Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to an oil agent for cosmetics and cosmetics containing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a cosmetic oil agent which has a good thick feeling when applied to skin in a high temperature and high humidity state, has an excellent penetration feeling into the skin in a high temperature and high humidity state, and has little unpleasant adsorption feeling after application, an emulsified cosmetic containing the cosmetic oil agent, and a cosmetic containing the cosmetic oil agent and an inorganic powder. Background Art
[0002] Since dry skin and rough skin are not only found on the face but also on the hands, feet and other parts of the body, skin care cosmetics have traditionally been used for the purpose of moisturizing the skin or preventing skin dryness. As the feeling of use pursued by such skin care cosmetics, in addition to the moisturizing feeling that is an essential characteristic of skin care cosmetics, the thick feeling when applied and the feeling of penetration into the skin can also be cited. Therefore, for the oily agent mixed into the skin care cosmetics for the purpose of improving the moisturizing feeling, it is also required to propose an oily agent with excellent thick feeling when applied and the feeling of penetration into the skin. Patent Document 1 discloses that, in order to improve the penetration feeling into the skin, one or more selected from esters of oleic acid and alcohols having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, liquid higher alcohols having 12 to 24 carbon atoms, and liquid higher fatty acids having 12 to 24 carbon atoms are used as skin-penetrating components in an emulsified skin external preparation. However, according to the technology described in Patent Document 1, an emulsified skin external preparation having excellent penetration feeling into the skin can be obtained, but there is a problem that the thickness feeling during application is insufficient as the penetration feeling into the skin is improved.
[0003] Patent document 2 proposes an emulsified cosmetic composition containing, as an oil component, a higher alcohol that is solid at room temperature and a higher alcohol that is liquid at room temperature, phospholipids, and oily components other than the higher alcohols in a specific content ratio, which can impart an effect of adjusting skin texture, making the skin smooth, and making the skin plump, elastic, and soft the next morning. However, in recent years, from the viewpoint of convenience, skin care cosmetics are required to be applied to wet skin after bathing or to skin in a high-temperature and high-humidity state after towel drying. However, the emulsified cosmetics described in Patent Document 2 do not have a sufficient sense of penetration into skin in a high-temperature and high-humidity state.
[0004] Patent document 3 discloses: an O / W type emulsified skin external composition containing an oily component that is liquid or semisolid at 25°C, a multi-chain multi-hydrophilic surfactant having multiple long-chain hydrophobic groups and multiple hydrophilic groups in the molecule, and an emulsifying polymer, wherein the oily component has excellent residual properties on the skin and can be used on moist skin. However, although the O / W type emulsified skin external composition described in Patent Document 3 has an excellent thick feeling when applied to wet skin, the feeling of penetration into the skin is insufficient.
[0005] Furthermore, based on the recent popularization of smartphones, navigation systems, etc., from the perspective of the operability of liquid crystal screens, if the applied cosmetics remain on the skin, fingerprints will adhere to the liquid crystal screen, the sliding property will deteriorate, and an unpleasant feeling of residue on the screen will become a problem, and it is desired to develop a cosmetic that can improve the unpleasant feeling of residue. However, it is extremely difficult to realize a cosmetic product that maintains a heavy feel when applied to skin in a high-temperature and high-humidity state, has excellent penetration into the skin in a high-temperature and high-humidity state, and improves the unpleasant adsorption feeling.
[0006] In addition, in the cosmetics containing powders such as foundation and sunscreen cosmetics, inorganic powders such as white pigment, coloring pigment, ultraviolet scattering agent (titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, etc.) are used. These inorganic powders have a coloring effect or an effect of protecting against ultraviolet rays that makes the skin look beautiful. On the other hand, in the above-mentioned cosmetics, in addition to the main functions such as coloring and ultraviolet protection, the use feeling such as the heavy feeling during coating, the skin-friendly feeling with the skin, and the spreadability on the skin are also taken seriously. If the content of inorganic powder is increased in order to improve the functions such as the above-mentioned coloring and ultraviolet protection, dryness and friction will be significantly caused when the cosmetics are applied to the skin, and the use feeling is reduced.
