Recycling and reusing method of waste circuit board

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of electronic wastes, and particularly relates to a waste circuit board recycling and reusing method which comprises the following steps: step 1, a preliminary decomposition stage of a waste circuit board: decomposing the waste circuit board into fragments suitable for follow-up treatment through a mechanical crushing and screening physical method; 2, a chemical leaching stage: dissolving metal components in the waste circuit board from the fragments by using a chemical solvent; 3, a metal recovery and separation stage: reducing metal ions dissolved in the solution into metal by adopting an electrolytic method; step 4, a harmful substance removal stage: removing harmful substances in the waste circuit board; 5, a resource reutilization and comprehensive utilization stage: through a recovery system unit, the recovered metal, plastic substrates and electronic component materials are extracted and utilized, and a feedback control system optimizes the resource recovery efficiency according to real-time data; and step 6, closed-loop treatment and environment-friendly compliance stage: treating wastewater, waste gas and solid waste through a closed-loop system unit.
