[0011] In the specifications, the orientation or positional relationships referred to by the terms "longitudinal," "transverse," "top," "bottom," "inside," "outside," "central," "axial," "radial," "circumferential," and the like are used only to facilitate the description of the present disclosure and to simplify the description based on the orientation or positional relationships illustrated in the accompanying drawings, not to indicate or imply that the device or element in question has a specific orientation, must be constructed, and operated in a specific orientation, and are therefore not to be construed as limiting the present disclosure.
[0012] Unless otherwise stated and limited, the specific meanings of all technical and scientific terms used in the specification are understood by those of ordinary skill in the art. The terms used in the specification of this application are used only to describe specific embodiments and do not limit this application.
[0013] With reference to Fig. 1 to Fig. Figure 3 illustrates a massage device 100 according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. In this embodiment, the massage device 100 includes a drive module 20 and a first massage module 30 that is transmissively connected to the drive module 20.
[0014] According to the presentation in Fig. 3, the drive module 20 includes a rotary motor 21, a gear box 23, and a rotary rod 25. The rotary motor 21 serves as the power mechanism of the massage device 100 and has an output shaft 22 that rotates at a high speed. The gear box 23 is connected to the output shaft 22 of the rotary motor 21 and includes a gear housing and a plurality of gears arranged in the gear housing. The rotary rod 25 is connected to an output gear of the gear box 23 and rotates about a rotary axis AA (which in Fig. 2a and Fig. 2b) when driven by the gear 23. Due to the braking effect of the gear 23, the rotary rod 25 has a much lower speed and a greater torque compared to the output shaft 22 of the rotary motor 21.
[0015] In this embodiment, the rotary rod 25 is generally designed as a curved rod and is elongated as a whole in a direction along which the rotary axis AA extends (i.e., the Y-direction). Preferably, the rotary rod 25 extends spirally along the Y-direction. A bending direction and / or a curvature of the rotary rod 25 may vary at different positions thereof. Referring to Fig. 2a and Fig. 2b, a projection of the rotary rod 25 in a plane in which the rotary axis AA is located (such as the XY plane, the YZ plane) is generally wave-shaped, and a projection of the rotary rod 25 in a plane perpendicular to the rotary axis AA (such as the XZ plane) is basically circular, with the rotary axis AA as the central axis as shown in Fig. 4.
[0016] A connecting member such as a shaft coupling may be provided to connect one end of the rotary rod 25 to the gear box 23, allowing the rotary rod 25 to rotate along the gear box 23. Furthermore, a transmission unit such as a gear transmission unit, a chain transmission unit, a belt transmission unit, etc., may be provided between the rotary rod 25 and the gear box 23 to achieve wide-range power transmission, facilitating the arrangement of the rotary motor 21 and / or the gear box 23. Furthermore, the direction of power transmission may be changed by the transmission unit, allowing the rotary axis AA of the rotary rod 25 to be angled with a rotary axis of the rotary motor 21.
[0017] The first massage module 30 includes a plurality of first massage elements 32 arranged in a line along the rotational axis AA. A first pivot point 34 is provided for each of the two adjacent first massage elements 32 to pivotally connect them to one another. In a specific embodiment, the first pivot point 34, which is pivotally mounted between the first massage elements 32, can be designed as a rivet and extends along a first direction, such as the Z direction, so that the first massage elements 32 can rotate relative to one another in the XY plane about a first axis, i.e., the central axis of the first pivot point 34.
[0018] The first massage module 30 is connected to the gear housing of the transmission 23 through one of the first massage elements 32, which is located on the outermost side and near the transmission 23. In other embodiments, the first massage module 30 may be connected to another fixed component, such as a shell that supports the transmission 23 / the rotary motor 21 / the transmission unit, and the like.
[0019] In this embodiment, a first hinged portion 36 having a first hole 37 defined therein is provided on a first side of each first massage element 32, and a second hinged portion 38 having a second hole 39 defined therein is defined on a second side of each first massage element 32. During assembly of the first massage module 30, the first hinged portion 36 of the first massage element 32 overlaps the second hinged portion 38 of an adjacent first massage element 32, with the first and second holes 37, 39 aligned with each other, and the first pivot point 34 inserted into the first and second holes 37, 39 to connect two adjacent first massage elements 32 to each other.
[0020] With reference to Fig. 3 and Fig. 5, each first massage element 32 is generally circular and sheet-like. An elongated engagement hole 33 is defined in the first massage element 32 for extending the rotary rod 25 therethrough. Specifically, the engagement hole 33 is rectangular in shape and has a length L in the first direction that is greater than a width W in a second direction (such as the X-direction). Preferably, the length L of the engagement hole 33 is substantially equal to or slightly larger than an outer diameter D of the projection of the rotary rod 25 in the XZ plane, and the width W of the engagement hole 33 is substantially equal to or slightly larger than a diameter d of the rotary rod 25 and smaller than the outer diameter D of the projection of the rotary rod 25 in the XZ plane.
