[0079] like Figure 5 , Figure 7 As shown in FIG. 1 , the second guide member 97 is formed of a rod (round rod) and is arranged below the first guide member 90 in a manner extending in the width direction of the machine body. Fig.12 As shown, the second guide member 97 is arranged to extend in a direction intersecting with the extending direction of the second wiring member 68 .

[0080] like Figure 3 As shown, the second guide member 97 is arranged between the first wall portion 60B and the second wall portion 61A and close to the second wall portion 61A. Moreover, the second guide member 97 is offset from the first guide member 90 in the extending direction of the second layout member 68. Specifically, the second guide member 97 is arranged in front of the first guide member 90 (in a direction orthogonal to the direction traversing the second layout member 68 and the opposing direction of the first wall portion 60B and the second wall portion 61A).

[0081] like Figure 5 , Figure 7 As shown, the first stay 98L is arranged on the outer side (left side) of the mounting portion 76c of the first mounting member 76 in the machine body width direction, and the front portion is mounted to the mounting portion 76c by a bolt 99L and a nut screwed into the bolt 99L. The left end portion of the second guide member 97 is fixed to the rear portion of the first stay 98L.

[0082] The second stay 98R is arranged on the outer side (right side) of the mounting portion 77e of the second mounting member 77 in the machine body width direction, and the front portion is mounted to the mounting portion 77e by means of a bolt 99R and a nut screwed into the bolt 99R. The right end portion of the second guide member 97 is fixed to the rear portion of the second stay 98R.

[0083] Next, the second structure body 72 will be described.

[0084] like Fig. 9 As shown in FIG. 1 , the second structure 72 is provided on the right side of the swing bracket 21 . In addition, the second structure 72 is arranged in front of the second mounting member 77 .

[0085] The second structure 72 may be provided on the left side of the swing bracket 21 . In this case, the second mounting member 77 is provided on the left side of the swing bracket 21 , and the first mounting member 76 is provided on the right side of the swing bracket 21 .

[0086] The second structure 72 has a mounting stay 101 , a clamping member 102 , a guide rod 103 , and a plurality of rods 104 .

[0087] like Fig.10 As shown, the mounting stay 101 includes a first plate 101a, a second plate 101b, and a cylinder 101c. The first plate 101a is formed of a plate that is long in the up-down direction, and the upper portion is mounted to a mounting portion 109 provided on the other side wall 56R of the swing bracket 21 by bolts 105. The second plate 101b is fixed to the lower portion of the first plate 101a. The cylinder 101c is formed of a cylinder having an axis extending in the width direction of the machine body, and is fixed to the second plate 101b in a protruding shape to the right.

[0088] The clamping member 102 has a clamping body 107 and a retaining member 108. The clamping body 107 is formed into a rectangular block by an elastic member such as rubber. A plurality of insertion holes (first insertion hole 107a to fourth insertion hole 107d) and a through hole 107e are formed in the clamping body 107. The first insertion hole 107a to the fourth insertion hole 107d are holes for the laying member 66 (first laying member 67) to pass through, and are formed by penetrating the clamping body 107 along the front-to-back direction K1. The first insertion hole 107a and the second insertion hole 107b are formed in the upper part of the clamping body 107 in the direction of the width of the body. The third insertion hole 107c and the fourth insertion hole 107d are formed in the lower part of the clamping body 107 in the direction of the width of the body. In addition, the clamp body 107 has a slit extending from the outer surface of the clamp body 107 to the first insertion hole 107a to the fourth insertion hole 107d, and the layout member 66 can be inserted into the first insertion hole 107a to the fourth insertion hole 107d through the slit. The through hole 107e is formed to penetrate the middle part of the clamp body 107 in the vertical direction in the width direction of the machine body. The cylinder 101c can be inserted into the through hole 107e.

