Abstract

The welding tool for industrial robot manufacturing comprises a base, a back plate is fixedly arranged on the base, sliding seats are arranged on the side walls of the two sides of the back plate in a sliding mode, the two sliding seats are arranged on the side walls of the back plate in a sliding mode through sliding plates, and lifting control mechanisms corresponding to the sliding plates are arranged on the back plate; second sliding grooves corresponding to the sliding plates are formed in the side walls of the sides, close to the back plate, of the two sliding seats, the ends, away from the back plate, of the two sliding plates are slidably arranged in the two second sliding grooves correspondingly, rotary tables are rotationally arranged on the two sliding seats, and rotary grooves corresponding to the rotary tables are formed in the two sliding seats. According to the robot part welding device, parts needing to be welded can be rapidly fixed to the needed longitudinal and transverse positions, the inclination angle of the parts can be rapidly adjusted, the operation that the parts are manually held by hands to conduct robot part welding operation is replaced, labor force is saved, and the stability of the parts during welding is improved.
