Valve assembly and water heater

Abstract

The application provides a valve assembly and a water heater. The valve assembly comprises a housing, a first fluid inlet and a first fluid outlet arranged at two ends of the housing respectively, a driving valve core and a driven valve core arranged in the housing in sequence along a fluid flow direction from the first fluid inlet to the first fluid outlet. An end surface of the driven valve core towards the first fluid outlet is provided with a fluid regulating port. The driving valve core and the driven valve core are matched through a slope surface, so that the movement of the driving valve core drives the rotation of the driven valve core around a central axis of the housing, to adjust the overlapping area between the fluid regulating port and the first fluid outlet. Thus, the water flow is adjusted, and the part cracking and water supply interruption after the part cracking at the water outlet end are prevented.