[0007] For example, Patent Document 4 proposes the following technology: in an oil-in-water emulsified cosmetic containing 2.5% to 30% by mass of an ultraviolet scattering agent having a hydrophobic surface, a hydrophobically modified alkyl cellulose is used as an emulsifier, and a water-soluble thickener with low salt resistance is further used to impart a watery feeling in use. However, although the oil-in-water emulsified cosmetic proposed in Patent Document 4 has a good skin-friendly feeling in use, the dry feeling and friction feeling when applied to the skin still have room for improvement. In addition, the above-mentioned Patent Document 3 discloses an O / W type emulsified skin external composition having excellent residual property of the oily component on the skin, comprising an oily component that is liquid or semisolid at 25° C., a multi-chain multi-hydrophilic surfactant having multiple long-chain hydrophobic groups and multiple hydrophilic groups in the molecule, and an emulsifying polymer. Although the O / W type emulsified skin external composition described in Patent Document 3 has an excellent effect of leaving the oily component on the skin after being applied to wet skin and rinsed off, the skin-friendly feeling is insufficient. Furthermore, cosmetics are used in various situations such as after washing the face, skin care, and bathing, but when the skin is wet, the desired feeling of use is often not obtained. In particular, there is the following problem: when the cosmetics are directly applied to wet skin, it is difficult to achieve both a heavy feeling and a skin-friendly feel. Therefore, there is a demand for a cosmetic product in which the dry feeling and frictional feeling due to the inclusion of an inorganic powder are suppressed and a balance is achieved between a thick feeling and a skin-friendly feel when applied to moist skin. The content of the component (A) in the powder-containing cosmetic of the present invention is 0.5% by mass to 60% by mass. When the content of the component (A) is less than 0.5% by mass, the effect of suppressing the dry feeling after application and the frictional feeling during application cannot be sufficiently obtained, and the heavy feeling when applied to wet skin may also be insufficient. The content of the component (A) is preferably 1% by mass or more, more preferably 2.5% by mass or more, from the viewpoint of the effect of suppressing the dry feeling after application and the frictional feeling during application, and the heavy feeling when applied to wet skin. If the content of the component (A) exceeds 60% by mass, the effect of suppressing the dry feeling after application and the frictional feeling during application may be insufficient, and the skin-friendly feeling with wet skin may be deteriorated. From the viewpoint of improving the touch when applied to the skin such as a dry feeling and a frictional feeling, and the skin-friendly feel with moist skin, the content of the component (A) is preferably 40% by mass or less, more preferably 30% by mass or less, further preferably 20% by mass or less, and particularly preferably 15% by mass or less.
[0038] In the powder-containing cosmetic of the present invention, the branched primary alcohol having 12 to 19 carbon atoms contained as the component (B) is as described above with respect to the cosmetic oil of the present invention. The content of the component (B) in the powder-containing cosmetic of the present invention is preferably 0.01% by mass to 30% by mass. When the content of the component (B) is less than 0.01% by mass, the effect of suppressing the dry feeling after application and the frictional feeling during application cannot be sufficiently obtained, and the skin-friendly feeling when applied to wet skin may be insufficient. The content of the component (B) is preferably 0.05% by mass or more, more preferably 0.1% by mass or more, from the viewpoint of the effect of suppressing the dry feeling after application and the frictional feeling during application and the skin-friendly feeling when applied to wet skin. If the content of the component (B) exceeds 30% by mass, the effect of suppressing the dry feeling after application and the frictional feeling during application is insufficient, and the heavy feeling when applied to wet skin and the skin-friendly feeling with wet skin may be deteriorated. The content of the component (B) is preferably 20% by mass or less, more preferably 10% by mass or less, from the viewpoint of the effect of suppressing the dry feeling after application to the skin and the frictional feeling when applied to the skin, and the heavy feeling when applied to wet skin and the skin-friendly feeling with wet skin.
[0039] The content ratio of the component (A) to the component (B) [(A) / (B)] in the powder-containing cosmetic of the present invention is 2.3 to 99 in terms of mass ratio. When the ratio [(A) / (B)] is less than 2.3, the effect of suppressing the dry feeling after application and the friction feeling during application is insufficient, and the heavy feeling when applied to wet skin and the skin-friendly feeling with wet skin may be deteriorated. If the ratio [(A) / (B)] is greater than 99, the effect of suppressing the dry feeling after application and the frictional feeling during application may be insufficient, and the skin-friendly feeling with wet skin may be deteriorated. From the viewpoint of improving the touch feeling when applied to the skin such as dry feeling and friction feeling, the heavy feeling when applied to wet skin, and the skin-friendly feeling with wet skin, the above ratio [(A) / (B)] is preferably 3 or more, more preferably 4 or more. Furthermore, the above ratio [(A) / (B)] is preferably 30 or less, more preferably 20 or less, and even more preferably 10 or less.
