Part vision detection device

A visual detection device for parts mainly comprises an imaging system, an optical lens component, a lighting system, a mechanical adjusting system, a displacement detection system and a computer, wherein the imaging system consists of a CCD camera and an image acquisition card; the optical lens component consists of a lens body, an amplifying objective lens, and the like; the lighting system is respectively used for detecting surface defects and measuring topographic sizes; the mechanical adjusting system consists of displacement platforms used for adjusting the positions of the parts; the displacement detection system is used for recording the displacement distance of the displacement platforms; and the computer is used for recording and processing images. By shooting edge images of theparts through the imaging system and recording the displacement distance of the displacement platforms through the displacement detection system, the detection device calculates the topographic sizessuch as diameter, and the like, detects the surface defects of the whole spherical surface by the combined rotation of rotary tables, measures the defect sizes accurately, records the number of the defects and meets the two detection requirements of topography measurement and surface detection. By utilizing the visual microscopic detection technology, the device has high system resolution, good integrated performance and simple measurement process.

Sight tracking method based on neural network head movement compensation

The invention discloses a sight tracking method based on neural network head movement compensation, and the method comprises the following steps of respectively placing two infrared sources on middle points of two side edges of a display screen, forming a bright spot image on the surfaces of human corneas after the two infrared sources are reflected by the human corneas, and enabling a dark pupil effect to occur in pupil images, and the method specifically comprises the following steps of statically calibrating a fixation point; compensating head movement; and calculating the fixation point by utilizing a static mapping module and a head movement compensation module to form a dynamic human eye fixation point matching module. Due to adoption of the scheme provided by the invention, requirements on hardware are low, only an ordinary camera and two infrared sources are needed, the restriction of a three-dimensional tracking method in which multiple cameras are needed can be changed, the system complexity and the needed computation volume can be greatly reduced, and the sight tracking instantaneity can be improved; and in addition, the head movement is allowed, direct application can be realized through one-step calibration, repeated calibration is avoided, and main defects of the two-dimensional calibration method are overcome.

Provided is a non-pneumatic wheel (100) for a vehicle, and a wheel (100), suspension (200; 200-1), and tire (300) used therein that are capable of ensuring driving stability because there is no air chamber between a wheel (100) and a tire (300) to blowout. They are also capable of ensuring good road holding, preventing standing waves, reducing brake fade and cornering force, providing good handling and ride comfort, staying quiet when rolling, and are economical and environmentally friendly. The non-pneumatic wheel (100) includes a wheel (100), a shock absorbing member (220; 220-1) coupled to an outer periphery of the wheel (100) and absorbing or attenuating noise and vibration due to external shock, a plurality of resilient members (230; 230-1; 230-2) arranged around and coupled to an outer periphery of the shock absorbing member (220; 220-1) in a radial direction and having a plurality of resilient rings (230-1a) that are resiliently deformed in response to an external force, resilient links (240) respectively coupled to the resilient rings (230-1a) to evenly transmit external shock to the resilient rings (230-1a), rail plates (270) to which sliders (261) formed at both ends of the resilient links (240) are slidably coupled, and a tire (300) having a plurality of coupling grooves (321) formed along an inner periphery such that the rail plates (270) are inserted into the coupling grooves (321).

Method of using touch module as game controller

The invention relates to a method of using a touch module as a game controller, which comprises a touchpad of a notebook computer and a touch screen of a mobile phone. The touch module can be switched between a mouse mode and a game mode, and in the game mode, the touch module can detect two types of movement of a finger in one position: A, point touch; and B, sliding a short distance in a specific direction to issue commands of a directional key or a functional key to a system. In the mode of A, e.g. point touch, the touch module is divided into 2-6 zones, and when detecting that the finger is in the mode of point touch and immediately leave the position along the vertical direction without displacement, the zone in which the finger is located can be single-clicked or double-clicked to judge the functional key selected by the user; in the mode of B, e.g. sliding a short distance in a specific direction, when detecting that the finger is in the sliding mode, the touch module compares a starting position of a first time (X1 and Y1) and a measured position of a second time (X2 and Y2) and calculates the sliding direction to judge the directional key, the functional key, the variable increase or decrease or the game controller selected by the user; and the touch module can issue more than two types of commands in one position through matching of the two modes. Therefore, when the invention is used, the touchpad of the notebook computer and the touch screen of the mobile phone can have the function of the game controller.

Remote control and tactile feedback system and method for medical apparatus

A system and method are for monitoring control signals provided to a medical apparatus bases upon tactile feedback from the apparatus. The system and method employ a monitoring signal indicative of a parameter relating to the apparatus or to a condition of a patient associated with the apparatus. The system includes a first feedback device in communication with the apparatus and arranged to provide tactile feedback to a first individual based upon the monitoring signal; a first controller actuatable by the first individual to provide a control signal to the apparatus for carrying a control action in the apparatus; a second feedback device in communication with the apparatus and arranged to provide tactile feedback to a second individual based upon the monitoring signal from the apparatus; and a second controller in communication with the first controller such that the control signal given by the first individual to the first controller is reflected in the second controller and communicated to the second individual. The first feedback device, first controller, second feedback device and second controller are in communication with the apparatus such that the first and second individual can be distant from the apparatus and patient and move about the apparatus and patient to a desired location.
