Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a device and a method for dispensing a desired fluid product, in particular a cosmetic product. The fluid product may in particular be a lip product, such as a lip gloss. The invention also relates to a dispensing system comprising such a device. Background Art
[0002] A device for dispensing the desired cosmetic product enables the user to obtain a product corresponding to her actual needs, rather than relying on a limited selection of products within a predefined range. Such a device enables the collection of a base product of a given proportion from a container, which base product forms a product after mixing.
[0003] In some known devices, the matrix products are separately distributed and mixed by the user. This has disadvantages because the user does not always have appropriate equipment to perform mixing. In addition, although this device can be suitable for distributing samples of small amounts of products, this device is not suitable for distributing larger doses of products. Therefore, this device requires the user to repeat the operation quickly to obtain the product of the new dose.
[0004] Dispensing devices are also known that include a circuit for mixing different base products used in the formulation of the product to be dispensed. In addition to the advantage that the user does not have to mix the base products himself, such a device enables larger doses of the product to be obtained.
[0005] However, such devices do present challenges related to the need for the dispensed dose not to be contaminated by residue from a previous dose which may remain in the portion of the circuit used to mix the base product. Summary of the invention
[0006] An object of the present invention is to propose a dispensing device that at least partially solves the above-mentioned drawbacks.
[0007] In this sense, the present invention relates to a device for dispensing a desired fluid product, in particular a cosmetic product, the device being configured so that at least two products, referred to as base products, are mixed in a ratio selected from information received from a user to form the desired product, the device comprising a mixer configured to ensure the mixing of the base products, the device being configured to supply the base products separately to the mixer in the ratio and to deliver the desired product at the outlet of the mixer, the mixer being disposable.
[0008] "Single use" means that the mixer 26 is intended to be changed for each new use, i.e. for each dispensing of a new dose of the desired product P, each of which is constituted by mixing the base products having an amount corresponding to the selected ratio. "Separate" means that the device is configured so that the base products are not mixed upstream of the mixer, even if they can enter the mixer at the same time.
[0009] Since a fully replaceable mixer is used, mixing of the matrix product does not occur upstream of the mixer, and the device according to the invention ensures that there is no part in the circuit in which residues from a previous dose that has already been mixed may be present. This ensures that the desired product of each new dose contains only the desired proportion of the matrix product, without reverting to a separate distribution of the matrix product. In addition, it is possible to avoid having to clean the circuit between each use.

[0057] like[ Figure 1 ] As shown in the figure, the present invention relates to a device 1 for dispensing a desired fluid product P, in particular a cosmetic.
[0058] The device enables dispensing of a desired product P, in particular in a bottle 2 intended to receive said desired product P. For example, the bottle 2 is arranged in the dispenser by a user or an operator on behalf of the user before dispensing the desired product P. Once the desired product P has been dispensed and the bottle 2 has been filled, the device is removed by the user or operator and can thus be taken away by the user with the desired product P of her choice in the bottle 2.
[0059] The device comprises, for example, a dispenser in the form of a cabinet or a large housing 4. The housing comprises a dispensing chamber 6, which is preferably freely accessible from the outside. For this purpose, the chamber 6 has a face 8 opening to the outside at one of the walls 10 of the housing 4, in particular the front face of the housing. In other words, the dispensing chamber 6 opens to the outside.
[0060] Said dispensing chamber 6 is designed to house said bottle 2. In this sense, it comprises a support 12 configured to house the bottle 2 during dispensing of the desired product P.
[0061] like[ Figure 2 ] As shown, according to the present invention, the device is configured so that at least two products 20a, 20b, 20c, referred to as matrix products, are mixed in a ratio selected from information from a user to form the desired product P.
[0062] The matrix product may be any type of fluid and / or powder product. The matrix product is for example a product intended to be included in a cosmetic composition. The matrix product is more particularly a monochromatic product, i.e. a mixture of a fluid matrix and a colored pigment.
[0063] Here, only three matrix products are shown, but the dispensing device according to the invention can likewise allow a plurality of matrix products to be mixed, in particular a plurality of monochrome products of different colors, one or more matrix products which allow the product to be perfumed with one or more fragrances as required, and / or one or more textured matrix products which give the device a specific appearance, in particular a glittering appearance. The number of monochrome products is, for example, 8. The monochrome products preferably contain the same matrix from one monochrome product to another.
