The method comprises the steps of collecting multiple pieces of featureinformation of an application according to a running record of the application; learning the feature information through a self-organizing neural network to obtain a self-organizing neural network model of the application; when the application enters a background to run, obtaining an effective running frequency of running the application in a foreground in a preset time period; according to current feature information of the application, calculating a first feature coefficient of the application; according to the first feature coefficient, determining a second feature coefficient in a featurecoefficient matrix; and according to the second feature coefficient, judging whether the application can be cleaned or not.
