A dovetail sheet pile

Abstract

A dovetail sheet pile, comprising a pile body, characterized in that the pile body has a first sharp corner end, the pile body is provided with a locking groove on the opposite side of the first sharp corner end, the locking groove extends along the length direction of the pile body, and the first sharp corner end of the pile body can be inserted into the locking groove of an adjacent another pile body. The dovetail sheet pile only needs to be provided with a locking groove to complete the splicing of multiple dovetail sheet piles on the basis of a hexagonal sheet pile, so that the dovetail sheet pile has simple structure, simple manufacturing process, strong shearing capacity, larger contact area with soil, and higher friction force between the dovetail sheet pile and the soil. Moreover, the dovetail sheet pile is spliced by means of the cooperation of the first sharp corner end and the insertion groove, and the cooperation of the first sharp corner end and the locking groove forms a dovetail groove, which not only can make the reliability of the splicing of multiple dovetail sheet piles higher, but also can make the construction process of the dovetail sheet pile more convenient. The dovetail sheet pile uses the existing production process and existing production mold of the prestressed hollow sheet pile to quickly produce the dovetail sheet pile.
