Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to an object moving device which lifts and lowers a moving member on which a moving object is mounted. Background Art

[0002] Conventionally, as an object moving device that moves a moving member up and down, for example, a window regulator that moves a window glass of a vehicle up and down is known.

[0003] For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a window regulator, which includes: a guide rail for freely raising and lowering a carrier plate as a moving member for holding a window glass; and a driving mechanism for reciprocatingly driving a cable connected to the carrier plate. A buffer member is provided at the lower end of the carrier plate, and a receiving portion is provided on the housing of the driving mechanism. The receiving portion abuts against the buffer member when the carrier plate is lowered to limit the lowering of the carrier plate.

[0004] Prior art literature Patent Literature Patent Document 1: WO2012 / 002093

[0005] In a car window regulator, since the guide rail is curved in a manner protruding outward from the car, the carrier plate sliding on the guide rail is pulled down by the cable to reach the lower end position, and when the buffer component of the carrier plate abuts against the receiving portion, the buffer component of the carrier plate receives a rotational torque in a direction away from the guide rail. Therefore, if a force in the downward direction is continuously applied to the carrier plate even after the buffer component abuts against the receiving portion, or the buffer component abuts against the receiving portion repeatedly, the buffer component may fall off the carrier plate due to the above-mentioned rotational torque.

[0006] An object of the present invention is to provide an object moving device capable of preventing a buffer member from falling off a moving member due to contact between the buffer member and a receiving portion. Summary of the invention

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0012] Hereinafter, an exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The object moving device according to the present embodiment is installed on a vehicle door or the like and used as a window regulator or the like for raising and lowering a moving object (eg, a vehicle window glass).

[0013] (Overview of object moving device)

[0014] Figure 1 1 is an example of a perspective view of a general object moving device 1. In this specification, it is assumed that the object moving device 1 is viewed from above on the front side. Figure 1 The object moving device 1 shown in the figure defines directions. In addition, the left side when viewed from the front side is defined as the left side, and the right side when viewed from the front side is defined as the right side. Figure 2 to Figure 6 , the direction is defined in the same way.

[0015] like Figure 1As shown, the object moving device 1 mainly includes: a driving device 2; a moving component 10 capable of moving in the up-down direction; a guide rail 5 composed of a substantially rectangular plate-like component having a predetermined length in the up-down direction; an inner cable 6, which moves the moving component 10 in the up-down direction through the driving device 2; a cable guide 7, which limits the wiring path of the inner cable 6 to along the guide rail 5; a direction conversion component 8, which is arranged at the upper end of the guide rail 5; a bracket 9; and a stopper 30.

[0016] The driving device 2 is mounted on the lower end of the guide rail 5 and is arranged to be located below the lower limit position of the moving member 10. The driving device 2 includes, for example, a drum (not shown) for winding and feeding the inner cable 6; a motor 3 for driving the drum; and a housing 4 for accommodating a reducer (not shown) such as a worm gear reducer connected to the motor 3. Figure 1 In the object moving device 1 shown, the driving device 2 is installed at the lower end of the guide rail 5, but the position of the driving device is not limited thereto, and the driving device may be provided at the center of the guide rail or at other locations, or may be a structure separate from the guide rail. The above-mentioned "driving device 2" is equivalent to the "driving unit" of the present invention.

[0017] The moving component 10 is arranged in a manner opposite to one surface of the guide rail 5, and is slidably engaged along the guide rail 5 extending in the up-down direction. The up-down movement of the moving component 10 is guided by the guide rail 5. Although not shown in detail, a cable end connecting portion for mounting the end of the inner cable 6 is provided in the moving component 10. In addition, two fixing holes 12 for fixing the window glass (not shown) of the vehicle by screws are formed in the moving component 10. The moving component 10 is integrally molded, for example, from a synthetic resin, but the raw material is not particularly limited to synthetic resin. The raw material of the moving component 10 may be metal, or a material formed by combining metal and synthetic resin, etc.

[0018] The guide rail 5 is a thin metal plate such as a galvanized steel plate, and is formed to be bent up and down in an arc shape. For example, a window glass fixed to the fixing hole 12 of the moving member 10 is moved up and down along a curved trajectory. In addition, a cable guide 7 is attached to the guide rail 5 .

[0019] The inner cable 6 moves the moving member 10 up and down by the driving device 2, one end of the inner cable 6 is wound around a drum (not shown), and the other end is connected to the moving member 10. The inner cable 6 is arranged in a straight line between the direction changing member 8 provided at the upper end of the guide rail 5 and the above-mentioned drum (not shown) provided at the lower end of the guide rail 5 in a state where it passes the shortest distance without being restricted by the cable guide 7. The above-mentioned "inner cable 6" is equivalent to the "cable" of the present invention.

