[0056] Hereinafter, an embodiment of a binding device for binding reinforcing bars using wires will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0057] <Overall Configuration Example of the Bundling Device of the First Embodiment>

[0058] Figure 1A is a perspective view showing an example of a strapping device according to the first embodiment, Figure 1B is a front view showing an example of the strapping device according to the first embodiment, Figure 1C is a rear view showing an example of the strapping device according to the first embodiment, Figure 1D 1 is a top view showing an example of the bundling device according to the first embodiment. Figure 1E This is a functional block diagram showing an example of the bundling device according to the first embodiment.

[0059] The bundling device 100A of the first embodiment includes: a reinforcing bar bundling machine 1A that uses wires W to bundle the intersections of reinforcing bars S arranged in a grid shape; and a bundling machine moving unit 10A that moves the reinforcing bar bundling machine 1A between a bundling position and a retreat position in a substantially vertical direction intersecting the arrangement surface of the reinforcing bars S.

[0060] The binding device 100A also includes a wire drawing unit 2A that draws out the wire W from a reel 20 around which the wire W used in the reinforcing bar binding machine 1A is wound, and a reel housing unit 200A that houses the reel 20 .

[0061] Furthermore, the binding device 100A further includes a traveling portion 14 that moves the entire binding device 100A along the surface on which the reinforcing bars S are arranged.

[0062] The binding device 100A has a structure in which the traveling section 14 moves by riding on the reinforcing bars S arranged in a lattice shape, and the arrangement surface of the reinforcing bars S is a substantially horizontal surface.

[0063] If the outline of the operation of the bundling device 100A is described, the bundling device 100A uses the traveling section 14 to move so that the position of the steel bar bundling machine 1A is aligned with the intersection of the steel bars S that are to be bundled. After the bundling machine moving section 10A moves the steel bar bundling machine 1A from the standby position to the bundling position, the steel bar bundling machine 1A uses the wire W to bundle the steel bars S.

[0064] When the reinforcing bar S is bundled by the reinforcing bar bundling machine 1A, the bundling machine moving unit 10A moves the reinforcing bar bundling machine 1A from the bundling position to the standby position. In addition, in accordance with the movement of the reinforcing bar bundling machine 1A from the bundling position to the standby position, the wire pulling unit 2A pulls out the wire W used in the next bundling operation from the reel 20.

[0065] Next, the structure of each part of the bundling device 100A will be described. The bundling machine moving part 10A is an example of a bundling mechanism moving part, and includes: a bundling machine mounting part 11 for mounting the reinforcing bar bundling machine 1A; a driving part 12 for moving the bundling machine mounting part 11 in the up and down directions indicated by arrows C1 and C2; and a connecting part 13 connected to the wire pulling part 2A. The driving part 12 includes a power source such as a motor and an actuator that can control the amount of movement, the direction of movement, and the speed of movement, and various mechanisms that convert the movement (output) of the power source into the movement of the bundling machine mounting part 11 in the directions of arrows C1 and C2.

[0066] The tying machine moving unit 10A moves the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A mounted on the tying machine mounting unit 11 to the upward direction indicated by the arrow C1 by a predetermined amount, thereby moving the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A to the retreat position. In addition, the tying machine moving unit 10A moves the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A mounted on the tying machine mounting unit 11 to the downward direction indicated by the arrow C2 by a predetermined amount, thereby moving the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A from the retreat position to the tying position.

[0067] The wire drawing unit 2A includes: a drawing roller 21 provided on a feeding path of the wire W between the reinforcing bar binding machine 1A and the reel storage unit 200A; a roller moving unit 22 for moving the drawing roller 21; and path guide members 23a and 23b for changing the feeding path of the wire W.

[0068] The drawing roller 21 is an example of a drawing member, and is composed of a rotating body that can rotate around a shaft 21 a as a fulcrum. The wire W is in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the drawing roller 21 .

[0069] The roller moving unit 22 moves the drawing roller 21 in a direction in which the wire W is drawn from the reel 20 accommodated in the reel accommodating unit 200A and in a direction away from the drawn wire W. In this example, the roller moving unit 22 reciprocates the drawing roller 21 in the arrow A1 direction, which is a direction in which the drawing roller 21 is away from the reel accommodating unit 200A and draws the wire W from the reel 20 accommodated in the reel accommodating unit 200A, and in the arrow A2 direction, which is a direction in which the drawing roller 21 approaches the reel accommodating unit 200A. The arrow A1 and arrow A2 directions are different from the directions in which the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A moves between the tying position and the retreat position. In this example, the wire drawing unit 2A draws the wire W in a substantially horizontal direction substantially orthogonal to the moving direction of the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A.

[0070] The roller moving part 22 constitutes a transmission part, and the movement of the strapping machine moving part 10A is transmitted to the transmission part, so that the pull-out roller 21 is moved in conjunction with the movement of the reinforcing steel strapping machine 1A. Therefore, the roller moving part 22 includes: a first link 22a, to which the pull-out roller 21 is attached; and a second link 22b, which is connected to the reinforcing steel strapping machine 1A via the strapping machine moving part 10A. In the roller moving part 22, the first link 22a and the second link 22b are integrally connected in a manner that can rotate in conjunction with each other with the shaft 22c as a fulcrum, and in a form in which the first link 22a extends from the shaft 22c in one direction and the second link 22b extends from the shaft 22c in the other direction.

[0071] The roller moving part 22 is provided with a pull-out roller 21 mounted on the end of the first link 22a on the opposite side of the shaft 22c so as to be rotatable about the shaft 21a as a fulcrum. In addition, the roller moving part 22 is provided with a connected part 22d connected to the strapping machine moving part 10A on the end of the second link 22b on the opposite side of the shaft 22c. In this example, the connected part 22d is composed of a cylindrical or cylindrical convex part protruding from the second link 22b along the direction in which the shaft 22c extends.

[0072] The connecting portion 13 of the binding machine moving portion 10A opens to a width slightly larger than the diameter of the connected portion 22 d of the roller moving portion 22 , and extends in a direction intersecting the moving direction of the reinforcing bar binding machine 1A.

[0073] In the bundling device 100A, the connected portion 22d composed of a cylindrical or cylindrical convex portion enters the connecting portion 13 composed of a groove opened with a width slightly larger than the diameter of the connected portion 22d, whereby the roller moving portion 22 is connected to the reinforcing bar bundling machine 1A, and the movement of the reinforcing bar bundling machine 1A in the directions of arrows C1 and C2 is transmitted to the roller moving portion 22.

[0074] In the binding device 100A, the moving direction of the reinforcing bar binding machine 1A indicated by arrows C1 and C2 is substantially orthogonal to the pulling direction of the wire W from the reel 20 indicated by arrow A1. Therefore, the roller moving unit 22 converts the movement of the reinforcing bar binding machine 1A in the vertical direction indicated by arrows C1 and C2 into the movement of the pulling roller 21 in the horizontal direction indicated by arrows A1 and A2.

[0075] Therefore, in this example, the first link 22a and the second link 22b of the roller moving portion 22 are connected in an L shape, and a shaft 22c is provided at the intersection of the first link 22a and the second link 22b.

[0076] The first link 22a forms one side of the L-shaped member, and extends from the shaft 22c to one direction, which intersects with the moving direction of the pull-out roller 21 indicated by arrows A1 and A2 and is along the moving direction of the reinforcing bar binding machine 1A indicated by arrows C1 and C2. In addition, the second link 22b forms the other side of the L-shaped member, and extends from the shaft 22c to another direction, which intersects with the moving direction of the reinforcing bar binding machine 1A indicated by arrows C1 and C2 and is along the moving direction of the pull-out roller 21 indicated by arrows A1 and A2.

[0077] Thus, when the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A moves in the arrow C1 direction, the roller moving part 22 rotates with the shaft 22c as a fulcrum by moving the side of the second link 22b provided with the connected part 22d in the arrow C1 direction, and the side of the first link 22a provided with the drawing roller 21 moves in the arrow A1 direction. Thus, when the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A moves from the tying position in the arrow C1 direction to the retreat position, the drawing roller 21 moves away from the reel housing 200A and moves in the arrow A1 direction for drawing the wire W from the reel 20 housed in the reel housing 200A.

[0078] When the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A moves in the direction of arrow C2, the roller moving part 22 rotates with the shaft 22c as a fulcrum by moving the side of the second link 22b provided with the connected part 22d in the direction of arrow C2, and the side of the first link 22a provided with the drawing roller 21 moves in the direction of arrow A2. Thus, when the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A moves from the retreat position to the binding position in the direction of arrow C2, the drawing roller 21 moves in the direction of arrow A2 approaching the reel housing 200A and away from the wire W pulled out from the reel 20. In other words, when the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A moves from the retreat position to the binding position in the direction of arrow C2, the drawing roller 21 moves in the direction of arrow A2 approaching the reel housing 200A. As a result, the drawing roller 21 moves away from the top portion of the wire W pulled out from the reel 20 in the direction of arrow A1.

