The invention discloses an event model space-time information representing and processing method orientated towards a CPS. The method includes the following steps that a space-time information representing method for a CPS event model is defined, and the CPS event model comprises a basic event model and an extension information set; the basic event model is defined and used for representing the most basic event information, from a data source, of one event; the extension information set is defined, and various types of attribute information possibly carried by the CPS event are defined; mapping and extension are performed from the basic event mode to the extension information set; space-time information of the event is obtained; an event condition based on the space-time information is judged, and whether CPS response action is generated or not is determined according to the judgment whether the CPS event received by a capturer meets a certain constraint condition or not. According to the scheme, the problems that in the process of CPS application, semanteme of space-time data of the event is diversified, and therefore application software on the upper layer is difficult to directly apply can be effectively solved.
