Abstract

An embodiment of the invention discloses a switching control method of a desktop container and a terminal. The switching control method of the desktop container and the terminal are used for substituting for traditional moving component operation on an intelligent terminal based on touch operation. The method in the embodiment includes: enabling the terminal to acquire action judgment information when a component-based moving event is activated; enabling the terminal to recognize the action state according to the action judgment information; and enabling the terminal to switch a currently displayed page of the desktop container according to the action state and move a based component in the moving event to a switched page of the desktop container. By the aid of the scheme, hand fatigue of users, particularly users getting used to operating a large-screen terminal by one hand due to long press and dragging of the component can be relieved, and risks for dropping of the terminal are reduced, so that operating experience of the users can be improved.