[0079] The roller moving unit 22 moves the pulling roller 21 along an arc trajectory having a length corresponding to the rotation angle of the first link 22a and the second link 22b and the diameter from the axis 22c to the axis 21a of the pulling roller 21 by rotating the first link 22a and the second link 22b with the axis 22c as a fulcrum.

[0080] The roller moving part 22 moves the connected part 22d along an arc trajectory having a length corresponding to the rotation angle of the first link 22a and the second link 22b and the diameter from the axis 22c to the connected part 22d by rotating the first link 22a and the second link 22b with the axis 22c as a fulcrum.

[0081] Furthermore, the roller moving portion 22 is configured such that the length from the shaft 22c to the shaft 21a of the pulling roller 21 is longer than the length from the shaft 22c to the connected portion 22d, so that the amount of wire W pulled out by the movement of the pulling roller 21 becomes n times (n>1) the amount of movement of the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A connected to the connected portion 22d.

[0082] Thus, the roller moving part 22 moves the pulling roller 21 in the direction of arrow A1 by rotating the first link 22a and the second link 22b with the movement of the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A in the direction of arrow C1, and can pull out the wire W from the reel 20 by a length exceeding the movement amount of the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A.

[0083] It should be noted that the roller moving part 22 may be configured such that the length from the shaft 22c to the shaft 21a of the pulling roller 21 is the same as the length from the shaft 22c to the connected portion 22d, so that the pulling amount of the wire W caused by the movement of the pulling roller 21 is the same as the movement amount of the reinforcing bar binding machine 1A connected to the connected portion 22d. In addition, in order to amplify the torque for moving the pulling roller 21, the length from the shaft 22c to the shaft 21a of the pulling roller 21 may be shorter than the length from the shaft 22c to the connected portion 22d.

[0084] The path guide member 23a is provided in the feeding path of the wire W between the pull-out roller 21 and the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A. The path guide member 23b is provided in the feeding path of the wire W between the path guide member 23a and the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A. The path guide members 23a and 23b are composed of an annular member, and the feeding path of the wire W along the horizontal direction is bent into the feeding path of the wire W along the vertical direction by passing the two wires W through the hole in the center of the annular member.

[0085] The introduction direction of the wire W relative to the path guide members 23a and 23b is changed by the movement of the pull-out roller 21 in the directions of arrows A1 and A2, the movement of the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A to tie the reinforcing bars S with the wire W, and the movement of the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A in the directions of arrows C1 and C2. However, since the portions of the path guide members 23a and 23b that contact the wire W are curved surfaces, the increase in resistance due to frictional movement can be suppressed.

[0086] In order to reduce the load applied to the wire W between the rebar bundling machine 1A and the pulling-out roller 21 when the pulling-out roller 21 moves in the direction of arrow A1 and pulls out the wire W, the wire pulling-out portion 2A may also have a one-way rotation limiting mechanism (one-way clutch) 24 that allows the pulling-out roller 21 to rotate in the direction indicated by arrow B1 and limits the rotation in the direction indicated by arrow B2.

[0087] In this example, the one-way rotation limiting mechanism 24 is realized by a ratchet structure, and has a tooth portion formed along the circumference of the pull-out roller 21 and a claw portion provided on the first link 22a side and engaged with the tooth portion by a force applied in a direction of engagement with the tooth portion. In the one-way rotation limiting mechanism 24, when a force is applied to rotate the pull-out roller 21 in the direction of arrow B1, the claw portion is disengaged from the tooth portion, and the pull-out roller 21 can rotate in the direction of arrow B1. In contrast, when a force is applied to rotate the pull-out roller 21 in the direction of arrow B2, the engagement between the claw portion and the tooth portion is maintained, and the rotation of the pull-out roller 21 in the direction of arrow B2 is limited.

[0088] In the action of the drawing roller 21 moving in the direction of arrow A1 to draw out the wire W, a force of relative pulling of the wire W between the drawing roller 21 and the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A is applied to the drawing roller 21. The rotation direction of the drawing roller 21 indicated by arrow B1 is the direction in which the drawing roller 21 is to rotate due to the force of relative pulling of the wire W between the drawing roller 21 and the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A being applied to the drawing roller 21.

[0089] On the other hand, when the drawing roller 21 moves in the direction of arrow A1 to draw out the wire W, the force of relative pulling of the wire W between the drawing roller 21 and the reel 20 is also applied to the drawing roller 21. The rotation direction of the drawing roller 21 indicated by arrow B2 is the direction in which the drawing roller 21 is to rotate due to the force of relative pulling of the wire W between the drawing roller 21 and the reel 20 being applied to the drawing roller 21.

[0090] In the operation of pulling out the wire W by moving the pull-out roller 21 in the direction of arrow A1, if the pull-out roller 21 does not rotate or rotates in the direction of arrow B2, the load applied to the wire W between the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A and the pull-out roller 21 increases. If the load applied to the wire W between the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A and the pull-out roller 21 increases, a force is applied to the wire W between the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A and the pull-out roller 21, which causes the wire W to be pulled from the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A due to the operation of the pull-out roller 21. Therefore, there is a possibility that the wire W falls off from the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A.

[0091] On the other hand, when the pull-out roller 21 moves in the direction of the arrow A1 to pull out the wire W, if the pull-out roller 21 rotates in the direction of the arrow B1, the load on the wire W between the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A and the pull-out roller 21 is reduced. If the load on the wire W between the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A and the pull-out roller 21 is reduced, it is possible to suppress the wire W between the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A and the pull-out roller 21 from being pulled by the movement of the pull-out roller 21. Therefore, it is suppressed that the wire W falls off from the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A.

[0092] In addition, when the pull-out roller 21 moves in the direction of arrow A1 to pull out the wire W, if the pull-out roller 21 rotates in the direction of arrow B1, the load applied to the wire W between the reel 20 and the pull-out roller 21 increases. If the load applied to the wire W between the reel 20 and the pull-out roller 21 increases, a force is applied to the wire W between the reel 20 and the pull-out roller 21, which is pulled from the reel 20 by the movement of the pull-out roller 21. Thus, a sufficient amount of wire W is pulled out from the reel 20 to follow the movement of the pull-out roller 21 in the direction of arrow A1.

[0093] The bundling device 100A is provided with a recessed portion of a shape into which a part or all of the reinforcing bar bundling machine 1A, the bundling machine moving portion 10A, and the wire pulling portion 2A enter on one side of the rectangular main body 101. In addition, the bundling device 100A is provided with a traveling portion 14 on the lower surface of the main body 101. The traveling portion 14 includes a crawler driven by a motor not shown. The bundling device 100A moves along the arrangement surface of the reinforcing bars S by riding on the crawler constituting the traveling portion 14 on the reinforcing bars S arranged in a lattice shape and rotating the crawler.

[0094] Furthermore, the bundling device 100A is provided with a reel housing 200A on the upper surface of the main body 101. In the case of a structure in which the reinforcing bar bundling machine 1A uses two wires W to bundle the reinforcing bars S, the reel housing 200A houses the two reels 20 in a coaxially rotatable manner by arranging the two reels 20 in an axial direction so that the rotating axes are transverse to the vertical direction. In addition, the reel housing 200A includes a path guide member 26 for guiding the two wires W pulled out from each reel 20 to the pull-out roller 21 in a parallel state.

[0095] The path guide member 26 is provided in the feeding path of the wire W between the reel housing portion 200A and the pull-out roller 21. The path guide member 26 is composed of an annular member, and the two wires W are passed through a hole in the center of the annular member.

[0096] In the reel 20, the wire W is wound in a radially overlapping manner while changing its position along the axial direction of the hub (not shown) of the reel 20. Therefore, in the action of pulling out the wire W from the reel 20, the position where the wire W is pulled out changes along the axial direction of the reel 20. In addition, depending on the amount of wire W used, the position where the wire W is pulled out changes along the radial direction of the reel 20. Therefore, in the action of pulling out the wire W from the reel 20, the introduction direction of the wire W relative to the path guide member 26 changes. However, since the portion of the path guide member 26 that contacts the wire W is a curved surface, the increase in resistance caused by frictional movement can be suppressed.

[0097] In the bundling device 100A, the driving unit 12 and the traveling unit 14 of the bundling machine moving unit 10A and the reinforcing bar bundling machine 1A are controlled by the control unit 110A. In the bundling device 100A, the action of the bundling machine moving unit 10A to move the reinforcing bar bundling machine 1A is transmitted to the roller moving unit 22, and the pull-out roller 21 pulls out the wire W by the action of the roller moving unit 22 corresponding to the movement of the reinforcing bar bundling machine 1A. Therefore, the control unit 110A controls the wire pull-out unit 2A by controlling the driving unit 12 of the bundling machine moving unit 10A.

[0098] <Structure example of steel bar tying machine>

[0099] Figure 2 It is a main part side view which shows an example of the internal structure of the reinforcing bar binding machine which concerns on this embodiment.

[0100] The reinforcing bar bundling machine 1A is an example of a bundling mechanism, which feeds a wire W in the positive direction indicated by an arrow F and winds it around two intersecting reinforcing bars S as bundling objects, feeds the wire W wound around the reinforcing bars S in the reverse direction indicated by an arrow R and winds it around the reinforcing bars S, then twists the wire W, and bundles the reinforcing bars S with the wire W. The wire W may be a wire made of a plastically deformable metal wire, a wire made of a metal wire coated with a resin, or a wire as a twisted wire.