[0064] In order to combine the selection of color and the presence or absence of texture effect, the matrix product advantageously includes multiple monochromatic agents accompanied by textured matrix products and matrix products referred to as neutral. The textured matrix product includes a fluid matrix that may be identical to the fluid matrix of the monochromatic agent and a texturing component such as a glitter. The neutral matrix product only includes the fluid matrix. In addition, the device is configured so that if the desired product P should include a texturing component according to the user's selection, the desired product P of each new dose includes a proportion of textured matrix products, or if the desired product P should not include a texturing component according to the user's selection, the desired product P of each new dose includes the same proportion of neutral matrix products. Regardless of whether the user wishes that the desired product P of the dose assigned includes a texturing component, this configuration enables the monochromatic agent of the same overall proportion to be maintained in the desired product of each dose, and therefore the presentation of the color of the desired product P of one dose to the desired product P of another dose can be better controlled.
[0065] The device also comprises, for example, a plurality of cans or barrels 22 intended to each contain one of said matrix products 20a, 20b, 20c. Said barrels 22 are arranged, for example, in the lower part of the housing 4, although this position is not limiting.
[0066] When in use, described barrel 22 particularly leads to the outdoors. As a modification, barrel can be the barrel comprising an air intake system, so that it can keep closed when in use.As another modification, barrel can comprise a deformable container for accommodating a matrix product, so that when there is no air to enter, the matrix product can be collected, wherein the container is deformed when collecting the matrix product.
[0067] The device further comprises a plurality of pumps 24a, 24b, 24c, which are used to collect the matrix product from the barrel 22 in the proportion. In other words, each of the barrels 22 is associated with one of the pumps 24a, 24b, 24c, so that one and only one of the pumps 24a, 24b, 24c is used to collect the matrix product 20a, 20b, 20c. For example, the pump is a peristaltic pump, which makes it possible to prevent the matrix product from coming into contact with moving parts.
[0068] According to the invention, the device comprises a mixer 26 configured to ensure mixing of the matrix products 20a, 20b, 20c. The device is also configured to separately supply the matrix products 20a, 20b, 20c to the mixer 26 in the ratio described, and to deliver the desired product P at the outlet of the mixer 26. Preferably, the mixer 26 is disposable.
[0069] By "single use" is meant that the mixer 26 is intended to be changed with each new use, i.e. with each dispensing of a new dose of the desired product P. By "separate" is meant that the device is constructed so that the matrix products 20a, 20b, 20c are not mixed upstream of the mixer 26, even though they may enter said mixer 26 simultaneously from a time point of view.
[0070] Thanks to the invention, the matrix products 20a, 20b, 20c are not mixed upstream of the mixer 26 and the mixer 26 can be completely changed with each new use. This makes it possible to avoid the presence of residues of the desired product from the previous dose when dispensing the next dose of the desired product, which could be detrimental to the appearance and / or the correct amount of the desired product P dispensed.
[0071] Described device for example comprises the circuit 28 that barrel 22 is connected to mixer 26 by pump 24a, 24b, 24c.Described circuit 28 comprises hose in particular, and each in described hose comprises the first part 30 that connects barrel 22 and pump 24a, 24b, 24c and the second part 32 that connects pump 24a, 24b, 24c and mixer 26.Described first part 30 and second part 32 are continuous with each other, so that described hose passes described pump 24a, 24b, 24c respectively. As will be understood, described circuit 28 is subdivided into the same many branches as matrix product, and described branch supplies described mixer 26 respectively.
[0072] The device further comprises an electronic control unit 34 for controlling the pumps 24a, 24b, 24c. Thus, the pumps 24a, 24b, 24c supply the mixer 26 with the base products 20a, 20b, 20c in the proportions enabling the desired desired product P to be dispensed.
[0073] Described control unit 34 for example comprises storage unit, processor and / or communication interface.Described storage unit comprises database, thereby makes it possible to be associated with the matrix product to be mixed with the corresponding proportion and / or quantity of desired product P relevant to required product P to be distributed.Described communication interface is configured to receive the described information relevant to required product P to be distributed.Described processor is configured to receive and utilize the described information relevant to required product P to be distributed, to determine to be mixed with the matrix product to obtain the corresponding proportion and / or quantity of desired product P by means of described database.Described processor is also configured to activate pump 24a, 24b, 24c relevantly, makes to collect the matrix product 20a, 20b, 20c to be mixed to obtain the described corresponding proportion and / or quantity of desired product P from barrel 22.
