[0022] Hereinafter, a mode for carrying out the present invention (hereinafter referred to as “embodiment”) will be described in detail with reference to the drawings as appropriate.

[0023] Figure 1 This is a perspective view showing a state where the electric vacuum cleaner and accessories according to the present embodiment are stored in a storage stand.

[0024] like Figure 1 As shown, the electric vacuum cleaner 100 can be changed to a handheld state, a rod state, and other various use states for cleaning. In addition, the electric vacuum cleaner 100 has a storage unit for storing the electric blower 40 (see Figure 3 ), an extension tube 300 connected to the vacuum cleaner body 1, and a standard suction port (electric brush) 400 connected to the extension tube 300, can be used as a pole state vacuum cleaner. In addition, by removing the extension tube 300 and the standard suction port 400 from the vacuum cleaner body 1, it can be used as a handheld state vacuum cleaner.

[0025] The charging stand 200 (storage stand) for storing the electric vacuum cleaner 100 stores the electric vacuum cleaner 100 in a pole state, and is configured to include a base member 201 , a stand member 202 , a support column 203 , and a holder member 204 .

[0026] In addition, the charging station 200 stores gap suction port 410 (gap cleaning suction port), broom-type suction port 420, small suction port 430, etc. as accessories. The gap suction port 410, broom-type suction port 420, and small suction port 430 are inserted into the accessory storage portion 201e formed in the base member 201 and are held in a state where the front end faces upward. In addition, an extension hose 440 with a handle is installed on the charging station 200.

[0027] Figure 2 It is a perspective view showing the vacuum cleaner main body from which the extension pipe and the suction port are removed from the electric vacuum cleaner according to the present embodiment.

[0028] like Figure 2 As shown, the vacuum cleaner body 1 includes a dust box 2 (dust collecting unit), a battery 3 , a main body 10 , and a motor 11 .

[0029] The main body 10 is connected to an extension tube 300 (see Figure 1 ), standard suction port 400 (refer to Figure 1 ) etc., forming an inlet 10a for introducing dust-containing air. The inlet 10a constitutes the outer profile (outer surface) of the vacuum cleaner body 1 and is formed of recycled polypropylene resin (hereinafter referred to as recycled PP resin). In addition, a gap suction port 410 (see Figure 1 )、Broom-type suction port 420 (refer to Figure 1 )、Small suction port 430 (refer to Figure 1 )、Extension hose 440 (refer to Figure 1 )、Extension tube 300 (refer to Figure 1 ), standard suction port 400 (refer to Figure 1 ).

[0030] The main body 10 has a dust box 2 detachably mounted thereon, and a flow path is formed therein for sending the air containing dust sucked from the introduction portion 10 a into the dust box 2 .

[0031] The motor unit 11 has a built-in electric blower 40 (see Figure 3 ) and the main substrate 50 (refer to Figure 3 ) of the motor housing case 11a (electric blower housing case). In the motor housing case 11a, an exhaust cover 15 is provided at the electric blower 40, the main body substrate 50, and the exhaust port for exhausting air.

[0032] A substantially cylindrical connecting portion 10b is formed between the motor portion 11 and the dust box 2 for introducing clean air collected by the dust box 2 into the motor portion 11. The connecting portion 10b is provided with an input socket 10c connected to a terminal (not shown) of the charging station 200.

[0033] In addition, the main body 10 is provided with a handle 12. The handle 12 is provided at the rear side of the main body 10 and is configured to be substantially triangular in shape when viewed from the side. In addition, since the handle 12 is substantially triangular in shape when viewed from the side, the user can hold the handle 12 in an easy-to-use position (easy-to-hold position) to use the device in accordance with the user's usage.

[0034] In addition, an operation switch 12a is provided on the upper surface of the handle portion 12. The operation switch 12a is composed of three buttons, for example, "strong", "standard", and "on / off". In addition, a button for removing the extension tube 300 (see Figure 1 ) and the like. By pressing the release button 13, the lock between the main body 10 and the accessory is released, and the accessory can be removed from the main body 10.