[0089] The holding member 108 has a side wall portion 108a, an upper wall portion 108b extending from the upper end of the side wall portion 108a inwardly (to the left) in the machine body width direction, and a lower wall portion 108c extending from the lower end of the side wall portion 108a inwardly in the machine body width direction. The holding member 108 is embedded in the outer side of the clamping body 107 and is mounted on the mounting stay 101 by means of a bolt 106 that penetrates the side wall portion 108a and is screwed into the cylinder portion 101c. Thus, the holding member 108 holds the clamping body 107.

[0090] The guide rod 103 is formed of a rod (round rod) and has a first portion 103a to a fifth portion 103e. The first portion 103a extends in an inclined direction that shifts to the right as it moves forward, and is fixed to the upper wall portion 108b of the retaining member 108. The second portion 103b extends forward from the front end of the first portion 103a. The third portion 103c extends downward from the front end of the second portion 103b. The fourth portion 103d extends to the left from the lower end of the third portion 103c. The fifth portion 103e extends upward from the rear end of the first portion 103a.

[0091] The plurality of rods 104 include an upper rod 104A fixed to the upper portion of the side wall portion 108a of the retaining member 108, and a lower rod 104B fixed to the lower portion of the side wall portion 108a. The front portion of the upper rod 104A is fixed to the upper portion of the side wall portion 108a. The rear portion of the upper rod 104A extends in an inclined direction that shifts to the left and upward as it moves toward the rear. The front portion of the lower rod 104B is fixed to the lower portion of the side wall portion 108a. The rear portion of the lower rod 104B extends in an inclined direction that shifts to the left and downward as it moves toward the rear.

[0092] like Fig.11 As shown, in the present embodiment, four of the plurality of first routing members 67 are provided. The four first routing members 67 are arranged in a row along the width direction (radial direction of the hydraulic hose) of the first routing member 67 between the first wall portion 60B and the first guide member 90. In addition, the four first routing members 67 are arranged to the right of the swing bracket 21 from between the first wall portion 60B and the first guide member 90 through between the guide rod 86 and the third portion 94c of the second rod 94 and are clamped by the clamping member 102. The two first routing members 67 clamped by the upper portion of the clamping member 102 are connected to the hydraulic pipeline for supplying and discharging the hydraulic oil to and from the valve installed on the boom cylinder 42 through the left side of the second portion 103b of the guide rod 103. The two first wiring members 67 clamped by the lower portion of the clamping member 102 are connected to a valve mounted on the boom cylinder 32 through the left side of the third portion 103 c of the guide rod 103 and above the fourth portion 103 d .

[0093] like Fig.12 As shown, six second layout members 68 are provided. Two of the six second layout members 68 are hydraulic hoses for supplying and discharging working oil to the boom cylinder 42, another two are hydraulic hoses for supplying and discharging working oil to the bucket cylinder 52, and the remaining two are hydraulic hoses for supplying and discharging working oil to the hydraulic attachment. The second guide member 97 is arranged to cross the six second layout members 68. The six second layout members 68 are arranged between the first guide member 90 and the second guide member 97. In addition, as shown in FIG. Figure 3As shown, the six second routing members 68 pass between the first guide member 90 and the second guide member 97 , and then pass between the connecting wall 63 and the first pivot support portion 60 to be routed toward the upper front of the swing bracket 21 .

[0094] like Fig.12 As shown, two of the plurality of third routing members 69 are provided. The two third routing members 69 are hydraulic hoses for supplying and discharging the working oil with respect to the boom cylinder 32. Figure 3 As shown, the two third routing members 69 are routed between the second guide member 97 and the second wall portion 61A, and are routed from between the second guide member 97 and the second wall portion 61A through between the connecting wall 63 and the pivot 33 to the front of the swing bracket 21 .

[0095] like Fig.13 As shown, at the end of the laying member 66 (hydraulic hose), an interface member (joint portion) 111 for connecting the laying member 66 with other members (valve, steel pipe, hydraulic hose, hydraulic cylinder, etc.) is provided. The width 111a of the interface member 111 (the width of the interface member 111 in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the laying member 66) is formed to be larger than the width 66a of the laying member 66 (diameter of the hydraulic hose).

