Test device for a brushless motor drive system

Abstract

The application relates to the motor technical field, and particularly provides a testing device for a brushless motor driving system. For the purpose, the testing device for the brushless motor driving system comprises an upper computer, the upper computer is in communication connection with the brushless motor driving system, a testing board card is in electric connection with the brushless motor driving system, and meanwhile, the testing board card is in communication connection with the upper computer; the upper computer is used for controlling the testing board card to inject a preset fault into the brushless motor driving system; after the preset fault is injected, the upper computer is used for receiving an actual fault reported by the brushless motor driving system, and comparing the received actual fault with the preset fault injected by the testing board card, so as to judge whether the working state of the brushless motor driving system is normal. The testing device for the brushless motor driving system can inject a fault into the brushless motor driving system through the setting of the testing board card, simulates the generation of the fault, and greatly increases the flexibility of the test on the brushless motor driving system.