[0101] In order to realize the above functions, the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A includes: a wire feeding unit 3 for feeding the wire W in the forward direction and the reverse direction; and a wire guide 4 for guiding the wire W fed by the wire feeding unit 3. In addition, the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A includes: a curl forming unit 5 for forming a path for winding the wire W fed by the wire feeding unit 3 around the reinforcing bar S; and a cutting unit 6 for cutting the wire W wound around the reinforcing bar S. The reinforcing bar tying machine 1A further includes: a tying unit 7 for twisting the wire W wound around the reinforcing bar S; and a driving unit 8 for driving the tying unit 7.

[0102] The reinforcing bar tying machine 1A is provided with a wire feeding unit 3, a wire guide 4, a cutting unit 6, a tying unit 7, and a driving unit 8 inside a main body 15 covered with an exterior of a predetermined shape. In addition, a curl forming unit 5 is provided protruding from the main body 15. When the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A is used in the tying device 100A, the curl forming unit 5 is used in a manner facing downward. Hereinafter, in the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A used in the tying device 100A, the side where the curl forming unit 5 is provided is referred to as the lower side.

[0103] The wire feeding unit 3 includes a pair of feeding gears 30 for feeding by clamping one or a plurality of wires W arranged in parallel. The pair of feeding gears 30 of the wire feeding unit 3 are forced toward each other, and the rotation of the feeding motor (not shown) is transmitted to rotate the feeding gears 30. Thus, the wire feeding unit 3 feeds the wire W clamped between the pair of feeding gears 30 along the extending direction of the wire W. In the structure for feeding a plurality of wires W, for example, two wires W, the two wires W are fed in a parallel state.

[0104] The wire guide 4 is provided at a predetermined position on the upstream side and the downstream side of the wire feeding section 3 with respect to the feeding direction of the wire W in the positive direction indicated by the arrow F. Figure 2 In the figure, the wire guide 4 provided on the upstream side of the wire feeding part 3 is not shown.

[0105] The wire guide 4 is provided with an opening extending in the feeding direction of the wire W, and is configured such that the opening area of the opening on the downstream side is smaller than the opening on the upstream side in the feeding direction of the positive direction of the wire W. For example, the wire guide 4 is configured with a tapered opening such that the opening area on the introduction side of the wire W fed in the positive direction is the largest and the opening area gradually decreases therefrom. Thus, the wire guide 4 guides the wire W fed in the positive direction and passing through the wire guide 4 to between the pair of feed gears 30 and the cutting portion 6.

[0106] In the structure of the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A for tying the reinforcing bars S using the two wires W, the opening of the wire guide 4 on the downstream side along the feeding direction of the positive direction of the wires W is shaped to restrict the radial direction of the two wires W. Thus, the wire guide 4 makes the two wires W fed in the positive direction and passing through the wire guide 4 parallel to the direction in which the pair of feed gears 30 are arranged, and guides them to between the pair of feed gears 30 and the cutting unit 6.

[0107] The curl forming unit 5 includes a curl guide 50 for providing a curl mark to the wire W fed by the wire feeding unit 3, and a guide 51 for guiding the wire W provided with a curl mark by the curl guide 50 toward the bundling unit 7. The curl forming unit 5 is provided so that the curl guide 50 and the guide 51 are exposed from the main body 10.

[0108] In the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A, the feeding path of the wire W fed by the wire feeding section 3 is restricted by the curl forming section 5, whereby the trajectory of the wire W becomes as follows: Figure 2 In the ring Ru shown by the dotted line, the wire W is wound around the steel bar S.

[0109] The curling forming section 5 includes a guide member 53a and a guide member 53b, which guide the wire W fed in the positive direction and provide a curling mark to the wire W. The guide member 53a is provided on the introduction portion side of the wire W fed by the wire feeding section 3 in the curling guide 50, and is arranged on the radial inner side of the ring Ru formed by the wire W fed by the wire feeding section 3. The guide member 53b is provided on the discharge portion side of the wire W fed by the wire feeding section 3 in the curling guide 50, and is arranged on the radial outer side of the ring Ru formed by the wire W.

[0110] The curl forming unit 5 includes a guide member moving mechanism 54 for retracting the guide member 53a. After the wire W is wound around the reinforcing bar S, the guide member moving mechanism 54 retracts the guide member 53a in conjunction with the operation of the binding unit 7.

[0111] The cutting section 6 includes a fixed blade section 60, a movable blade section 61 that cuts the thread W by cooperating with the fixed blade section 60, and a transmission mechanism 62 that transmits the movement of the binding section 7 to the movable blade section 61. The cutting section 6 cuts the thread W by the rotation of the movable blade section 61 with the fixed blade section 60 as a fulcrum axis. The transmission mechanism 62 transmits the movement of the binding section 7 to the movable blade section 61 via the transmission member 75, and rotates the movable blade section 61 in conjunction with the movement of the binding section 7 to cut the thread W.

[0112] The binding unit 7 includes a wire locking body 70 for locking the wire W and a sleeve 71 for operating the wire locking body 70. The detailed structure of the binding unit 7 will be described later. The driving unit 8 includes a motor 80 and a speed reducer 81 for reducing speed and amplifying torque.

[0113] When the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A is used as a hand-held tying machine for use by an operator, the main body 15 is provided with a handle 16, and a battery 17 is detachably mounted on the handle 16. The tying device 100A is equipped with the handle 16 of the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A on the tying machine mounting portion 11 of the tying machine moving portion 10A.

[0114] The reinforcing bar tying machine 1A includes a feed regulating portion 90 against which the tip of the wire W abuts in a feed path of the wire W that is fed in the forward direction by the wire feeding portion 3 and passes through the curl forming portion 5 to be wound around the reinforcing bar S.

[0115] In addition, the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A includes a contact portion 91 (see FIG. 1 ) at the end of the main body 15 between the curling guide 50 and the guide guide 51, against which the reinforcing bar S entering between the curling guide 50 and the guide guide 51 contacts. Figure 1B ).

[0116] When the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A mounted on the tying device 100A moves to the tying position by the operation of the tying machine moving part 10A, the reinforcing bar S enters between the curling guide 50 and the guide guide 51 , and the reinforcing bar S entering between the curling guide 50 and the guide guide 51 abuts against the abutting part 91 .

[0117] <Configuration Example of Bundling Section>

[0118] Figure 3A and Figure 3B 1 is a cross-sectional plan view showing an example of a bundling portion. Next, the structure of the bundling portion will be described with reference to each figure.

[0119] The binding unit 7 includes a rotating shaft 72 for operating the thread locking body 70 and the sleeve 71. The rotating shaft 72 of the binding unit 7 is connected to the motor 80 of the driving unit 8 via a speed reducer 81, and the rotating shaft 72 is driven by the motor 80 via the speed reducer 81.

[0120] The thread locking body 70 includes a center hook 70C connected to the rotation shaft 72 , and first and second side hooks 70R and 70L that open and close relative to the center hook 70C.

[0121] The center hook 70C is coupled to one end portion of the rotating shaft 72 in the axial direction, that is, the front end of the rotating shaft 72 , via a structure that is rotatable relative to the rotating shaft 72 and movable in the axial direction integrally with the rotating shaft 72 .

[0122] In the thread retaining body 70, the front end side direction of the first side hook 70R opens and closes in the direction of approaching and leaving the center hook 70C by rotating the shaft 71b as a fulcrum. In addition, the front end side direction of the second side hook 70L opens and closes in the direction of approaching and leaving the center hook 70C.

[0123] The sleeve 71 has a convex portion (not shown) protruding toward the inner circumference of the space into which the rotating shaft 72 is inserted, and the convex portion enters into a groove portion of a feed screw 72a formed along the axial direction on the outer circumference of the rotating shaft 72. When the rotating shaft 72 rotates, the sleeve 71 moves in the direction along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 72, that is, in the up-and-down direction, according to the rotation direction of the rotating shaft 72, by the action of the convex portion (not shown) and the feed screw 72a of the rotating shaft 72. In addition, the sleeve 71 rotates integrally with the rotating shaft 72.

[0124] The sleeve 71 includes an opening and closing pin 71 a that opens and closes the first side hook 70R and the second side hook 70L.

[0125] The opening and closing pin 71a is inserted into the opening and closing guide hole 73 provided in the first side hook 70R and the second side hook 70L. The opening and closing guide hole 73 has a shape extending along the moving direction of the sleeve 71 and converting the linear movement of the opening and closing pin 71a moving in conjunction with the sleeve 71 into an opening and closing action based on the rotation of the first side hook 70R and the second side hook 70L with the shaft 71b as a fulcrum.

[0126] In the wire retaining body 70, the sleeve 71 moves in the upward direction indicated by the arrow D2, so that according to the trajectory of the opening and closing pin 71a and the shape of the opening and closing guide hole 73, the first side hook 70R and the second side hook 70L move in the direction away from the center hook 70C by rotating with the shaft 71b as the fulcrum.