[0020] As described above, the cable guide 7 is mounted on the guide rail 5 and has the function of suppressing abnormal noise generated by vibration of the inner cable 6. The cable guide 7 is configured so that at least a portion of it is always in contact with the inner cable 6, and the inner cable 6 slides when the moving member 10 moves in the vertical direction.

[0021] The direction changing member 8 functions as a member for changing the moving direction of the inner cable 6. The direction changing member is not particularly limited as long as it can be a member such as a pulley or a cable guide that can wind the inner cable to change the wiring direction.

[0022] The bracket 9 is a member for attaching the object moving device 1 to another member (for example, a door of a vehicle).

[0023] The stopper 30 is a component for limiting the downward movement of the moving part 10 in order to stop the moving part 10 at the lower limit position. The stopper 30 is a component that abuts against the buffering component 20 described later at the lower limit position where the movement of the moving part 10 is to be stopped when the moving part 10 moves downward, and is provided on the guide rail 5 at a position lower than the moving part 10.

[0024] In addition, both the buffer member 20 and the stopper 30 can be made of, for example, POM (polyacetal) having excellent wear resistance.

[0025] (Details of buffer parts and stoppers)

[0026] Next, the details of the buffer member 20 and the stopper 30 will be described.

[0027] Figure 2 This is an example of a perspective view of the moving member 10 when viewed from the front side and below. Figure 1 ) The opposite surface is set as the front side of the moving part 10. Figure 2 As shown in FIG. 1 , the cushioning member 20 has a substantially triangular prism-shaped contact portion 22 at the front end on the lower side. The cushioning member 20 has a cylindrical main body portion 24 extending in the front-rear direction above the contact portion 22. Figure 2 It is difficult to grasp, but the dimension of the main body 24 in the front-to-back direction is longer than the contact portion 22, and protrudes backwards than the rear end of the contact portion 22 (refer to the later described Figure 4 The main body 24 has an engagement groove 26 (see the second anti-separation claw 18 described later) in the middle of the front-back direction. Figure 4 ).

[0028] The moving member 10 has a fitting portion 14 at the lower end portion into which the buffer member 20 fits. The fitting portion 14 opens downward. The main body 24 of the buffer member 20 is inserted into the fitting portion 14 from the front side.

[0029] The moving member 10 includes a first anti-detachment claw 16 and a second anti-detachment claw 18, which have the function of preventing the buffer member 20 from falling off toward the front side. The first anti-detachment claw 16 protrudes downward from the front side of the fitting portion 14, and by limiting the movement of the buffer member 20 toward the front side, the buffer member 20 is prevented from falling off from the fitting portion 14, that is, the buffer member 20 is prevented from falling off. As described above, the second anti-detachment claw 18 and the engagement groove 26 of the buffer member 20 (see below) are Figure 4 ) is engaged, thereby preventing the buffer component 20 from being disengaged from the fitting portion 14, that is, preventing the buffer component 20 from falling off.

[0030] Figure 3 This is an example of a perspective view of the periphery of the moving part 10 as viewed from above the front side. Figure 3 As shown, the stopper 30 includes a receiving portion 31 that contacts the buffer member 20. The receiving portion 31 corresponds to the entire surface of the upper side of the stopper 30. The receiving portion 31 includes a base 32 on the guide rail 5 side and an inclined portion 34 on the front side of the base 32. The base 32 is substantially perpendicular to the guide rail 5. The inclined portion 34 is inclined upward toward the front at an angle of approximately 10° to 20° relative to the surface of the base 32 that is perpendicular to the guide rail 5. That is, the inclined portion 34 is inclined upward as it moves away from the guide rail 5 toward the front.

[0031] In the object moving device 1 configured as described above, if the motor 3 (see Figure 1 ) rotates in one direction, the drum (not shown) rotates via the speed reducer, the inner cable 6 is driven in a circular motion, and the moving part 10 rises. When the moving part 10 rises, the window glass of a vehicle, for example, fixed to the fixing hole 12 of the moving part 10 rises. On the other hand, if the motor 3 rotates in the other direction, the inner cable 6 is driven in a circular motion in the opposite direction, and the moving part 10 descends. When the moving part 10 descends, for example, the window glass of a vehicle descends. For example, at the lower limit position, the buffer part 20 abuts against the stopper 30, and the moving part 10 stops descending.

