[0051] During operation, the cable is fed into the cable feeding mechanism 3. At this time, the cable transfer mechanism 5 drives the discharge end of the wire separating push block 33 to align with the cutting and stripping station of the cutting and stripping mechanism 4. After cutting off one end of the exposed wire core, the cable transfer mechanism 5 drives the discharge end of the wire separating push block 33 to align with the terminal crimping station of the terminal crimping mechanism 6. At this time, the end of the cable is inserted into the output part of the terminal crimping mold 62 of the terminal crimping mechanism 6 for crimping. After the terminal crimping is completed, the cable transfer mechanism 5 drives the discharge end of the wire separating push block 33 to align with the cable clamp 97 of the insertion mechanism 9, so that the cable clamp 97 can clamp the end of the cable. Then the plastic clamp 92... After being pushed into the housing, the cable is aligned with the end of the cable under the drive of the first housing drive device 94, and can be wrapped around the end of the cable, i.e., the terminal, under the drive of the second housing drive device 96, thus inserting the housing. Then, the cable transfer mechanism 5 drives the discharge end of the wire separating push block 33 to align with the wire pulling clamp 108 of the wire pulling mechanism 10. After the wire pulling clamp 108 clamps one end of the cable, it can be stretched to the corresponding length under the drive of the wire pulling translation drive device 102. Then, the cutting and stripping mechanism 4 cuts and strips the cable to expose the other end of the cable core. Then, the tinning mechanism 11's tinning cable clamp 116 clamps the other end of the cable. One end of the cable is soldered to the other end for easier soldering. Then, the twisting clamp rotates a certain number of times under the drive of the twisting stepper motor 106, twisting multiple cables together to form a wire harness. At the same time, the microphone transfer mechanism 15 positions the microphones output from the microphone supply mechanism 14 and places them into the microphone positioning slots 1631 of the microphone positioning mechanism 16. Next, the two wire harness clamps 126 of the wire harness transfer mechanism 12 clamp the two ends of the wire harness respectively and transfer the wire harness, so that the end with the plastic shell is transferred to the corresponding wire harness positioning mechanism 13 for positioning, while the soldered end is transferred to the microphone positioning mechanism 16. The cable is positioned between the wire pressing block 161 and the microphone positioning slot 1631. Then, the wire pressing rotation angle clamping cylinder 162 drives the wire pressing block 161 downward to press the tinned end of the cable onto the corresponding microphone welding position. Then, the wire harness transfer mechanism 12 releases the cable, and the welding transfer mechanism 17 drives the microphone positioning mechanism 16 to move to the welding station of the microphone welding mechanism 18. After welding is completed, the welding transfer mechanism 17 drives the microphone positioning mechanism 16 to move to the material picking station of the finished product discharge mechanism 19. The two finished product grippers of the finished product discharge mechanism 19 move the finished product to the corresponding collection container, completing the processing.
