Abstract

The present invention discloses a paper pressing mechanism of an automatic shredder and an automatic shredder thereof, comprising an upper cover of the shredder, a lower cover of the shredder, a paper supporting box, a paper pressing board, a cover plate, a rotating shaft, and two rotating shaft fixing seats, wherein the upper cover of the shredder is fixedly connected to the lower cover of the shredder; the paper supporting box is recessed above the lower cover of the shredder and forms a containing cavity for placing the paper to be shredded; the fixed ends of the paper pressing board and the cover plate are both sleeved on the rotating shaft for realizing the coaxial rotation of the free ends of the paper pressing board and the cover plate; the two ends of the rotating shaft are respectively placed in two rotating shaft fixing seats for realizing the rotation of the rotating shaft; the two rotating shaft fixing seats are fixedly connected to the upper cover of the shredder for fixing the cover plate and the paper pressing board to the upper cover of the shredder; the paper pressing board is arranged below the cover plate for pressing the paper to be shredded placed above the paper supporting box when the user covers the cover plate. The present invention has the characteristics of ingenious design, reasonable structure, and convenient operation.