[0021] By means of the above-designed dimensions of the engagement hole 33 and the rotary rod 25, the rotary rod 25 is generally fixed relative to the first massage element 32 in the X direction, but is displaceable relative to the first massage element 32 in the Z direction along the engagement hole 33.
[0022] When the rotary rod 25 is driven to rotate around the rotary axis AA, a path of the rotary rod 25 in the XZ plane is a circle as shown by the dashed line in Fig. 6a-6c. Thus, during the rotation of the rotary rod 25, displacements are generated in both the X-direction and the Z-direction. The displacement of the rotary rod 25 in the Z-direction displaces it relative to the first massage element 32 along the engagement hole 33, so that the first massage element 32 remains stationary in the Z-direction, and the displacement of the rotary rod 25 in the X-direction drives the first massage element 32, causing it to move with it. Therefore, the rotary motion of the rotary rod 25 about the rotary axis AA is converted into a linear motion of the first massage element 32 in the X-direction.
[0023] When the first massage element 32 is driven by the rotary rod 25 to move in the X direction, the displacements of different first massage elements 32 in the X direction may differ from each other because the bending direction and / or the curvature of the rotary rod 25 are different at different positions, so that the first massage elements 32 rotate relative to each other about the first pivot point 34.
[0024] In the present massage device 100 as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2a, each first massage element 32 is driven to move in the X direction and oscillate around the first pivot point 34 in the XY plane, so that a certain deviation in the X direction exists between the first massage elements 32. The first massage module 30 as a whole is generally S-shaped and has a movement similar to the snaking of a snake, which can provide better stimulation effects for the user, especially for the user's sensitive areas such as the female genitals, the male genitals, and the like. Accordingly, the user's sexual experience is enhanced, and thus the user is more likely to reach orgasm with the help of the present massage device 100.
[0025] With reference to Fig. 7 to Fig. Figure 8 shows a massage device 100a according to a second embodiment. In this embodiment, the massage device 100a includes a drive module 20, a first massage module 30, and a second massage module 40. The drive module 20 and the first massage module 30 are generally similar to those of the first embodiment and are therefore not described here.
[0026] The second massage module 40 includes a transmission element 41 and a second massage element 43. The transmission element 41 is designed as an elongated rod and includes a first segment 412 and a second segment 414, wherein the first segment 412 is connected to one end of the rotary rod 25 of the drive module 20 remote from the gear 23, and the second segment 414 is connected to the second massage element 43. A central axis BB of the second segment 414 of the transmission element 41 is inclined relative to the rotary axis AA of the rotary rod 25. By driving the rotary rod 25, the second segment 414 and the second massage element 43, which is connected to the second segment 414, rotate around the rotary axis AA of the rotary rod 25.
[0027] In this embodiment, the central axis BB of the second segment 414 of the transmission element 41 is inclined relative to that of the first segment 412, while the central axis of the first segment 412 is generally coaxial with the rotational axis AA of the rotating rod 25. A path of the second massage element 43 is a circle around the rotational axis AA, wherein a radius of the path can be determined by an angle AB between the first segment 412 and the second segment 414. Preferably, the second massage element 43 is a vibration motor capable of generating a high-frequency vibration during operation.
[0028] Compared to the first embodiment, the massage device 100a of this embodiment has two massage modules 30, 40 to simultaneously stimulate two parts of the human body, thereby increasing the stimulation area of this massage device 100a and correspondingly improving the stimulation effect. Furthermore, the second massage module 40 moves along a circular path to massage the human body and provide a more comfortable sexual experience. Furthermore, the second massage module 40 has rotational massage and vibration massage functions, further enhancing the stimulation effect of the massage device 100a.
[0029] With reference to Fig. 9 to Fig. Figure 12 shows a massage device 100b according to a third embodiment. In this embodiment, the massage device 100b includes a drive module 20, a first massage module 30, and a second massage module 50.
[0030] The second massage module 50 includes a mounting seat 51 and a second massage element 53. The mounting seat 51 is connected to the first massage module 30, such as one of the first mounting elements 32 located on the outermost side and remote from the gear 23. The second massage element 53 is pivotally attached to the mounting seat 51 by a second pivot point 55, wherein the second pivot point 55 extends along a direction perpendicular to the rotational axis AA of the rotary rod 25, such as along the second direction, i.e., the X direction. The rotary rod 25 is configured to drive the second massage element 53 of the second massage module 50 to oscillate relative to the first massage module 30 about a second axis, i.e., a central axis of the second pivot point 55.