[0040] The total content of the components (A) and (B) in the powder-containing cosmetic of the present invention is 1% to 60% by mass, preferably 3% or more by mass. In addition, the total content of the components (A) and (B) is preferably 50% by mass or less, more preferably 40% by mass or less, further preferably 30% by mass or less, and particularly preferably 20% by mass or less. When the total content of the components (A) and (B) in the powder-containing cosmetic of the present invention is less than 1% by mass, the effect of improving the texture when applied to the skin may not be fully exhibited. On the other hand, when the total content of the components (A) and (B) exceeds 60% by mass, the effect of suppressing the frictional feeling during application is insufficient, and the skin-friendly feeling with wet skin may be deteriorated.
[0041] In the powder-containing cosmetic of the present invention, components (A) and (B) may be those prepared in advance using the above-mentioned cosmetic oil of the present invention.
[0042] The inorganic powder contained as the component (F) in the powder-containing cosmetic of the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it is a substance generally used as an inorganic pigment in cosmetics. Specifically, for example, inorganic body pigments (e.g., silica, talc, kaolin, mica, aluminum oxide, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, barium sulfate, etc.); inorganic white pigments (e.g., titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, zirconium oxide, etc.); inorganic red pigments (e.g., red iron (ferric oxide), iron titanate, etc.); inorganic brown pigments (e.g., γ-ferric oxide, etc.); inorganic yellow pigments (e.g., yellow iron oxide (iron oxyhydroxide and ferrous hydroxide), ochre yellow, etc.); inorganic black pigments (e.g., black iron oxide (ferric oxide), low-valent titanium oxide, carbon black, etc.); inorganic purple pigments (e.g., manganese violet, cobalt violet (cobalt phosphate, hydrated ammonium cobalt phosphate, etc.)); inorganic green pigments (e.g., chromium oxide, hydrogen phosphate, etc.); chromium oxide, cobalt titanate, etc.); inorganic cyan pigments (for example, cobalt blue (cobalt aluminate), ultramarine (complex sodium aluminum sulfide silicate), cyan (ferrous cyanide, ammonium ferrous cyanide), etc.); pearlescent pigments (for example, mica titanium (mica coated with titanium dioxide), bismuth oxychloride coated with titanium dioxide, talc coated with titanium dioxide, bismuth oxychloride, etc.); colored pearlescent pigments (for example, mica coated with iron oxide, mica titanium coated with iron oxide, mica titanium coated with carbon black, mica titanium coated with black iron oxide, mica titanium coated with iron hydroxide, mica titanium coated with cyan, mica titanium coated with chromium hydroxide, mica titanium coated with chromium oxide, mica titanium coated with cobalt titanate, mica coated with low-valent titanium oxide, etc.), metal powder pigments (for example, aluminum powder, copper powder, etc.), etc.
[0043] In the present invention, as the (F) component, a powder obtained by surface-treating the inorganic pigment as described above using the following substances can be used: an inorganic compound such as silica, alumina, zirconium oxide, or an organic compound such as an organosilicon compound, a fluorine compound (perfluoroalkyl phosphate, perfluoroalkyl phosphate, perfluoroalkyl silane, etc.), a silane coupling agent, an N-acylamino acid (N-stearoyl-L-glutamic acid, etc.), a metal soap (aluminum stearate, etc.), and an amino acid. For the purpose of the present invention, it is preferred to use physical pigments such as silica, talc, and mica; white pigments such as titanium dioxide and zinc oxide; iron oxide (red iron oxide, yellow iron oxide, black iron oxide, etc.); and alumina-treated powders and hydrophobic-treated powders (organosilicon-treated powders, N-acylamino acid-treated powders, metal soap-treated powders, etc.) of these.
