The problems which are put forward by the user can be classified according to different question words, questions guided by question words including who, when, where and the like can traverse and search answers on the data atlas, the questions guided by what can search answers on an information atlas, the questions guided by how search answers on the knowledge atlas, and questions guided by why can search questions on the intelligent atlas.
