The present invention includes a hydrogenator body, a support base is installed at the bottom of the hydrogenator body, the length and width of the support base are larger than the length and width of the hydrogenator body, gas diffusion tanks are installed on both sides of the hydrogenator body, the gas diffusion tanks are filled with non-flammable gas, a diffusion pipe system is installed inside the support base, and a docking device and a starting connection device are installed between the gas diffusion tank and the diffusion pipe system. The present invention opens the docking device by starting the connection device, so that the gas diffusion tank is connected to the diffusion pipe system, and the gas in the gas diffusion tank is released. When hydrogen leaks, the gas in the gas diffusion tank can be mixed and diluted by releasing the gas, reducing the susceptibility of the hydrogen-containing mixed gas to deflagration, thereby improving the safety of the hydrogen refueling station.
