Abstract

The invention provides a service quality evaluation method and device based on merchant comments, equipment and a medium, relates to the field of artificial intelligence, in particular to the field of natural language processing, and can be applied to scenes of service quality evaluation of merchants. The specific implementation scheme is that the method comprises the steps: acquiring at least one piece of comment information for a target merchant from at least one comment channel; respectively inputting each piece of comment information into a pre-trained comment analysis model; for each piece of comment information, identifying at least one piece of quintuple information from the comment information based on a comment analysis model; and based on each piece of quintuple information, generating a favorable comment rate and/or score for the target merchant. According to the method, the quintuple information can be identified from the comment information at one time based on the pre-trained comment analysis model, the fine-grained emotion expressed by the user in the comment can be accurately extracted, and the comment analysis efficiency and accuracy are greatly improved.