[0127] Thus, the first side hook 70R and the second side hook 70L are opened relative to the center hook 70C, and a feed path through which the wire W passes is formed between the first side hook 70R and the center hook 70C and between the second side hook 70L and the center hook 70C.

[0128] In a state where the first side hook 70R and the second side hook 70L are opened relative to the center hook 70C, the wire W fed by the wire feeding section 3 passes between the center hook 70C and the first side hook 70R. The wire W passing between the center hook 70C and the first side hook 70R is guided to the curl forming section 5. Then, the wire W given a curl mark by the curl forming section 5 and guided to the bundling section 7 passes between the center hook 70C and the second side hook 70L.

[0129] In the thread retaining body 70, the sleeve 71 moves downwardly as indicated by the arrow D1, so that the first side hook 70R and the second side hook 70L move toward the direction approaching the center hook 70C by rotating around the shaft 71b as a fulcrum according to the trajectory of the opening and closing pin 71a and the shape of the opening and closing guide hole 73. As a result, the first side hook 70R and the second side hook 70L are closed relative to the center hook 70C.

[0130] When the first side hook 70R is closed relative to the center hook 70C, the thread W sandwiched between the first side hook 70R and the center hook 70C is locked in a form that allows it to move between the first side hook 70R and the center hook 70C. In addition, when the second side hook 70L is closed relative to the center hook 70C, the thread W sandwiched between the second side hook 70L and the center hook 70C is locked in a form that prevents it from slipping out from between the second side hook 70L and the center hook 70C.

[0131] The sleeve 71 comprises: a bending portion 71c1, which forms the wire W into a specified shape by bending one end portion, i.e., the front end side, of the wire W in a specified direction; and a bending portion 71c2, which forms the wire W into a specified shape by bending the other end portion, i.e., the terminal side, of the wire W cut by the cutting portion 6 in a specified direction.

[0132] The sleeve 71 moves in the downward direction indicated by the arrow D1, thereby pushing the front end side of the wire W held by the center hook 70C and the second side hook 70L with the curved portion 71c1, so that the front end side of the wire W is bent toward the steel bar S. In addition, the sleeve 71 moves in the downward direction indicated by the arrow D1, thereby pushing the terminal side of the wire W held by the center hook 70C and the first side hook 70R and cut by the cutting portion 6 with the curved portion 71c2, so that the terminal side of the wire W is bent toward the steel bar S.

[0133] The bundling portion 7 includes a rotation limiting portion 74 that limits the rotation of the thread retaining body 70 and the sleeve 71 in conjunction with the rotation of the rotating shaft 72. In the bundling portion 7, the rotation limiting portion 74 limits the rotation of the sleeve 71 in conjunction with the rotation of the rotating shaft 72 according to the position of the sleeve 71 along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 72, and the sleeve 71 moves in the arrow D1 direction and the arrow D2 direction by the rotation of the rotating shaft 72.

[0134] Thus, the sleeve 71 moves in the direction of arrow D1 without rotating, so that the first side hook 70R and the second side hook 70L are closed relative to the center hook 70C, and the wire W is locked. In addition, the sleeve 71 moves in the direction of arrow D2 without rotating, so that the first side hook 70R and the second side hook 70L are opened relative to the center hook 70C, and the locking of the wire W is released.

[0135] In the bundling portion 7 , when the restriction on the rotation of the sleeve 71 by the rotation restriction portion 74 is released, the sleeve 71 rotates in conjunction with the rotation of the rotation shaft 72 .

[0136] As a result, the first side hook 70R, the second side hook 70L, and the center hook 70C that have locked the wire W rotate, and the locked wire W is twisted.

[0137] <Operation Example of the Strapping Device of the First Embodiment>

[0138] Figure 4A , Figure 4B and Figure 4C The main part front view shows an example of the operation of the tying device of the first embodiment. With reference to the drawings, an example of the operation of the tying device 100A that pulls out the wire W from the reel 20 and allows the wire W to be used by the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A will be described.

[0139] The bundling device 100A is used in the process of the reinforcing steel bar bundling machine 1A performing the bundling operation. Figure 4A As shown, the reinforcing steel bar tying machine 1A moves to the tying position P1. Figure 4B The retreat position P2 shown moves in the direction of arrow C2 to Figure 4A At the bundling position P1 shown, the side of the first link 22a of the roller moving unit 22 on which the pull-out roller 21 is provided moves in the direction of arrow A2.

[0140] Thus, when the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A moves from the retreat position P2 to the arrow C2 direction to the bundling position P1, the pull-out roller 21 moves in the arrow A2 direction approaching the reel housing portion 200A and away from the wire W pulled out from the reel 20. In other words, when the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A moves from the retreat position P2 to the arrow C2 direction to the bundling position P1, the pull-out roller 21 moves in the arrow A2 direction approaching the reel housing portion 200A. As a result, the pull-out roller 21 is away from the top portion of the wire W pulled out from the reel 20 in the arrow A1 direction. And when the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A moves to the bundling position P1, the pull-out roller 21 is in a state of moving to the standby position P10 away from the wire W pulled out from the reel 20.

[0141] It should be noted that the bundling device 100A sets the relationship between the amount of wire W used in the bundling action and the amount of wire W pulled out described later, so that when the bundling action in the rebar bundling machine 1A is completed, the pulling roller 21 moved to the standby position P10 becomes separated from the wire W pulled out from the reel 20.

[0142] In the bundling device 100A, when the bundling operation is completed in the reinforcing bar bundling machine 1A, the control unit 110A controls the driving unit 12 of the bundling machine moving unit 10A to move the reinforcing bar bundling machine 1A from the bundling position P1 in the direction of the arrow C1 to the retreat position P2. When the reinforcing bar bundling machine 1A moves in the direction of the arrow C1, the side of the first link 22a of the roller moving unit 22 on which the pull-out roller 21 is provided moves in the direction of the arrow A1.

[0143] Therefore, when the reinforcing steel bar tying machine 1A moves from the tying position P1 to the direction of the arrow C1 to the retreat position P2, as shown in FIG. Figure 4B As shown, the pull-out roller 21 moves away from the reel housing 200A and moves in the direction of arrow A1 for pulling out the wire W from the reel 20 housed in the reel housing 200A. When the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A moves to the retreat position P2, the pull-out roller 21 moves to the pull-out position P20 where the wire W is pulled out from the reel 20.

[0144] It should be noted that the roller moving part 22 can also set the length from the axis 22c to the axis 21a of the pulling roller 21 and the length from the axis 22c to the connected part 22d, so that the pulling amount of the wire W caused by the movement of the pulling roller 21 becomes a specified n times (n>1) relative to the movement amount of the steel bar tying machine 1A.

[0145] Thus, the amount of wire W pulled out by the movement of the pull-out roller 21 from the standby position P10 to the pull-out position P20 can be set to a predetermined n times, for example, about 3 times, the amount of wire W moved from the tying position P1 to the retreat position P2 of the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A, and the amount of wire W required for the next tying operation can be pulled out from the reel 20. In the pulling operation of the wire W, it is not necessary to make the moving amount of the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A and the pulling amount of the wire W required for the next tying operation consistent, and the moving amount of the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A can be reduced to achieve miniaturization of the tying device 100A.

[0146] When the tying device 100A starts the next tying operation after the pulling out operation of the wire W in conjunction with the movement of the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A is completed, the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A is first moved from the retreat position P2 to the tying position P1 in the direction of the arrow C2. When the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A moves in the direction of the arrow C2, the side of the first link 22a of the roller moving part 22 provided with the pulling out roller 21 moves in the direction of the arrow A2.

[0147] Therefore, when the reinforcing steel bar tying machine 1A moves from the retreat position P2 to the tying position P1 in the direction of arrow C2, as shown in FIG. Figure 4C As shown in FIG. 1 , the pull-out roller 21 moves toward the direction of arrow A2 that is close to the reel housing portion 200A and away from the wire W pulled out from the reel 20. In other words, when the reinforcing steel bar tying machine 1A moves from the retreat position P2 to the direction of arrow C2 to the tying position P1, as shown in FIG. Figure 4C As shown in FIG. 1 , the pull-out roller 21 moves in the direction of arrow A2 and approaches the reel housing portion 200A. As a result, the pull-out roller 21 is separated from the top portion of the wire W pulled out from the reel 20 in the direction of arrow A1. When the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A moves to the tying position, the pull-out roller 21 moves to the standby position P10 separated from the wire W pulled out from the reel 20.

[0148] When the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A moves to the tying position P1, the wire W pulled out from the reel 20 becomes slack between the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A and the reel 20. Therefore, during the operation of feeding the wire W by the wire feeding unit 3 of the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A, the load for rotating the reel 20 and the load for rotating the drawing roller 21 are not applied to the wire feeding unit 3.