[0035] In addition, the front end of the introduction part 10a is opened, and a brush member 14 is installed along the opening. The brush member 14 is made of a material that can be elastically deformed (flexibly deformed) such as nylon resin. By installing such a brush member 14 on the introduction part 10a, garbage on the cleaning target surface can be cleaned, and by pressing the front end of the brush member 14 to the ground, the suction force can be increased.

[0036] The battery 3 is used to supply power to the electric blower 40 (see Figure 3 ), standard suction port 400 and other components for supplying power are composed of rechargeable secondary batteries such as lithium ion and nickel-metal hydride. In addition, the storage battery 3 is arranged with a plurality of battery cells (not shown), and the surroundings are covered by a roughly semi-cylindrical battery storage case 3a (battery storage case) made of synthetic resin. In addition, the storage battery 3 is supported in a manner that can slide in the front-to-back direction, and can be removed from the main body 10 by sliding the battery storage case 3a backward.

[0037] The dust box 2 is a cyclone type, and has the function of separating the dust-containing air sucked from the inlet 10a into dust and air and collecting the dust. In addition, the dust box 2 is arranged in front of the connecting portion 10b with the axial direction as the front-to-back direction, and has a substantially cylindrical storage portion 2a. The storage portion 2a has a storage portion opening on the front surface. In addition, a substantially rectangular inlet 2b connected to the main body 10 is formed on the upper surface (side surface) of the dust box 2 (see FIG. 2 ). Figure 3 The dust-containing air flowing into the inlet 2b becomes a rotating flow, and the centrifugal force acts on the dust, and after the dust and air are separated in the dust box 2, the air separated from the dust is discharged from the rear (back) of the dust box 2. In addition, a filter (not shown) such as a high-density HEPA filter (High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter) is provided in the dust box 2.

[0038] In addition, a cover 2c is rotatably supported on the front surface of the dust box 2 via a hinge portion (not shown) relative to the storage portion 2a. The cover 2c is opened and closed when discarding dust accumulated in the dust box 2. The storage portion opening is closed by closing the cover 2c. In addition, a cover locking mechanism (not shown) for unlocking the cover 2c is provided on the upper portion of the cover 2c.

[0039] Figure 3 yes Figure 2 An exploded perspective view of a vacuum cleaner body.

[0040] like Figure 3 As shown, the main body 10 of the vacuum cleaner body 1 is composed of a plurality of components. That is, the main body 10 has: a base 10d constituting the inside of the introduction portion 10a and the inner side of the handle portion 12; an upper surface cover 12b provided on the upper surface side of the base 10d; a left side cover 12c provided on the left side of the base 10d; and a right side cover 12d provided on the right side of the base 10d.

[0041] The base 10d is configured to include: a plane portion 10d1 located above the motor portion 11 and extending in the front-to-back direction; a tubular flow path portion 10d2 extending forward from the plane portion 10d1; a front inclined portion 10d3 extending backward and obliquely upward from the boundary between the plane portion 10d1 and the flow path portion 10d2; and a rear inclined portion 10d4 extending forward and obliquely upward from the rear end of the plane portion 10d1 and connected to the front inclined portion 10d3. The front inclined portion 10d3 and the rear inclined portion 10d4 are formed in a concave shape with the upper side open. In addition, a substrate 51 for operating the switch 12a is provided on the front inclined portion 10d.

[0042] The introduction portion 10a is formed of a member different from the base portion 10d. The introduction portion 10a forms an outer shell (outer surface) and is provided so as to cover the periphery of the front end of the flow path portion 10d2.

[0043] The communicating portion 10b is formed of a member different from the base portion 10d. The communicating portion 10b is a structure constituting an outer shell (outer surface) and is provided so as to cover the opening at the front end of the motor housing case 11a.

