mill or a ball mill for the extracted mineral somatide mineral complex. A dry or wet process may be used as the milling method, and the determination of the milling method may be variably adjusted depending on the characteristics of the prepared raw material, and in some cases, dry and wet milling processes may be used simultaneously.
[0040] Specifically, the above-mentioned Calvi powder preparation step (S120) includes the steps of: adding the crushed raw material together with water to a centrifuge equipped with a separation pipe, stirring and sedimenting; removing heavy metals and impurities in the lower layer and floating matters on the surface; discharging the mixed liquid of the upper layer and the middle layer through a separation pipe; and heating the discharged mixed liquid to 100°C to 300°C to remove moisture, and milling by a wet or dry method to prepare a powder of 0.1 to 5 μm.
[0041] It was confirmed that the Calvi powder manufactured as described above has a zeta potential of -38 mV to -50 mV, and the physiologically active water purified by the method of the present invention using the Calvi powder has the functionality of continuously generating and releasing negative electrons.
[0042] When the Calvi powder is prepared (S120), a step of firing the Calvi powder to produce a bioceramic (S130) is performed. In the bioceramic production step (S130), the prepared somatide Calvi powder is molded into a predetermined shape and then a firing step is performed.
[0043] Somatide Calvi powder is formed into a circular, square, hexagonal, triangular, or pyramidal shape. The formed shape can be determined based on the type or properties of the water to be purified. After the forming is complete, a firing step is performed in which the Somatide Calvi formed body is fired at a temperature of 1100°C to 1200°C.
[0044] In this embodiment, the firing step can be performed in a tunnel kiln (tunnel kiln) using electricity or gas as a heat source.
[0045] The bioceramic produced upon completion of the bioceramic production step (S130) has a zeta potential of approximately -37 mV, absorbs UV (ultraviolet rays) of 270 nmP in water, and emits IR (infrared rays) in the range of 220 nmP to 800 nmP. Once the bioceramic is produced, a purification step (S140) is performed, in which the bioceramic is placed in water and left to stand.
[0046] The type of water used is not greatly limited, and usable water includes deionized water, distilled water, mineral water, tap water, stream water, alkaline water, hydrogen water, and ionized water.
[0047] Meanwhile, the bioceramics added to the water can be manufactured into a filter by being embedded in a designated water purification cartridge, and can purify the water that comes into contact with it through contact with the water in the form of a filter. A plurality of cartridges or filters can be provided to come into contact with the water.
[0048] Meanwhile, the purification step (S140) may be performed under irradiation by a UV light source, an LED light source, or an IR light source, and the light source used in the purification step (S140) may include multiple different light sources.
[0049] Unlike distilled water ice (left), the physiologically activated water ice (right) manufactured as described above has a distinct boundary between the high-density negative electron region and the low-density positron region of the interface structure, and can be confirmed to have changed into a dense cluster structure.
[0050] As a result of the experiment, it was confirmed that the manufactured physiologically active water is alkaline water that generates negative electrons and micro-electricity (voltage: 0.4 V, current 0.17 mA) of -50 mV to -70 mV and has a pH of 7.35 to 8.5.
[0051] Once the physiologically active water is manufactured, a container packaging step (S150) can be performed to store the physiologically active water by filling it into a separate container.
[0052] Containers that can be used include those made of stainless steel, glass, ceramic porcelain, PE, PET, PP, Tritan, and polymer materials.
[0053] [Evaluation of physiologically active water characteristics]
[0054] 1. Frozen tissue evaluation (1)
[0055] Figure 2 is a low-temperature scanning electron microscope photograph comparing the crystal structure of ice formed by freezing distilled water and physiologically active water according to one embodiment of the present invention. Figure 3 is a photograph showing the appearance of ice frozen after bioceramic balls according to one embodiment of the present invention were placed in tap water.
[0056] Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, it can be confirmed that water containing bioceramics (balls) according to the present invention exhibits different ice crystal structures and ice shapes compared to the control group (normal water without bioceramic balls). In other words, it can be seen that the addition of bioceramics causes changes in the physical or chemical properties of water.
[0057]
[0058] 2. Frozen tissue evaluation (2) Quantum vortex phenomenon
[0059] FIG. 4 is a photograph showing the appearance of partially frozen ice, oxygen generation, and quantum vortex generation after placing a bioceramic ball in tap water according to one embodiment of the invention.