[0149] It should be noted that, as described above, the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A feeds the wire W in the forward direction by the wire feeding unit 3 and winds it around the two crossed reinforcing bars S, and after the wire W wound around the reinforcing bars S is fed in the reverse direction by the wire feeding unit 3 and wound around the reinforcing bars S, the wire W is twisted and the reinforcing bars S are tied by the wire W. Therefore, the amount of wire W pulled out from the reel 20 is set so that there is a residual amount to the extent that the wire W does not contact the pulling roller 21 moved to the standby position P10 during the operation of feeding the wire W in the forward direction by the wire feeding unit 3.

[0150] In the binding device 100A, it is considered that the reel 20 around which the wire W is wound is enlarged to increase the storage capacity of the wire W compared to a reel of a size that can be loaded in the conventional reinforcing bar binding machine 1A.

[0151] When the wire W contacts the pull-out roller 21 moved to the standby position P10 during the operation of feeding the wire W in the forward direction by the wire feeder 3, the remaining amount of the wire W between the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A and the reel 20 disappears, and thereafter, the wire feeder 3 of the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A needs to feed the wire W in the forward direction. However, when a reel 20 larger than the size that can be loaded in the conventional reinforcing bar tying machine 1A is used, the wire feeder 3 of the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A cannot fully pull out the wire W, and the pulled-out amount may be insufficient.

[0152] In contrast, the wire drawing unit 2A of the tying device 100A is configured to draw out the wire W by moving the drawing roller 21 using the force that moves the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A, and has a stronger force than the wire feeding unit 3 of the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A to draw out the wire W. Thus, even when a reel 20 larger than the size that can be loaded in the conventional reinforcing bar tying machine 1A is used, the wire W in an amount required for tying the reinforcing bars S can be reliably drawn out.

[0153] Furthermore, the amount of the wire W pulled out from the reel 20 is set so that there is a residual amount of the wire W to the extent that the wire W does not contact the pull-out roller 21 moved to the standby position P10 during the operation of feeding the wire W in the forward direction by the wire feeding unit 3. As a result, it is not necessary to pull out the wire W from the reel 20 by the wire feeding unit 3 of the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A, and the situation in which the amount of the wire W pulled out is insufficient is suppressed.

[0154] Therefore, the wire feeding unit 3 can reliably feed the wire W in the amount required to be wound around the two crossed steel bars S. In addition, in the operation of feeding the wire W wound around the steel bars S in the reverse direction indicated by the arrow R and winding it around the steel bars S, the wire W is prevented from being insufficient in length, and the wire W can be reliably wound around the steel bars S. Furthermore, by reliably winding the wire W around the steel bars S, the binding strength can be improved by twisting the wire W and bundling the steel bars S with the wire W.

[0155] It should be noted that, in the bundling device 100A, the control unit 110A can detect the load applied to the drive unit 12 when the pull-out roller 21 is moved to pull out the wire W. Therefore, when the load when pulling out the wire W is higher than a predetermined value, the control unit 110A may determine that a sufficient amount of wire W cannot be pulled out from the reel 20, and stop the movement of the reinforcing bar bundling machine 1A by the drive unit 12 while the reinforcing bar bundling machine 1A is being moved from the bundling position P1 to the retreat position P2, and issue an alarm.

[0156] In addition, when the remaining amount of the wire W wound on the reel 20 decreases, the load when pulling out the wire W decreases compared to the case where the remaining amount of the wire W wound on the reel 20 is large. Therefore, the control unit 110A can also calculate the remaining amount of the wire W wound on the reel 20 based on the load applied to the drive unit 12.

[0157] <Overall Configuration Example of the Bundling Device of the Second Embodiment>

[0158] Figure 5A is a perspective view showing an example of a bundling device according to a second embodiment. Figure 5B is a front view showing an example of a strapping device according to a second embodiment, Figure 5C is a rear view showing an example of a strapping device according to a second embodiment, Figure 5D 2 is a top view showing an example of a bundling device according to the second embodiment. Figure 5E This is a functional block diagram showing an example of the bundling device according to the second embodiment.

[0159] The binding device 100B of the second embodiment includes: a reinforcing bar binding machine 1A for binding the intersections of reinforcing bars S arranged in a lattice shape with wires W; and a binding machine moving unit 10B for moving the reinforcing bar binding machine 1A between a binding position and a retreat position.

[0160] The binding device 100B also includes a wire drawing unit 2B that draws out the wire W from a reel 20 around which the wire W used in the reinforcing bar binding machine 1A is wound, and a reel housing unit 200A that houses the reel 20 .

[0161] Furthermore, the binding device 100B further includes a traveling portion 14 that moves the entire binding device 100B along the surface on which the reinforcing bars S are arranged.

[0162] The strapping machine moving part 10B is an example of a strapping mechanism moving part, and includes: a strapping machine mounting part 11 for mounting the reinforcing steel bar strapping machine 1A; a driving part 12 for moving the strapping machine mounting part 11 in the up and down directions indicated by arrows C1 and C2; and a connecting part 13B connected to the wire drawing part 2B. The driving part 12 includes a power source such as a motor and an actuator that can control the amount of movement, the direction of movement, and the speed of movement, and various mechanisms that convert the movement (output) of the power source into the movement of the strapping machine mounting part 11 in the directions of arrows C1 and C2.

[0163] The tying machine moving unit 10B moves the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A mounted on the tying machine mounting unit 11 to the upward direction indicated by the arrow C1 by a predetermined amount, thereby moving the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A to the retreat position. In addition, the tying machine moving unit 10B moves the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A mounted on the tying machine mounting unit 11 to the downward direction indicated by the arrow C2 by a predetermined amount, thereby moving the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A from the retreat position to the tying position.

[0164] The wire drawing unit 2B includes: a drawing roller 27 provided on a feeding path of the wire W between the reinforcing bar binding machine 1A and the reel storage unit 200A; a roller moving unit 28 for moving the drawing roller 27; and path guide members 23a and 23b for changing the feeding path of the wire W.

[0165] The drawing roller 27 is an example of a drawing member, and is composed of a rotating body that can rotate around a shaft 27 a as a fulcrum. The wire W is in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the drawing roller 21 .

[0166] The roller moving section 28 moves the pull-out roller 27 in a direction in which the wire W is pulled out from the reel 20 accommodated in the reel accommodation section 200A and in a direction away from the pulled-out wire W. In this example, the roller moving section 28 reciprocates the pull-out roller 27 in the arrow A1 direction, which is the direction in which the pull-out roller 27 leaves the reel accommodation section 200A and pulls out the wire W from the reel 20 accommodated in the reel accommodation section 200A, and in the arrow A2 direction, which is the direction in which the pull-out roller 27 approaches the reel accommodation section 200A.

[0167] The roller moving part 28 constitutes a transmission part, and the operation of the binding machine moving part 10B is transmitted to the transmission part, and the pull-out roller 27 is moved in conjunction with the movement of the reinforcing steel binding machine 1A. Therefore, the roller moving part 28 includes: a first belt part 281 connected to the pull-out roller 27; and a second belt part 282 connected to the reinforcing steel binding machine 1A via the binding machine moving part 10B.

[0168] The first belt portion 281 includes: a pair of pulleys 281a and 281b that are rotatable; and a first belt 281c that is mounted between the pair of pulleys 281a and 281b. The first belt portion 281 includes the pulley 281a on one side along the arrows A1 and A2 directions, and the pulley 281b on the other side, and the first belt 281c is mounted in a direction that allows the belt to travel along the arrows A1 and A2 directions.

[0169] The second belt portion 282 includes four rotatable pulleys 282a, 282b, 282c, and 282d, and a second belt 282e stretched between the four pulleys 282a, 282b, 282c, and 282d.

[0170] The second belt portion 282 is provided with a pulley 282a on one side along the arrows A1 and A2 directions, and a pulley 282b on one side along the arrows C1 and C2 directions, i.e., the lower side. In addition, the second belt portion 282 is provided with a pulley 282c on the other side along the arrows A1 and A2 directions and on the other side along the arrows C1 and C2 directions, i.e., the upper side, and a pulley 282d is provided opposite to the pulley 282c.

[0171] The second belt portion 282 has a second belt 282e stretched between the pulley 282b and the pulley 282c so as to be movable in the directions of arrows C1 and C2, and has a second belt 282e stretched between the pulley 282a and the pulley 282c so as to be movable in the directions of arrows A1 and A2.

[0172] Furthermore, the pulley 281 a of the first belt portion 281 and the pulley 282 a of the second belt portion 282 of the roller moving portion 28 are coaxially provided, and the pulley 281 a rotates in synchronization with the rotation of the pulley 282 a .

[0173] The roller moving part 28 is connected to the support part 27b of the pull-out roller 27 at a portion of the first belt 281c of the first belt part 281 that moves in the arrow A1 and A2 directions. In addition, the roller moving part 28 is connected to the connecting part 13B of the strapping machine moving part 10B at a portion of the second belt 282e of the second belt part 282 that moves in the arrow C1 and C2 directions.

[0174] Thus, in the bundling device 100B, when the bundling machine moving part 10B moves the steel bar bundling machine 1A in the direction of arrow C1, the portion of the second belt 282e of the second belt portion 282 connected to the bundling machine mounting part 11 moves in the direction of arrow C1, the pulleys on which the second belt 282e is mounted rotate, and the pulley 282a of the second belt portion 282 rotates in the direction of arrow E1.