[0044] The inlet 10a, the connecting part 10b and the base 10d are formed by resin molding of recycled PP resin. By using recycled PP in this way, the environmental burden can be reduced. In addition, recycled PP is not pure polypropylene resin, but a substance that can be recycled from used products and waste generated from the manufacturing process and used as a material or raw material for new products. Figure 3 In the figure, the introduction portion 10a, the communication portion 10b, and the base portion 10d formed of recycled PP resin are indicated with small dots.

[0045] The upper surface cover 12b includes a handle-side upper surface portion 12b1 disposed on the upper surface side of the front inclined portion 10d3 and the rear inclined portion 10d4 and a flow path-side upper surface portion 12b2 disposed on the upper surface side of the flow path portion 10d2, which are formed by a single member.

[0046] The rectangular flow path side surface portion 12c1 provided on the left side surface of the flow path portion 10d2 and the handle side surface portion 12c2 provided long in the front-rear direction along the flat surface portion 10d1 in the left side surface cover 12c are constituted by a single member.

[0047] In the right side cover 12d, a rectangular flow path side surface portion 12d1 provided on the right side surface of the flow path portion 10d2 and a handle side surface portion 12d2 provided long in the front-rear direction along the flat surface portion 10d1 are formed by a single member.

[0048] The upper surface cover 12b, the left side cover 12c, and the right side cover 12d are made of recycled polycarbonate resin (hereinafter referred to as recycled PC resin). By using recycled PC in this way, the environmental burden can be reduced. In addition, recycled PC is not pure polycarbonate resin, but a material that can be recycled from used products and waste discharged from the manufacturing process and used as a material or raw material for new products. Figure 3 In the figure, the top surface cover 12b, the left side cover 12c, and the right side cover 12d formed of recycled PC are indicated with larger dots than those in the case of recycled PP.

[0049] The motor housing 11a houses the electric blower 40 that easily generates heat, so it is necessary to use a non-flammable material. Therefore, the motor housing 11a is formed of a flame-retardant polycarbonate resin (hereinafter referred to as flame-retardant PC). In addition, flame-retardant PC is a material that is more difficult to burn than ordinary polycarbonate resin (PC). In addition, the motor housing 11a is a part of the appearance that is easily impacted, but it is not a recycled material and is a flame-retardant PC resin. In addition, Figure 3 In the diagram, there are no marked points.

[0050] The battery housing case 3a houses battery cells (not shown) that easily generate heat, so it is necessary to use a non-flammable material. Therefore, the battery housing case 3a is formed of a flame-retardant polycarbonate resin (hereinafter referred to as flame-retardant PC) like the motor housing case 11a. In addition, flame-retardant PC is a material that is more difficult to burn than ordinary polycarbonate resin (PC). In addition, the battery housing case 3a is a part of the appearance that is easily impacted, but it is not a recycled material and is a flame-retardant PC resin. In addition, in Figure 3 In the figure, there are no marked points.

[0051] In addition, the motor housing 11a is provided with an exhaust cover 15, but the exhaust cover 15 does not need to be flame retardant, so a common (pure) ABS resin (ABS resin not made of recycled materials, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin) is used. In addition, the exhaust cover 15 is not formed of flame-retardant PC because the electric blower 40 is already covered by the motor housing 11a made of flame-retardant PC resin. In addition, the exhaust cover 15 is not limited to the common pure ABS resin, and can also be formed of recycled ABS resin. This can reduce the environmental burden.

[0052] In addition, assembly Figure 3 The state after the components shown becomes Figure 2 .like Figure 2 As shown, the vacuum cleaner body 1 is provided with a regenerated PP introduction portion 10a at the front end of the main body 10 in a manner that is apparent in appearance. In addition, the plane portion 10d1 on the inner side of the handle portion 12 and the front inclined portion 10d3 and the rear inclined portion 10d4, which are the parts that are held by the hand, are made of regenerated PP and are configured in a manner that is apparent in appearance. In addition, the plane portion 10d1, the front inclined portion 10d3 and the rear inclined portion 10d4 are parts that are not easily impacted, so the use of regenerated PP achieves weight reduction.

