[04] The patent application in question therefore presents a device that is specially designed and developed to achieve great practicality and that brings great advantages, both in its use and in its manufacture.
[05] It is also the objective of this request, Petition 870210061377, dated 06 / 07 / 2021, page 5 / 20 2 / 9 presents a support model for anchoring, routing, and distributing optical cables with low costs for its industrial feasibility, while also meeting the requirements of robustness, safety, and practical utility, thus offering consumers an additional option in the market of similar products. Unlike usual models of optical cable supports, it offers numerous possibilities and benefits to its users, making it a model with great acceptance in the sector market. State of the art
[06] As is known, especially by experts in the field, the fiber optic cables that make up FTTH (Fiber To The Home) type networks are installed on power grid poles by means of supports attached to them with clamps or similar.
[07] Various models of supports are available on the market and in order to specify the state of the art, some patent documents can be cited that deal with products for the same purpose, but without reaching the inventive merit and the differences revealed here, as follows below.
[08] Patent document MU 89004388 U2, entitled IMPROVEMENT INTRODUCED IN SPACER SUPPORT FOR TELEPHONE CABLES AND OTHERS, discloses a monobloc piece manufactured in polycarbonate - a material highly resistant to impact and non-conductive of electricity that also exhibits properties of resistance to creep under load, resistance to weathering, lower weight and dimensional stability - with a main body consisting of cylindrical distal rings and a medial region of markedly concave surfaces Petition 870210061377, dated 06 / 07 / 2021, page 6 / 20 3 / 9 that define its internal cavity which will effectively contain the cable (not shown). From its upper and lower ends extend horizontal rods that interconnect by means of a vertical wall with a concave surface which, in addition to resulting in an internal opening, is also equipped with a central cutout for fitting the fastening element.
[09] Patent document BR 20 2016 007682 5 U2, entitled DISPOSITION INTRODUCED IN SUPPORT FOR OPTICAL CABLES, reveals a support for optical cables consisting of a main and larger central structure in the shape very similar to a thread reel, from the circular surfaces projecting in orthogonal opposition, a clamp structure and a small and elongated double reel structure, with two subsequent annular flanges, the clamp structure is subdivided with a separate mirrored part which, when joined, reveals two transverse through tunnels with different diameters.
[10] Patent document MU 89029526 U2, entitled PORCELAIN SUPPORT FOR ELECTRICAL NETWORK CABLES, discloses a product developed for fixing, supporting and insulating cables used in electrical networks, consisting of a cylindrical trunk body whose outer cylindrical surface has a plurality of annular projections provided with a circumferential groove and said annular projections being spaced from each other by circumferential grooves distributed along the outer cylindrical surface of the body; and one of the bases of the body has an auxiliary flange attached for fixing to electrical network poles. Weak points of the state of the art Petition 870210061377, dated 06 / 07 / 2021, page 7 / 20 4 / 9
[11] Because several telecommunications service providers share the electrical distribution network infrastructure, in order to establish a minimum of organization in this environment, it was stipulated by standard that cable anchoring and wire distribution must be restricted to a specific space.
[12] Therefore, it is desirable that anchoring devices be compact and designed to allow the support and passage of a variety of wires and cables while occupying a minimum of space. However, the support models found on the market to date do not satisfactorily meet the needs of companies in the communications sector, regarding the practicality of installing fiber optic cables on poles that are part of the electrical power distribution infrastructure, nor do they optimize space in these overhead distribution networks.
[13] None of the patents identified above demonstrates or suggests the subject matter of the present patent application. Proposed solution
[14] It was with these inconveniences in mind that, after numerous research and studies, the inventor, a person connected to the field, created and developed the object of the present patent, designing a support for anchoring, passing and distributing optical cables in which not only the mechanical and functional qualities were considered in the design of its manufacture, but also the shape, arrangement and location of its parts and components which, correctly positioned, brought about an increase in efficiency without incurring any burden.
[15] Thus, the present patent was designed Petition 870210061377, dated 06 / 07 / 2021, page 8 / 20 5 / 9 aiming to obtain a device with the fewest possible number of parts, conveniently configured and arranged to allow the support for anchoring, routing and distributing optical cables to perform its functions with unparalleled efficiency and versatility, without the aforementioned drawbacks.

[17] Its innovative design allows for an excellent level of functionality, offering a support model for anchoring, routing and distribution of optical cables, which has great durability and features reduced dimensions and mass, while maintaining its functionality in anchoring, routing and distribution of optical cables.
[18] The device configuration, the subject of this patent, in its new constructive form, comprises a support that allows reducing the space occupied on the pole by concentrating the anchoring and / or passage points, keeping the wire distribution points in a more compact way, optimizing the physical space in the network.
[19] The product can be applied to large spans of overhead cables, being attached to a circular section pole using an adjustable pole clamp and / or metal tape.
[20] The support, the subject of this patent application, has adequate mechanical strength and provides advantages in its transport and manufacture, particularly in Petition 870210061377, dated 06 / 07 / 2021, page 9 / 20 6 / 9 which refers to the uniformity between the parts produced.
[21] It is therefore understandable that the device in question is extremely simple in its construction, and therefore easy to manufacture, yet excellent practical and functional results are obtained, offering an innovative construction over known models.
[22] Designed with an innovative design, it results in a harmonious set, with a very peculiar and, above all, characteristic appearance, and, in addition to the constructive aspect, the model stands out for its versatility and ease of use. Brief description of the layout drawings