[0060] Referring to Figure 4, in the case of partially frozen water, ice crystals were observed to first form near the bioceramic balls (left photo), followed by the formation of oxygen bubbles in the supercooled water above the ice (middle photo). Furthermore, a type of vortex was observed to form in the supercooled water above the ice (right photo).
[0061]
[0062] 3. Purification properties of bioceramics
[0063] Figure 5 is a photograph showing the results of a waste oil purification experiment using a bioceramic ball according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0064] Referring to Fig. 5, it was confirmed that oil, water, and metal powder and residue in waste engine oil were separated by bioceramics. After adding water to the waste oil solution and inserting the ball, after 3 weeks, the bioceramic ball separated the residue, water, and oil from the waste oil solution. Meanwhile, after adding water to the waste oil solution and inserting the bioceramic powder, it was confirmed that after 3 weeks, the powder separated the residue, water, and oil from the waste oil solution. Although the inside of the beaker is covered with oil and is not visible in the photo, it was confirmed that the ball and powder completely separated the metal and residue in the oil into the lower layer, the water into the middle layer, and the oil into the upper layer.
[0065] FIG. 6 is a photograph showing the characteristics of discharging salt from salt water by a bioceramic ball according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0066] Referring to Fig. 6, this experiment is an experiment to confirm that the salt in the water bottle is discharged out of the bottle by putting bioceramic balls into a water bottle and then adding natural salt. The experimental results confirmed that the bioceramic balls have the property of discharging salt out of the water in the process of changing the properties of the water. When the bioceramic balls are put into polluted wastewater, they can purify the water, separating heavy metals and heavy contaminants in the water into a slurry in the lower layer. The purest purified water is located in the middle layer. Lighter harmful components are separated into ions and discharged out of the bottle. The bioceramic according to one embodiment of the present invention can be utilized in some stages of tanks or water tank plants in tap water purification and water purification plants.
[0067] Figure 7 is a photograph showing the ecological appearance of an aquarium into which bioceramic balls according to one embodiment of the present invention have been introduced.
[0068] Referring to Fig. 7, it was confirmed that when bioceramic balls were introduced into an aquarium, the balls generated oxygen, which significantly reduced the mortality rate during fish transport and maintained the freshness of the fish. It was confirmed that the fish could survive for a long time without an oxygen generator when bioceramic balls were introduced into a goldfish aquarium that cannot survive without oxygen. Goldfish that were not introduced into the aquarium with bioceramic balls died within a week without an oxygen generator. It was confirmed that when bioceramic balls were introduced into the aquarium, the bioceramic balls converted the water into purified water suitable for the fish's growing environment, thus keeping the water always clean and pure. In addition, it was confirmed that the bioceramic clothing suppresses bacteria caused by fish urine and excrement in the water, and generates oxygen to suppress the growth of aquatic algae and anaerobic aquatic microorganisms.
[0069] Therefore, it is expected that when bioceramics according to one embodiment of the present invention are manufactured into blocks and used for landscaping in polluted ponds, rivers, hazards, etc., the aquatic environment can be purified.
[0070] 4. Plant cultivation characteristics
[0071] FIG. 8 and FIG. 9 are photographs showing plant cultivation characteristics observed using purified water containing bioceramic balls according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0072] Referring to FIGS. 8 and 9, the plants were grown and observed in water with or without bioceramic balls, and it was significantly confirmed that the growth rate and growth status of plants grown in water with bioceramic balls were very excellent.
[0073] 5. Evaluation of pH characteristics of physiologically active water
[0074] FIG. 10 is a photograph and graph showing the pH change of physiologically activated water according to the time when a bioceramic ball according to one embodiment of the present invention is added to tap water.
[0075] Referring to Figure 10, the pH of the physiologically active water converges to about 8.5 over time, and thus, it was confirmed that the physiologically active water exhibits alkaline characteristics.
[0076]
[0077] 6. Evaluation of the negative potential characteristics of physiologically active water
[0078] FIG. 11 is a photograph and graph showing the negative potential shift of physiologically active water over time when a bioceramic ball according to one embodiment of the present invention is added to tap water.
[0079] Referring to Figure 11, it was confirmed that the negative potential of the physiologically active water converges to approximately -80 mV over time.