[0032] (Problems that may occur when the buffer component and the stopper come into contact)

[0033] Next, refer to Figure 4 (A) to (C) describe problems that may occur when the moving member 10 moves downward and the buffer member 20 abuts against the stopper 30 . Figure 4 (A) to (C) are examples of schematic diagrams showing the side of the buffer component 20 and the stopper 30 when viewed from the left side, (A) is a diagram showing the state when the buffer component 20 is in contact with the stopper 30, (B) is a diagram showing the state when the buffer component 20 is detached from the fitting portion 14, and (C) is a diagram showing the state after the buffer component 20 is detached from the fitting portion 14.

[0034] When the moving part 10 (refer to Figure 1 to Figure 3 ) moves downward, such as Figure 4 As shown in (A), the buffer member 20 abuts against the stopper 30. At this time, the contact portion 22 of the buffer member 20 abuts against the inclined portion 34 of the stopper 30. However, for the moving member 10, the inner cable 6 (refer to Figure 1 or Figure 3 ) forms a cable pulling angle, and a force F acts on the lower side toward the rear side. Therefore, a rotational moment M acts on the buffer component 20, which moves the contact portion 22 toward the front side (i.e., away from the guide rail 5). The direction in which the rotational moment M acts is Figure 4 In the counterclockwise direction.

[0035] When the buffer member 20 and the stopper 30 are repeatedly brought into contact, the load is repeatedly applied to the engagement groove 26 and the contact portion 22 that are engaged with the second anti-separation claw 18 by the above-mentioned rotation moment M. Figure 4 As shown in (B), the first anti-separation claw 16 sinks into the main body 24 of the buffer member 20, and the second anti-separation claw 18 exerts force on the wall 27 at the rear end of the engagement groove 26. At this time, the contact portion 22 of the buffer member 20 is about to go over the inclined portion 34.

[0036] The buffer member 20 and the stopper 30 are Figure 4 After the state shown in (B), the buffer member 20 and the stopper 30 are further repeatedly abutted, as shown in FIG. Figure 4 As shown in (C), the contact portion 22 of the buffer member 20 greatly exceeds the inclined portion 34 , and the buffer member 20 may fall off the fitting portion 14 .

[0037] (Preventing the buffer component from falling off)

[0038] Next, refer to Figure 5 An object moving device 1A according to the present embodiment will be described. Figure 5 This is an example of a perspective view of the periphery of the moving component 10 provided in the object moving device 1A according to the present embodiment as viewed from above on the front side. In addition, among the various components provided in the object moving device 1A, the same components as those provided in the above-mentioned object moving device 1 are marked with the same reference numerals as those in FIG. Figures 1 to 4 Same label.

[0039] The object moving device 1A according to the present embodiment mainly includes a driving device 2 (see Figure 1 )、moving part 10、guide rail 5、inner cable 6、cable guide 7、direction conversion part 8(refer to Figure 1 ) and bracket 9 (refer to Figure 1). The drive device 2, the moving part 10, the guide rail 5, the inner cable 6, the cable guide 7, the direction changing part 8 and the bracket 9 included in the object moving device 1A are the same as the drive device 2, the moving part 10, the guide rail 5, the inner cable 6, the cable guide 7, the direction changing part 8 and the bracket 9 included in the above-mentioned object moving device 1, and therefore the description thereof is omitted.

[0040] Furthermore, the object moving device 1A includes a stopper 30A instead of the stopper 30 included in the object moving device 1 .

[0041] The stopper 30A, like the stopper 30, is a member that contacts the buffer member 20 when the moving member 10 moves downward, and is provided on the guide rail 5 at a position lower than the moving member 10. In addition, the stopper 30A, like the stopper 30, is made of, for example, POM having excellent wear resistance, but is not limited thereto, and, for example, an elastic member that can mitigate the impact when the buffer member 20 contacts the stopper 30A may be used as a material.

[0042] The stopper 30A has a base 32A substantially perpendicular to the guide rail 5 and an inclined portion 34A inclined upward toward the front at an angle of approximately 10° to 20° relative to the surface of the base 32A, similarly to the stopper 30 .

[0043] The stopper 30A has a high friction portion 36A in the inclined portion 34A, unlike the stopper 30. In the present embodiment, the high friction portion 36A is provided only in a portion on the front side of the inclined portion 34A, but the high friction portion 36A may be provided in the entire inclined portion 34A.