[0074] In order to control the collection of the matrix products 20a, 20b, 20c, the device advantageously comprises a first scale 36 for weighing the contents of each cylinder 22 respectively. The first scale 36 makes it possible to ensure the collection of the corresponding proportions and / or quantities of matrix products to be mixed to obtain the desired product P.
[0075] The device also comprises a second scale 38 for weighing the contents of the bottle 2. This second scale makes it possible to ensure that the intended dose of the desired product is completely dispensed, while preventing too much of the desired product P from being introduced into the bottle 2 and causing product spillage.
[0076] The control unit 34 is configured to control the pumps 24a, 24b, 24c, using the data from the first scale 36 and the second scale 38, after collecting the base products 20a, 20b, 20c in the proportions, until the desired product P is delivered. Advantageously, the control unit 34 is configured so that after each dispensing of a dose of the desired product, the circuit 28 is filled with base product in each of its branches up to the mixer 26, in order to avoid any dead volume that could distort the dose.
[0077] like[ Figure 3 ], the mixer 26 is preferably a static mixer. Therefore, the advantage of this mixer is that it enables the matrix products to be mixed without the use of moving parts, which are not easily compatible and are economically unfeasible for using interchangeable mixers at each use. The mixer 26, for example, comprises a connection interface 40 and a mixing body 42. The mixing body 42 is particularly tubular. Here, the mixing body comprises an annular screw 43 for mixing. The tubular body 42 has a port 44 at the outlet of the tubular body, through which the desired product P is intended to be dispensed into the bottle 2.
[0078] The mixer 26 can be cleaned, for example, so that it can be used again after cleaning. However, it is well understood that this cleaning is not done at the device, but at a separate cleaning facility, so that even if the mixer can be cleaned, it must be replaced at each use. Instead, the mixer 26 can be disposable.
[0079] Preferably, the device further comprises a syringe 46 configured to supply the matrix product 20a, 20b, 20c to the mixer 26.
[0080] like Figures 4 to 6 As more clearly shown, the syringe 46 comprises an inlet opening 48 and an outlet opening 50 for each of the matrix products 22a, 22b, 22c. Here, the syringe 46 is shown as having eight inlet openings and eight outlet openings and corresponds to a syringe of a dispensing device using eight matrix products and having the same number of branches in the circuit 28 of the matrix products.
[0081] The inlet opening 48 of syringe 46 is connected with outlet opening 50 by the pipe of the circulation that is used for matrix product respectively, and described pipe is invisible, because pipe is positioned at the inside of described syringe 46.Pipe has the cross section that reduces between entrance and exit. For example, the diameter of described inlet opening 48 is approximately one millimeter, and the diameter of described outlet opening 50 is less, and is approximately a few tenths of a millimeter. As explained below, this makes it possible that described outlet opening 50 are grouped.Described inlet opening 48 for example is positioned at the upper surface of syringe. At this, inlet opening is distributed into two rows.
[0082] The injector 46 has an outlet port 52 designed to cooperate with the connection port 40 of the mixer 26 for connection with each other.
[0083] The outlet interface 52 has at least two pins 54, 56, one of the pins 54 having at least one of the outlets of the syringe, and the other pin or another pin having at least one of the other outlets of the syringe or at least another outlet; here, the number of pins is two, and each pin combines four outlet openings 50, which are particularly distributed at the vertices of a square.
[0084] like Figure 8 and Fig. 9Described, described connection interface 40 has at least two cavities 72,74.Each in cavity 72,74 is configured to hold respectively in described pin 54,56 corresponding one, makes described matrix product move axially in described cavity here. The sleeve 76 that forms the profile of each in described cavity 72,74 is intended to mate with described pin 54,56 laterally from the outside, to form sealing contact.Described cavity 72,74 is communicated with mixing body 42.In this way, described matrix product flows to mixing body 42 from syringe 46, and in mixing body, matrix product mixes each other before leaving by port 44.
[0085] Preferably, the syringe 46 and the mixer 26 are configured so as to be quickly connected to each other, for example in a bayonet-type manner. To this end, the connection interface 40 has an attachment skirt 58 and an internal component 78 accommodated in the skirt 58. The sleeve of the internal component 78 matches the pins 54, 56 laterally. The internal component 78 can rotate around a common longitudinal axis Z in the skirt 58. The skirt 58 and the outlet interface 52 have complementary shapes for guiding and fixing the mixer 26 on the syringe 46.