[0044] The average particle size of the inorganic powder contained as the component (F) in the powder-containing cosmetic of the present invention is 10 nm to 100 μm, preferably 10 nm to 2 μm, more preferably 10 nm to 1 μm, further preferably 10 nm to 300 nm, particularly preferably 10 nm to 50 nm. Here, the "average particle size" refers to the average particle size of primary particles of the inorganic powder, and is measured by a dynamic light scattering method or a laser diffraction / scattering method.
[0045] In the present invention, the component (F) may be used alone or in combination of two or more. As the component (F), commercially available products provided by various companies for cosmetic purposes can be used.
[0046] The content of the component (F) in the powder-containing cosmetic of the present invention is 2% by mass to 50% by mass. When the content of the component (F) is less than 2% by mass, a heavy feeling when applied to wet skin and a skin-friendly feeling with wet skin tend not to be obtained. From the viewpoint of a thick feeling when applied to the skin and a skin-friendly feeling with moist skin, the content of the component (F) in the powder-containing cosmetic of the present invention is preferably 2.5% by mass or more, more preferably 5% by mass or more, further preferably 10% by mass or more, and particularly preferably 18% by mass or more. On the other hand, when the content of the component (F) exceeds 50% by mass, a dry feeling after application or a frictional feeling during application may occur. The content of the component (F) is preferably 40% by mass or less, more preferably 35% by mass or less, from the viewpoint of a dry feeling after application and a frictional feeling during application.
[0047] Furthermore, within the scope that does not impair the characteristics of the present invention, the powder-containing cosmetics of the present invention may contain the following other ingredients that can be used in cosmetics as needed: solvents such as water and lower alcohols; oils other than components (A) and (B), such as hydrocarbon oils, higher fatty acids, waxes, silicone oils, ester oils, etc.; surfactants, emulsifiers, dispersants, suspending agents, humectants, thickeners, antioxidants, stabilizers, preservatives, pearlescent agents, pH adjusters, ultraviolet absorbers, hydrotropes, organic pigments, pigments, bactericides, anti-inflammatory agents, astringents, cooling agents, fragrances, plant extracts and other additives.
[0048] The powder-containing cosmetic of the present invention can be produced by a conventional production method adopted according to the form of the cosmetic. For example, in the case of an emulsified cosmetic, the cosmetic can be prepared by the following methods: a mechanical emulsification method in which the components (A), (B), and (F), additives added as needed, and water are mixed, and shear force is applied using a homogenizer, a homogenizer, a high-pressure homogenizer, etc., and the mixture is mixed to emulsify the mixture; an agent-in-water method in which the component (F) is dispersed in an aqueous phase containing a hydrophilic additive and an emulsifier added as needed, and an oil phase containing a lipophilic additive added as needed is added under stirring; an agent-in-oil method in which the component (F) is dispersed in an oil phase containing a lipophilic additive and an emulsifier added as needed, and an aqueous phase containing a hydrophilic additive added as needed is added under stirring, etc.
[0049] The powder-containing cosmetics of the present invention can be provided as, for example, oily cosmetics, or emulsified cosmetics of the oil-in-water type or the water-in-oil type, and can be provided as the following products: skin cosmetics such as lotions, massage creams, face creams, and moisturizing creams; body cosmetics such as hand creams, foot creams, and body milks; sunscreen cosmetics such as sunscreen lotions and sunscreen creams; base makeup cosmetics such as base makeup milks and base makeup creams; base cosmetics such as liquid foundations and foundation creams; key color makeup cosmetics such as eye shadows, blushers, and lip glosses, etc. Since the powder-containing cosmetic of the present invention can contain inorganic powder having a coloring effect and an ultraviolet protection effect, it can be provided particularly suitably as a sunscreen cosmetic, a base makeup cosmetic, a foundation cosmetic, and the like.
[0050] The powder-containing cosmetic of the present invention can suppress the dry feeling and frictional feeling caused by containing inorganic powder, and can achieve both a thick feeling and a skin-friendly feeling when applied to moist skin. Therefore, the powder-containing cosmetic of the present invention is suitable for moist skin after washing the face or skin care, or after bathing. [Example]
[0051] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in further detail based on examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples.