[0053] However, in the pole-type electric vacuum cleaner 100, there is a tendency to require lightweighting in order to improve the ease of use. Therefore, in order to achieve lightweighting while increasing the utilization rate of recycled materials, if all parts are to be made of lightweight recycled PP, the possibility of the user accidentally applying impact to the visible parts becomes higher. On the contrary, if all parts are made of recycled PC, the weight becomes heavier. Therefore, the upper surface cover 12b of the handle part 12, which is a part that is easily impacted, and the left side cover 12c and the right side cover 12d corresponding to the left and right sides of the main body 10 are not formed of recycled PP, but are formed of recycled PC.

[0054] In addition, it is also important to provide users with products with good gloss and design. Compared with polypropylene resin, polycarbonate resin is preferably used. Polycarbonate has good color development and excellent appearance (aesthetics) compared with ABS and PP. Therefore, the upper surface cover 12b, the left side cover 12c and the right side cover 12d are formed by recycled PC. In addition, even if the PC (polycarbonate) resin is recycled PC resin, the design is better than PP resin.

[0055] In the cleaner body 1, the introduction portion 10a, the communication portion 10b, and the base portion 10d, which are portions that are less likely to be impacted when the cleaner body falls or hits an obstacle, are formed of recycled PP, thereby achieving weight reduction.

[0056] The electric blower 40 is disposed in a transverse direction with a rotation drive shaft (not shown) directed in the front-rear direction. The air discharged from the electric blower 40 flows to the main body substrate 50 disposed above the electric blower 40 to cool the main body substrate 50.

[0057] Various components that need to be cooled are mounted mainly on the lower surface of the main body substrate 50. Most of the air exhausted from the electric blower 40 flows so as to cool the components (heat generating components) arranged on the lower surface of the main body substrate 50.

[0058] Figure 4 It is a three-dimensional diagram of the extension tube.

[0059] like Figure 4 As shown, the extension tube 300 is a component used when the electric vacuum cleaner 100 is used in the rod state, and has a tubular portion 301 extending in a straight line and connected to the vacuum cleaner body 1 (see Figure 2 ) of the introduction portion 10a (refer to Figure 2 ) connected to the male connection portion 302, and the standard suction port 400 (refer to Figure 1 ) is connected to the female connecting portion 303. In addition, the extension tube 300 of this embodiment is a non-retractable structure, but it can also be a retractable structure.

[0060] In addition, the connection portion 302 is formed with a convex terminal portion 302a for electrically connecting to the vacuum cleaner body 1. In addition, the connection portion 303 is formed with a convex terminal portion 302a for electrically connecting to the standard suction port 400 (see Figure 1 ) is electrically connected to the concave terminal portion 303a. In addition, the connection portion 303 is provided with a Figure 1 ) and the operating component 303b that is operated when various accessories are provided.

[0061] In addition, the extension tube 300 has an electric wire 305 connecting the male terminal portion 302a and the female terminal portion 303a, and the electric wire 305 is arranged along the outer side of the tubular portion 301 in the axial direction. In addition, the extension tube 300 is provided with an electric wire cover 304 in a manner covering the electric wire 305. The electric wire cover 304 is formed of recycled PC. Figure 4 In the figure, the recycled PC portion is indicated by a large dot. In addition, the other tubular portion 301 and the connecting portions 302 and 303 are formed of ABS resin which is a non-recycled material.

[0062] Thus, the purpose of forming the wire cover 304 from recycled PC is not to improve strength but to improve design. For example, the wire cover 304 of the extension tube 300 is the part that faces the user when the electric vacuum cleaner 100 is stored in the charging station 200, and the texture of the appearance becomes important. Therefore, by forming the wire cover 304 that becomes part of the appearance of the extension tube 300 from recycled PC, the color development becomes better than that of ABS resin and PP resin, and the appearance can be improved without performing secondary processing such as painting.

[0063] Figure 5 It is a three-dimensional diagram of the suction port.