[0031] Specifically, an elongated sliding recess 57 arranged parallel to the second pivot point 55 is defined in the second massage element 53 at an end thereof facing the first massage module 30, and an end of the rotary rod 25 remote from the gear 23 extends through the mounting seat 51 and engages the sliding recess 57. Similarly, a through hole 59 is defined in a central portion of the mounting seat 51 to allow the rotary rod 25 to extend therethrough. Alternatively, a transmission member may be provided to connect the second massage element 53 to the rotary rod 25.
[0032] During rotation, the rotary rod 25 is displaced by the displacement in the X direction relative to the second massage element 53 along the elongated sliding groove 57, and the displacement of the rotary rod 25 in the Z direction drives the second massage element 53 to move therewith, thereby driving the second massage element 53 to swing around the second pivot point 55 in the YZ plane, thereby effectively stimulating a portion of the human body corresponding to a second massage element 53, which further enhances the stimulation effect of the present massage device 100b.
[0033] With reference to Fig. 13 to Fig. Figure 16 illustrates a massage device 100c according to a fourth embodiment. In this embodiment, the massage device 100c includes a drive module 20, a first massage module 30, and a second massage module 60.
[0034] The second massage module 60 includes a mounting seat 61, a second massage element 63, and a transmission element 65. The mounting seat 61 is connected to the first massage module 30, such as one of the first mounting elements 32 located on the outermost side and remote from the gear box 23. The transmission element 65 is rotatably mounted in the mounting seat 61 and is connected to one end of the rotary rod 25 remote from the gear box 23 in a transmitting manner so that it rotates together with the rotary rod 25. A sliding groove 66 is provided on an outer side of the transmission element 65, and the sliding groove 66 extends spirally.
[0035] The second massage element 63 is mounted around the mounting seat 61 and has a sliding pin 64 that engages the sliding groove 66. A guide groove 62 is defined in the mounting seat 61 and extends axially to extend and slide the sliding pin 64. Through the cooperation of the sliding groove 66 and the sliding pin 64, the rotational movement of the transmission element 65 is converted into a linear reciprocating movement of the second massage element 63 in the axial direction of the mounting seat 61, which is preferably collinear with the rotational axis AA of the rotary rod 25, thereby effectively stimulating a portion of the human body corresponding to the second massage element 63, further enhancing the stimulation effect of the present massage device 100c.
[0036] With reference to Fig. 17 to Fig.Figure 20 illustrates a massage device 100d according to a fifth embodiment. In this embodiment, the massage device 100d includes a drive module 20, a first massage module 30, and a second massage module 70.
[0037] The second massage module 70 includes a mounting seat 71, a pair of second massage elements 73, and a transmission element 75. The mounting seat 71 is connected to the first massage module 30, such as one of the first mounting elements 32 located on the outermost side and remote from the gear box 23. The transmission element 65 is rotatably mounted in the mounting seat 61 and is connected to one end of the rotary rod 25 remote from the gear box 23 in a transmitting manner so that it rotates together with the rotary rod 25. A symmetrical sliding groove 76 is provided on an outer side of the transmission element 75, the symmetrical sliding groove 76 being generally wave-shaped in a circumferential direction.
[0038] Each of the second massage elements 73 includes a first arm 731 and a second arm 733 that are angled to each other. A shaft hole is defined at a junction of the first arm 731 and the second arm 733, and a shaft 77 extends through the shaft hole to rotationally connect the second massage element 73 to a fixed component. The first arm 731 defines an elongated hole 735 therein, a sliding pin 74 is provided, one end of which is engaged in the elongated hole 735 of the first arm 731, and the other end of which is engaged in the sliding groove 76 of the transmission element 75. Accordingly, an axial guide groove 72 is defined in the mounting seat 71 to extend and slide the sliding pin 74.
[0039] Through the cooperation of the sliding groove 76 and the sliding pin 74, the rotational movement of the transmission element 75 is converted into a linear pendulum movement of the sliding pin 74 in the axial direction of the mounting seat 71, which is preferably arranged collinearly with the rotational axis AA of the rotating rod 25. Since the second massage element 73 is rotatably connected to the fixed component by the shaft 77, the axial movement of the sliding pin 74 results in the rotation of the second massage element 73 about the shaft 77, so that the second arms 733 of the pair of second massage elements 73 swing toward or away from each other, thereby achieving an enclosing effect to enclose a part of the human body between the two second massage elements 73, thereby further enhancing the stimulation effect of the present massage device 100d.
[0040] Finally, it should be noted that only preferred embodiments of the present disclosure are described above, without intending to limit the scope of the present disclosure. Although the present disclosure has been described in detail with reference to the aforementioned embodiments, those skilled in the art may modify the technical solutions described in the aforementioned embodiments, or some of the technical features may be replaced with equivalent features. All modifications, equivalent replacements, improvements, etc., while maintaining the concept and principle of the present disclosure are within the scope of the present disclosure.