[0175] When the pulley 282a of the second belt portion 282 rotates in the arrow E1 direction, the pulley 281a of the first belt portion 281 rotates in the arrow E1 direction. When the pulley 281a of the first belt portion 281 rotates in the arrow E1 direction, the portion of the first belt 281c of the first belt portion 281 connected to the delivery roller 27 moves in the arrow A1 direction.

[0176] Therefore, in the bundling device 100B, when the reinforcing bar bundling machine 1A moves from the bundling position to the retreat position in the direction of arrow C1, the pull-out roller 27 moves away from the reel housing 200A and moves from the standby position to the pull-out position in the direction of arrow A1 for pulling out the wire W from the reel 20 housed in the reel housing 200A.

[0177] In addition, in the bundling device 100B, when the bundling machine moving part 10B moves the steel bar bundling machine 1A in the direction of arrow C2, the part of the second belt 282e of the second belt part 282 connected to the bundling machine mounting part 11 moves in the direction of arrow C2, the pulleys on which the second belt 282e is mounted rotate, and the pulley 282a of the second belt part 282 rotates in the direction of arrow E2.

[0178] When the pulley 282a of the second belt portion 282 rotates in the arrow E2 direction, the pulley 281a of the first belt portion 281 rotates in the arrow E2 direction. When the pulley 281a of the first belt portion 281 rotates in the arrow E2 direction, the portion of the first belt 281c of the first belt portion 281 connected to the take-out roller 27 moves in the arrow A2 direction.

[0179] Therefore, in the bundling device 100B, when the reinforcing bar bundling machine 1A moves from the retreat position to the bundling position in the direction of arrow C2, the pull-out roller 27 approaches the reel housing portion 200A and moves from the pull-out position to the arrow A2 direction away from the wire W pulled out from the reel 20 to the standby position. In other words, in the bundling device 100B, when the reinforcing bar bundling machine 1A moves from the retreat position to the direction of arrow C2 to the bundling position, the pull-out roller 27 moves in the arrow A2 direction and approaches the reel housing portion 200A. As a result, the pull-out roller 27 moves from the pull-out position to the arrow A2 direction away from the vertex of the wire W pulled out from the reel 20 in the arrow A1 direction to the standby position.

[0180] The roller moving portion 28 is constructed such that the diameter of the pulley 281a of the first belt portion 281 that rotates synchronously with the pulley 282a and moves the pull-out roller 27 is larger than the pulley 282a of the second belt portion 282 that rotates by the movement of the steel bar tying machine 1A, so that the pull-out amount of the wire W caused by the movement of the pull-out roller 21 becomes n times (n>1) relative to the movement amount of the steel bar tying machine 1A.

[0181] Thus, the roller moving unit 28 moves the pulley 281a in the direction of arrow A1 by rotating in conjunction with the movement of the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A in the direction of arrow C1, and can pull out the wire W from the reel 20 by a length exceeding the movement amount of the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A.

[0182] It should be noted that the roller moving portion 22 may be configured such that the pulley 282a of the second belt portion 282 and the pulley 281a of the first belt portion 281 have the same diameter, so that the amount of the wire W pulled out by the movement of the pull-out roller 21 is equal to the amount of movement of the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A connected to the connected portion 22d. In addition, in order to increase the torque for moving the pull-out roller 21, the pulley 282a of the second belt portion 282 may be configured to have a larger diameter than the pulley 281a of the first belt portion 281.

[0183] In the bundling device 100B, the driving unit 12, the traveling unit 14 and the reinforcing bar bundling machine 1A of the bundling machine moving unit 10B are controlled by the control unit 110B. In the bundling device 100B, the action of the bundling machine moving unit 10B to move the reinforcing bar bundling machine 1A is transmitted to the roller moving unit 28, and the pull-out roller 27 pulls out the wire W by the action of the roller moving unit 28 corresponding to the movement of the reinforcing bar bundling machine 1A. Therefore, the control unit 110B controls the wire pull-out unit 2B by controlling the driving unit 12 of the bundling machine moving unit 10B.

[0184] <Operation Example of the Strapping Device of the Second Embodiment>

[0185] Fig. 6A , Figure 6B and Figure 6C1 and 2 are main part front views showing an example of the operation of the tying device according to the second embodiment. With reference to the drawings, an example of the operation of the tying device 100B that pulls out the wire W from the reel 20 and allows the wire W to be used by the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A will be described.

[0186] The bundling device 100B is used in the process of the reinforcing steel bar bundling machine 1A performing the bundling operation. Fig. 6A As shown, the reinforcing steel bar tying machine 1A moves to the tying position P1. Figure 6B The retreat position P2 shown moves in the direction of arrow C2 to Fig. 6A At the strapping position P1 shown, in the roller moving section 28, the portion of the second belt 282e of the second belt section 282 connected to the strapping machine mounting section 11 moves in the direction of arrow C2, and the pulley 282a on which the second belt 282e is stretched rotates in the direction of arrow E2.

[0187] When the pulley 282a of the second belt portion 282 rotates in the arrow E2 direction, the pulley 281a of the first belt portion 281 rotates in the arrow E2 direction. When the pulley 281a of the first belt portion 281 rotates in the arrow E2 direction, the portion of the first belt 281c of the first belt portion 281 connected to the take-out roller 27 moves in the arrow A2 direction.

[0188] Thus, when the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A moves from the retreat position P2 to the direction of arrow C2 to the bundling position P1, the pull-out roller 27 moves in the direction of arrow A2 approaching the reel housing portion 200A and away from the wire W pulled out from the reel 20. Furthermore, when the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A moves to the bundling position P1, the pull-out roller 27 is in a state of moving to the standby position P10 away from the wire W pulled out from the reel 20. In other words, when the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A moves from the retreat position P2 to the direction of arrow C2 to the bundling position P1, the pull-out roller 27 moves in the direction of arrow A2 approaching the reel housing portion 200A. As a result, the pull-out roller 27 is away from the top portion of the wire W pulled out from the reel 20 in the direction of arrow A1.

[0189] In the bundling device 100B, when the bundling operation is completed in the reinforcing bar bundling machine 1A, the control unit 110B controls the driving unit 12 of the bundling machine moving unit 10B to move the reinforcing bar bundling machine 1A from the bundling position P1 in the direction of arrow C1 to the retreat position P2. In the roller moving unit 28, when the reinforcing bar bundling machine 1A moves in the direction of arrow C1, the portion of the second belt 282e of the second belt unit 282 connected to the bundling machine mounting unit 11 moves in the direction of arrow C1, and the pulley 282a on which the second belt 282e is mounted rotates in the direction of arrow E1.

[0190] When the pulley 282a of the second belt portion 282 rotates in the arrow E1 direction, the pulley 281a of the first belt portion 281 rotates in the arrow E1 direction. When the pulley 281a of the first belt portion 281 rotates in the arrow E1 direction, the portion of the first belt 281c of the first belt portion 281 connected to the delivery roller 27 moves in the arrow A1 direction.

[0191] Therefore, when the reinforcing steel bar tying machine 1A moves from the tying position P1 to the direction of the arrow C1 to the retreat position P2, as shown in FIG. Figure 6B As shown, the pull-out roller 27 moves away from the reel housing 200A and moves in the direction of arrow A1 for pulling out the wire W from the reel 20 housed in the reel housing 200A. When the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A moves to the retreat position P2, the pull-out roller 27 moves to the pull-out position P20 where the wire W is pulled out from the reel 20.

[0192] It should be noted that the roller moving portion 28 can also be constructed so that the diameter of the pulley 281a of the first belt portion 281 is larger than the diameter of the pulley 282a of the second belt portion 282, so that the pull-out amount of the wire W caused by the movement of the pulling roller 21 becomes a specified n times (n>1) relative to the movement amount of the rebar tying machine 1A.

[0193] Thus, the amount of wire W pulled out by the movement of the pull-out roller 27 from the standby position P10 to the pull-out position P20 can be set to a predetermined n times, for example, about 3 times, the amount of wire W moved from the tying position P1 to the retreat position P2 of the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A, and the amount of wire W required for the next tying operation can be pulled out from the reel 20. In the pulling operation of the wire W, it is not necessary to make the moving amount of the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A and the pulling amount of the wire W required for the next tying operation coincide with each other, and the moving amount of the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A can be reduced to achieve miniaturization of the tying device 100B.

[0194] When the tying device 100B starts the next tying operation after the pulling out operation of the wire W in conjunction with the movement of the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A is completed, the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A is first moved from the retreat position P2 to the tying position P1 in the direction of the arrow C2. In the roller moving part 28, when the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A moves in the direction of the arrow C2, the part of the second belt 282e of the second belt part 282 connected to the tying machine mounting part 11 moves in the direction of the arrow C2, and the pulley 282a on which the second belt 282e is mounted rotates in the direction of the arrow E2.

