Abstract

The invention discloses a system and method for identifying a clinical pathway implementation deviation. The system comprises a clinical pathway storage component, a semantic relationship storage component, a receiving component and an activity matching component, wherein the clinical pathway storage component is used for storing a clinical pathway; the semantic relationship storage component is used for storing the semantic relationship between activities; the receiving component is used for receiving an activity input by a user; and the activity matching component is used for judging whether the input activity is matched with a required activity defined in the clinical pathway based on the semantic relationship between the activities, and generating a first clinical pathway implementation deviation report when the fact that the input activity is not matched with the required activity defined in the clinical pathway is determined. The first clinical pathway implementation deviation report indicates an implemented undefined redundant activity. According to the system and method for identifying the clinical pathway implementation deviation, the precision of identifying the clinical pathway implementation deviation can be improved.