[0052] First, examples of the cosmetic oil of the present invention will be described. [Examples 1 to 7 and Comparative Examples 1 to 5] Cosmetic Oils According to the composition shown in Table 1, the components in Table 1 were uniformly mixed to prepare the cosmetic oils of Examples 1 to 7 and the cosmetic oils of Comparative Examples 1 to 5. In addition, as the (A) component, (A') component, (B) component and (B') component in Table 1, commercially available products provided for cosmetic applications were used. Each of the cosmetic oils of Examples 1 to 7 and Comparative Examples 1 to 5 was evaluated for its weightiness and penetration when applied to skin in a high-temperature, high-humidity state as described below. The evaluation results are shown in Table 1.
[0053] (1) Heaviness when applied to skin in high temperature and high humidity conditions 20 female testers (22 to 40 years old) soaked their forearms in 40°C hot water for 5 minutes, gently wiped off the water with a towel, and then immediately applied about 1g of each cosmetic oil of Examples 1 to 7 and Comparative Examples 1 to 5 to the inner side of the forearm, spread it with fingers, and evaluated the thick feeling at this time according to the following evaluation criteria. The total score of the 20 people was calculated, and based on the sum of the scores, the thick feeling when applied to the skin in a high temperature and high humidity state was judged according to the following judgment criteria. The cosmetic oil that obtained the judgment of "0" or "◎" was evaluated as a cosmetic oil with a good thick feeling when applied to the skin in a high temperature and high humidity state. <Evaluation Criteria> 2 points: When applied to the skin, a very good thick feeling is felt. 1 point: When applied to the skin, a relatively good thick feeling is felt. 0 points: When applied to the skin, the thick feeling is not felt. <Judgment Criteria> ◎: The total score is 35 points or more ○: The total score is 30 points or more and 34 points or less △: The total score is 20 points or more and 29 points or less ×: The total score is less than 19 points
[0054] (2) Penetration into the skin under high temperature and high humidity 20 female testers (22 to 40 years old) soaked their forearms in 40°C hot water for 5 minutes, gently removed the water with a towel, and then immediately applied about 1g of each cosmetic oil of Examples 1 to 7 and Comparative Examples 1 to 5 to the inner side of the forearm, smeared with fingers, and evaluated the penetration feeling at this time according to the following evaluation criteria. The total score of the 20 people was calculated, and based on the sum of the scores, the penetration feeling of the skin in the high temperature and high humidity state was judged according to the following judgment criteria. [0055]
Table 1
[0056] As shown in Table 1, the cosmetic oils of Examples 1 to 7 were evaluated to be good in both the thick feeling when applied to the skin in a high temperature and high humidity state and the penetration feeling into the skin in a high temperature and high humidity state. In particular, the cosmetic oils of Examples 4 to 6 containing 95 mass%, 80 mass% and 90 mass% of 2-octyl-1-dodecanol as the component (A) and 2-pentyl-1-dodecanol, 16-methyl-1-heptadecanol and 2-octyl-1-decanol as the component (B) were evaluated to have both a very good thick feeling when applied to the skin in a high temperature and high humidity state and a very good penetration feeling into the skin in a high temperature and high humidity state. On the other hand, the cosmetic oil of Comparative Example 1 not containing the component (B) was evaluated to have insufficient thickness when applied to skin in a high-temperature, high-humidity state and poor penetration into skin in a high-temperature, high-humidity state. The cosmetic oil of Comparative Example 2 not containing the component (A) was evaluated to have a poor sense of thickness when applied to the skin in a high-temperature, high-humidity state, and to have an insufficient sense of penetration into the skin in a high-temperature, high-humidity state. The cosmetic oil of Comparative Example 3, in which the content of component (A) was less than 70% by mass and the content of component (B) was more than 30% by mass, was evaluated as having insufficient thickness and penetration into the skin under high temperature and high humidity conditions when applied to the skin under high temperature and high humidity conditions. The cosmetic oil of Comparative Example 5, which contains behenyl alcohol (a straight-chain primary alcohol having 22 carbon atoms) as the component (A') instead of a part of the component (A) and the content of the component (A) is less than 70% by mass, and cetyl alcohol (a straight-chain primary alcohol having 16 carbon atoms) as the component (B') instead of the component (B), was evaluated as having poor penetration into the skin under high temperature and high humidity conditions.