[0064] like Figure 5 As shown, the standard nozzle 400 is composed of: a nozzle body 401; a connecting portion 303 (see Figure 4 ) connected to the male connecting portion 402; the nozzle body 401 and the connecting portion 303 in a rotatable manner connecting the shaft portion 403; and the nozzle cover 404 covering the upper surface of the nozzle body 401.

[0065] The suction port body 401 has an electric brush (not shown), a motor that drives the electric brush to rotate, and the like. The suction port cover 404 is a rectangular component that covers the entire upper surface of the suction port body 401 and is the most conspicuous part of the suction port. The suction port cover 404 is a part that the user sees when in use, and is arranged in a state facing the user when the charging station 200 is stored, so the texture of the appearance becomes important. Therefore, by using recycled PC to form the suction port cover 404, the color development becomes better than that of ABS resin and PP resin, and the appearance can be improved without secondary processing such as painting.

[0066] Figure 6 2 is a perspective view showing an electric vacuum cleaner. Figure 6 and Figure 3 to Figure 5 Similarly, the diagram is illustrated in a manner that larger dots are marked on the parts of recycled PC, smaller dots are marked on the parts of recycled PP, and no dots are marked on the parts of flame-retardant PC (excluding the dust box 2, tubular part 301, connecting part 302, suction port body 401, and connecting part 402).

[0067] like Figure 6As shown, the upper surface cover 12b, the left side cover 12c, and the right side cover 12d are formed by recycled PC, which are the parts that are easily impacted when the electric vacuum cleaner 100 falls over. These are the protruding parts of the handle 12 that are most likely to be impacted when it falls over. By using recycled PC in such positions, it is possible to suppress damage to the electric vacuum cleaner 100. In addition, the flat surface portion 10d1, the front inclined portion 10d3, and the rear inclined portion 10d4 are formed by recycled PP, which are not easily impacted when the electric vacuum cleaner 100 falls over, thereby achieving lightweighting.

[0068] In addition, the introduction portion 10a and the connecting portion 10b are not portions to which a large impact is applied, and therefore are formed of recycled PP. For example, when the electric vacuum cleaner 100 is made black, the recycled PP becomes a darker black than the recycled PC, and the recycled PC becomes a bright black. In this way, by using dark black and bright black, the design can be further improved with highs and lows.

[0069] Figure 7 It is a three-dimensional diagram showing a storage table. Figure 8 This is an exploded perspective view of the storage table.

[0070] like Figure 7 and Figure 8 As shown, the charging stand 200 is configured to include a base member 201 , a stand member 202 , a support column 203 , and a holder member 204 .

[0071] like Figure 8 As shown, the base member 201 has a mounting surface 201a and an extension portion 201b. The mounting surface 201a is a portion of a substantially rectangular plate shape. The extension portion 201b is substantially in the shape of a truncated cone. The extension portion 201b is provided substantially perpendicularly to the mounting surface 201a. The central axis of the extension portion 201b is provided substantially in the center of the mounting surface 201a in the left-right direction and approximately 3 / 4 in the front-back direction.

[0072] A base protrusion shaped portion 201c is provided at the front end of the extension portion 201b to which the bracket member 202 can be mounted. In addition, a counterweight (not shown) is provided inside the base member 201, and when the electric vacuum cleaner 100 (see Figure 1 ) When the charging stand 200 is mounted, the charging stand 200 is not easy to fall over. A sloped portion 201d is formed with the same width in front of the base protrusion portion 201c. A plurality of accessory storage portions 201e are provided on the left and right of the extension portion 201b.

[0073] The bracket member 202 is substantially cylindrical, and has a concave portion 202a formed at the lower end thereof to fit into the base protrusion portion 201c of the base member 201. The bracket member 202 has a bracket protrusion portion 202b formed at the upper end thereof to which the support column 203 can be attached.

