The method comprises the steps of: based on collected tissue parameters, ultrasound head parameters and preset dose parameters, calculating and obtaining equivalent thermal dose distribution, and determining a range of forming damaging in the tissues through the equivalent thermal dose distribution to display the predicted treatment effect for doctors prior to treatment so as to guide input of clinic treatment dose, and therefore, the problem is avoided that the subjective judgment of the doctors is influenced by inaccurate reading of the real-time image monitoring.