[0096] When the first laying component 67 for guiding is laid between the first wall portion 60B and the second wall portion 61A in addition to the second laying component 68 and the third laying component 69 for supplying and discharging working oil to the boom cylinder 42, the bucket cylinder 52, the hydraulic attachment and the boom cylinder 32, the laying of the laying component 66 sometimes becomes difficult.

[0097] For example, when the routing member 66 is routed after the first guide member 90 and the second guide member 97 are mounted on the swing bracket 21, the interval between the first wall portion 60B and the first guide member 90, the interval between the first guide member 90 and the second guide member 97, and the interval between the second guide member 97 and the second wall portion 61A must be formed as the interval through which the interface member 111 passes. However, if the interval between the first wall portion 60B and the second wall portion 61A is insufficient, sometimes a sufficient interval through which the interface member 111 passes cannot be formed between the first wall portion 60B and the second wall portion 61A.

[0098] In the present embodiment, the first guide member 90 (first laying guide 74) can be inserted between the first wall portion 60B and the second wall portion 61A from the side of the swing bracket 21 and installed on the mounting body 73. That is, the first guide member 90 (first laying guide 74) can be inserted between the first wall portion 60B and the second wall portion 61A from a direction intersecting with the extension direction of the first laying member 67 after laying the laying member 66 and installed on the swing bracket 21. In detail, before assembling the first guide member 90 (first laying guide 74), the first laying member 67 and the second laying member 68 can be laid above the second guide member 97 and the third laying member 69 can be laid below the second guide member 97. In this state, the first guide member 90 is inserted between the first laying member 67 and the second laying member 68 and assembled on the mounting body 73. Thus, it is possible to Figure 3 The interval W1 between the first wall portion 60B and the first guide member 90 shown is formed to be greater than the width of the first wiring member 67 and less than the width 111a of the interface member 111 (narrower than the width 111a of the interface member 111). Therefore, in this embodiment, a larger number of wiring members 66 than before can be arranged in the same space (between the first wall portion 60B and the second wall portion 61A).

[0099] In addition, the first guide member 90 may also include another rod disposed between the first rod 93 and the second rod 94 and the first wall portion 60B. In this case, the interval between the first rod 93 and the second rod 94 and the other rod can be formed to be greater than the width of the first wiring member 67 and less than the width of the interface member 111. That is, the interval between the first rod 93 and the second rod 94 and the member located above the first rod 93 and the second rod 94 can be formed to be a gap through which the first wiring member 67 can pass.

[0100] Furthermore, since the first guide member 90 (first routing guide 74 ) can be assembled after the routing member 66 is arranged, the first routing member 67 and the second routing member 68 can be easily arranged between the first wall portion 60B and the second guide member 97 .

[0101] Furthermore, since the first routing guide 74 is attached to the second portion 77 b by inserting the insertion portion 90 a into the support portion 81 (insertion portion 81 a ) and by one bolt constituting the fixing member 91 , the first routing guide 74 can be easily attached from one side of the swing bracket 21 .

[0102] In addition, if Figure 3 As shown, since the second guide member 97 is shifted forward relative to the first guide member 90 , the interval between the first guide member 90 (second rod 94 ) and the second guide member 97 can be increased.

[0103] The guiding structure of the layout member of the present embodiment comprises: a movable member (swing bracket 21) which is pivotally supported on a fixed side member (support bracket 20); a first layout member 67 which is arranged on the movable member 21; and a guiding member (first guiding member 90) which guides the first layout member 67, wherein the movable member 21 has a first wall portion 60B and a second wall portion 61A which are arranged opposite to each other at a distance, and the guiding member 90 is inserted between the first wall portion 60B and the second wall portion 61A from a direction intersecting with an extension direction of the first layout member 67 which is arranged between the first wall portion 60B and the second wall portion 61A and is fixed to the movable member 21, and guides the first layout member 67 between the first wall portion 60B.