[0074] The support column 203 is formed in a cylindrical shape, and has a concave portion 203a formed at the lower end thereof to fit with the holder protrusion 202b of the holder member 202. The support column 203 has a support protrusion 203b formed at the upper end thereof to which the holder member 204 can be attached.

[0075] An output plug (not shown) of an AC adapter (not shown) for charging the battery 3 mounted on the vacuum cleaner body 1 is mounted on the holder member 204. When the vacuum cleaner body 1 is placed on the charging stand 200, the output plug (not shown) is connected to the input socket 10c (see FIG. Figure 2 ) is connected and charged.

[0076] In addition, a protrusion-shaped portion 204a that fits with the pillar protrusion-shaped portion 203b is formed on the lower surface of the retainer component 204. In addition, a cup portion 204b and a guide portion 204c are formed on the front of the retainer component 204. The cup portion 204b is provided so as to cover the periphery of the dust box 2 mounted on the vacuum cleaner body 1, and is easy to install when the vacuum cleaner body 1 is stored. The central axis of the cup portion 204b is coaxial with the central axis of the dust box 2, so that the dust box 2 can be stably held in the cup portion 204b.

[0077] The guide portion 204c is a component that guides the vacuum cleaner body 1 to the output plug (not shown) and prevents the vacuum cleaner body 1 from falling over. The vacuum cleaner body 1 is guided by the guide portion 204c and the cup portion 204b. The input socket 10c (see Figure 2 ) is engaged with an output plug (not shown) of the charging station 200, and the AC adapter (not shown) is electrically connected to the electric vacuum cleaner 100.

[0078] In addition, the base member 201 is formed of recycled ABS. In the charging station 200, since the heavy object is located on the upper side, it is necessary to apply a load to the base member 201 so that the charging station 200 does not fall over when tilted. ABS resin is a material that is more resistant to load than PP resin, so in this embodiment, the base member 201 is formed of recycled ABS resin. In this way, by using recycled ABS resin, the environmental burden can be reduced.

[0079] In addition, the support member 202, the pillar 203, and the retainer member 204 are formed of recycled PP. The charging station 200 is a component that is not expected to be conspicuous and is a relatively large component, so if it is conspicuous, it may give the user a sense of oppression. For example, in order to be inconspicuous, a black recycled material (recycled PP) is used. Since the color rendering of recycled PP is worse than that of recycled PC, the support member 202, the pillar 203, and the retainer member 204 can be made inconspicuous.

[0080] Fig. 9 It is a stereogram of the attachment.

[0081] like Fig. 9 As shown, the gap suction port 410 includes a nozzle body 411 and a nozzle 412 which is provided to be able to move forward and backward relative to the nozzle body 411. Fig. 9 The figure shows a state where the nozzle part 412 is accommodated in the nozzle main body part 411. In addition, the suction port main body part 411 is formed with a connection part 411a to be connected to the cleaner main body 1 or the extension pipe 300.

[0082] In addition, since the gap suction port 410 is not a component that requires strength, the entire part is formed of recycled PP. Figure 1 The broom-type suction port 420 shown as an accessory is formed of recycled PP except for the broom portion. Figure 1 The small suction nozzle 430 shown has a brush and is formed of normal (pure) ABS resin (not recycled material). Figure 1 The illustrated extension hose 440 is formed of conventional (pure) ABS resin.

[0083] As described above, the electric vacuum cleaner 100 of the present embodiment includes the vacuum cleaner body 1 that accommodates the electric blower 40. In the vacuum cleaner body 1, the upper surface cover 12b, the left side cover 12c, and the right side cover 12d, which are parts that are easily impacted, are formed of recycled PC resin, and the main body 10, the introduction part 10a, and the connecting part 10b, which are other parts, are formed of recycled PP resin (see Figure 2 , Figure 3 , Figure 6 ). Thus, by using the recycled PC at a location where an impact is easily applied, it is possible to suppress damage to the electric vacuum cleaner 100. In addition, by applying the recycled PC at a location where an impact is easily applied, that is, at a conspicuous position, it is possible to improve the design.