[0195] When the pulley 282a of the second belt portion 282 rotates in the arrow E2 direction, the pulley 281a of the first belt portion 281 rotates in the arrow E2 direction. When the pulley 281a of the first belt portion 281 rotates in the arrow E2 direction, the portion of the first belt 281c of the first belt portion 281 connected to the take-out roller 27 moves in the arrow A2 direction.

[0196] Therefore, when the reinforcing steel bar tying machine 1A moves from the retreat position P2 to the tying position P1 in the direction of arrow C2, as shown in FIG. Figure 6C As shown in FIG. 1 , the pull-out roller 27 moves toward the direction of arrow A2 that is close to the reel housing portion 200A and away from the wire W pulled out from the reel 20. In other words, when the reinforcing steel bar tying machine 1A moves from the retreat position P2 to the direction of arrow C2 to the tying position P1, as shown in FIG. Figure 6C As shown in FIG. 1 , the pull-out roller 27 moves in the direction of arrow A2 and approaches the reel housing portion 200A. As a result, the pull-out roller 27 is separated from the top portion of the wire W pulled out from the reel 20 in the direction of arrow A1. When the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A moves to the tying position, the pull-out roller 27 moves to the standby position P10 separated from the wire W pulled out from the reel 20.

[0197] When the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A moves to the tying position P1, the wire W pulled out from the reel 20 becomes slack between the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A and the reel 20. Therefore, during the operation of feeding the wire W by the wire feeding unit 3 of the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A, the load for rotating the reel 20 and the load for rotating the drawing roller 27 are not applied to the wire feeding unit 3.

[0198] Therefore, the wire feeding unit 3 can reliably feed the wire W in the amount required to be wound around the two crossed steel bars S.

[0199] It should be noted that, in the bundling device 100B, the control unit 110B can also detect the load applied to the drive unit 12 when the pull-out roller 27 is moved to pull out the wire W. Therefore, when the load when pulling out the wire W is higher than a predetermined value, the control unit 110B may determine that a sufficient amount of wire W cannot be pulled out from the reel 20, and stop the movement of the reinforcing bar bundling machine 1A by the drive unit 12 while the reinforcing bar bundling machine 1A is being moved from the bundling position P1 to the retreat position P2, and issue an alarm.

[0200] In addition, the control unit 110B may be capable of calculating the remaining amount of the wire W wound around the reel 20 based on the load applied to the drive unit 12 .

[0201] <Overall Configuration Example of the Bundling Device of the Third Embodiment>

[0202] Fig. 7A , Figure 7Bis a perspective view showing an example of a strapping device according to a third embodiment. Figure 7C 1 is a front view showing an example of a strapping device according to a third embodiment. Fig.7D This is a functional block diagram showing an example of the bundling device according to the third embodiment.

[0203] The binding device 100C of the third embodiment includes: a reinforcing bar binding machine 1A for binding the intersections of reinforcing bars S arranged in a lattice shape with wires W; and a binding machine moving unit 10C for moving the reinforcing bar binding machine 1A between a binding position and a retreat position.

[0204] The binding device 100C also includes a wire drawing unit 2C that draws out the wire W from a reel 20 around which the wire W used in the reinforcing bar binding machine 1A is wound, and a reel housing unit 200A that houses the reel 20 .

[0205] Furthermore, the binding device 100C further includes a traveling portion 14 that moves the entire binding device 100C along the surface on which the reinforcing bars S are arranged.

[0206] The strapping machine moving part 10C is an example of a strapping mechanism moving part, and includes: a strapping machine mounting part 11 on which the reinforcing bar strapping machine 1A is mounted; and a driving part 12 that moves the strapping machine mounting part 11 in the up and down directions indicated by arrows C1 and C2.

[0207] The tying machine moving unit 10C moves the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A mounted on the tying machine mounting unit 11 in the upward direction indicated by the arrow C1 by a predetermined amount, thereby moving the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A to the retreat position. In addition, the tying machine moving unit 10B moves the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A mounted on the tying machine mounting unit 11 in the downward direction indicated by the arrow C2 by a predetermined amount, thereby moving the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A from the retreat position to the tying position.

[0208] The wire drawing unit 2C includes a drawing roller 29, which is provided in a feeding path of the wire W between the reinforcing bar binding machine 1A and the reel storage unit 200A, and a roller moving unit 290, which moves the drawing roller 29. In addition, the wire drawing unit 2C includes a first wire guide unit 291, which guides the wire W between the drawing roller 29 and the reel 20, and a second wire guide unit 292, which guides the wire W between the drawing roller 29 and the reinforcing bar binding machine 1A. Furthermore, the wire drawing unit 2C includes path guide members 23c and 23d, which change the path of the wire W to be fed.

[0209] The pull-out roller 29 is an example of a pull-out member and is composed of a rotating body rotatable about a shaft 29a as a fulcrum. The wire W contacts the outer peripheral surface of the pull-out roller 29. The pull-out roller 29 is provided between a first wire guide 291 and a second wire guide 292.

[0210] The roller moving unit 290 includes a driving mechanism including a motor 290a and a belt 290b, and moves the position of the drawing roller 29 in the directions of arrows G1 and G2 intersecting the wire W between the first wire guide 291 and the second wire guide 292 .

[0211] The roller moving unit 290 is driven by the motor 290a to move the pull-out roller 29 from the standby position to the direction of arrow G1 in which the wire W is pulled out from the reel 20 guided by the first wire guide 291 to the pull-out position. In addition, the roller moving unit 290 is driven by the motor 290a to move the pull-out roller 29 from the pull-out position to the direction of arrow G2 in which the wire W pulled out from the reel 20 leaves, to the standby position.

[0212] The first wire guide 291 is composed of a rotating body that can rotate with an axis as a fulcrum, and the wire W contacts the outer peripheral surface. The first wire guide 291 is rotated by the wire W being fed. The first wire guide 291 guides the feeding path of the wire W in a manner that applies force in the direction in which the wire W is pulled out from the reel 20 by the action of the pull-out roller 29 moving in the direction of the arrow G1 to pull out the wire W from the reel 20.

[0213] The second wire guide 292 is composed of a rotating body that can rotate around an axis as a fulcrum, and the wire W is in contact with the outer peripheral surface. The second wire guide 292 is rotated when the wire W is fed.

[0214] The wire pulling section 2C moves from the standby position to the pulling position via the pulling roller 29, and applies a pulling force between the first wire guide section 291 and the second wire guide section 292 to the wire W between the reel 20 and the first wire guide section 291, and to the wire W between the reinforcing bar binding machine 1A and the second wire guide section 292.

[0215] Furthermore, by changing the magnitude of the load applied to the wire W guided by the first wire guide 291 and the load applied to the wire W guided by the second wire guide 292, it is switched whether the wire W is fed to the first wire guide 291 or the second wire guide 292. Thus, the excess amount of the wire W generated by the action of feeding the wire W in the reverse direction and winding it around the reinforcing bar S in the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A is absorbed, and the wire W is pulled out from the reel 20 accommodated in the reel accommodation portion 200A.

[0216] The path guide members 23c and 23d are provided in the feeding path of the wire W between the second wire guide portion 292 and the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A. The path guide members 23c and 23d are composed of an annular member, and the feeding path of the wire W along the horizontal direction is bent into the feeding path of the wire W along the vertical direction by passing the two wires W through the hole in the center of the annular member. Since the parts of the path guide members 23c and 23d that contact the wires W are curved surfaces, it is possible to suppress the increase in resistance caused by frictional movement.

[0217] In the bundling device 100C, the driving unit 12 of the bundling machine moving unit 10C, the motor 290a of the roller moving unit 290, the traveling unit 14, and the reinforcing bar bundling machine 1A are controlled by the control unit 110C. The control unit 110C controls the driving unit 12 of the bundling machine moving unit 10C, and controls the motor 290a of the roller moving unit 290 to operate the wire drawing unit 2B according to the timing of moving the reinforcing bar bundling machine 1A. Thus, the wire drawing unit 2C draws out the wire W at the timing when the reinforcing bar bundling machine 1A is not used to bundle the reinforcing bars S.

[0218] <Operation Example of the Bundling Device According to the Third Embodiment>

[0219] Fig. 8A , Figure 8B , Figure 8C and Fig.8D The diagram is a main part front view showing an example of the operation of the tying device according to the third embodiment. With reference to the drawings, an example of the operation of the tying device 100C that pulls out the wire W from the reel 20 and allows the wire W to be used by the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A will be described.

[0220] The tying device 100C is used in the process of the steel bar tying machine 1A performing the tying operation. Fig. 8A In the process of the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A performing the tying operation, the wire drawing unit 2C drives the motor 290a to move the drawing roller 29 from the drawing position P20 to the standby position P10 in the direction of the arrow G2.

[0221] Thus, in the process of the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A performing the tying operation, the drawing roller 29 is moved to the standby position P10 away from the wire W drawn out from the winding shaft 20 as described later.

