A carpet collection device

Abstract

This invention discloses a carpet collecting device in the field of carpet production equipment technology, including a collecting rack, a swinging discharge device, a stacking device, and a lifting drive device. The swinging discharge device includes a discharge roller group with a discharge gap and a swinging drive mechanism for driving the discharge roller group to move back and forth reciprocally. The left and right stacking devices each include two stacking mechanisms arranged front and rear. The feeding rollers of the two stacking mechanisms move along feeding sections, thereby achieving intermittent feeding of the carpet material. The lifting drive device is used to drive the two stacking devices to move up and down. This carpet collecting device, through the back-and-forth feeding of the two stacking mechanisms combined with the back-and-forth swinging discharge of the swinging discharge device, enables carpets to be stacked in a zigzag pattern on the collecting rack. It features a high degree of automation, high repeatability of the folded edges of the carpets on the collecting rack, eliminates the need for manual alignment adjustments, and ensures high stability of the carpet stack shape, increasing the maximum stack height and significantly improving production efficiency.