[0084] In addition, in this embodiment, the vacuum cleaner body 1 has a handle 12 above the electric blower 40. The outer side of the handle (upper surface cover 12b) is formed of recycled PC resin, and the inner side of the handle 12 (flat portion 10d1, front inclined portion 10d3, rear inclined portion 10d4) is formed of recycled PP resin (see Figure 2, Figure 3 , Figure 6 ). Thus, damage to the handle portion 12 that is easily impacted can be suppressed, and the appearance can be improved.

[0085] In addition, in this embodiment, the vacuum cleaner body 1 has a dust box 2 for collecting dust, and a connecting portion 10b that communicates with the dust box 2 and conveys the air exhausted from the dust box 2 to the electric blower 40. The connecting portion 10b is formed of recycled PP resin (see Figure 2 , Figure 3 , Figure 6 ). Thus, the introduction portion 10a is not a portion that is easily impacted and does not require strength, so that the weight can be reduced by using the recycled PP resin.

[0086] In addition, in this embodiment, the vacuum cleaner body 1 has an introduction portion 10a for introducing dust introduced into the vacuum cleaner body 1 into the dust collecting box 2. The introduction portion 10a is formed of recycled PP resin (see Figure 2 , Figure 3 , Figure 6 ). Thus, the introduction portion 10a is not a portion that is easily impacted and does not require strength, so that the weight can be reduced by using the recycled PP resin.

[0087] In addition, the present embodiment includes a motor housing case 11a that houses the electric blower 40. The motor housing case 11a is formed of a flame-retardant PC resin (see Figure 2 , Figure 3 , Figure 6 ). Thus, resistance to heat generated from electric blower 40 can be ensured, and safety can be ensured.

[0088] In addition, the present embodiment includes a battery housing case 3a that houses the battery 3 that supplies power to the electric blower 40. The battery housing case 3a is formed of a flame-retardant PC resin. This ensures resistance to heat generated by the battery 3 and ensures safety.

[0089] In addition, in this embodiment, there is an extension tube 300 connected to the vacuum cleaner body 1. The extension tube 300 has an electric wire 305 arranged along the axial direction of the extension tube 30, and a wire cover 304 covering the periphery of the electric wire 305. The wire cover 304 is formed of recycled PC resin (see Figure 4 , Figure 6 ). Thus, the designability during use and storage can be improved.

[0090] In addition, the present embodiment has a standard suction port 400 connected to the extension pipe 300 mounted on the vacuum cleaner body 1. The standard suction port 400 has a suction port cover 404 disposed on the upper surface of the standard suction port 400. The suction port cover 404 is formed of recycled PC resin (see Figure 5 , Figure 6 ). Thus, the designability during use and storage can be improved.

[0091] In addition, the charging stand 200 of this embodiment includes a base member 201 placed on the ground, a bracket member 202 connected to the base member 201, a support column 203 extending upward from the support member 202 and connected thereto, and a holder member 204 connected to the support column 203 and holding the vacuum cleaner body 1. The base member 201 is formed of recycled ABS resin. The bracket member 202, the support column 203, and the holder member 204 are formed of recycled PP resin (see Figure 7 , Figure 8 ). Thus, when used as the charging stand 200 for the stick-type electric vacuum cleaner 100, the load on the base member 201 can be ensured, and the user can feel that it is not conspicuous.

[0092] In addition, the gap suction port 410 as an accessory of this embodiment is formed of recycled PP resin (see Fig. 9 ). This can increase the utilization rate of recycled materials and achieve weight reduction.

[0093] In addition, the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment. In this embodiment, a pole-type electric vacuum cleaner 100 is used as an example for description, but it can also be applied to other types of electric vacuum cleaners such as a canister-type electric vacuum cleaner and a robot vacuum cleaner capable of autonomous movement. In addition, an electric vacuum cleaner 100 having a storage battery 3 is used as an example for description, but it can also be applied to an electric vacuum cleaner without a storage battery.