[0104] According to this structure, the guide member 90 can be assembled to the movable member 21 after the first wiring member 67 is laid. Thereby, the assemblability of the first wiring member 67 can be improved.

[0105] In addition, one end of the guide member 90 is inserted through and supported by a hole portion (insertion portion 81a) provided on one side surface of the movable member 21 or on the first mounting member 76 installed on one side surface of the movable member 21, and the other end is fixed to the other side surface of the movable member 21 or the second mounting member 77 installed on the other side surface of the movable member 21 through a fixing member 91. The second mounting member 77 is installed on the other side surface of the movable member 21.

[0106] According to this structure, the guide member 90 can be easily assembled.

[0107] In addition, a joint portion (interface member 111) is provided at the end of the first layout member 67 to connect the first layout member 67 with other members, and the interval W1 between the first wall portion 60B and the guide member 90 is narrower than the width 111a of the joint portion 111 in a direction orthogonal to the extension direction of the first layout member 67.

[0108] Since the guide member 90 can be assembled to the movable member 21 even after the first routing member 67 is routed, the guide member 90 and the first routing member 67 can be assembled even if the interval W1 between the first wall portion 60B and the guide member 90 is narrower than the width 111 a of the joint portion 111 .

[0109] In addition, the second wiring member 68 is arranged between the first wiring member 67 and the second wall portion 61A, and the guide member 90 is inserted between the first wiring member 67 and the second wiring member in a state where the first wiring member 67 and the second wiring member 68 are arranged between the first wall portion 60B and the second wall portion 61A.

[0110] According to this structure, the assemblability of the first wiring member 67 and the second wiring member can be improved.

[0111] In addition, the guide member 90 is arranged between the first wall portion 60B and the second wall portion 61A at a position close to the first wall portion 60B, and has another guide member (second guide member 97) arranged between the first wall portion 60B and the second wall portion 61A at a position close to the second wall portion 61A, the first layout member 67 is arranged between the first wall portion 60B and the guide member 90, the second layout member 68 is arranged between the guide member 90 and the other guide member 97, and the third layout member 69 is arranged between the other guide member 97 and the second wall portion 61A.

[0112] According to this structure, more routing members 66 than before can be arranged between the first wall portion 60B and the second wall portion 61A.

[0113] Furthermore, the other guide member 97 is arranged to extend in a direction intersecting the extending direction of the second wiring member 68 , and is offset from the guide member 90 in the extending direction of the second wiring member 68 .

[0114] According to this structure, the interval between the guide member 90 and the other guide member 97 can be increased.

[0115] In addition, the first laying member 67 is laid out from between the first wall portion 60B and the second wall portion 61A toward one side or the other side of the movable member 21 , and has a clamping member 102 for clamping the first laying member 67 laid out toward one side or the other side of the movable member 21 .

[0116] According to this configuration, the guide member 90 can be inserted between the first wiring member 67 and the second wiring member 68 while the first wiring member 67 is clamped by the clamping member 102, and a wiring member guiding structure with good assemblability of the guide member 90 can be provided.

[0117] In addition, the working machine 1 of the present embodiment comprises: a machine body 2; a guide structure for the above-mentioned layout components; a support bracket 20 as a fixed side component, which is arranged on the machine body 2; and a swing bracket 21 as a movable component, which is supported on the support bracket 20 in a manner that can rotate around pivots 62A, 62B having an axis extending in the up-down direction.

[0118] The above describes one embodiment of the present invention, but it should be understood that the embodiments disclosed this time are illustrative and non-restrictive in all aspects. The scope of the present invention is not shown by the above description but by the scope of the claims, and is intended to include the meaning equivalent to the scope of the claims and all changes within the scope.