[0086] The complementary shapes include shoulders 60 extending angularly at the periphery of the outlet interface 52 and stops 66 extending angularly at the free edge 68 of the skirt 58. In a first position of the mixer 26 relative to the injector 46, the shoulders 60 are angularly spaced from each other to leave an axial passage for the stops 66. In a second position of the mixer 26 relative to the injector 46, the stops 66 axially engage on the shoulders 60 after the stops 66 have passed axially between the shoulders 60 and after one of the stops 66 has been rotated relative to the other about their common longitudinal axis Z.
[0087] A lug 70 located at the free edge 68 enables the mixer 26 to be angularly oriented relative to the syringe 46 by cooperating with a groove provided in one of said shoulders 60 , so as to enable the user to determine said first positioning.
[0088] When the mixer 26 is connected to the syringe 46, the mixer 26 comes into contact with the syringe 46 in an axial translation movement due to the mutual guidance of the complementary shapes 60, 66. This translation movement causes the pins 54, 56 of the syringe 46 to be inserted into the corresponding sleeves 76 of the mixer 26. In a second phase, the mixer 26 rotates, for example, a quarter of a turn around the common longitudinal axis Z due to the mutual guidance of the complementary shapes 60, 66 (at this time in terms of the rotation of the complementary shapes). During this second phase of movement, the internal part rotates relative to the skirt 58, which is activated by the user, and the internal part is fixed by introducing the pins 54, 56 into the cavities 72, 74. At the end of this rotation movement, the mixer 26 is installed in the syringe 46 and is ready for use. After use, the mixer is removed in a reverse movement to be able to install a new mixer for dispensing the next dose of the desired product.
[0089] The invention also relates to a dispensing system comprising a device 1 as described above.
[0090] like[ Figure 7 ] As shown, the system also includes a user interface 62, which is associated with the control unit 34 and enables the proportion of the matrix products to be collected to obtain the desired product P to be determined.
[0091] Said user interface 62 comprises, for example, a mobile digital medium such as a smartphone and / or tablet computer equipped with an application enabling the selection of a color for said desired product P. To this end, such an application enables the display of a palette 64 of predefined colors corresponding to a given ratio of substrate products.
[0092] According to first embodiment, after the user selected required color, the information relevant with selected color was sent to control unit 34, as mentioned above, because the database that described control unit 34 comprises, this control unit is configured to be associated with the matrix product of given ratio with described information. As a modification, described database is included in the described mobile digital media. Then, what is directly sent to described control unit 34 by mobile digital media is the information relevant with each ratio in the matrix product to be used.
[0093] Said mobile digital medium is equipped with telecommunication means, in particular by wireless communication protocols such as those known as Wifi and / or Bluetooth, to send information about the desired product P to be dispensed to a connection interface of the control unit 34 .
[0094] If we refer again to [ Figure 1], we see that the dispensing chamber 6 enables the bottle 2 to be mounted at the outlet of the mixer 26, for example at the level of the second scale 38. Preferably, the chamber 6 houses the mixer 26 so that it can be mounted and removed at the chamber 6. This chamber is therefore easily accessible and can be changed for each dose of the desired product without having to access the closed part of the housing 4. Even more preferably, the syringe 46 is flush with the chamber 6 so that the mixer 26 can be mounted into and removed from the syringe 46 at the chamber 6 without having to access the closed part of the housing 4.
[0095] For maintenance reasons, the syringe 46 may be a replaceable component, although it may be replaced much less frequently than the mixer 26. In order to access the syringe 26 for its replacement, access to the closed portion of the housing 4 may be required.
[0096] The invention also relates to a method for dispensing a desired fluid product P, in particular a cosmetic product. Said method can be implemented using the device and / or system previously described.
[0097] The method comprises the step of mixing at least two products 20a, 20b, 20c, called base products, in a proportion selected from information received from the user, to form the desired product P.
[0098] According to the invention, the mixing step is performed using a mixer 46 by separately supplying the base products 20a, 20b, 20c to the mixer 26 in the ratios described and delivering the desired product at the outlet of the mixer 26. Furthermore, the method comprises the step of installing a new mixer 26 for each new use, i.e. for each new order from the user and / or for each new dose of the desired product dispensed.
[0099] Advantageously, the method comprises an initial step of filling the supply circuit 28 of the mixer 26 .
[0100] Advantageously, the method comprises a first step of weighing the collected matrix products 20a, 20b, 20c to form the desired fluid. The device comprises a second step of weighing the desired fluid P dispensed into the bottle 2. The first and second weighing steps are performed simultaneously and throughout the entire dispensing process to control the dose of the dispensed desired product P.