[0057] Next, examples are shown for the emulsified cosmetic of the present invention. [Examples 8 to 17, Comparative Examples 6 to 13] Emulsified Cosmetics According to the compositions shown in Tables 2 and 3, emulsified cosmetics containing the cosmetic oils of Examples 1 to 7 and Comparative Examples 1 to 5 were prepared by the method shown below as Examples 8 to 17 and Comparative Examples 6 to 13. The common additive components in Tables 2 and 3 are shown in Table 4. In addition, as the (C) component, (D) component and (E) component in Tables 2 and 3 and the components shown in Table 4, commercially available products provided for cosmetic applications were used. <Preparation method> Each cosmetic oil of Examples 1 to 7 and Comparative Examples 1 to 5 in Tables 2 and 3, component (C), component (D), component (E), common additives and water were mixed, heated to 75° C. to 80° C., mixed by applying shear force using a homomixer at this temperature, emulsified and then cooled to prepare an emulsified cosmetic.
[0058] Each of the emulsified cosmetics of Examples 8 to 17 and Comparative Examples 6 to 13 was evaluated for (1) the weighty feeling when applied to skin in a high temperature and high humidity state, (2) the penetration feeling through the skin in a high temperature and high humidity state, and (3) the unpleasant adsorption feeling after application. Similar to the above-mentioned cosmetic oil, the weighty feeling when applied to the skin in a high temperature and high humidity state and the penetration feeling on the skin in a high temperature and high humidity state were evaluated. In addition, the unpleasant adsorption feeling after application was evaluated by the method shown below.
[0059] (3) Unpleasant adsorption feeling after application 20 female testers (22 to 40 years old) applied about 1g of each emulsified cosmetic of Examples 8 to 17 and Comparative Examples 6 to 13, and then immediately operated a liquid crystal screen with their fingers, and evaluated the unpleasant adsorption feeling felt at this time according to the following evaluation criteria. The sum of the scores of the 20 people was calculated, and based on the sum of the scores, the unpleasant adsorption feeling after application was judged using the following judgment criteria. Emulsified cosmetics that were judged as "0" or "◎" were evaluated as emulsified cosmetics with less unpleasant adsorption feeling. <Evaluation Criteria> 2 points: When touching the LCD screen, fingerprints are not obvious, fingers do not feel sucked by the screen, and no unpleasant suction feeling is felt. 1 point: When touching the LCD screen, fingerprints are slightly visible, and fingers feel slightly sucked by the screen, with a slightly unpleasant suction feeling. 0 points: When touching the LCD screen, fingerprints are obvious, and fingers feel like they are sucked by the screen, giving an unpleasant suction feeling. <Judgment Criteria> ◎: The total score is 35 points or more ○: The total score is 30 points or more and 34 points or less △: The total score is 20 points or more and 29 points or less ×: The total score is less than 19 points The evaluation results are shown in Tables 2 and 3.

The emulsified cosmetic of Comparative Example 11, which contains the cosmetic oil of Comparative Example 3 in which the content of component (A) is less than 70% by mass and the content of component (B) is greater than 30% by mass, was evaluated as having insufficient thickness when applied to skin in a high temperature and high humidity state and having a slight unpleasant feeling after application. The emulsified cosmetic of Comparative Example 12, which contains the cosmetic oil of Comparative Example 4 in which a part of component (A) is replaced by component (A') (a straight-chain primary alcohol having 22 carbon atoms) and the content of component (A) is less than 70% by mass, was evaluated as having poor penetration into the skin under high temperature and high humidity conditions and having an unpleasant adsorption feeling after application. The emulsified cosmetic of Comparative Example 13, which contains the cosmetic oil of Comparative Example 5 containing the component (B') (a linear primary alcohol having 16 carbon atoms) instead of the component (B), was evaluated as having poor penetration into the skin at high temperature and high humidity and having a slightly unpleasant adsorption feeling after application. The emulsified cosmetic of Comparative Example 6, which contained the cosmetic oil of Example 5 but whose content was less than 1% by mass, and the emulsified cosmetic of Comparative Example 8, which contained the cosmetic oil of Example 5 but whose content was more than 60% by mass, were evaluated as insufficiently permeating into the skin at high temperature and high humidity, and having a slightly unpleasant adsorption feeling after application. The emulsified cosmetic of Comparative Example 7 not containing the component (C) was evaluated as having poor penetration into the skin in a high-temperature and high-humidity state and having an unpleasant adsorption feeling after application.