[0044] The high friction portion 36A is a portion where the friction force between the high friction portion 36A and the buffer component 20 is higher than the friction force between the other portions of the receiving portion 31A and the buffer component 20. In the present embodiment, the high friction portion 36A is, for example, a portion where a groove shape is formed along the width direction orthogonal to the extension direction of the guide rail 5, that is, the left-right direction. The groove-shaped convex portion extends continuously along the left-right direction. In the case where the groove-shaped convex portion extends continuously along the left-right direction, the gripping force of the high friction portion 36A, that is, the friction force that counteracts the above-mentioned rotational moment M can be increased compared to the case where the convex portion is intermittent along the left-right direction. In addition, the convex portion includes various forms such as a quadrilateral cross-section of the convex portion observed when the convex portion is cut in the front-to-back direction, a triangle with a vertex angle, or an arc shape without a corner at the vertex. Moreover, if a convex portion is formed, a groove portion is formed as a concave portion, but when the angle between the groove portion and the wall of the convex portion is 45 to 135 degrees (including the lower limit and the upper limit), when the cross-sectional shape of the groove is an arc, the angle between the tangent at the vertex of the arc and the wall of the convex portion is 45 to 135 degrees (including the lower limit and the upper limit), preferably when the angle between the groove portion and the wall of the convex portion is 90 to 135 degrees (including the lower limit and the upper limit), when the cross-sectional shape of the groove is an arc, the angle between the tangent at the vertex of the arc and the wall of the convex portion is 90 to 135 degrees (including the lower limit and the upper limit), the friction between the high friction portion 36A and the buffer component 20 can be further improved.

[0045] When the buffer member 20 abuts against the stopper 30A, the contact portion 22 (see Figure 2 , Figure 4 ) abuts against the high friction force portion 36A of the inclined portion 34A. Therefore, even if the above-mentioned rotational moment M (see Figure 4 ), the first anti-separation claw 16 can also be suppressed by the relatively high friction force of the high friction force portion 36A (refer to Figure 4 (B)) sinks into the main body 24 of the buffer member 20. In addition, the second anti-separation claw 18 can also reduce the wall 27 of the rear end of the engagement groove 26 (both refer to Figure 4 As a result, the contact portion 22 of the buffer member 20 can be prevented from going over the inclined portion 34A, and even if the buffer member 20 and the stopper 30A are repeatedly brought into contact, the buffer member 20 can be prevented from moving from the fitting portion 14 (see Figure 3 , Figure 4 ) falls off.

[0046] In addition, it is preferable that the convex portion as the high friction force portion 36A has a plurality of convex portions parallel to the left-right direction. The greater the number of convex portions, the greater the friction force against the above-mentioned rotational moment M can be.

[0047] (Variation)

[0048] As an example of the present invention, the above embodiment has been described above, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various changes can be made as long as they are within the scope of the claims. For example, the above stopper 30A can be changed to Figure 6 Stop 30B is shown.

[0049] Figure 6 This is an example of a stereoscopic view of the periphery of the moving member 10 provided in the object moving device 1B according to the modification example, as viewed from above the front side. The object moving device 1B includes a stopper 30B instead of the stopper 30A provided in the object moving device 1A. In addition, the various components provided in the object moving device 1B except the stopper 30B are the same as the various components provided in the object moving device 1A. Therefore, the stopper 30B will be described below, and the description of the various components other than the stopper 30B will be omitted.

[0050] Regarding the stopper 30B, although the shape of the convex portion in the high friction force portion 36B is different from that of the stopper 30A, the other parts are the same as those of the stopper 30A. Specifically, the stopper 30B is a member that contacts the buffer member 20 when the moving member 10 moves in the downward direction, and is provided on the guide rail 5 at a position lower than the moving member 10. In addition, the stopper 30B is made of, for example, POM having excellent wear resistance, as the material, similarly to the stopper 30A, but is not limited thereto. Similar to the stopper 30A, for example, an elastic member may be used as the material of the stopper 30B.

[0051] The stopper 30B, like the stopper 30A, has a base 32B substantially perpendicular to the guide rail 5 and an inclined portion 34B inclined upward toward the front at an angle of approximately 10° to 20° relative to the surface of the base 32B.

[0052] The stopper 30B includes a high friction portion 36B on the inclined portion 34B, and the high friction portion 36B has a convex portion formed, for example, in the form of a triangular pyramid or a quadrangular pyramid, having an angular portion at the vertex. The high friction portion 36B is a portion where the friction force between the high friction portion 36B and the buffer component 20 is higher than the friction force between the other portions of the receiving portion 31B and the buffer component 20, similarly to the high friction portion 36A. In this modified example, the high friction portion 36B is provided only on a portion of the front side of the inclined portion 34B, but the high friction portion 36B may also be provided on the entire inclined portion 34B. The vertex angle of the convex portion of the triangular pyramid or the quadrangular pyramid formed on the high friction portion 36B is preferably in the range of 10 to 90 degrees (including the lower limit and the upper limit).