[0222] In the bundling device 100C, when the bundling operation in the reinforcing steel bar bundling machine 1A is finished, the control unit 110C controls the driving unit 12 of the bundling machine moving unit 10C, such as Figure 8BAs shown, the reinforcing steel binding machine 1A is moved from the binding position P1 to the retreat position P2 in the direction of the arrow C1. In addition, when the binding operation in the reinforcing steel binding machine 1A is completed, the control unit 110C controls the motor 290a of the roller moving unit 290, such as Figure 8C As shown, the wire drawing unit 2C is driven by the motor 290a to move the drawing roller 29 in the direction of arrow G1 for drawing the wire W guided by the first wire guide 291 from the winding shaft 20.

[0223] Thus, the pull-out roller 29 moves to the pull-out position P20 where the wire W is pulled out from the reel 20. The roller moving unit 290 sets the movement amount of the pull-out roller 29 so that the wire W of the amount required for the next bundling operation can be pulled out from the reel 20.

[0224] When the tying device 100C starts the next tying operation after the pulling operation of the wire W is completed, the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A moves from the retreat position P2 to the tying position P1 in the direction of arrow C2. In addition, the wire pulling unit 2C drives the motor 290a to move the pulling roller 29 in the direction of arrow G2 away from the wire W pulled out from the reel 20.

[0225] Therefore, if Fig.8D As shown in FIG. 1 , the drawing roller 29 is moved to a standby position P10 away from the wire W drawn out from the winding shaft 20 .

[0226] When the pull-out roller 29 moves to the standby position P10, the wire W pulled out from the reel 20 becomes slack between the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A and the reel 20. Therefore, during the operation of feeding the wire W by the wire feeding unit 3 of the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A, the load for rotating the reel 20 and the load for rotating the pull-out roller 29 are not applied to the wire feeding unit 3.

[0227] Therefore, the wire feeding unit 3 can reliably feed the wire W in the amount required to be wound around the two crossed steel bars S.

[0228] It should be noted that, in the strapping device 100C, the control unit 110C can also detect the load applied to the motor 290a of the roller moving unit 290 when moving the pull-out roller 29 to pull out the wire W. Therefore, when the load when pulling out the wire W is higher than a predetermined value, the control unit 110C can determine that a sufficient amount of wire W cannot be pulled out from the reel 20, and stop the movement of the pull-out roller 29 by the motor 290a of the roller moving unit 290 while the pull-out roller 29 is moving from the standby position P10 to the pulling position P20, and issue an alarm.

[0229] In addition, the control unit 110C may be capable of calculating the remaining amount of the wire W wound around the reel 20 based on the load applied to the motor 290 a of the roller moving unit 290 .

[0230] <Structural example of brake section>

[0231] Fig.9A , Fig. 9B , Fig. 9C is a perspective view showing an example of a brake unit. Fig. 10A , Fig. 10B , Fig. 10C 1 is a front view showing an example of a braking unit, and shows an example of the structure and operation of a braking unit 210A for suppressing the rotation of the reel 20. In the following example, a structure in which the binding device 100A includes the braking unit 210A will be described.

[0232] The braking portion 210A includes a braking member 211 that contacts the outer edge of the flange portion 20 a of the spool 20 , and an operating member 212 that operates the braking member 211 .

[0233] In this example, the brake member 211 moves between a brake position in contact with the flange portion 20a of the reel 20 and a retreat position away from the flange portion 20a of the reel 20 by a rotation movement with the shaft 211a as a fulcrum. The brake member 211 is formed with an action surface 211b extending in the direction along the moving direction of the reinforcing bar binding machine 1A indicated by arrows C1 and C2 when moved to the brake position. The brake member 211 may be a structure that is biased in the direction of rotation toward the retreat position by a biasing member such as a spring (not shown), or may be a structure that rotates toward the retreat position by its own weight.

[0234] The action member 212 is provided in the strapping machine moving part 10A at the strapping machine installation part 11 on which the reinforcing bar strapping machine 1A is installed, and moves in the direction of arrows C1 and C2 in conjunction with the movement of the reinforcing bar strapping machine 1A indicated by arrows C1 and C2. Figure 4A When the strapping position P1 is reached, Fig.9A , Fig. 10AAs shown, the operating member 212 is separated from the braking member 211. When the operating member 212 is separated, the braking member 211 is moved to a retreat position separated from the flange portion 20a of the spool 20 by a rotation operation with the shaft 211a as a fulcrum.

[0235] The reinforcing bar tying machine 1A moves from the tying position P1 in the direction of the arrow C1. Figure 4B In the movement of the retreat position P2 shown in FIG. Fig. 9B , Fig. 10B As shown, the operating member 212 contacts the action surface 211b of the brake member 211. When the operating member 211 moving in the direction of arrow C1 in conjunction with the movement of the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A contacts the action surface 211b, the brake member 211 rotates from the retreat position toward the brake position by rotating about the shaft 211a.

[0236] When the reinforcing steel bar binding machine 1A moves to the retreat position P2, Fig. 9C , Fig. 10B As shown, the operating member 212 pushes up the action surface 211b of the braking member 211. When the operating member 212 moves to the position where the reinforcing bar binding machine 1A moves to the retreat position P2, the braking member 211 moves to the braking position by rotating about the shaft 211a as a fulcrum.

[0237] In the braking portion 210A, when the braking member 211 moves to the braking position, the braking member 211 contacts the flange 20a of the spool 20. In a structure with two spools 20, the braking member 211 contacts the flange 20a of each spool 20. Thus, the rotation of the spool 20 is suppressed.

[0238] As described above, by the movement of the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A from the tying position P1 in the direction of the arrow C1 to the retreat position P2, the drawing roller 21 moves in the direction of the arrow A1 to draw out the wire W from the reel 20, thereby rotating the reel 20. After the movement of the drawing roller 21 in the direction of the arrow A1 stops, the reel 20 rotates due to inertia, but when the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A moves to the retreat position P2 and the drawing roller 21 moves to the drawing position P20, the brake member 211 of the brake part 210A contacts the flange part 20a of the reel 20, and the rotation of the reel 20 is suppressed. As a result, after the movement of the drawing roller 21 stops, the rotation of the reel 20 continues due to inertia, and an excessive amount of wire W is fed out from the reel 20.

[0239] In addition, when the brake member 211 is moved to the brake position, the action surface 211b pressed by the actuating member 212 of the brake portion 210A extends in the direction along the moving direction of the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A indicated by arrows C1 and C2. Thus, even if the stop position of the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A moving in the direction of arrow C1 is further shifted upward from the predetermined retreat position, it is possible to suppress the force of the brake member 211 pressing the flange portion 20a of the reel 20 from becoming excessive, thereby suppressing the application of excessive load to the brake member 211 and the reel 20.

[0240] It should be noted that the reinforcing bar tying machine 1A is in a state where it moves to the retreat position P2 during the operation of the tying device 100A using the traveling portion 14. Thus, the rotation of the reel 20 is suppressed by the operation of the braking portion 210, thereby suppressing the situation where the reel 20 rotates due to the vibration caused by the movement of the tying device 100A and the wire W is fed out from the reel 20.

[0241] In addition, the braking part can also be a structure that is not linked to the movement of the rebar tying machine 1A but is operated by other power sources. In this case, it can also be controlled only at the timing of pulling the wire W from the reel 20 to move the braking member 211 in the direction away from the reel 20.

[0242] Furthermore, the braking portion may be configured such that the braking member contacts the side surface of the flange portion 20 a instead of the outer edge of the flange portion 20 a of the spool 20 .

[0243] Fig.11 1 is a plan view showing another example of a braking portion, which is a braking portion that is actuated by another power source and has a structure in which a braking member contacts the side surface of the flange portion 20 a of the spool 20 .

[0244] The braking portion 210B includes a braking member 213 that contacts the side surface of the flange portion 20a of the reel 20, and an operating portion 214 that operates the braking member 213. In order to bundle the reinforcing bars S with two wires W, in a structure including two reels 20, two braking members 213 are provided between the reels 20 corresponding to the respective reels 20.

[0245] Each braking member 213 is configured to be able to move toward and away from the side of the flange portion 20a of the reel 20, thereby moving between a braking position in contact with the side of the flange portion 20a of the reel 20 and a retreat position away from the side of the flange portion 20a of the reel 20.

[0246] In this example, the operating unit 214 uses air pressure as a power source to operate the brake member 213. Therefore, the operating unit 214 includes a hose connection portion 214a connected to a hose from a compressed air supply source (not shown).

[0247] It should be noted that, since the brake portion 210B is a structure in which the brake member 213 contacts the side of the flange portion 20a of the reel 20, when the brake member 213 moves to the brake position, a force is applied to move the reel 20 in the axial direction. Therefore, in order to suppress the movement of the reel 20 in the axial direction, the shaft 215 supporting the reel 20 is provided with a position limiting member 216.

[0248] The brake portion 21B is configured to be operated by air pressure, but may be configured to be operated by an electrically driven motor or actuator.

[0249] Furthermore, since the brake portion is a member for suppressing unintended rotation of the spool 20 due to vibration or inertia, a member called a rotation damper or a disc damper that applies a load in the rotation direction may be provided at the support portion of the spool 20 .

[0250] This application is based on the Japanese patent application (Japanese Patent Application No. 2022-106761) filed on July 1, 2022, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