[0053] Thus, even when the stopper 30A is replaced with the stopper 30B, the gripping force of the high friction force portion 36B, that is, the friction force that opposes the above-mentioned rotational moment M, can be increased with a simple structure. Therefore, even if the buffer member 20 and the stopper 30B are repeatedly brought into contact, the buffer member 20 can be prevented from moving from the fitting portion 14 (see Figure 3 , Figure 4 ) falls off.

[0054] In addition, in the above-mentioned embodiment and modification, the high friction force portion 36A and the high friction force portion 36B are convex portions formed on the inclined portion 34A and the inclined portion 34B, respectively. That is, the convex portions are formed by molding the material of the stopper 30A and the stopper 30B. However, the high friction force portion 36A and the high friction force portion 36B are not necessarily limited to the structure formed by molding the raw material of the stopper 30A and the stopper 30B. For example, if it is possible to resist the above-mentioned rotational moment M, a raw material that improves the gripping force may be attached to the inclined portion 34A and the inclined portion 34B.

[0055] In addition, in the above-mentioned embodiment, the high friction force portion 36A is set to a groove shape, and in the above-mentioned modified example, the high friction force portion 36B is set to a triangular pyramid or a quadrangular pyramid. However, the shape of the high friction force portion is not limited to a convex, a groove, a triangular pyramid, and a quadrangular pyramid, and can also be a cone, a hemisphere, etc. as long as the friction between the high friction force portion and the buffer component 20 is higher than the friction between the other parts of the receiving part (the part of the receiving part that is not the high friction force portion) and the buffer component 20. In addition, within the range of providing the high friction force portion, the shapes of the convex, the groove, the triangular pyramid, the quadrangular pyramid, the cone, the hemisphere, etc. can also be arranged in a straight line or a wave shape, or can also be randomly arranged.

[0056] In addition, in the above-mentioned embodiment, the object moving device 1A includes a stopper 30A below the moving part 10 that contacts the buffer member 20 when the moving part 10 moves downward. In addition, in the above-mentioned modified example, the object moving device 1B includes a stopper 30B below the moving part 10 that contacts the buffer member 20 when the moving part 10 moves downward. However, it is not necessary for the object moving device 1A to include the stopper 30A below the moving part 10, and it is not necessary for the object moving device 1B to include the stopper 30B below the moving part 10. For example, the buffer member 20 provided at the end of the lower side of the moving part 10 when the moving part 10 moves downward may contact a component mounted on the guide rail 5. The component mounted on the guide rail 5 is, for example, the drive device 2 (roller (not shown), housing 4, etc.). As long as the cable guide 7 can be provided at the lower limit position of the moving part 10, the cable guide 7 is also included in the component mounted on the above-mentioned guide rail 5. In this way, when the buffer member 20 contacts a member mounted on the guide rail 5 , a receiving portion having a high friction portion corresponding to the high friction portion 36A or 36B can be provided on the member contacted by the buffer member 20 .

[0057] In the above-mentioned embodiment and modification, the moving member 10 has the fitting portion 14 at the end portion on the lower side for the buffer member 20 to fit. However, the fitting portion 14 is not necessarily limited to the end portion provided at the lower side of the moving member 10. For example, when the moving member 10 moves downward, the buffer member 20 and the portion above the lower end portion of the moving member 10 (for example, the portion above the lower end portion) may be fitted. Figure 2 In the case where the fitting portion 14 is in contact with the portion on the right side thereof, the fitting portion 14 may be provided at this portion.

[0058] Although the embodiments and modifications have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments and modifications described above, and various changes can be made within the scope described in the claims. In addition, the embodiments and modifications described above mainly describe the invention having the following configurations.

[0059] (1) An object moving device comprising: Drive unit; The cable is wound and released by the driving part; A moving component is provided for installation on the moving object, and moves up and down together with the moving object by winding and releasing the cable; A guide rail, slidably engaged with the moving part, capable of guiding the movement of the moving part, and extending in the moving direction of the moving object; a buffer component, disposed on the moving component; and A receiving portion is provided on a component mounted on the guide rail, and abuts against the buffer component to limit the movement of the moving component.
